Analisis Filsafat Ilmu Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Hadis Dalam Konteks Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Analisis menunjukkan tiga temuan utama.
The Role of Religious Identity in Political Affiliation and Voter Behaviour Among Muslim Youths in Nima
This study looks into how a person’s religious self-view can steer their political leanings and voting choices among young Muslims in Nima. It kicks off by blending together stories from interviews and focus groups with numbers pulled from surveys, a mix-methods approach that, frankly, doesn’t follow a strict recipe but rather paints a broad, sometimes unexpected picture. Generally speaking, the data hint that faith isn’t just a quiet background detail; rather, it shapes opinions and guides voter behaviour. Many participants openly discussed how their strong, almost instinctive sense of civic duty, one that’s tied up with their religious beliefs – drives not only reactive voting but also a proactive push to see government reflect these values. This active engagement, by the way, isn’t confined to politics alone. There’s a compelling suggestion here that public health efforts could really benefit if policymakers take note of how closely religious and political identities are interwoven. In most cases, aligning health policies with the values of these young community members might boost trust and improve outcomes in a way that feels naturally inclusive. Altogether, the essay adds a nuanced voice to the ongoing conversation about identity politics, hinting that when we understand why religious communities vote the way they do, we can better foster both vibrant political participation and more thoughtful public health strategies

Beyond Charity: How Zakat Governance in Jember Transforms Social Relations Among Mustahiq
Poverty remains a significant challenge to civilization, particularly within Muslim communities. As a fundamental pillar of Islam, zakat serves a crucial role in alleviating poverty and promoting social welfare. This study analyzes and compares zakat governance in two leading institutions in Jember: Amil Zakat Al-Baitul Amien and the Nurul Hayat Foundation, with a specific focus on empowering mustahiq (zakat recipients). Using a qualitative, descriptive approach, the research explores zakat governance practices based on data gathered through interviews with institutional managers, supported by insights from zakat practitioners and academics. The findings indicate that both institutions generally uphold the principles of good zakat governance and operate with professional standards. However, full optimization remains a challenge—particularly for Al-Baitul Amien. Both organizations have adopted digital technologies to improve zakat collection and service delivery, with the Nurul Hayat Foundation demonstrating greater technological integration. Despite its stronger performance, Nurul Hayat still faces areas for improvement, especially in achieving full accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency. Strengthening governance frameworks in both institutions is essential to unlock zakat’s full potential in empowering mustahiq and supporting sustainable socio-economic developmentKetidakmampuan ekonomi atau kemiskinan merupakan salah satu bahaya bagi umat Islam, karena dengan kemiskinan maka peradabannya dapat terpuruk.
Paradigma Baru Perdagangan Karbon: Mengkaji Peraturan Menteri LHK No. 21/2022 Dari Perspektif Ta\u27wid dan Polluter Pays Principle
The carbon trading mechanism as stipulated in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 21 of 2022 is understood as the buying and selling of carbon emission credits that exceed the threshold. In the eyes of Islamic law, carbon trading can be considered as buying and selling, but it does not seem to be fully appropriate. This study aims to analyze how carbon trading is considered as ta\u27wid (compensation) in the carbon trading mechanism in Permen LHK No. 21 of 2022. Using a normative approach, this research examines the provisions in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 21 of 2022 by comparing it with the concept of ta\u27wid in Islamic law. The results show that the sale and purchase referred to in Ministerial Regulation No. 21 of 2022 is understood as the sale and purchase of carbon emission credits that exceed the threshold, a concept that in the framework of environmental law is known as the Polluter Pays Principle. Companies that release carbon must pay losses to carbon sinks or have residual carbon, this can be seen as a form of compensation or indemnity related to environmental damage that harms society. Thus, the view that carbon trading as a ta\u27wid is in line with both sharia economic law and environmental law
The State\u27s Responsibility in Preserving Local Culture: A Constitutional Law Perspective on the Practice of Akapalumba Jarangk
The state holds a fundamental responsibility to protect the human rights of its citizens, including the right to safety, as outlined in national constitutions and international law. Despite this, violations of these rights are often perpetrated by both state entities and non-state actors. This study aims to examine the state\u27s role in safeguarding citizens\u27 right to security, particularly in the context of human rights violations in Indonesia. Utilizing a normative juridical methodology that incorporates both statutory and case law analyzes, complemented by literature review, the research findings indicate that while national and international legal frameworks mandate the state to ensure citizen safety, actual implementation is inadequate. This is characterized by limited accountability and insufficient restitution for victims. Therefore, there is a pressing need for enhanced legal protection mechanisms and institutional reforms to ensure that the state\u27s responsibilities are met and that the right to security is upheld as a fundamental aspect of human rights
Toward a Holistic Legal Framework for Effective Waqf Implementation: Integrating Islamic Socio-Economic Models
Waqf is crucial in the improvement of community welfare and the resolution of socio-economic challenges. Nevertheless, its implementation in Indonesia is beset by various legal, institutional, and managerial obstacles, such as insufficient regulations, a lack of public awareness, and inefficient governance. This research aims to evaluate the legal framework for the effective integration of the Islamic socio-economic model into the waqf process. This normative legal study employs a regulatory-legislative approach, conceptualization, and Lawrence M. Friedman\u27s legal system theory to evaluate the efficacy of regulations concerning waqf. The research\u27s findings suggest that Indonesia\u27s waqf regulations continue to encounter legal challenges, particularly in conjunction with the discordant regulations in settlement and the lax rules regarding productive waqf. The effectiveness of the waqf administration is impeded by the lack of professionalism of the nazhir and the weaknesses in the supervision of the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) regarding legal structure. In the meantime, the legal culture demonstrates that the community\u27s low legal awareness results in the inadequate documentation of numerous waqf assets, rendering them susceptible to protection and underutilization. Consequently, it is imperative to enhance the professionalism of nazhir, revise regulations, and digitize waqf management to improve transparency and efficiency. Community participation and more stringent supervision are also necessary for optimizing waqf as an economic and social instrument
Tiktok Media in Purchase Decision: The Effect of User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Equity, and Digital Marketing on Skincare Product
This study focuses on determining how much influence User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Equity, and Digital Marketing have on Purchase Decisions. This research is motivated by using the Tiktok platform as a Digital Marketing medium that influences Purchase Decisions, especially on skincare products. Data was collected through online questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS); each association between variables has a p-value less than 0.05. This finding shows that user generated content (UGC), brand equity, and digital marketing significantly affect the purchase decision of skincare products. These findings also provide important implications for skincare companies in optimizing digital marketing strategies through the Tiktok platform
The Impact of Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Compensation on OCB: A Study in Public Relations and Protocols of BNN Indonesia
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is closely related to organizational performance and encompasses employee behaviors that support organizational effectiveness. These include social competence to maintain team cohesion, willingness to participate in collaborative efforts to achieve collective goals, and the ability to maintain moral and psychological balance in achieving personal and organizational objectives without harming others. OCB plays a crucial role in enhancing or diminishing organizational performance. The population in this study consisted of 56 employees from the Public Relations and Protocol at the BNN Indonesia. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, in which the entire population was included as the sample. This study applied a quantitative research approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics version 29. The findings revealed that work motivation, organizational commitment, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Furthermore, the partial analysis indicated that each independent variable—work motivation, organizational commitment, and compensation—individually exerts a positive and significant effect on OCB. These findings align with the principles of Social Exchange Theory, which posit that reciprocal relationships between individuals and their institutions encourage voluntary contributions beyond formal job responsibilities
