INOVASI PERTANIAN BERKELANJUTAN: PELATIHAN PESTISIDA NABATI DAUN MIMBA UNTUK PETANI DI DESA LOWAYU, GRESIK
The agricultural sector in Indonesia plays a crucial role in food security and the national economy. However, farmers face significant challenges related to pest and disease management. Excessive use of synthetic pesticides contributes to pest resistance, environmental pollution, and health risks. Amid global trends towards sustainable agriculture and organic products, Lowayu village, in East Java, faces issues such as limited water resources, resistant pest attacks, and high dependence on chemical inputs. The abundant potential of neem trees (Azadirachta indica) in the village offers an alternative solution as a botanical pesticide. This community service program aims to empower farmers in Lowayu by training them to produce botanical pesticides from neem leaves. The training, conducted by a team from Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program of Universitas Islam Darul 'Ulum Lamongan, involved problem screening, strategy formulation, experimentation, training, and evaluation. The results show high enthusiasm from participants, with 80% understanding the material well and 60% expressing interest in applying the method. Despite challenges such as variability in effectiveness and product consistency, this botanical pesticide's economic and environmental benefits are significant. This program successfully increased farmers' awareness of eco-friendly alternatives and provided a foundation for further development

PEMANFAATAN TOOL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) CHATGPT UNTUK OPTIMALISASI PROSES ASESMEN PEMBELAJARAN
In the era of Society 5.0, education must adopt technology to improve the quality of learning, especially by educators. Technology brings significant changes, with people becoming more aware of the importance of technology skills. Every curriculum requires assessment to evaluate the success of learning, provide an overview of student achievement, and identify areas for improvement. The use of AI tools in student assessment improves the efficiency and quality of learning, allowing for faster and more specific feedback. AI also helps students identify their weaknesses more quickly and work on improving them. The AI training was attended by 18 teachers, starting with registration and followed by AI introduction materials and evaluation training during the learning process. The participants were also accompanied directly to observe their knowledge and skills. The training ended with a posttest to measure participants' understanding. As a result, all participants completed the task, showing a good understanding of the material. The achievement of the objectives demonstrates the success of this training and the utilization of information technology, particularly ChatGPT AI tools, in the learning assessment process. The optimal use of AI requires continuous training for teachers
IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI MBG UNTUK OPTIMALISASI AERASI PADA KOLAM BUDIDAYA LELE DI KANUTAN, BANTUL
In the present work, a simple aeration technology, utilizing the concept of a microbubble generator (MBG), was applied to an aquaculture field. It aims to support aeration by increasing the dissolved oxygen (DO) in the water. Subsequent supporting activities were carried out, comprising design, optimization and manufacturing, installation, and trials of MBG units, followed by site exposures. During one of the exposures, two sessions covering a discussion and another practical work were conducted. The working principle of the MBG was briefly explained in the first session, while the installation and operation were practically elaborated in the second session. Additionally, two units of MBG appliances were granted to be applied on the exposure site, namely Usaha Budidaya Ikan Senandung Betta. During the following exposure, the MBG implementation was evaluated through a series of DO measurements. Here, the measurement reached a range of 5.7 – 5.9 mg/L by operating the MBG. This means that the MBG increases the DO by around 1.5 mg/L

PENDAMPINGAN PROFESIONALISME KEGURUAN DI XAVIER LEARNING COMMUNITY, CHIANG RAI: MEMBANGUN KOMUNITAS PEMBELAJARAN
Today’s venture capitalists will undergo a rational approach to open new schools so as to ensure long-term sustainability, in which alignment of goals, job divisions, revenue projections, student intakes, personnel placements, promotion strategies, to name a few, are organized as a concerted effort. Xavier Learning Community, a newly established Jesuit higher education institution, has come from a different direction and therefore, attempts to live against the modernist, accountability-based approach to opening a new educational enterprise. XLC Chiang Rai is nested in a socio-culturally, historically, and politically nuanced space of northern Thailand, where the hub of human trafficking, jade mining, drug abuse, Chinese-backed casinos, and prostitution are rampant. Given the dire contexts of the widening gaps between the majority of the Thai population and the self-subsistent tribal groups, as well as the limited access to quality education among the tribal groups living in remote regions of Thai borderlands, XLC has come to offer the young generation of those marginalized to enjoy affordable educational services. Drawing from a Husserlian perspective on purpose, intentionality, and harmony, this study reports a one-month activity to accompany XLC teachers in developing their consciousness in their service to support the Jesuit cause.
