Get PDFThis article analyzes the role of inclusive social programs in the strategic management of education and healthcare organizations. In the current context of social turbulence, limited resources, and growing social needs, the strategic management of these programs is a key factor in ensuring their effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability. The author systematizes theoretical approaches to defining a “social program,” identifying its main characteristics: it is systematic, target-oriented, resource- and time-constrained, institutionally supported, and focused on social impact.Particular attention is paid to the inclusive-participatory approach, which ensures the involvement of a wide range of stakeholders in program planning, implementation, and evaluation. The study argues that this approach helps to address the needs of socially vulnerable groups, builds organizational trust, and increases the long-term sustainability of social programs.The article examines the specifics of inclusive social programs in education (ensuring equal access, adapting the learning environment, developing human resources) and healthcare (accessibility of medical services, creating a barrier-free environment, integrating medical and social services). A classification of such programs is proposed based on the criteria of focus, level of coverage, initiative, duration, degree of inclusiveness, content, and management approach.The article concludes that inclusive social programs are a strategic tool for societal development, facilitating the harmonization of socio-economic relations, improving the population’s quality of life, and implementing international standards for human rights and sustainable development.У статті досліджено роль та значення інклюзивних соціальних програм для організацій сфер освіти та охорони здоров’я. Розглянуто роль інклюзивних соціальних програм у стратегічному розвитку організацій сфер освіти та охорони здоров’я. Обґрунтовано необхідність стратегічного управління такими програмами, визначено їхню класифікацію та значення для забезпечення рівного доступу, зменшення соціальної нерівності й формування соціально-відповідального суспільства. Get PDFThe search for ways to enhance corporate value in order to improve the effectiveness of value-based management increasingly requires non-standard decision-making. One of these ways is the optimization of the enterprise’s logistics system, whose comprehensive improvement is expected to generate synergistic effects that positively impact both financial indicators and corporate value drivers. Accordingly, this paper advances theoretical and methodological foundations and provides practical recommendations for increasing enterprise value by optimizing its logistics system. The methodological framework of the study is based on a set of general scientific and specialized methods to ensure the achievement of the research objectives: logical and content analysis – to explore the interrelation between the concepts of “corporate value” and “logistics system”; generalization and specification – to analyze the drivers of value growth and their potential influence on corporate dynamics; grouping – to summarize the potential consequences of the logistics system’s impact on value growth drivers; analytical and systemic methods – to develop a set of logistics optimization solutions that generate a positive effect on value creation; and cause-and-effect analysis – to draw final conclusions. The results of the study include the development of theoretical and methodological provisions that form the basis for further synthesis of value theory and logistics, as well as the formulation of a set of logistics solutions aimed at optimizing the enterprise’s logistics system, which, when measured by logistics and financial metrics, generate a positive impact on its value growth. This contributes to improving the overall effectiveness of value-based management.У роботі подальшого розвитку набули теоретико-методичні засади та практичні рекомендації щодо приросту вартості підприємства на основі прийняття рішень щодо оптимізації його логістичної системи. Розкрито взаємозалежність понять «вартість підприємства» і «логістична система». Проаналізовано драйвери приросту вартості підприємства з точки зору визначення потенційного впливу на її динаміку. Узагальнено потенційні наслідки впливу логістичної системи на драйвери зростання вартості підприємства. Запропоновано комплекс рішень з оптимізації логістичної системи підприємства, що генерують позитивний ефект впливу на приріст його вартості

Get PDFModern cities face significant challenges related to increasing urbanization, road network congestion, and the negative environmental impact of transport. Consequently, studying the global experience in managing urban transport enterprises is crucial for shaping an efficient, safe, and sustainable transport system in Ukraine. Despite existing scientific research, Ukrainian practice still lacks a comprehensive management model that effectively combines economic efficiency, social accessibility, and environmental sustainability. The purpose of this article is to analyze the global experience of managing urban transport enterprises and identify possibilities for its practical application in Ukraine. The research focuses on the organizational, economic, financial, and innovative mechanisms governing the functioning of these systems in leading countries.The methodological basis of the study includes a comparative analysis of European, American, and Asian management models; a systemic approach to the transport system as a multi-level structure; empirical methods using statistical data on enterprise efficiency; and expert evaluations to determine the feasibility of adapting foreign experience to Ukrainian conditions. The analysis reveals that effective management of urban transport enterprises, based on global experience, relies on integrating different modes of transport, extensively using digital technologies, developing environmentally friendly infrastructure, and applying public-private partnerships.Based on these findings, key recommendations for Ukraine are developed, including the implementation of a unified transport operator model, the creation of favorable conditions for attracting investment, and the development of innovative “smart mobility” solutions. The practical implementation of these measures will contribute to improving the quality of transport services, reducing environmental impact, and integrating Ukrainian cities into the European space of sustainable development.У статті досліджено соціально-економічні ознаки сучасної парадигми управління міською транспортною системою. Встановлено, що в умовах воєнних дій на території України відбувається суттєве погіршення якості пасажирських перевезень, що зумовлює необхідність модернізації міської транспортної інфраструктури та підвищення стандартів надання транспортних послуг. Обґрунтовано потребу у створенні законодавчо закріплених умов, які б стимулювали залучення вітчизняних і іноземних інвестицій у транспортні інфраструктурні проєкти, а також у формуванні нової системи управління, здатної адаптуватися до динамічних змін зовнішнього середовища. Зроблено висновок, що розвиток транспортних систем міст у період воєнної агресії рф вимагає реалізації комплексних програм модернізації міського транспорту та інфраструктури, впровадження принципів «екологізації» господарської діяльності, посилення ролі державної та муніципальної підтримки. Водночас важливо забезпечити широку участь бізнесу й громадськості, а також привернути увагу міжнародних партнерів до вирішення соціально значущих проблем підприємств міського транспорту. Реалізація зазначених заходів дозволить досягти балансу між соціальними та екологічними цілями й забезпечити стале функціонування транспортних систем у сучасних кризових умовах

Get PDFPost-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a complex psychological condition that develops as a response to traumatic experiences, significantly affecting emotional stability, cognitive functioning, and overall well-being. Initially recognized in the 20th century, PTSD has evolved into a distinct clinical diagnosis, characterized by persistent intrusive memories, emotional avoidance, heightened arousal symptoms, and profound disruptions in daily life. This article provides a theoretical analysis of PTSD, examining its historical development, defining characteristics, and key conceptual approaches. It explores major psychological theories that explain PTSD, including neurobiological and psychosocial foundations, while considering the role of individual resilience and external stressors. Particular attention is paid to the distinction between PTSD and complex PTSD (CPTSD), focusing on their diagnostic criteria, symptomatology, and long-term effects on mental health.Beyond individual psychological factors, the article discusses interpersonal and social determinants of PTSD, including the consequences of prolonged stress exposure, the influence of environmental triggers, and the role of emotional regulation in trauma recovery. Clinical perspectives highlight the challenges of diagnosing PTSD, especially given variations in symptom expression across different populations. Furthermore, this study reviews evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at mitigating trauma symptoms, ranging from cognitive-behavioral strategies to neurophysiological treatment approaches.Given the increasing prevalence of PTSD across diverse contexts–including war zones, natural disasters, and cases of interpersonal violence–there remains a need for further research to refine diagnostic tools and treatment methodologies. The findings presented in this article contribute to the ongoing academic discourse on trauma-related disorders, emphasizing the necessity of comprehensive rehabilitation strategies. Understanding the underlying mechanisms of PTSD and CPTSD is essential for improving mental health outcomes and addressing trauma-induced psychological disruptions in both clinical and societal contexts.Посттравматичний стресовий розлад (ПТСР) є складним психогенним станом, що виникає внаслідок пережитої травматичної події та суттєво впливає на психічне функціонування людини. У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти ПТСР, зокрема його історичний розвиток, визначення та ключові концепції. Проведено аналіз сучасних досліджень, що стосуються механізмів розвитку та психологічних особливостей розладу, з урахуванням міжособистісних та соціальних факторів. Окрему увагу приділено розмежуванню ПТСР та комплексного ПТСР (КПТСР), а також їхнім клінічним характеристикам. Get PDFIn the context of globalization, economic competition, and changes in global trade, special types of customs duties, such as special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, and the additional import levy, have become critical tools for protecting the national market from unfair competition, regulating import flows, and responding to discriminatory actions by other countries. Simultaneously, there is a need to improve the theoretical and practical foundations for their application and enhance the efficiency of these duties as instruments of customs regulation in Ukraine, which underscores the importance of researching their essence, collection mechanisms, and prospects for development.The aim of the study is to substantiate the legal foundations and essence of special types of customs duties, argue their specific features, examine their fiscal and regulatory aspects, and justify their development prospects in Ukraine.The research results include an analysis of the legal approaches to the establishment and collection of special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, and the additional import levy. An original definition of special types of customs duties was proposed, describing them as adaptive tools for targeted customs regulation that combine fiscal and regulatory functions. Specific features of special types of duties were identified. A comparative analysis of traditional and special types of customs duties was conducted, revealing their key distinctions. The fiscal aspect, particularly the secondary role of these duties in forming the revenue of Ukraine’s State Budget, and the regulatory aspect, emphasizing their importance as a customs regulation tool, were outlined.The study substantiates the prospects for developing special types of customs duties in Ukraine, including enhancing their effectiveness through digitalization and adaptation to international standards via improved legal regulation, as well as increasing transparency and predictability in their collection.У статті досліджено сутнісні аспекти особливих видів мита в Україні. Описано правові підходи до встановлення та справляння спеціального, антидемпінгового, компенсаційного мит і додаткового імпортного збору. Запропоновано авторське визначення особливих видів мита та виокремлено їх специфічні ознаки. Проведено порівняльну характеристику традиційних та особливих видів мита. Розглянуто фіскальний аспект особливих видів мита та визначено їх другорядну роль у формуванні доходів Державного бюджету України. Get PDFThis study substantiates the relevance of analyzing the shadow economy in Ukraine through the lens of household finances. This approach is especially important under the current conditions of economic instability caused by the full-scale war, ongoing financial and institutional transformations, and the overall decline in public trust toward state institutions. The purpose of this research is to identify the key determinants of shadow economy growth within the household sector and to justify effective measures for its reduction in the modern context. The research objectives include assessing the structure of household incomes, the role of social benefits, the dynamics of savings, the level of investment activity, and the extent of participation in informal economic activities.The methodological basis of the study involves economic and statistical tools, particularly correlation analysis, which made it possible to identify significant interrelations between selected indicators of household financial behavior and the size of the shadow sector. The results demonstrate a notable inverse correlation between the share of social benefits in total income and the level of economic shadowing. Additionally, a weak negative relationship was found between investments in securities and the scale of the shadow economy, which highlights the role of capital market development in promoting financial transparency.In conclusion, the study emphasizes the importance of decentralizing the management of social transfers, strengthening the domestic capital market, and restoring confidence in financial institutions as crucial steps toward reducing shadow economic activity. Specific recommendations are provided for enhancing the transparency of financial flows within households and for designing more effective fiscal and social policies aimed at fostering economic formalization.У дослідженні обґрунтовано актуальність аналізу тінізації економіки України через сферу фінансів домогосподарств. Метою є виявлення ключових чинників тінізації та обґрунтування напрямів її зниження. Використано методи кореляційного аналізу. У результатах показано взаємозв’язок соціальних виплат і заощаджень з рівнем тінізації. Зроблено висновки щодо підвищення прозорості фінансових потоків як умови детінізації

Get PDFDue to the rapid increase in the number of charitable organizations and the involvement of Ukrainian companies in volunteer activities, the need for research into the regulatory framework governing charitable activities has grown. This study analyzes the existing body of scientific literature and recent advancements by other authors on the chosen topic. The dynamics of charitable activities during martial law in Ukraine are examined. The study reveals that business groups provided the largest amount of assistance among the respondents. The key principles of charitable activities are identified, and the participants in this process are classified. Practical recommendations for making donations are provided. Typical accounting correspondences for recording charitable activities are presented. Special attention is given to the specifics of recording charitable assistance in the accounts of both donors and beneficiaries. The legislative framework for the taxation of financial and material assistance is reviewed, and the key aspects of documenting charitable assistance from the donor’s perspective are outlined.Object of Study: The system of financial accounting and taxation of charitable activities.Subject of Study: Theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of financial accounting and taxation of charitable activities.Tasks: To examine the regulatory and legal aspects of corporate charitable activities, analyze the trends in the development of charity in Ukraine during the war, and develop recommendations for the financial accounting process for charitable activities.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of charity in Ukraine and to refine recommendations concerning the financial accounting and taxation specifics of charitable assistance provided by business entities.Research Methods: The research methodology incorporates the fundamental principles of modern economic science, along with a set of general scientific and specialized methods pertinent to contemporary accounting practices. Specifically, the following methods were employed in this scientific research: a systematic approach for studying the challenges of accounting and taxation in charitable activities; economic and statistical analysis to examine the scope of aid provided by Ukrainian donors; and methods of analysis and synthesis for developing methodological recommendations concerning the accounting treatment of the operations under study.Scientific Novelty: The scientific novelty of this work lies in its developed and systematized recommendations for the financial accounting process of charitable activities.Внаслідок активного зростання кількості благодійних організацій та здійснення волонтерської діяльності українськими компаніями, зросла потреба в дослідженні нормативно-правового регулювання провадження доброчинності. У наведеній роботі проаналізовано стан останніх наукових здобутків іншими авторами обраної теми. Досліджено динаміку благодійної діяльності впродовж воєнного стану на теренах України. Виокремлено основні положення благодійної діяльності та прокласифіковано учасників цього процесу. Надано практичні рекомендації зі здійснення пожертв. Розглянуто законодавчу базу оподаткування фінансової і матеріальної допомоги. Розкрито основні аспекти документування благодійної допомоги зі сторони благодійника, а також відображення у звітності. Метою наукової публікації є формування та систематизування теоретичних положень, обґрунтування практичних рекомендацій щодо обліку та оподаткування цільового фінансування. Для досягнення мети було поставлено такі завдання: проаналізувати тенденції та напрямки здійснення міжнародного цільового фінансування; дослідити нормативно-правові аспекти та сформувати рекомендації щодо обліку та оподаткування цього процесу
ФІЛОСОФІЯ ГЕНДЕРНОЇ НЕРІВНОСТІ: РОЛЬ ЖІНОК В АНТИЧНИХ СУСПІЛЬСТВАХ
Get PDFThis article explores the philosophical problem of gender inequality in ancient societies, focusing on how social, political, economic, and cultural conditions influenced the status of women. The works of ancient philosophers and historians, particularly Aristotle, Xenophon, Plutarch, and Titus Livius, are examined to reveal how patriarchal structures shaped perceptions of gender roles and entrenched them in social norms and laws. Emphasis is placed on the philosophical analysis of the concepts of natural hierarchy and gender roles presented in Aristotle’s works and their influence on legitimizing gender inequality. The gap between the officially subordinate status of women and their actual contributions to philosophy, literature, and medicine is explored, indicating the complexity and multifaceted nature of their role in ancient societies. Alternative approaches to gender roles in different regions are analyzed, particularly in Sparta and Rome, where women had more freedoms and legal rights. This allows for a rethinking of traditional philosophical views on the role of women and underscores the necessity for a deeper understanding of gender relations in historical and philosophical contexts. Studying gender inequality in ancient societies enables a better understanding of the roots of modern gender stereotypes and discrimination. Understanding the historical origins of these issues contributes to the formation of a more just and equitable society today.У статті досліджується філософська проблема гендерної нерівності в античних суспільствах, акцентуючи увагу на тому, як соціальні, політичні, економічні та культурні умови впливали на статус жінок. Розглядаються твори античних філософів і істориків, зокрема Арістотеля, Ксенофонта, Плутарха та Тіта Лівія, з метою виявити, як патріархальні структури формували уявлення про гендерні ролі та закріплювали їх у суспільних нормах і законах. Акцент зроблено на філософському аналізі концепцій природної ієрархії та гендерних ролей, представлених у працях Арістотеля, та їх впливі на легітимацію гендерної нерівності. Досліджується розрив між офіційно підпорядкованим статусом жінок і їхнім реальним внеском у філософію, літературу та медицину, що свідчить про складність та багатогранність їхньої ролі в античних суспільствах. Аналізуються альтернативні підходи до гендерних ролей у різних регіонах, зокрема в Спарті та Римі, де жінки мали більше свобод та юридичних прав. Це дозволяє переосмислити традиційні філософські погляди на роль жінок і підкреслює необхідність глибшого розуміння гендерних відносин у історичному та філософському контекстах. Дослідження гендерної нерівності в античних суспільствах дозволяє краще зрозуміти корені сучасних гендерних стереотипів та дискримінації. Get PDFThis article examines the relationship between the development of the technical order in post-industrial society and its impact on democratic values in educational practice. Based on Daniel Bell’s ideas about the transition from the natural to the technical order, the question arises: ‘Will man want to go further?’ especially in the context of education and social transformations. In the light of the war in Ukraine, the analysis of the struggle between democratic and authoritarian values becomes not just relevant, but urgent. Your role, as academics, educators, policymakers, and students interested in democracy and education, is crucial in this discussion. Using Daron Acemoglu and James Robinson’s concept of the ‘narrow corridor’, the article examines models of statehood where strong elites and a strong society mutually constrain each other, creating a ‘Shackled Leviathan’ – the conditions for freedom and democracy. Ukraine aspires to follow this path, confronting the ‘Despotic Leviathan’ of authoritarian regimes. Analyzing the interaction between technical progress, philosophical approaches and the realities of the modern world, the work is aimed at finding ways to strengthen democratic values through educational practices in Ukraine, a task that cannot be delayed.У цій статті досліджується взаємозв’язок між розвитком технічного порядку в постіндустріальному суспільстві та його впливом на демократичні цінності в освітній практиці. Ґрунтуючись на ідеях Деніела Белла про перехід від природного до технічного порядку, ставиться питання: «Захоче чи не захоче людина йти далі?», особливо в контексті освіти та суспільних трансформацій. У світлі війни в Україні актуальним стає аналіз боротьби між демократичними та авторитарними цінностями. Використовуючи концепцію «вузького коридору» Дарона Аджемоґлу та Джеймса Робінсона, стаття розглядає моделі державності, де сильні еліти та сильне суспільство взаємно обмежують одне одного, створюючи «Скутого Левіафана» – умови для свободи та демократії. Україна прагне йти саме цим шляхом, протистоячи «Деспотичному Левіафану» авторитарних режимів. Аналізуючи взаємодію між технічним прогресом, філософськими підходами та реаліями сучасного світу, робота спрямована на пошук шляхів зміцнення демократичних цінностей через освітні практики в Україні
