Insersi Nilai Disiplin Pendidikan Antikorupsi dalam Mata Pelajaran PPKN untuk Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai disiplin Pendidikan Antikorupsi dalam mata pelajaran PPKn dan meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas X IPS 1 di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus yang melibatkan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pada Siklus I, digunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning, yang kemudian ditingkatkan menjadi Project Based Learning pada Siklus II. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan angket kedisiplinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insersi nilai-nilai disiplin Pendidikan Antikorupsi dalam PPKn dapat dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah inisiatif, keterlibatan peserta didik, dan penyusunan jejaring. Penggunaan Project Based Learning memperbaiki partisipasi peserta didik, sementara penugasan berbasis proyek bertemakan disiplin dalam mendukung implementasi wawasan Nusantara Aspek Politik meningkatkan jejaring. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa, dengan persentase kedisiplinan naik dari 63% pada Siklus I menjadi 71% pada Siklus II. Pengamatan disiplin dalam pembelajaran juga menunjukkan peningkatan dari 2 kejadian positif pada Siklus I menjadi 9 kejadian pada Siklus II
The Application of Coorperative Script in Economics Lesson to Improve Learning Outcomes
Full text linkThis study aims to improve learning outcomes in economics subjects by applying the cooperative script method. This type of research applies class actions with two cycles. The subjects of the study were 10th grade learners who took economics lessons on the topic of consumer and producer behavior. Learning outcomes are measured using multiple choice tests. After two cycles, learners increased their learning outcomes from an average of 77.14 to 79.04. The percentage of students who met learning completion increased from 80.95% to 100%. These results explain that the cooperative script method has the potential to improve learning outcomes. An aspect that is thought to be a success factor is the convenience of learning with group work
The Politeness Strategies in Directives Speech Acts Found in Daily Conversations among Students
No full textThis study aims to find out the kinds of Brown and Levinson’s politeness strategy among the senior high school and how they use those strategies in their daily conversations. In this study applied Brown and Levinson’s politeness strategy. This study was a qualitative approach using descriptive method. The subject was the Senior High School Daarul Huda. The source of the data is the students’ spoken expressions which the writer transcribes into conversational texts. The researcher observed the students’ speaking classes, came to their classes before lecturing, and went to their boarding houses. Their conversation were recorded and transcribed. Then, data was analyzed based on Brown and Levinson’s politeness strategy. The result showed there were 166 utterances of Brown and Levinson's politeness strategy that were used by the students in their daily conversations. These are a bald on-record strategy, a positive politeness strategy, a negative politeness strategy, an off-record strategy and a do not do FTA/ keep the quiet strategy

Full text linkTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui minat baca dari peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri Satap Oehoma, Nusa Tenggar Timur ketika menggunakan metode PAIKEM dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif karena dapat menggambarkan dan atau mendeskripsikan karakteristik dari fenomena. Metode PAIKEM dipilih untuk mengetahui minat baca karena metode ini menjadikan peserta didik aktif bertanya, mempertanyakan, dan mengemukakan gagasan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan materi pembuatan dan mewarnai slogan, membuat piramida cerita, membaca fabel, dan permainan menemukan istilah. Pelaksanaan metode ini ternyata membuat minat membaca peserta didik menjadi lebih baik sepuluh peserta bisa membaca, enam dari lima belas peserta didik belum lancar membaca dua puluh peserta didik memiliki kemauan untuk membaca dan belajar membaca, lima peserta didik butuh motivasi lebih
Introducing Children to Allah: Developing Religious Spirit in Elementary School Through Teaching Tawheed at Home
Full text linkThis article discusses how to introduce children to Allah and how to develop their religious spirit during their childhood, specifically during their time in primary school. The author emphasizes the importance of educating children about Allah and building their faith early on. This research is a literature review study on teaching children about tawheed (oneness of God) within the family setting. The method used in this research is content analysis. The analysis is conducted on several aspects: the command to educate children about tawheed, the primary role of parents in education, and the method of teaching tawheed to children. Parents should explain to their children that everything in the universe exists because Allah created it and provide simple analogies to help children understand the concept. Additionally, parents should strive to develop their children's religious spirit by creating an Islamic atmosphere in the household, teaching them good speech, taking them to the mosque, and using school holidays to participate in religious activities. The author highlights that these efforts should be ongoing and consistent throughout the child's upbringing
Integrating Problem-Solving Skills in Developing Trigonometric Ratio Learning Videos for Right-Angled Triangles
Full text linkThere is a need for innovative instructional media that incorporates technology to facilitate teaching for educators and enhance learning for students. This study aims to develop a valid and practical instructional video using the Renderforest application and the Discovery Learning method, integrated with mathematical problem-solving skills in teaching trigonometric ratios in right-angled triangles. The research follows a development approach focusing on mathematics instructional videos. The research and development methodology is based on product development steps. The product's feasibility is measured through validation and practicality testing. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, and surveys. Based on the research findings, the instructional video's validity was evaluated by experts, with a feasibility score of 78%, indicating its validity. Additionally, the media experts deemed it 80% feasible. The practicality test yielded a score of 80%, marking its practicality. Therefore, the developed instructional video using the Renderforest application and the Discovery Learning method, integrated with mathematical problem-solving skills in teaching trigonometric ratios in right-angled triangles, is considered valid and practical

Full text linkBelajar dan pembelajaran merupakan aktivitas yang terencana untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang dicirikan dengan keterlibatan sejumlah komponen yang saling terkait satu sama lain. Keberhasilan pembelajaran matematika tentu tidak terlepas dari peran guru dalam merancang desain pebelajaran. Salah satu inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat dikembangkan adalah media video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terkait penggunaan Renderforest dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif tentang tingkat kepuasan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi media video pembelajaran berbasis Discovery Learning. Pengumpulan data respon peserta didik menggunakan angket kebergunaan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase nilai. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa terdapat tiga aspek mencapai taraf persentase lebih dari 75%. Sedangkan pada aspek kemudahan untuk dipelajari dalam penggunaannya memperoleh tingkat persentase kurang dari 74%
Implementation of the Flipped Classroom Learning Model for Reading Procedure Text Material during the COVID-19
Full text linkThe objectives of this research are to apply the procedures used in the implementation of the flipped classroom model in learning English reading skills to the procedure text material for 11th-grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta due to the pandemic situation of Covid-19 disease and to find out what activities are used in the implementation of the flipped classroom model in learning English reading skills on procedure text material for 11th-grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta due to the pandemic situation of Covid-19 disease. This research is based on action research. Action research is a reflective method aimed at resolving a specific teaching-learning issue that has been discovered. This research was conducted for 11th-grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. The number of students in one classroom was 33, each with a background for each student. As a result, it can be seen that using the Flipped Classroom learning model generally has a very positive impact on improving students' reading ability, particularly in procedural text
Peningkatan Kemampuan Baca Kitab Kuning Melalui Program Kelas Akhir
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya peningkatan kemampuan membaca kitab kuning dengan strategi tertentu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mencakup metode pembelajaran yang digunakan, kendala, dan upaya perbaikan di MA Mambaul Ulum Bata Bata, Pamekasan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara interaktif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kitab kuning mencakup metode klasik dan metode yang dianjurkan kurikulum pendidikan nasional. Metode tersebut seperti halaqoh yang terdiri dari komunitas kecil, bandongan atau wetonan yang dipimpin oleh guru, dan sorogan yang siswa aktif menyetorkan bacaan dan hafalan. Selain juga ada metode diskusi, debat, dan resitasi. Langkah antisipatif untuk menghadapi hambatan belajar adalah memberi bimbingan tambahan, menyertakan siswa kelas akhir dalam berbagai perlombaan. Selain itu, madrasah memasukkan materi kitab kuning ke dalam mata pelajaran kelas yang dievaluasi secara berkala
Achieving Effective Math Learning with Animated Video-Based Media: A Study on 11th-Grade Students
Full text linkThis study aimed to develop animated video-based learning materials tailored to the learning trajectory of 11th-grade students in the second semester. The Renderforest application facilitated the creation of these instructional videos. The research employed a developmental approach utilizing the ASSURE model. The research participants comprised 11th-grade students. Data collection methods included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews conducted indirectly. The study's outcomes were primarily based on student feedback and validation by media experts. The developed instructional media demonstrated feasibility and practicality, as confirmed through validity and practicality assessments. Media expert validation yielded an average score of 3.7, indicating that the instructional video met the criteria for being excellent and suitable for educational use. Additionally, the students' responses yielded an average score of 3.8, meeting the requirements for being excellent and convenient for instructional purposes. These materials align with the student's learning trajectory and can enhance the overall learning experience in the educational context
