No full textВ роботі проведено дослідження сучасного стану процесів децентралізації в публічному управлінні, дійшли наступних висновків:
- Сутність децентралізації в публічному управлінні полягає в передачі повноважень, функцій та ресурсів від центральних органів до місцевих, що сприяє більш ефективному управлінню на місцях.
- Нормативно-правове забезпечення процесів децентралізації в Україні є важливим елементом для ефективної реалізації реформ, спрямованих на зміцнення місцевого самоврядування та підвищення ролі територіальних громад у державному управлінні.
- Аналіз сучасного стану та етапів впровадження децентралізації в Україні свідчить про значний прогрес у реорганізації публічного управління на місцевому рівні.
- Вплив процесів децентралізації на публічне управління Ірпінської міської ради виявився значущим, сприяючи підвищенню фінансової автономії та ефективності управлінських рішень на місцевому рівні.
- Перспективи розвитку процесів децентралізації у публічному управлінні в Україні, зокрема на прикладі Ірпінської міської ради, полягають у забезпеченні фінансової стабільності, розвитку місцевої інфраструктури, посиленні взаємодії з громадянами та підвищенні ефективності місцевого управління через інноваційні технології.The paper examines research the current state of decentralization processes in public administration, and the following conclusions were reached:
- The essence of decentralization in public administration is the transfer of powers, functions and resources from central to local authorities, which contributes to more effective local governance.
- Regulatory and legal support for decentralization processes in Ukraine is an important element for the effective implementation of reforms aimed at strengthening local self-government and increasing the role of territorial communities in public administration.
- Analysis of the current state and stages of decentralization implementation in Ukraine indicates significant progress in the reorganization of public administration at the local level.
- The impact of decentralization processes on public administration of the Irpin City Council turned out to be significant, contributing to increasing financial autonomy and the effectiveness of management decisions at the local level.
- The prospects for the development of decentralization processes in public administration in Ukraine, in particular on the example of the Irpin City Council, lie in ensuring financial stability, developing local infrastructure, strengthening interaction with citizens, and increasing the efficiency of local governance through innovative technologies

За результатами дослідження сформульовані пропозиції, на основі яких надані практичні рекомендації з удосконалення існуючої методики складання фінансової звітності підприємства та оцінки його стану. Обґрунтовано доцільність розвитку практики застосування професійного судження бухгалтера у процесі розробки облікової політики на «ВОДАЛЕНД ІНДАСТРІ».The essence, content and structure of the development process in deepening theoretical knowledge on the basis of financial reporting and existing methodological approaches to analyzing the assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise, i.e., the search for reserves to increase the profitability of production and strengthen commercial calculation as the basis for the stable operation of the enterprise are revealed.
According to the results of the study, proposals were formulated, on the basis of which practical recommendations were given for improving the existing methodology for preparing financial reporting of the enterprise and assessing its condition. Проблема мотивів вибору військової кар’єри у чоловіків та жінок: порівняльна характеристика
No full textУ цій науковій роботі досліджено мотиваційні чинники вибору військової кар'єри у чоловіків та жінок військовослужбовців. Основна увага приділяється аналізу теоретичних підходів до розуміння військової кар’єри, дослідженню гендерних особливостей мотивації та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації професійної орієнтації військовослужбовців. На основі емпіричного дослідження, проведеного за участю 55 військовослужбовців, виявлено суттєві гендерні відмінності в структурі мотивації: у чоловіків переважає внутрішня мотивація та орієнтація на результат, тоді як у жінок домінує зовнішня позитивна мотивація та альтруїстична спрямованість. Розроблено комплексні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи професійної орієнтації, які враховують специфіку мотивації військовослужбовців різної статі. Практична значимість роботи полягає у можливості застосування результатів дослідження для оптимізації процесів професійної орієнтації та психологічного супроводу військовослужбовців.This research examines the motivational factors influencing military career choices among male and female service members. The main focus is on analyzing theoretical approaches to understanding military careers, investigating gender-specific aspects of motivation, and developing practical recommendations for optimizing professional orientation of military personnel. Based on an empirical study involving 55 service members, significant gender differences in motivation structure were identified: men predominantly show internal motivation and result orientation, while women demonstrate dominant external positive motivation and altruistic orientation. Comprehensive recommendations have been developed for improving the professional orientation system, taking into account the specific motivational characteristics of military personnel of different genders. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying research results to optimize professional orientation processes and psychological support for service members

No full textУ статті досліджено роль соціального підприємництва у контексті досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку ООН до 2030 року. Проаналізовано сутність поняття «соціальне підприємництво» та його критерії. Розглянуто внесок соціальних підприємств у вирішення глобальних проблем на мікрорівні та їхню здатність до інноваційних рішень. Особливу увагу приділено порівняльному аналізу моделей підтримки соціального підприємництва у США та країнах Європи, виявлено їхні ключові відмінності в акцентах на прибутковість та соціальну місію, а роль державної підтримки. На основі аналізу зарубіжного досвіду надано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізмів підтримки соціальних підприємств в Україні як важливої умови її сталого розвитку. Запропоновано впровадження комплексного підходу, що включає покращення нормативно-правових умов, розвиток фінансових інструментів підтримки та посилення інституційної інфраструктури.The article is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the role of social entrepreneurship as an effective tool in achieving the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations by 2030. The paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the essence of the concept of "social entrepreneurship," reveals its key characteristics and criteria, particularly through the lens of the approach of the European research network EMES. The significant contribution of social enterprises to addressing pressing global problems at the micro-level is considered, emphasizing their ability to generate and implement innovative solutions that combine economic feasibility with social benefit. It has been established that social entrepreneurship contributes to reducing inequality through the employment of vulnerable groups, sustainable consumption through organic production, and the development of innovative infrastructure through the use of digital technologies. The specificity of social entrepreneurship, which combines economic efficiency and social orientation, makes their functioning one of the necessary conditions for achieving the sustainable development goals of society and determines the need for their state support. Particular attention in the study is paid to a comparative analysis of existing models of social entrepreneurship support in the United States of America and the countries of the European Union. Fundamental differences in the emphasis of state policies and private initiatives to stimulate the development of social enterprises are identified, particularly in the context of the priority of financial self-sufficiency versus social mission, as well as in the scale and forms of state support. Based on the comparative analysis of international experience, practically significant recommendations for Ukraine regarding the optimization of mechanisms for supporting social entrepreneurship are formulated. The necessity of implementing a comprehensive approach, encompassing the improvement of the regulatory framework, the expansion of the range of available financial instruments, and the strengthening of institutional infrastructure to promote the development of social entrepreneurship as a key factor in the sustainable development of the country, is substantiated. The proposed measures, such as the provision of tax incentives, the creation of a separate legal status, the development of microcredit and publicprivate partnerships, as well as the establishment of accelerators and infrastructure hubs, will contribute to the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine and its contribution to the sustainable development of society
