Get PDFFor various historical reasons, the academic tradition of Mexican film studies has been dominated by the social sciences and, in particular, by historiographic approaches; however, thanks to the opening of the Cineteca Nacional, during the XV International Congress on Film Theory and Analysis, a remarkable balance was achieved between humanistic perspectives and those coming from social disciplines.This diversity of approaches to the study of Mexican cinema shows that it is a field of research with great vitality and that it awakens the interest of numerous researchers in the country. We hope that the reading of these materials will contribute to enrich the field of research on Mexican cinema.Por diversas razones históricas, la tradición académica de los estudios sobre el cine mexicano ha estado dominada por las ciencias sociales y, de manera muy particular, por las aproximaciones historiográficas; sin embargo, gracias a la apertura de la Cineteca Nacional, durante la realización del XV Congreso Internacional de Teoría y Análisis Cinematográfico se logró un notable equilibrio entre las perspectivas de carácter humanístico y las provenientes de las disciplinas sociales.Esta diversidad de aproximaciones al estudio del cine mexicano muestra que se trata de un terreno de investigación con gran vitalidad y que despierta el interés de numerosos investigadores en el país. Hence, it is important that researchers, academics and industry professionals focus their future research on providing theoretical and empirical evidence that demonstrates the importance of the fiscal study in any type and size of company and organization globally and, particularly, in small and medium-sized companies and organizations in Mexico, not only to comply with the fiscal obligations of any organization, but also as a mechanism to achieve a higher standard of living and welfare of society in general.La investigación en el ámbito fiscal de las organizaciones es un tema relativamente reciente en la literatura científica, y son pocos los estudios publicados que analizan y discuten este importante constructo, y aún más escasos son los estudios publicados por investigadores, académicos y profesionales de la industria que han discutido el ámbito fiscal en las organizaciones de los países de economía emergente, como es el caso de México. Get PDFIn the political and academic spheres, the concept of autonomy has been historically cloaked in an aura of probity. This symbolic veneer is not gratuitous, at least not in a context like ours. A deep dive into the rise and consolidation of Autonomous Constitutional Bodies (ACBs) in recent decades would reveal how much we owe them in terms of the real exercise of democracy, access to information, economic competition, and national development, free from the harmful practices of monolithic and authoritarian power, exercised from the presidency that we suffered for several terms. The case of university autonomy runs parallel to that of the ACBs, although with ontological, historical, legal, and practical particularities that distinguish it from the autonomy exercised by the latter.En el ámbito político y académico, la historia ha cubierto de un hálito de probidad al concepto de autonomía. Este revestimiento simbólico no es gratuito, al menos en un contexto como el de nuestro país. Un acercamiento profundo al florecimiento y la consolidación de los Órganos Constitucionales Autónomos (OCA) en las últimas décadas nos permitiría observar lo mucho que les debemos en temas como el ejercicio real de la democracia, el acceso a la información, la competencia económica y el desarrollo nacional sin las dañinas costumbres del poder unívoco y autoritario, ejercido desde el presidencialismo que padecimos durante varios sexenios. These, of course, have been studied by multiple philosophers of the XX and XXI century with different approaches, but few studies have become a philosophical critique of the thought of the Mexicans of the XIX century, many of the analyses remaining in the descriptive.Therefore, in this text we do not present a monographic study or another link for a “history of philosophy” in Mexico. What we present here is a theory-interpretation-critique of the thought on “history” and “progress” of three specific intellectuals: Vicente Riva Palacio, Ignacio Manuel Altamirano and Ignacio Ramírez.El texto que presentamos aquí es producto (de la eterna necesidad) de una reflexión y una crítica filosófica aplicadas a los autores mexicanos del siglo XIX. Éstos, por supuesto, han sido estudiados por múltiples filósofos del siglo XX y XXI con distintos abordajes, pero pocos estudios han llegado a ser una crítica filosófica al pensamiento de los mexicanos del XIX, quedándose muchos de los análisis en lo descriptivo.No presentamos entonces en este texto un estudio monográfico ni un eslabón más para una “historia de la filosofía” de México. Starting from a vision that integrates design, observation and analysis, based on researchable questions, it addresses the beginning of a project with the construction of the object of study based on a review of the literature, culminating in the formulation of precise questions or hypotheses. This is followed by a range of research designs, then a set of techniques for obtaining empirical information and, finally, a large number of analysis techniques, presenting in detail the most basic ones, with less amplitude those of medium complexity, and very briefly the advanced ones. An extensive bibliography is referred to in order to go deeper into any topic. Based on his experience, in the conclusion, the author makes recommendations to those who dedicate themselves to training researchers, stressing the importance of always seeking rigor, without getting lost in vain epistemological disputes, in the hope of overcoming the impoverishing dichotomy that opposes the qualitative approach to the quantitative one.Este libro pretende contribuir a subsanar una debilidad de muchos investigadores: su formación metodológica. A partir de una visión que integra diseño, observación y análisis, a partir de preguntas investigables, se aborda el inicio de un proyecto con la construcción del objeto de estudio basada en la revisión de la literatura, y que culmina en la formulación de preguntas precisas o hipótesis. Sigue luego una gama de diseños de investigación, después un conjunto de técnicas para obtención de información empírica y, finalmente, gran número de técnicas de análisis, presentando en detalle las más básicas, con menor amplitud las de complejidad media, y muy brevemente las avanzadas. Se refiere una extensa bibliografía para profundizar en cualquier tema. Con base en su experiencia, en la conclusión, el autor hace recomendaciones a quienes se dedican a formar investigadores, subrayando la importancia de buscar siempre el rigor, sin perderse en vanas disputas epistemológicas, con la esperanza de superar la dicotomía empobrecedora que opone el enfoque cualitativo al cuantitativo
