ВПЛИВ РОСІЙСЬКОЇ ДЕЗІНФОРМАЦІЇ НА ГРОМАДСЬКУ ДУМКУ У США ЩОДО УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ РОСІЙСЬКО-УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ВІЙНИ
Get PDFThe article analyzes the impact of Russian disinformation on US public opinion regarding support for Ukraine in the context of the Russo-Ukrainian War. The key aspects that determine the perception of the American society of the need for military and financial assistance to Ukraine are considered. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of public sentiment in the United States, which has undergone significant changes under the influence of disinformation campaigns aimed at weakening confidence in official messages and international commitments of the United States. The results of public opinion polls show that the number of Americans who believe that aid to Ukraine is excessive is growing. Based on the analysis of Gallup’s data, the study traces how Russian disinformation influences the formation of perceptions of the war, using narratives about the economic disadvantage of supporting Ukraine for American taxpayers and the allegedly provocative actions of the United States against Russia. These narratives are amplified in the media space, especially through social media and alternative media, which creates a favorable environment for the formation of polarized views. The key mechanisms for spreading disinformation are also discussed, including manipulative news, fake news, and distortion of real events. Particular emphasis is placed on the strategic use of emotional influence to create negative associations with Ukraine. It is noted that Russian disinformation is aimed at undermining the credibility of the US administration, its foreign policy and international security initiatives. The influence of public sentiment on US political decisions regarding Ukraine is analyzed. The author demonstrates how the spread of skepticism among Americans about the continuation of financial support for Kyiv affects the strategic approaches of the Joseph Biden administration. At the same time, the paper emphasizes the importance of countering disinformation campaigns to ensure sustained U.S. support for Ukraine. The findings of this study provide tools for a deeper understanding of the dynamics of disinformation’s influence on public opinion and decision-making in the United States, and highlight the challenges Ukraine faces in its struggle for international support.У статті проаналізовано вплив російської дезінформації на громадську думку США щодо підтримки України в умовах російсько-української війни. Розглянуто ключові аспекти, що визначають сприйняття американським суспільством необхідності військової та фінансової допомоги Україні. Особлива увага приділена еволюції суспільних настроїв у США, які зазнали значних змін під впливом дезінформаційних кампаній, спрямованих на послаблення довіри до офіційних повідомлень і міжнародних зобов’язань США. Результати соціологічних опитувань демонструють, що кількість американців, які вважають допомогу Україні надмірною, зростає. На основі аналізу даних Ґеллапа простежено, як російська дезінформація впливає на формування уявлень про війну, використовуючи наративи про економічно невигідну підтримку України для американських платників податків та нібито провокаційні дії США щодо Росії. Ці наративи посилюються у медіапросторі, особливо через соціальні мережі та альтернативні медіа, що створює сприятливе середовище для формування поляризованих поглядів. Також розглянуто ключові механізми поширення дезінформації, серед яких домінують маніпулятивні новини, фейкові звіти та спотворення реальних подій. Особливий акцент зроблено на стратегічному використанні емоційного впливу з метою створення негативних асоціацій щодо України. Зазначено, що російська дезінформація спрямована на підрив довіри до адміністрації США, її зовнішньої політики та міжнародних ініціатив у сфері безпеки. Розглянуто вплив громадських настроїв на політичні рішення США щодо України. Продемонстровано, як поширення скепсису серед американців щодо продовження фінансової підтримки Києва впливає на стратегічні підходи адміністрації Джозефа Байдена. Водночас робота підкреслює важливість протидії дезінформаційним кампаніям для забезпечення стійкої підтримки України з боку США. Результати цього дослідження надають інструменти для глибшого розуміння динаміки впливу дезінформації на громадську думку та прийняття рішень у США, а також висвітлюють виклики, які постають перед Україною в боротьбі за міжнародну підтримку
СТАН БОРГОВОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ
Get PDFIn the study, the authors examine the state of Ukraine’s debt security under martial law conditions.In the main part of the study, the authors substantiate the meaning of the concept of «debt security» and highlight the factors influencing its dynamics. The analysis of debt security and the identification of key risks and problems were conducted based on data from 2019 to 2023 and the first 10 months of 2024.The debt structure reveals a significant predominance of external borrowing over domestic borrowing. Growing dependence on external borrowing creates additional risks for Ukraine’s economy, particularly during exchange rate fluctuations or adverse changes in international financial market conditions.The calculation of the main indicators of debt security showed that they significantly exceeded their optimal or, more precisely, critical values across all indicators. The final part of the study identifies the main problems affecting Ukraine’s debt security based on the analysis: growing dependence on external debt; increasing the debt burden on the economy; high interest rates on domestic borrowing; and a general decrease in economic activity and budget revenues.To enhance debt security, the authors propose the following measures: diversification of funding sources—reducing dependence on external debt through the development of the domestic borrowing market; ensuring greater transparency in debt management—implementing more detailed mechanisms for planning and monitoring debt policy; optimizing the debt structure—reducing the share of short-term loans and increasing the share of long-term loans; strengthening foreign exchange reserves—preserving and increasing the country’s gold and currency reserves; attracting foreign investments and supporting businesses—increasing state budget revenues through a favorable investment environment and business support; and implementing a budget deficit reduction policy—reducing inefficient expenditures and increasing revenues.Автори у дослідженні розглядають стан боргової безпеки України в умовах воєнного стану. В основній частині дослідження автори обґрунтовують зміст поняття «боргова безпека», вказують на фактори, які впливають на її зміну. Аналіз боргової безпеки та ідентифікацію основних ризиків та проблем, було проведено на основі даних за 2019–2023 рр. та 10 місяців 2024 р. Структура боргу свідчить про суттєву перевагу зовнішніх запозичень над внутрішніми. Зростання залежності від зовнішніх запозичень створює додаткові ризики для економіки України, зокрема у випадку коливань валютних курсів або погіршення умов міжнародного фінансового ринку. Розрахунок основних індикаторів боргової безпеки показав їх суттєве перевищення оптимального значення, а точніше за всіма показниками критичне значення. Заключна частина дослідження містить визначені на основі аналізу ідентифіковані основні проблеми, які впливають на боргову безпеку України: зростання залежності від зовнішнього боргу; збільшення боргового навантаження на економіку; високі процентні ставки за внутрішніми запозиченнями; загальне зниження економічної активності та надходжень до бюджету. Get PDFThe intensification of industrial-digital development, driven by the widespread use of digital technologies underpinning the current technological paradigm, facilitates significant transformations in production and economic relations. This necessitates the identification and elucidation of new forms of economic relations emerging within the processes of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption of goods and services, as well as the justification for measures required to support their further development.Through the systematic development of foundational principles from innovation cycle theory and technological change theory, alongside the comprehensive application of methods including systemic and comparative analysis, formal logic, generalization, systematization, expert evaluations, and classification, the content and manifestation characteristics of new forms of economic relations have been revealed. These forms arise in the processes of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption as a result of technological, production, organizational, and managerial innovations.The primary factors contributing to their emergence have been identified, and recommendations for their further development, based on mechanisms of state support, have been substantiated. It has been demonstrated that a distinctive feature of the modern system of economic relations is its innovative-transformational nature, shaped by the extensive use of contemporary digital technologies. The research has identified and characterized new organizational forms of enterprises, types of business models, changes in production process management, the nature of labour relations¹, and shifts in the employment structure, all occurring due to automation, robotics, and the digitalization of production processes.Furthermore, new types of monopolies, primary objects of competition, and the forms and peculiarities of mergers and acquisitions within the digital economy have been identified and characterized. The main forms of corporate social responsibility have been described, and directions for stimulating industrial-digital development to support and cultivate these new forms of economic relations have been determined. The proposed measures aimed at supporting and developing new forms of economic relations are expected to contribute to the formulation of appropriate policies and enhance enterprise performance in the context of ongoing industrial-digital development.Сучасний промислово-цифровий розвиток є одним із головних чинників кардинальної трансформації виробничих процесів і появи нових форм економічних відносин, що потребує розкриття їх змісту та характеристики особливостей використання в умовах цифрової економіки. На основі творчого розвитку основних положень теорії технологічних змін, а також комплексного використання загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів наукових досліджень розкрито зміст та охарактеризовано особливості прояву нових форм економічних відносин. Визначено головні чинники, які сприяють їх появі, та розроблено рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку на основі використання механізмів державної підтримки. Наведено розгорнуту характеристику нових організаційних форм підприємств, видів бізнес-моделей, а також змін в організації управління виробничими процесами, характері трудових відносин і структурі зайнятості. Охарактеризовано нові види монополій, головні об’єкти конкуренції та особливості процесів злиття і поглинання в умовах цифрової економіки. Get PDFThis article reveals the impact of the environmental tax on the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises. Analyzed within the framework of the Theory of Constraints, the study investigates whether the environmental tax acts as a significant constraint itself or interacts with existing operational bottlenecks. Particular attention is drawn to how the tax might exacerbate the negative effects of existing constraints such as decreased net profit, insufficient or outdated material and technical resources, lack of highly qualified personnel, intense competition, management imperfections, and underdeveloped or absent managerial and strategic accounting systems.The authors examine the dynamics of environmental tax revenues to the State and local budgets of Ukraine for the period 2020-2024. Key factors directly affecting these indicators are identified, notably legislative changes (including increased tax rates on carbon dioxide emissions) and the impact of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, which has negatively affected industrial polluters. The role of the environmental tax for Ukrainian enterprises is investigated from dual perspectives. On one hand, it can stimulate enterprises to implement innovative «clean» technologies, improve their corporate image, and adapt to international standards. On the other hand, the environmental tax may increase financial burdens and operating costs, potentially reducing competitiveness. The top 10 Ukrainian companies implementing «green» energy technologies in 2021 are presented. The use of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria in making business investment decisions is considered, emphasizing the environmental (‘E’) aspect of activities. Foreign experiences regarding mechanisms and taxation norms for environmental polluters are reviewed. A comprehensive approach is proposed to minimize negative consequences and enhance the positive impact of the environmental tax on the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, grounded in the Theory of Constraints. This approach includes improving the taxation system, providing state support for environmental modernization, and harmonizing legislation with international standards.У статті розкрито вплив екологічного податку на конкурентоспроможність підприємств України. У контексті теорії обмежень досліджено, чи виступає він суттєвим обмеженням, чи взаємодіє з вже існуючими вузькими місцями, посилюючи їх негативний вплив. Авторами розглянуто динаміку надходжень екологічного податку до Державного та місцевих бюджетів України за 2020–2024 рр. Виокремлено ключові обмежуючі фактори, які безпосередньо впливають на досліджувані показники. Досліджено роль екологічного податку з обох сторін: з однієї, він може стимулювати підприємства України до впровадження інноваційних «чистих» технологій, покращення корпоративного іміджу та адаптації до міжнародних стандартів, з іншої – збільшувати фінансове навантаження та операційні витрати, потенційно знижуючи конкурентоспроможність підприємств. Представлено топ-10 компаній України, що впроваджують технології «зеленої» енергетики. Виокремлено ESG-критерії, які використовують для прийняття управлінських рішень щодо інвестування в бізнес. Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід щодо механізмів та норм оподаткування для забруднювачів навколишнього середовища. Get PDFThis study examines the mechanisms of artificial intelligence integration into project management as a strategic tool for enhancing the competitiveness of Ukraine’s IT industry amidst wartime challenges and post-war recovery opportunities. The research analyzes the current state of the domestic IT sector, which continues to generate significant foreign currency revenue despite military aggression, identifying its potential as a key driver for economic reconstruction. Traditional project management methodologies are evaluated, revealing their limitations in providing necessary flexibility under high uncertainty conditions and resource constraints exacerbated by specialist migration and mobilization.The paper develops a comprehensive conceptual model for AI application in project management based on three fundamental principles: automation of routine processes through intelligent testing and data analysis tools; AI-driven strategic planning and resource management that optimizes allocation and adapts schedules based on changing factors; and enhanced user interaction through feedback analysis to better understand target audience needs and promptly adapt products to market requirements.A systematic six-stage implementation algorithm is proposed to facilitate the integration of AI technologies, minimizing risks while maximizing benefits. This algorithm encompasses preparation, selection and configuration of AI tools, phased integration into development processes, team training and adaptation, monitoring and optimization based on performance data, and scaling of successful practices for long-term AI competency development within organizations.The research identifies four key dimensions of AI integration impact on competitiveness: increased development efficiency with project timeline reductions of 20-30%; improved product quality through error reduction and higher user requirement compliance; formation of strategic market advantages including more competitive pricing and international client trust; and enhanced adaptability to market changes through rapid response to evolving user needs and effective market opportunity utilization.Empirical studies conducted with five domestic IT companies of varying sizes confirm that implementing elements of the developed model resulted in reducing project execution times by an average of 23%, improving resource planning accuracy by 31%, and decreasing critical errors in final products by 45%. The proposed integration mechanisms create a foundation for optimizing operational activities of IT companies and strengthening their competitive positions in the global digital services market, particularly crucial for post-war economic recovery.У статті досліджуються механізми інтеграції технологій штучного інтелекту в управління проєктами як інструментів підвищення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної ІТ-індустрії. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ІТ-галузі України в умовах воєнних викликів та її потенціал як драйвера післявоєнного відновлення економіки. Розглянуто проблеми традиційних методологій проєктного менеджменту, які не забезпечують необхідної гнучкості в умовах високої невизначеності та обмежених ресурсів. Запропоновано алгоритм впровадження технологій штучного інтелекту (ШІ), який мінімізує ризики та максимізує переваги від використання ШІ. Визначено чотири ключові напрями впливу інтеграції ШІ на конкурентоспроможність: підвищення ефективності розробки, покращення якості продуктів, формування стратегічних переваг на ринку та забезпечення вищої адаптивності до змін. Практичні дослідження на базі вітчизняних ІТ-компаній підтверджують, що впровадження ШІ дозволяє скоротити терміни виконання проєктів у середньому на 23 %, підвищити точність планування ресурсів на 31 % та знизити кількість критичних помилок на 45 %. Запропоновані механізми створюють основу для оптимізації операційної діяльності ІТ-компаній та посилення їхніх конкурентних позицій на глобальному ринку цифрових послуг

Get PDFIn the proposed article it is examined the development of naturalism in Ukrainian literature of the transitional period in the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and its significance in the context of the society development of that time.To form the final conclusion, philosophical sources are mentioned that pushed the development of naturalism – positivism, which considered empirical scientific research and experience, devoid from humanitarian interpretations, to be the source of knowledge; rationalism, which proclaimed in the first place – intelligence and logical reasoning in the search of truth; the determination of naturalism phenomena by race, environment and moment; natural philosophy, which recognized natural selection and the survival of the most capable as the basis of human evolution.An overview analysis of literature works with signs of naturalism is carried out. Such artists of the word are named in the article as Ivan Franko, in whose works various examples of naturalism are presented, covering an important social problem – the poverty of peasants; Stefan Kovaliv, who described in his works terrible cases of neglection of human safety and life in general; Dmitry Markovich, who showed in a story a prisoner who gave his last money to another arrested woman, thus saving her and her child; Anton Shablenko, who depicted in a story all the horror of factory life, the content of which kindled the hatred of workers towards the owners of enterprises.As a result of the conducted analysis of naturalism in the works of Ukrainian writers, we conclude that naturalism was used as a means of revealing a complex social reality with many insurmountable problems for a person, which ended either with the death of the hero, or with his finding a way out of the situation. Naturalism was also used for a thorough recording of events with their scientific study and factual reproduction. Therefore, naturalism can be considered a source of scientific information for historians, sociologists, ethnographers and other scientists.У запропонованій статті розглядається розвиток натуралізму в українській літературі перехідного періоду межі ХІХ – ХХ століть та його значимість в контексті розвитку тогочасного суспільства. Для формування кінцевого висновку – згадуються філософські джерела, які дали поштовх натуралізмові – позитивізм, який став джерелом справжнього знання, вважаючи основою розвитку емпіричне наукове дослідження та досвід, позбавлені гуманітарних інтерпретацій; раціоналізм, що проголошував першість розуму і логічного ходу міркування в пошуках правди; детермiнацiя явищ расою, середовищем i моментом; натурфілософія, яка визнавала природній відбір та виживання найбільш здатних як основу еволюції людини.Здійснюється оглядовий аналіз художніх творів, в яких наявні ознаки натуралізму. Називаються такі митці слова, як Іван Франко, у творчості якого представлені різноманітні взірці натуралізму, які охоплюють важливу суспільну проблему – злидні селян; Стефан Ковалів, який описав у своїх творах страшні випадки нехтування людською безпекою і в цілому життям; Дмитро Маркович, який показав у своєму оповіданні в’язня, що віддав свої останні гроші іншій заарештованій жінці, чим врятував її і дитину; Антон Шабленко, що зобразив у своєму оповіданні весь жах фабричного побуту, а його зміст розпалював ненависть робітників до хазяїв підприємств.У результаті проведеного дослідження натуралізму у творчості українських письменників ми робимо висновок, що натуралізм використовувався як засіб розкриття складної соціальної дійсності з безліччю непоборних для людини проблем, що завершується або загибеллю героя, або важким віднайденням ним виходу із ситуації, та водночас – для ретельної фіксації подій з їх науковим вивченням і фактографічним, майже документальним, відтворенням. Тому натуралізм можна вважати джерелом наукової інформації для істориків, соціологів, етнографів та інших науковців
ВЕРБАЛІЗАЦІЯ МОРАЛЬНО-ЕТИЧНИХ НАСТАНОВ У РОДИНІ (за тетралогією В. Нестайка «Дивовижні пригоди в лісовій школі»)
Get PDFThe article deals with the gender analysis of the verbalization of moral and ethical homilies in family relationships, presented in V. Nestaiko’s tetralogy “Amazing Adventures in the Forest School”, which helps to form the basis of raising children in a literary context. Traditional and new approaches to the formation of equal intersex relations in primary education are considered, where a critical understanding of gender stereotypes plays an important role. The priority role of the teacher in the selection of literary material that takes into account the interests of both sexes, forming in primary education students the correct idea of gender equality and family roles, which contributes to the upbringing of children without gender prejudices and ensures the harmonious development of the personality, is noted. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of the perception of male and female roles in modern society, which is presented in the creative work of V. Nestaiko. The role of the family atmosphere in the formation of the characters’ worldview is examined, which demonstrates the harmony between family upbringing and social values. It is investigated how, through the language of the characters, in particular dialogues, monologues and narratives, V. Nestaiko reveals values that contribute to the formation of moral education in the family: positive models of behavior, the upbringing of respect, mutual support and love between family members. The problem of gender socialization of children is investigated, the significant influence of family stereotypes, historically and culturally established, on the formation of ideas about gender roles is emphasized. The analysis of the linguistic material confirmed that the works of V. Nestaiko both demonstrate established gender ideas and contribute to the destruction of these stereotypes through the universal human qualities of the characters: honesty, kindness, responsibility and empathy. It is determined that the tetralogy of V. Nestaiko is not only a vivid example of children’s literature, but also a valuable source for understanding the pedagogical aspects of the formation of children’s morality.Стаття присвячена гендерному аналізу вербалізації морально-етичних настанов у родинних стосунках, представлених у тетралогії В. Нестайка «Дивовижні пригоди в лісовій школі», що допомагає формувати основу виховання дітей у літературному контексті. Розглянуто традиційні та нові підходи до формування рівноправних міжстатевих відносин у початковій освіті, де важливу роль відіграє критичне осмислення гендерних стереотипів. Відзначено пріоритетну роль учителя в доборі літературного матеріалу, що враховує інтереси обох статей, формуючи в здобувачів початкової освіти правильне уявлення про гендерну рівність і сімейні ролі, що сприяє вихованню дітей без гендерних упереджень і забезпечує гармонійний розвиток особистості. Акцентовано увагу на особливостях сприйняття чоловічих і жіночих ролей у сучасному суспільстві, що представлено у творчому доробку В. Нестайка. Розглянуто роль родинної атмосфери у формуванні світогляду персонажів, що демонструє гармонію між вихованням у сім’ї та соціальними цінностями. Досліджено, як через мову персонажів, зокрема діалоги, монологи та наративи, В. Нестайкj розкриває цінності, які сприяють формуванню морального виховання в сім’ї: позитивних зразків поведінки, виховання поваги, взаємопідтримки та любові між членами родини. Досліджено проблему гендерної соціалізації дітей, підкреслено значний вплив сімейних стереотипів, закладених історично і культурно, на формування уявлень про гендерні ролі. Аналіз мовного матеріалу підтвердив, що твори В. Нестайка як демонструють усталені гендерні уявлення, так і сприяють руйнуванню цих стереотипів через універсальні людські якості персонажів: чесність, доброту, відповідальність і співпереживання. Визначено, що тетралогія В. Нестайка є не лише яскравим прикладом дитячої літератури, але й цінним джерелом для розуміння педагогічних аспектів формування моральності в дітей
ФЕНОМЕНОЛОГІЧНА ВІЗІЯ ПОЧАТКУ ТА КІНЦЯ ЖИТТЯ: БІОЕТИЧНИЙ КОНТЕКСТ
Get PDFThe article examines the philosophical and bioethical aspects of the beginning and end of life through the lens of the phenomenological approach, particularly within the context of modern medical and technological advancements. Special attention is given to classic bioethical issues, such as abortion, organ transplantation, and euthanasia, which gain new dimensions due to medical technologies that enable intervention in these processes at various stages. The perspective of contemporary phenomenologist F. Svenaeus is analyzed, who employs phenomenological methodology to deepen the understanding of ethical dilemmas, particularly in cases involving the choice between abortion and preserving the fetus, which requires considering not only moral principles but also the embodied experiences of the woman and medical knowledge about embryo development. The issue of organ transplantation is also examined in detail, interpreted by Svenaeus as a possibility to «experience death,» attempting to link the existential experience of death with the perspective of sustaining another’s life. A significant aspect of the article is the analysis of current studies in the phenomenology of death, where particular attention is given to narrativity, temporality, and authenticity. Emphasis is placed on how these concepts interrelate with understanding death as an individual, unique experience.У статті розглянуто філософські та біоетичні аспекти початку та кінця життя через призму феноменологічного підходу, зокрема в контексті сучасних медичних і технологічних досягнень. Особливу увагу приділено класичним біоетичним проблемам, таким як аборт, трансплантація органів та евтаназія, які набувають нових вимірів у зв’язку з розвитком медичних технологій, що дозволяють втручатися в ці процеси на різних етапах. Get PDFThe article carries out a socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of addiction as an ambivalent experience that unfolds in the space of social determination. The author shows that understanding the phenomenon of addiction can go beyond the boundaries of familiar social representations, stigmatization, and prejudices, opening up the possibility of its philosophical understanding as the subject\u27s desire to overcome socially conditioned limitations, or as a manifestation of the inability to take such a step. Addiction, in this context, is interpreted not only as a deviation from the norm but also as a symptom of deep existential tension, a response to the frustration of the needs for freedom, meaning, and self-realization. The article examines the historical and cultural origins of the use of pleasure substances, which were once symbols of transcendence and social integration, but over time have acquired other forms of influence. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the concepts of Wolfgang Schievelbusch, Erich Fromm, Michel Foucault, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Georges Bataille, which allow us to interpret addiction as a form of existential search, a borderline experience through which a person tries to rethink himself, his boundaries, and values. The article emphasizes that addiction, which is based on a destructive nature, can contain the potential for internal transformation. The author carries out a philosophical analysis of the relationship between addiction and individual freedom, considering addiction as a point of intense conflict between personal choice and socially conditioned restrictions, which can lead to deep internal crises or even fatal consequences, and as a borderline experience in which self-destruction and the desire for self-overcoming, freedom and authoritarian control intersect. This approach, representing addiction not only as an individual tragedy, but also as a symptom of deeper social transformations, where personal pain acquires a collective dimension, opens up the possibility of reflecting in a new way the limits of human subjectivity and ways of existing in a socially determined world.У статті здійснено соціально-філософський аналіз феномену адикції як амбівалентного досвіду, що розгортається у просторі соціальної детермінації. Автор показує, що осмислення феномену адикції може виходити за межі звичних суспільних уявлень, стигматизації та упереджень, відкриваючи можливість її філософського осмислення як прагнення суб’єкта подолати соціально зумовлені обмеження – або ж як вияв нездатності здійснити такий крок. Залежність, у цьому контексті, трактується не лише як відхилення від норми, а й як симптом глибокої екзистенційної напруги, відповідь на фрустрацію потреб у свободі, сенсі та самореалізації. У статті розглянуто історико-культурні витоки вживання речовин насолоди, які колись були символами трансценденції та соціальної інтеграції, але з часом набули інших форм впливу. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу концепцій Вольфґанґа Шивельбуша, Еріка Фромма, Мішеля Фуко, Фрідріха Ніцше та Жоржа Батая, які дозволяють інтерпретувати адикцію як форму екзистенційного пошуку, межовий досвід, через який особистість намагається переосмислити себе, свої межі та цінності. У статті підкреслено, що адикція, в основі якої закладена деструктивна природа, може містити в собі потенціал для внутрішньої трансформації. Автор здійснює філософський аналіз взаємозв’язку між адикцією та індивідуальною свободою, розглядаючи залежність як точку напруженого конфлікту між особистим вибором і соціально зумовленими обмеженнями, що може призводити до глибоких внутрішніх криз або навіть фатальних наслідків та як межовий досвід, у якому перехрещуються саморуйнування та прагнення до самоподолання, свобода й владний контроль. Такий підхід, репрезентуючи адикцію не лише як індивідуальну трагедію, а й як симптом глибших соціальних трансформацій, де особистий біль набуває колективного виміру, відкриває можливість по-новому здійснити рефлексію меж людської суб’єктності та способів існування в соціально детермінованому світі

The author emphasizes that Skovoroda’s teaching on the "inner person" and the heart as the center of personal spiritual life is closely connected to the tradition of Patristic theology, which is a key aspect both in Christian tradition and in personalist philosophy. Special attention is given to the role of self-knowledge in the process of communion with God and personal transformation. The novelty of the study lies in highlighting the role of Skovoroda’s anthropology in the context of Ukraine’s current crisis and war, where the philosopher’s ideas can serve as a source of resilience and hope. By analyzing Skovoroda’s anthropological structure of the human being, the author argues that his teaching on the heart as the meeting point between God and the human person remains relevant in contemporary theological discours.Стаття розглядає філософію серця Григорія Сковороди як основу християнської антропології в українському контексті, пропонуючи новий підхід до інтерпретації його думки.
