Особливості емоційних станів хлопців-юнаків під час війни
No full textУ роботі досліджено особливості емоційних станів хлопців-юнаків під час війни. Було проаналізовано особливості емоційних станів у психологічній літературі та було проведено емпіричне дослідження особливостей емоційних станів хлопців-юнаків під час війни. Дослідження проводилось у форматі онлайн опитування, з вибіркою 30 осіб, віком від 18 до 25 років. Опитування проводилось за методиками: «Диференційна шкала емоцій» К.Ізард та методика «Шкала оцінки рівня реактивної (ситуативної) та особистісної тривожності» Ч.Д.Спілбергера – Ю.Л.Ханіна. За результатами дослідження були отримані наступні висновки: хлопці-юнаки, котрі проживають на території Україні, відчувають інтенсивніші гострі негативні та тривожно-депресивні емоційні переживання. Також, вони переживають емоційно напружений стан з домінуванням негативних емоцій. Тим часом юнаки, котрі перебувають за межами країни, демонструють нижчі показники негативних емоцій, та відчувають більш стабільний та позитивний емоційний стан (за методикою «Дифиреренційна шкала емоцій» К.Ізард). Юнаки які проживають на території Україні, показали вищий рівень реактивної та особистісної тривожності, не демонструючи при цьому показників низької тривожності. Це говорить про те, що загроза, невизначеність і нестабільність створюють постійне емоційне перевантаження. А у хлопці-юнаків, котрі перебувають за кордоном сформувався нижчий рівень тривожності, як ситуативної, так і особистісної. В межах роботи, було розроблено тренінгову програму «Емоційний баланс», яка призначена для покращення емоційного стану під час війни. Тренінгова програма складається зі вступу та чотирьох розділів, кожен з яких містить в собі теоретичну та практичну основу.The paper examines the features of the emotional states of young men during the war. The features of emotional states in the psychological literature were analyzed and an empirical study of the features of the emotional states of young men during the war was conducted. The study was conducted in the format of an online survey, with a sample of 30 people aged 18 to 25 years. The survey was conducted using the following methods: “Differential Scale of Emotions” by K. Izard and the “Scale for Assessing the Level of Reactive (Situational) and Personal Anxiety” by C. D. Spielberger – Y. L. Khanin. The following conclusions were drawn from the results of the study: young men living in Ukraine experience more intense acute negative and anxiety-depressive emotional experiences. Also, they experience an emotionally tense state with a predominance of negative emotions. Meanwhile, young men who are outside the country demonstrate lower levels of negative emotions and experience a more stable and positive emotional state (according to the “Differential Emotion Scale” method by K. Izard). Young men living in Ukraine showed a higher level of reactive and personal anxiety, while not demonstrating indicators of low anxiety. This suggests that threat, uncertainty, and instability create a constant emotional overload. And young men who are abroad have a lower level of anxiety, both situational and personal. As part of the work, a training program “Emotional Balance” was developed, which is designed to improve the emotional state during war. The training program consists of an introduction and four sections, each of which contains a theoretical and practical basis

No full textУ рамках даної дипломної роботи були проведені теоретично обґрунтовані та емпірично досліджені особливості збереження ментального здоров’я молоді в умовах закладів вищої освіти, а також розроблено рекомендації щодо збереження ментального здоров’я молоді в умовах закладу вищої освіти.
За результатами дослідження сформульовані основні висновки щодо стану ментального здоров'я студентської молоді та розроблені практичні рекомендації для його збереження і зміцнення.
Одержані результати можуть бути використані психологами ЗВО, викладачами, адміністрацією та самими студентами для покращення психологічного благополуччя в освітньому середовищі.In the framework of this thesis, theoretically grounded and empirically researched features of preserving the mental health of young people in higher education institutions were conducted, and recommendations were developed for preserving the mental health of young people in higher education institutions.
Based on the results of the study, the main conclusions were formulated regarding the state of mental health of student youth and practical recommendations were developed for its preservation and strengthening.
The results obtained can be used by psychologists of higher education institutions, teachers, administration and students themselves to improve psychological well-being in the educational environment

No full textУ кваліфікаційній роботі визначено теоретичні засади копінг-поведінки військовослужбовців у психологічно стресових ситуаціях, висвітлено особливості копінг-стратегій в системі механізмів психологічної адаптації учасників бойових дій, які перебувають в зонах декомпресії.
Перший розділ присвячено аналізу понять «розлад адаптації», «посттравматичний стресовий розлад», «депресія», «копінг-стратегії», «копінг поведінка», розглядаються фактори формування негативних психологічних станів в учасників бойових дій.
У другому розділі магістерської роботи описано вибірку, програму та методи дослідження, а також представлено результати емпіричного дослідження психологічного стану та копінг стратегій військовослужбовців командного та рядового складу. Отримані результати були ретельно проаналізовані та інтерпретовані.
У третьому розділі висуваються рекомендації для військовослужбовців з вибору адаптивних копінг-стратегій, а також запропоновано програму соціально-психологічної адаптації.
Кваліфікаційна робота містить висновки, які узагальнюють отримані результати, список використаної літератури та додатки. Робота допоможе зрозуміти психологічний стан учасників бойових дій, їхні копінг-стратегії подолання впливу стресорів і визначити заходи профілактики виникнення психічних розладів, формування ефективних копінг-стратегій поведінки у військових.The qualification work defines the theoretical principles of coping behavior of military personnel in psychologically stressful situations, highlights the features of coping strategies in the system of mechanisms of psychological adaptation of combatants who are in decompression zones.
The first section is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of "adaptation disorder", "post-traumatic stress disorder", "depression", "coping strategies", "coping behavior", considers the factors of formation of negative psychological states in combatants.
The second section of the master's thesis describes the sample, research program and methods, and also presents the results of an empirical study of the psychological state and coping strategies of military personnel. The results obtained were carefully analyzed and interpreted.
The third section puts forward recommendations for military personnel on the choice of adaptive coping strategies, and also describes the proposed program of socio-psychological adaptation.
The qualification work contains conclusions that summarize the results obtained, a list of used literature and appendices. The work will help to understand the psychological state of combatants, their coping strategies of behavior and determine measures to prevent the occurrence of mental disorders, the formation of effective coping strategies of behavior in the military

Акцент зроблено на аналізі ключових характеристик смарт-контрактів, зокрема автономності, самовиконання та незмінності, що визначають їхню ефективність та надійність у сучасних фінансово-господарських відносинах. Розкрито технологічну основу функціонування смарт-контрактів, підкреслено визначальну роль блокчейну та децентралізованих систем у забезпеченні прозорості, безпеки та стійкості транзакцій. Проаналізовано ключові виклики та ризики, що перешкоджають широкомасштабному впровадженню смарт-контрактів, серед яких виділено правові бар’єри через відсутність уніфікованого законодавства, технологічні ризики, пов’язані з можливими помилками у коді та питаннями масштабованості блокчейн-мереж, складність інтеграції смарт-контрактів у традиційні бізнес-процеси, а також соціально-етичні аспекти, що стосуються впливу на ринок праці та необхідності розвитку нових цифрових компетенційThe article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing smart contracts in the processes of settlements with suppliers and creditors. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the key characteristics of smart contracts, in particular autonomy, self¬execution and immutability, which determine their effectiveness and reliability in modern financial and economic relations. The technological basis of the functioning of smart contracts is revealed, the decisive role of blockchain and decentralized systems in ensuring transparency, security and stability of transactions is emphasized. A comparative analysis of smart contracts and traditional legal contracts is carried out, focusing on the legal and technical aspects of their application, which made it possible to determine the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. Particular attention is paid to studying the advantages of using smart contracts in settlements with suppliers and creditors, reducing operating costs by eliminating intermediaries, increasing the transparency of financial transactions, automating the fulfillment of contractual obligations and minimizing credit risks. The key challenges and risks that hinder the large-scale implementation of smart contracts are analyzed, including legal barriers due to the lack of unified legislation, technological risks associated with possible code errors and issues of scalability of blockchain networks, the complexity of integrating smart contracts into traditional business processes, as well as socio¬ethical aspects related to the impact on the labor market and the need to develop new digital competencies. The article outlines the prospects for the development and integration of smart contracts into financial calculations, emphasizing the importance of the evolution of the regulatory framework and the harmonization of legislation. It is concluded that the effective integration of smart contracts into contractual relations between suppliers and creditors is possible under the condition of a compre hensive approach that involves the elimination of legal and technological barriers, the formation of an appropriate regulatory framework, the improvement of technical solutions and an increase in the level of digital literacy of subjects of financial relation

Основна увага приділяється аналізу взаємозв’язку між рівнем емоційного інтелекту та ефективністю лідерської діяльності в організації. На основі теоретичного аналізу визначено ключові характеристики ефективного організаційного лідера та компоненти емоційного інтелекту. Емпіричне дослідження, проведене на базі Київського обласного центру соціально-психологічної допомоги за участю 47 керівників, виявило значущий вплив емоційного інтелекту на результативність лідерської діяльності в таких аспектах як прийняття рішень, мотивація команди, комунікативна ефективність та управління конфліктами. Розроблено комплексну програму розвитку емоційного інтелекту організаційного лідера, що включає чотири модулі та спрямована на вдосконалення різних компонентів емоційного інтелекту. Практична значимість роботи полягає у можливості застосування розробленої програми для підвищення ефективності організаційного лідерства.This master’s thesis investigates the peculiarities of organizational leader formation through the development of emotional intelligence. The main focus is on analyzing the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the effectiveness of leadership activities in organizations. Based on theoretical analysis, key characteristics of effective organizational leaders and components of emotional intelligence have been identified. Empirical research conducted at the Kyiv Regional Center for Social and Psychological Assistance with 47 managers revealed a significant impact of emotional intelligence on leadership effectiveness in aspects such as decision-making, team motivation, communicative efficiency, and conflict management. A comprehensive program for developing emotional intelligence of organizational leaders has been developed, including four modules aimed at improving various components of emotional intelligence. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed program to enhance organizational leadership effectiveness

No full textУ статті аналізуються особливості процесуального статусу та діяльності слідчих суддів у низці зарубіжних держав. Особлива увага звертається на досвід розвинених країн. Відзначено історичні аспекти «слідчого судді». Слід зазначити, що зобов'язані зазначеним суб'єктам кримінально процесуальних правовідносин обов'язки різні, як різні і завдання, що стоять перед ними. Спектр їх надзвичайно широкий: від провадження попереднього розслідування, закріплення доказів, отриманих у ході розслідування злочину, до контролю за цією діяльністю та направлення кримінальних справ до суду для вирішення їх по суті. Розглянуто існування інституту слідчих суддів у європейських державах. Проведений порівняльний аналіз дозволяє стверджувати, що загальною тенденцією розвитку кримінально-процесуального права країн континентальної Європи є його зближення з англо-саксонською правовою моделлю, основу якої є змагальний процес. Водночас відповідна динаміка аж ніяк не свідчить про поглинання континентальної моделі. Елементи змагальності впроваджуються у процесуальне право європейських країн поступово, з урахуванням особливостей культури, традицій та менталітету кожної конкретної держави. Розкрито поняття механізму правового регулювання, оскільки саме це дозволить теоретично осмислити, як і які правовідносини за участю даного суб'єкта виникатимуть, розвиватимуться та реалізовуватимуться у зв'язку з конкретними юридичними фактами. Саме механізм правового регулювання дозволяє, з одного боку, використовувати весь набір юридичного інструментарію для закріплення, охорони, захисту, регулювання та вдосконалення суспільних відносин з метою їх позитивного розвитку», а, з іншого, побачити, «як відбувається трансформація норм права, правових установлень у правомірну поведінку суб'єктів, з яких стадій і як можна усунути ці перешкоди». Таким чином, механізм правового регулювання забезпечує практичну реалізацію поставлених законодавцем цілей та гарантує досягнення запланованого у праві результату. Проаналізовано структуру та визначено зміст (елементи) теоретико правової моделі процесуального статусу слідчого судді. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення чинного законодавства.The article analyzes the features of the procedural status and activities of investigating judges in a number of foreign states. Special attention is paid to the experience of developed countries. The historical aspects of the «investigating judge» are noted. It should be noted that the duties owed to the specified subjects of criminal procedural legal relations are different, as are the tasks facing them. Their spectrum is extremely wide: from conducting a preliminary investigation, securing evidence obtained during the investigation of a crime, to monitoring this activity and referring criminal cases to court for their resolution on the merits. The existence of the institute of investigating judges in European states is considered. The comparative analysis conducted allows us to assert that the general trend in the development of criminal procedural law in continental European countries is its convergence with the Anglo-Saxon legal model, the basis of which is the adversarial process. At the same time, the corresponding dynamics do not at all indicate the absorption of the continental model. Elements of adversarialism are introduced into the procedural law of European countries gradually, taking into account the peculiarities of culture, traditions and mentality of each specific state. The concept of the mechanism of legal regulation is revealed, since this is what will allow us to theoretically comprehend how and what legal relations with the participation of a given subject will arise, develop and be implemented in connection with specific legal facts. It is the mechanism of legal regulation that allows, on the one hand, to use the entire set of legal tools to consolidate, protect, defend, regulate and improve social relations with the aim of their positive development", and, on the other hand, to see "how the transformation of legal norms, legal provisions into the lawful behavior of subjects occurs, from what stages and how these obstacles can be eliminated". Thus, the mechanism of legal regulation ensures the practical implementation of the goals set by the legislator and guarantees the achievement of the result planned in law. The structure is analyzed and the content (elements) of the theoretical and legal model of the procedural status of the investigating judge are determined. Proposals are formulated to improve the current legislation
