In the digital age and technological advancements, social media has become an important platform for users to share their thoughts, opinions, and feelings on a variety of topics, including sporting events such as the Asian Cup. So, it is important to understand the views and opinions of the public by analyzing social media data. This analysis classifies them into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral based on a predetermined class. This data analysis technique uses CRISP-DM, which is an industry-standard data mining process that starts with business insights, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, price evaluation, and implementation. The feature is selected using a ranking technique that extends the query so that all data is collected based on a specific class. The number of features needed to improve accuracy. The next step is to apply the classification algorithm technique, with the Naive Bayes technique. The results of classification using the Naive Bayes method in this study have an accuracy level of 92%. After the validation process using K-Fold cross validation, the accuracy value obtained from Naïve Bayes was 92%. Based on the results of the model classification, neutral sentiment dominated with an accuracy result of 64.1%, for positive sentiment had an accuracy result of 33.6%, and for negative sentiment, the correct result was 2.3%. These accurate results show a lot of data that is neutral at the 2024 Asian Cup in Qatar. This shows the number of tweets expressing a neutral stance towards the host of the 2024 Asian Cup in Qatar. Because of this event the participants were not much harmed by the organizing committee or referees and so on. Then the fans were also enthusiastic about participating in the 2024 Qatar Asian Cup until the end of the event because there was no indication of cheating and harming the visiting team in the event

Traditional diagnosis methods for detecting aeromonas hydrophila disease often require time and effort, and the results are not always consistent. This leads to delays in disease management, resulting in economic losses. In addition, consumption of contaminated fish can also pose health risks to humans, such as gastroenteritis, skin infections, and sepsis. This research aims to develop a diagnosis method for Aeromonas hydrophila disease in freshwater fish using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. Aeromonas hydrophila disease, which is often caused by poor environmental conditions, has significantly impacted the ecosystem and economy of the fisheries sector in Indonesia, with losses reaching 12 trillion rupiah per year. The study utilises the MobileNetV2 model for classification of three categories of fish images: healthy, infected with aeromonas hydrophila, and other diseases (white spots). The data used consisted of fish images processed with augmentation techniques to increase dataset variation. The model was trained using transfer learning with InceptionV3 architecture, combined with a fully connected layer and softmax activation function for classification. Performance evaluation was conducted using accuracy (80%), precision (86%), recall (80%), F1-score (78%) metrics, as well as confusion matrix analysis. Results showed the model was able to achieve 96.57% accuracy on test data, with stable performance on validation data. The results of this research show the great potential of CNN in detecting fish diseases automatically and efficiently. The research results are expected to contribute to improving the quality of fish farming, food safety, and economic resilience of the fisheries sector

FIQH MU’A>MALAH REVIEW OF FULL MANAGEMENT FRANCHISE BUSINESS COOPERATION AGREEMENT AT SIMPLY HOMY GUEST HOUSE YOGYAKARTA

In Yogyakarta, one of the businesses that uses the concept of franchising and receives awards from MURI is the Simply Homy guest house. Simply Homy has three types of franchise forms; most partners are Full-Management franchise agreements. In the observation results, in the unit management agreement in this Full-Management, the ju’a>lah contract agreement is used, but in its implementation, it uses revenue sharing. In Fiqh Mu’a>malah, the ju’a>lah contract is not a profit-sharing system but provides certain rewards for achieving the results of a job. Meanwhile, the distribution of profits based on the ratio in the franchise business concept is called a musya>rakah contract. This research aims to find the Full-Management cooperation agreement in the Simply Homy guest house Yogyakarta franchise business and review the fiqh mu’a>malah on the cooperation agreement. The research method is field qualitative, which collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation and then analyzes it through inductive methods. The results of this study show are; first that the Full Management agreement has two cooperation agreements, namely brand cooperation and unit management cooperation. Brand cooperation has brand license rental and management standards with a monthly fee. Meanwhile, in the cooperation of unit management, each party contributes, namely from Simply Homy, the workforce in the management and the partner is the house that becomes a business, which shares 50:50 profits with the naming of the ju’a>lah contract agreement. Then, the second is reviewed based on fiqh mu’a>malah; brand cooperation is included in the ija>rah contract scheme and has been following the pillars and conditions of ija>rah. The cooperation of unit management still exists, which is inappropriate in using the name of the ju’a>lah contract, but the implementation uses profit sharing. However, the implementation of cooperation in the management of this unit includes syirkah{ ‘inan, which has been following contribution, harmony, conditions, and how to bear the loss. Based on fiqh mu’a>malah, full management cooperation has two contracts, so hybrid contracts occur, but this multi-contract is allowed in Islam. The suggestion from the researcher to the Simply Homy guest house is to continue to innovate in combining the cooperation system with contracts that follow Sharia
