Influence of Digital Marketing, Brand Image, and Service Quality on Nasabah Decision to Use Indonesia Syariah Bank Services (Case Study of Generation Z in Tegal City)
No full textDigital transformation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has driven the banking sector, including BSI, to offer technology-based services such as the BYOND by BSI application. Generation Z is the main target due to their high digital engagement. However, their interest and understanding of Islamic banking remain varied, especially in Tegal City, where participation is still low despite a Muslim majority. This study analyzes the influence of digital marketing, brand image, and service quality on Generation Z’s decision to use BSI services in Tegal City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method and associative causal type. The population comprised Generation Z aged 18–28 years, with a sample of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale and analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results indicate that digital marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s decision to use BSI services, while brand image does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant influence. These findings suggest that strengthening digital marketing strategies and improving service quality are dominant factors in influencing young customers’ decisions
Menciptakan Kepercayaan dan Kejujuran Pasangan Suami Istri di Era Media Sosial
No full textThe development of technology and the increasing use of social media have influenced the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, including in marriage. This phenomenon presents new challenges related to transparency and potential conflicts arising from the use of social media. The purpose of this research is to understand how to foster trust and honesty in the relationship between spouses in the digital age, commonly referred to as the Social Media Era. The method employed is a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with several married couples. The research results were then analyzed to identify the findings related to the research focus. The results of the study show that social media can be a tool that supports communication and openness in creating trust and honesty for married couples, but also has the potential to trigger suspicion and conflict due to a lack of understanding of digital dynamics. Couples must have awareness and skills to interact healthily on digital platforms, which can help maintain the harmony of husband-and-wife relationships. These findings highlight the importance of understanding and healthy interaction skills on digital platforms in maintaining harmonious relationships. This research provides valuable insights for couples to manage trust and honesty in the era of social media, while also highlighting the need for education about the impact of technology on marital relationships.
Perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial telah memengaruhi dinamika hubungan interpersonal, termasuk dalam pernikahan. Fenomena ini menimbulkan tantangan baru terkait transparansi dan potensi konflik akibat penggunaan media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami cara menciptakan kepercayaan dan kejujuran dalam hubungan antara suami dan istri di Era Media Sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap sejumlah pasangan suami istri. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dapat menjadi alat yang mendukung komunikasi dan keterbukaan dalam menciptakan kepercayaan dan kejujuran bagi pasangan suami istri, namun juga berpotensi memicu kecurigaan dan konflik akibat kurangnya pemahaman terhadap dinamika digital. Pasangan harus memiliki kesadaran dan keterampilan berinteraksi secara sehat di platform digital cenderung menjaga keharmonisan hubungan suami istri. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kesadaran dan keterampilan berinteraksi secara sehat di platform digital agar hubungan tetap harmonis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pasangan untuk mengelola kepercayaan dan kejujuran di era media sosial, serta mendorong perlunya edukasi tentang dampak teknologi terhadap hubungan pernikahan

No full textThis study investigates the main issues faced by the Segamas Traditional Market in Purbalingga. This research focuses on visitor circulation and the layout of trading zones that do not meet the standards of a traditional market. Data were obtained through field observations, interviews, and documentation using a qualitative descriptive approach based on case studies. The research results show that narrow circulation paths, unorganized vendor zoning, and a lack of supporting facilities hinder economic activities and visitor comfort. The spatial design approach offered by the researchers includes dividing the market into three main categories: dry zone, semi-dry zone, and wet zone, based on the nature of the commodities. Additionally, technical recommendations are formulated by considering SNI standards and national regulations regarding traditional markets. The redesign of the market block is carried out to improve space efficiency, make the buildings more viable, and enhance the market\u27s function as a sustainable local economic center. This research contributes to the discussion on the revitalization of traditional markets, relying on adaptive public policies and participatory spatial planning principles

No full textReligious tourism is not merely a journey for recreation but also serves as a means to deepen spiritual and religious experiences. This study aims to understand the effectiveness of religious tourism in enhancing spirituality and the quality of worship among pilgrims. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that religious tourism plays a crucial role in increasing religious awareness, strengthening pilgrims\u27 connection with Islamic values, and encouraging them to be more diligent in performing worship, such as prayer (*shalat*), *dzikir*, and other *sunnah* practices. Moreover, visits to the tombs of Islamic saints, historical mosques, and other significant Islamic sites provide additional motivation for pilgrims to further explore Islamic teachings in their daily lives. The success of religious tourism in reinforcing the spirituality of pilgrims is influenced by several factors, including guidance from religious figures, a conducive environment, and personal reflection conducted throughout the journey. Therefore, religious tourism can serve as an effective medium for *dakwah*, shaping more devout Muslim individuals who are committed to their religious practices
Misconception about Halal Certification Placement on Non-Food Commodities: State Coercion over the Territory of Ijtihad
No full textThe obligation of halal certification for commodity products has created many dilemmas, one of which is the placement of the halal label on non-consumer goods. This is evidenced by the use of halal labels on several animal food products and non-food products. Even halal certification is also placed in the service sector, which is included in the supply chain management activities category. This study examines the government mandate for halal certification of commodity products and highlights the resulting public misunderstandings about the application of halal labels. Data were gathered from various online platforms, including news outlets, pet food websites, and sites unrelated to consumer goods that discuss halal certification. These sources were examined using descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that, on the one hand, the government helps consumers choose halal products; on the other, making the State the sole authority on what\u27s halal and what\u27s haram has confused halal labels and imposed legal pressure on matters that rightly belong in the domain of ijtihad. The mandatory halal certification imposes the formalism of religious language, leading people to feel that their economic activities are being dictated in the name of the common good, while disregarding alternative perspectives in assessing a product\u27s halal or haram status. This finding underscores the need for additional follow-up measures to determine the extent of the benefits achievable through this mandatory halal certification requirement
Transformative Da\u27wah Communication for Marginalized Communities: A Case Study of Majelis Sabilu Taubah
No full textThis study examines the transformation of socio-religious consciousness among marginalized communities through the Majelis Sabilu Taubah, Blitar, led by Gus Iqdam. The phenomenon under investigation involves revitalizing religious meaning and social inclusion for individuals who are often excluded from formal religious spaces. The research focuses on how Sabilu Taubah reconstructs cultural and religious values through inclusive da’wah practices and participatory community engagement. Employing a qualitative case study approach, primary data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant and non-participant observation, and systematic documentation. These data were then analyzed using the theoretical framework of social construction by Berger & Luckmann and the concept of the “global village” by McLuhan. The findings indicate that Gus Iqdam’s approach, characterized by accessible language, humor, and cultural sensitivity, facilitates the externalization, objectification, and internalization of religious and social values among marginalized groups. The process leads to positive changes in personal attitudes, enhanced solidarity, and the reintegration of former street dwellers, ex-punks, and marginalized individuals into broader society. This study highlights the pivotal role of inclusive religious communities in fostering socio-cultural transformation and sustained empowerment of previously marginalized populations, leveraging digital platforms
Pengembangan Media Papan Pecahan untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Pecahan Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar
No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan siswa kesulitan menangkap materi pecahan yang disampaikan oleh guru dan pemahaman konsep siswa terhadap materi pecahan masih kurang. Selain itu, penggunaan media pembelajaran masih terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media papan pecahan, menganalisis kelayakan media papan pecahan, dan untuk mengetahui media papan pecahan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dengan jenis Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) model pengembangan ADDIE terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 17 siswa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui angket, tes, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media papan pecahan dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan yang diperoleh ahli media, ahli materi, respon guru dan respon siswa. Hasil normalitas gain didapatkan 0,77 yang berarti media papan pecahan berkriteria tinggi sehingga media papan pecahan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan siswa kelas IV SD

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya revitalisasi moral remaja melalui peran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan dan pergaulan sosial pada era modern. Krisis moral yang melanda generasi muda menuntut hadirnya pendidikan agama yang tidak hanya bersifat kognitif, tetapi juga aplikatif dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di SMK Miftahul Huda Bojonegoro, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa revitalisasi moral remaja dilakukan melalui integrasi pembelajaran PAI, pembiasaan keagamaan, keteladanan guru, serta sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan peserta didik. Kegiatan keagamaan seperti salat berjamaah, pembacaan Asmaul Husna, dan kajian rutin menjadi media efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan tanggung jawab moral. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa PAI berperan penting sebagai benteng moral sekaligus sarana pembentukan karakter religius remaja agar tetap berpegang pada nilai-nilai Islam di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan sosial yang kompleks
Partial Egalitarianism And Marital Instability: The Role Of Ambivalent Gender Ideology In Driving Latent Conflict Among Javanese Couples, Indonesia
No full textThe gender roles played by husbands and wives have considerable impacts on the stability of marriage. However, marital instability can lead to divorce. Egalitarian (nontraditional) gender roles cause negative effects on marital stability. This research tried to reveal the perception of married couples in Java about their gender roles, whether egalitarian or traditional. This study found the fact that in general, husband and wife who become respondents tend to choose egalitarian (non-traditional) gender roles, even though in three aspects they still adhere to the patriarchal (traditional) gender role, most of them reject the concept of: (a) household leadership based on agreement (not on sex); (b) the possibility of providing cost of living from wife to husband; and (c) household expenses are shared responsibility. Moreover, the egalitarian gender perception of the respondents has negative impact on marital stability. Fortunately the impact is not significant
