EDUKASI PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI ARTFICIAL INTELLINGENCY (AI), CHATGPT SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENAMBAH PENGETAHUAN DAN WAWASAN BAGI MAHASISWA
The advancement of information technology is increasingly developing rapidly, it has penetrated the world of education, students are required to be active and creative and innovative and able to work in the use and operation of information technology. information technology is Artificial intelligence (AI), one of its products is ChatGPT. Chatgpt is able to support the learning process, but students are not yet able and able to get to know and operate properly, because of this, educational activities on the use of chatgpt are carried out with the aim of evaluating the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, especially ChatGPT, as a learning medium in increasing student knowledge and insight. Rapidly evolving AI technologies offer new opportunities in education, including the use of intelligent chatbots such as ChatGPT to deliver learning processes, especially in providing easy-to-understand explanations, providing quick access to information, and assisting students in completing academic tasks. However, some challenges were also identified, such as limitations in understanding certain contexts and the need to improve students' digital skills. Overall, this activity concluded that the use of ChatGPT as a learning medium has great potential in improving students' knowledge and insights. Recommendations for further implementation include intensive training for lecturers and students in using this technology effectively, as well as the development of clear and comprehensive usage guidelines
PERAN KONSULTAN MARKETING DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMASARAN DAN REPUTASI PADA VENTOUR TRAVEL BUKITTINGGI
Laporan Magang ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas akhir dari mata kuliah Magang di Ventour Travel Bukittinggi. Penelitian dalam magang ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dalam penelitian ini ada 3 Sub yang akan di teliti lebih dalam, yakni: Konsultan marketing dalam industri Ventour Travel Bukittinggi, Proses pendaftaran Umroh & Haji Ventour Travel , Tantangan yang di hadapi dalam perekrutan calon Jama’ah. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dalam Laporan ini adalah Proses Administrasi langkah awal yang di lakukan untuk pendaftaran bagi calon jamaah baik Umroh maupun Haji. Proses yang dilakukan jamaah haji dan umroh di Ventour Travel adalah menyediakan Pasport Asli, Fotocopy KTP, dan Fotocopy KK 45 Hari sebelum keberangkatan. Sedangkan proses yang dilakukan seperti sosialisasi dengan mengiklankan paket Umroh maupun Haji di media sosial.Implikasi penelitian dalam Laporan Magang ini adalah agar meningkatkan Pemasaran melalui Media Sosial sehingga memperoleh Jama’ah yang lebih banyak lagi serta meningkatkan Reputasi Peusahaan Ventour Travel Bukittinggi.Keywords: Konsultan Marketing, Pemasaran, Reputas
FAKTOR RISIKO ERGONOMI PADA PERAWAT: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIK TERHADAP PREVALENSI GANGGUAN MUSKULOSKELETAL
Gangguan Muskuloskeletal (MSDs) merupakan perhatian serius dalam kesehatan pekerja, khususnya bagi perawat di rumah sakit. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya perlindungan terhadap pekerja dari risiko yang mengancam keselamatan dan kesehatan mereka. Faktor risiko utama meliputi aktivitas fisik yang intens dan postur kerja tidak ergonomis, yang menjadi penyebab utama MSDs pada perawat karena tugas yang memerlukan penanganan cepat dan posisi tubuh yang seringkali tidak nyaman. Dampaknya tidak hanya dirasakan secara individu, tetapi juga secara institusional, mengakibatkan penurunan produktivitas dan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek MSDs pada perawat, mengidentifikasi faktor risiko ergonomi yang terkait, dan memahami dampaknya terhadap kesehatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic review dengan pencarian basis data seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Dari 19.456 artikel yang ditemukan dan setelah disaring sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, 8 artikel dianalisis. Faktor risiko utama termasuk karakteristik fisik, psikologis, dan demografis seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman kerja, dan kebiasaan merokok. MSDs paling banyak terjadi di bagian lumbar. Risiko utama termasuk stres statis seperti berdiri lama dan aktivitas manual seperti mengangkat pasien. Faktor psikososial seperti stres pekerjaan juga berperan. FAKTOR PENYEBAB KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA UMUR 12-59 BULAN DI NAGARI CANDUANG KOTO LAWEH TAHUN 2023
Masalah kurang gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh asupan gizi yang kurang dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kejadian stunting pada balita umur 12-59 bulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 76 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan dengan uji statistik chi square univariat dan bivariat. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan di nagari canduang koto laweh yang dilaksanakan pada bulan juli tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 76 responden menunjukkan hasil balitanya tidak mengalami stunting 58 balita (76,3%), balita stunting 18 (23%) responden, balitanya tidak Terinfeksi penyakit 53 balita (69,7%), kebiasaan pemberian makan yang buruk 40 balita (52,6%), perilaku kebiasaan cuci tangan yang baik 41 balita (53,9%), kualitas fisik air memenuhi syarat sebanyak 76 balita (100,0%), karakteristik jamban sehat sebanyak 65 balita (85,5%), sudah mempunyaki SPAL yang baik 58 balita (76,3%). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan pemberian makan pada balita kejadian stunting, dengan nilai OR = 3,580 yang artinya ibu yang balitanya pemberian makan buruk beresiko 4 kali lebih besar dari pada ibu dengan kebiasaan pemberian makannya sudah baik. Masyarakat diharapkan untuk lebih memperhatikan tumbuh kembang balit
PERBEDAAN KUALITAS FISIK, BAKTERIOLOGIS, KIMIA PADA AIR PEMUKIMAN SEBELUMDAN SESUDAH DILAKUKAN PENYARINGAN DI DESA SANTUR KOTA SAWAHLUNTO TAHUN 2024
Water plays a crucial role in life. The condition of residential water in Santur Village, Sawahlunto City was found to be murky, colored, and causing sediment in the water storage. This study aims to determine if there are differences in physical, bacteriological, and chemical quality of residential water before and after filtration in Santur Village, Sawahlunto City in 2024. The research uses an experimental design. The study population consists of residential water in Santur Village in July 2024, with treatments including filtration using gravel, sand, charcoal, coconut fiber, and foam. The results showed that, on average, before and after filtration: TDS was 316.8 before and 222.5 after; turbidity was 3.125 before and 0.00 after; color was 3.50 before and 0.00 after; E. coli was 105.8 before and 42.63 after; pH was 7.35 before and 7.07 after; Fe was 0.32 before and 0.07 after; Mn was 0.35 before and 0.08 after. The paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test showed significant differences in physical, bacteriological, and chemical quality of residential water before and after filtration with p-values as follows: TDS (p=0.017), turbidity (p=0.000), color (p=0.000), E. coli (p=0.816), pH (p=0.004), Fe (p=0.001), Mn (p=0.093). In conclusion, there are significant differences in the physical, bacteriological, and chemical quality of residential water before and after filtration using gravel, sand, charcoal, coconut fiber, and foam. This study is recommended as a consideration for policy-making by the government in residential water management
FENOMENA BULLYING DAN GANGGUAN KESEHATAN MENTAL PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DAN ATAS DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI TAHUN 2023
Background: Currently, cases of bullying and mental health disorders are increasing in educational institutions. Some incidents of suicide in students are due to the high psychological pressure of the victim. The label of the strawberry generation as a fragile generation is also closely attached to the identity of today's teenagers even though they are the nation's hope for the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out if there is a relationship between bullying and mental health disorders in junior and senior high school students in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera. Method: This study was an observational study using a cross-sectional design. The sample was students aged 15-18 years totaling 118 respondents. Sampling is carried out by a multistage stratified clustered sampling technique. Collected data were gender, age, ethnicity, religion, parents' income, education, and occupation. The data was processed using the Chi-Square method with a confidence degree of p < 0.0.5. Results: There were 12.71% of bullying cases and 89% of mental disorders in junior and senior high school students. The results of the analysis showed no association between bullying and mental health disorders (p = 0.670, p > 0.05. HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP TERHADAP PEMERIKSAAN INSPEKSI VISUAL ASAM ASETAT (IVA) PADA PASANGAN USIA SUBUR (PUS)
Pemeriksaan Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA) adalah metode sederhana untuk deteksi dini kanker serviks. UPTD Puskesmas Madukoro memiliki tingkat partisipasi pemeriksaan IVA yang rendah (2,56%), dengan Desa Sawojajar mencapai 0,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pemeriksaan IVA pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Madukoro, Lampung Utara. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi terdiri dari dua kelompok: kelompok A (PUS di Desa Sawojajar, 721 orang) dan kelompok B (PUS yang telah melakukan IVA, 124 orang). Sampel dihitung menggunakan metode Slovin: 88 orang dari kelompok A dan 55 orang dari kelompok B. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Uji Chi Square menunjukkan p-value 0,000 (p < 0,005), menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pemeriksaan IVA. Diketahui nilai RP pengetahuan sebesar 4,975 dengan CI = 2,025-12,222 dan RP sikap sebesar 10,746 dengan CI = 4,169-27,698 sehingga menunjukkan pengetahuan berpengaruh 4,975 kali dan sikap berpengaruh 10,746 kali terhadap pemeriksaan IVA. Hasil ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan media informasi dan dukungan lintas sektoral untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya pemeriksaan IVA
FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN KEKURANGAN ENERGI KRONIS (KEK) PADA IBU HAMIL
Across Indonesia's 34 provinces, a total of 283,833 pregnant women with Lila measurements below 23.5 cm (indicating KEK) were identified among 3,249,503 pregnant women. In Jambi Province in 2020, there were 62 reported cases out of 64,365 live births. Among 6,785 pregnant women across 16 community health centers, 317 individuals experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK). This study aims to discern the factors influencing KEK in pregnant women at Singkut Community Health Center. Employing an analytical survey with a case-control approach, the research was conducted during March-April 2023. The study's population consisted of 646 pregnant women in Singkut Community Health Center's jurisdiction, with a sample size of 90 pregnant women, equally divided between 45 case and 45 control participants. Total sampling was employed as the sample technique. The findings indicated that 50.0% of respondents experienced CED, 52.2% of respondents had limited education, 75.6% were primipara, and 24.4% were multiparous. Furthermore, 51.1% of respondents had suffered from infectious diseases, and 58.9% had low income. Bivariate tests revealed significant associations between education (p-value = 0.000; OR 112.000), parity (p-value = 0.000; OR 38.500), infectious diseases (p-value = 0.000; OR 52.000), income (p-value = 0.000; OR 19,692), and KEK. The study concludes that education, infectious diseases, and income are correlated with KEK, while no relationship was found between parity and KEK among pregnant women in the Singkut Health Center's catchment area. EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN INTERVENSI PENURUNAN STUNTING PADA BALITA TERINTEGRASI DI UPTD PUSKESMAS PEKAN HERAN TAHUN 2023
Globally, stunting and malnutrition are still problems in several countries, namely around 162 million children under the age of 5 suffer from stunting. Likewise, UPTD Puskesmas Pekan Heran experienced an increase in stunting cases from 96 cases in 2021 to 156 cases in 2022, even though UPTD Puskesmas Pekan Heran has implemented a policy of accelerating stunting reduction. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of integrated stunting reduction interventions for toddlers at the Pekan Heran Community Health Center UPTD in 2023. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative design. The informants in this research involved the Head of the Public Health Service of the Indragiri Hulu District Health Service, the Head of the Pekan Heran Community Health Center, the person in charge of the nutrition department, the implementing midwife and the mother of the toddler. Data collection in this research used in-depth interview sheets, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses interactive model techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of the specific nutrition intervention program at the Pekan Heran Community Health Center has been carried out comprehensively with 100% implementation, however in its implementation the achievements of the specific nutrition intervention program are still not optimal, especially in the indicators of ANC, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Immunization, Vitamin Administration. A, Zinc and worm medicine. The obstacles found were the low health behavior of the community, especially pregnant women, to carry out ANC visits according to standards and the lack of participation of mothers of babies and toddlers in visiting Posyandu. It can be concluded that the implementation of the specific nutritional intervention program at the Pekan Heran Community Health Center has not been optimal and there are still several indicators that have not been achieved. Therefore, it is hoped that the Pekan Heran Community Health Center will make efforts to strengthen program implementation by empowering the program targets, namely the community, especially pregnant women and mothers of toddlers
UJI ORGANOLEPTIK PADA ES KRIM DADIH SEBAGAI INOVASI MAKANAN SELINGAN SEHAT UNTUK BALITA
Based on data from the Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) in 2021, it was found that the prevalence rate of nutritional status of underweight toddlers had increased from 16.3% to 17%. One of the direct causes of influencing factors is nutritional intake. Curd is a fermented processed product or traditional yogurt typical of Minangkabau West Sumatra that contains probiotics, is highly nutritious, easy to digest, so that it has an impact on increasing the body weight of toddlers. The purpose of the study was to conduct organoleptic tests on curd-based ice cream as a healthy snack innovation. Research type Experiment. The sample in the study were 20 toddlers aged 2-5 years and 20 mothers of toddlers, taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis includes univariate analysis with organoleptic tests. The results showed that organoleptic tests found that 55% of respondents really like curd-based ice cream, 50% like the color of ice cream, 60% really like the aroma of ice cream, 55% like the soft texture of ice cream, 55% stated a sweet taste in curd-based ice cream. The conclusion in this study is that toddlers like curd-based ice cream and can help meet daily nutritional needs in toddlers aged 2-5 years. It is hoped that all parties, especially those who have toddlers, will take advantage of curd processing innovations so that highly nutritious traditional foods can be recognized and consumed by children so that they can preserve traditional foods while being useful in improving nutritional status in toddlers.Keywords : Curd, Toddlers, Weight, Organolepti
