Classification of Cavendish Banana Quality using Convolutional Neural Network
Indonesia\u27s agricultural production is divided into two main categories: vegetables and fruits. The vegetable category includes shallots, garlic, chilies, mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, and potatoes. One of the fruit commodities from the fruit horticulture subsector is bananas, which are divided into several types, including ambon, plantains, Cavendish, pipit, and horn bananas. One of the bananas that has a good selling value in Indonesia is the Cavendish banana, but the selling value of the Cavendish banana is determined by the quality of the banana fruit. A classification process is necessary to find out the quality of bananas. We perform classification using one of the deep learning algorithms, namely Convolutional Neural Network. The experiment uses 1047 images, divided into 65% training data, 15% validation data, and 20% testing data by using epochs 20 times with 16 batch sizes, the accurate results obtained are 99%. The results indicate the effectiveness of the confusion matrix in identifying training data and detecting images. It can be concluded that using more training data leads to higher accuracy, as fewer image reading errors occur when fewer images are processed. This classification is expected to be able to classify bananas with good quality like the real condition
Prediction of Customer Switching Using Support Vector Machine Method
Several studies on predicting customer switching focus on the telecommunications industry and online stores. This research aims to predict customer switching to get the best results; customers are the most critical mass; some companies must provide satisfying services so customer flow decreases. The support vector machine (SVM) method uses machine learning to find a hyperplane based on the SRM principle. A hyperplane is a decision boundary that helps classify data points. SVM stands out for its ability to take input data and make predictions based on its characteristics. This study uses data from Kaggle, structured it, cleaned it, identified patterns and inconsistencies (such as skewness, outliers, and missing values), and built and validated hypotheses. From the data processing, the plot shows the imbalance of data classes between churners and non-churners. This research applies several models where the most significant or best performance value is in the SVM model of 0.7996. The Neural Network model can be trained with better patterns to detect data and achieve high accuracy
Assessing Criminal Penalties in Marriage Law: a Comparative Study of Policy Frameworks within Indonesian and Malaysian Legislation
This article examines the policy on criminal sanctions in Islamic marriage law in Indonesia and Malaysia, focusing on a comparative analysis between the two countries. The main objective of this study is to understand how both countries, with their Muslim-majority populations, formulate and apply criminal sanctions in cases of violations of Islamic marriage law. This research employs a library research methodology. The primary sources of data for this study include Law No. 1 of 1974, the Compilation of Islamic Law, the Federal Territories Islamic Family Law Enactment, and Islamic law. The findings of this study indicate that although Indonesia and Malaysia share a common foundation in Sharia law, there are significant differences in the application of criminal sanctions related to Islamic marriage. In Indonesia, the policy on criminal sanctions is more influenced by the secular national legal system, while in Malaysia, Sharia law plays a more dominant role in the state judiciary system. The review of Islamic law related to the application of criminal sanctions for violations of marriage laws remains weak in its implementation. Therefore, stricter sanctions should be established for violators to provide a significant deterrent effect. This approach aligns with al-Ghazali\u27s concept of maslahah, which prioritizes good and avoids harm (mafsadah)
Local Wisdom of Minority Religious Groups in Indonesia in Humanitarian and Philanthropic Activities Covid-19 Pandemic
COVID-19 has impacted people’s lives worldwide as a global pandemic. It is a shocking health issue and generates other economic and societal problems. With its many citizens, Indonesia faces limitations in dealing with this pandemic. The research was initiated due to global COVID-19, which affects Indonesia economically and socially. They utilized local wisdom to support religious minorities via humanitarian efforts. This research explores the charitable and philanthropic efforts of minority religious communities such as Ahmadiyah, Shia, Baha\u27i, and Sapta Dharma in Yogyakarta, which often face negative perceptions in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods to illustrate how minority religious groups participate in helping others in responding to the pandemic. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, Focused Group Discussions, and documentation. The results showed that minority religious groups in Indonesia have the initiative and actively participate in assisting needy people around them as their responsibility as Indonesian citizens, despite the discrimination and hostility they face because of their beliefs. Philanthropic motivations based on religious values, universal humanity, and moral responsibility as a religious group can be viewed as local wisdom. The existence of cultural views in Indonesia for help and mutual assistance makes aid acceptable as a form of brotherhood, which is inversely proportional to the theological rejection of the group

PENDIDIKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF STRUKTURAL DAN KONFLIK DAN INTERAKSI SOSIAL DI MASYARAKAT
Education is an integral part of a structured society, where the structural perspective sees education as part of a larger social system. In this view, education plays a role in maintaining social structure and hierarchy while influencing the distribution of resources in society. However, the conflict perspective highlights tensions and differences that arise within society, including within the context of education. Conflict in education can emerge due to differences in access, quality, and educational opportunities among different groups. Conflicts in education encompass various levels, including conflicts between students, students and teachers, teachers among themselves, and other conflicts. Within the classroom, conflicts between students often occur, and it is crucial for teachers to manage these conflicts in a constructive manner. Moreover, it\u27s also important to foster a culture of constructive conflict within schools, where conflicts are seen as opportunities for learning and improving the education system. Education aims to develop individuals holistically, create an environment that supports development, and teach positive values. However, in reality, conflict is always present in social life, and education is not exempt from conflict. Therefore, it is important for all stakeholders in education, including teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders, to wisely manage conflicts and promote positive social interactions in efforts to enhance the quality of education and contribute to society. Education is a lifelong process for individuals, starting from birth to adulthood. Its goal is to help individuals \u27humanize themselves as humans\u27 by developing various aspects such as faith, morality, skills, creativity, independence, and responsibility. To achieve this educational goal, the role of educators, learners, and effective implementation of education are crucial. This research uses a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of conflict and social interaction in the context of education. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that conflict is a natural phenomenon in education, and wise conflict management and the development of a constructive conflict culture are crucial to enhancing the quality of education. Social interaction in education plays a key role in individual development and the formation of social norms within society.

Effect of Application of Model for Inclusive and Compulsory Participation Strategy for Teaching and Learning Mathematics on Students’ Learning Outcomes
Inclusive and compulsory participation strategy of teaching mathematics is designed to ensure that all the learners and the teacher are involved in the teaching and learning process. A pretest, posttest, quasi-experimental design study was carried out with 275 senior secondary school class two (SSC2) students to test the effectiveness of the model. They were divided into experimental group of 135 students, taught construction and loci using inclusive and compulsory participation strategy and control group comprising 140 students, taught the same topic using conventional strategy. The result showed that the experimental group had a mean score of 87% and standard deviation of 7% as against mean of 53% and standard deviation of 9% obtained by the control group. This give a t-test score of 34.76 which is greater than the critical value of t = 1.96 at 0.05 level of significance, implying that there existed a significant difference in the achievement, in favour of the experimental group with higher mean score. Similarly, the attitude test scores were 73% with standard deviation od 5% for the experimental group while the control group had a mean attitude score of 49% and standard deviation of 6%, giving t-test of 35.95 showing that there is a significant difference in the attitude score of the groups with the experimental group having higher mean attitude score of 73% as against 49% and standard deviation of 5% and 6% respectively obtained by the experimental and control groups. The model and its strategy is highly recommended.

Ulama\u27s Role in Addressing Public Health Needs: The Case for or Against Breast Milk Banks?
This research aims to analyze the legal and ethical implications of establishing breast milk banks (Bank ASI) in Indonesia, focusing on the differing opinions of contemporary Islamic scholars (ulama) regarding their permissibility. With the potential for a shift from donation-based systems to a commercial model, it is crucial to understand the moral and legal ramifications that may arise within the Muslim community. This study seeks to provide insights into how these banks can operate without conflicting with Islamic principles, thereby contributing to public discourse on this pressing issue. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review and comparative analysis of the views held by two prominent ulama: Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy, who supports the establishment of breast milk banks, and Umar Hubeis, who opposes them. Both scholars share a common educational background under Sheikh Ahmad Surkati, yet they arrive at divergent conclusions regarding the operational framework of breast milk banks. The study examines their arguments in detail, particularly focusing on the implications of milk mixing and its effects on familial relationships (radha\u27ah) as outlined in Islamic jurisprudence. In conclusion, this research highlights the complexities surrounding the establishment of breast milk banks in Indonesia from an Islamic legal perspective. The contrasting views of ash-Shiddieqy and Hubeis illustrate the ongoing debate within the scholarly community about how modern practices intersect with traditional Islamic values. By fostering dialogue among scholars and practitioners, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how breast milk banks can be integrated into Muslim societies while respecting ethical and religious considerations
