Replication Data for: A teacher’s choice: Preschool teachers’ selection and use of picture books for mathematics instruction

    No full text
This dataset encompasses all materials, data, and results associated with the manuscript titled "A teacher’s choice: Preschool teachers’ selection and use of picture books for mathematics instruction." Materials: The dataset includes the interview guidelines, pictures used during the interview guidelines, and the coding scheme used to analyze the teachers' responses. Data: The data files include Excel sheets and SPSS files with completed coding entries regarding teachers' use and selection of picture books in view of their features as well as their reasons for their selections and their beliefs. There are also details on the calculation of the inter-rater reliability (IRR) for the coding scheme. Results: The results section contains the SPSS syntax and output files used for the analyses presented in the publication. Defeating Low-Cost Countermeasures against Side-Channel Attacks in Lattice-based Encryption

    No full text
This project contains the source code for our paper: Defeating Low-Cost Countermeasures against Side-Channel Attacks in Lattice-based Encryption: A Case Study on Crystals-Kyber. The repository provides code and datasets for simulating side-channel attacks on lattice-based encryption, with a focus on Crystals-Kyber. It includes C code for attack simulation and Python scripts for analysis and plotting. The dataset contains confusion matrices under both preliminary and Gaussian noise conditions to model realistic measurement errors

Beyond Sarcopenia: Evaluating Changes in Muscle Impairment After Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery – A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

    No full text
This systematic review and meta-analysis assessed changes in muscle quantity, strength, and physical performance which occur following metabolic and bariatric surgery (MBS) without specific interventions to conserve muscle loss. For longitudinal studies, we included only those comparing baseline values to outcomes at 6 months or later after MBS. For cross-sectional studies, inclusion required a MBS group and a nonsurgical control group of similar weight status for comparison. This repositoty contains the data extracted from included studies for meta-analsyis. All other information about the study will be available in the scientific publication of the study and the related supplementary files

Extreme long-term surviving glioblastoma patients - supplementary data sets

    No full text
Using multi-omics technologies, including multiplex immunohistochemistry, we profiled a cohort of 12 eLTS glioblastoma patients and 22 controls. This allowed a detailed dissection of tumor-microenvironmental cellular interactions linked to survival. This dataset complements our accompanying descriptive paper

Replication Data for: "Conceptual density functional theory for temporary anions stabilized by scaled nuclear charges" and "Combining extrapolated electron localization functions and Berlin's binding functions for the prediction of dissociative electron attachment"

    No full text
This dataset contains the replication data for charge stabilization calculations on ethene and chlorinated ethene derivatives. These compounds form metastable anions that cannot be modelled using conventional quantum chemical methods and therefore require adapted approaches, e.g. charge stabilization. We combined this approach with conceptual density functional theory and studied the dissociative electron attachment process to these anions. The calculations were performed using the Q-Chem quantum chemical software. The results were published in https://doi.org/10.1063/5.0128503 and https://doi.org/10.1063/5.0180011

Replication Data for: Ab Initio Insights into the Reactivity of Precursors in Atomic Layer Deposition: A Case Study of GeAsSe

    No full text
This dataset is the replication data for the publication "Ab Initio Insights into the Reactivity of Precursors in Atomic Layer Deposition: A Case Study of GeAsSe". In this publication, we investigated the reactivity of Ge, As and Se precursors in the Atomic Layer Deposition of GeAsSe thin films. The reactivity was assessed through binary gas-phase reaction energies, calculated using Density Functional Theory at 0 Kelvin. This dataset provides all molecular data and reaction energies, in JSON format, used in the publication. In addition, the dataset contains a Python script for visualizing a selected reaction

New building requirements in EU Member States

    No full text
The dataset was developed to support the "Analysis of Life-cycle Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals of EU Buildings and Construction" project, the aim of which is to assess the current and future environmental impacts of the European building sector through the development of a building stock model, using a life cycle assessment (LCA) approach. The collected data describe the requirements for new residential and non-residential buildings, in terms of thermal transmittance (U-values) of the building envelope, primary energy consumption, and renewable energy use. Data are made available for each Member State of the European Union

Pro-eating disorder social media use in individuals with eating disorders

    No full text
An anonymous online survey was completed by 213 individuals with a current or past ED. Participants reported their frequency and type of engagement (active, passive, intentional, unintentional) with pro-ED content. ED symptom severity was measured using the Eating Disorder Examination-Questionnaire (EDE-Q) and the Drive for Thinness subscale of the Eating Disorder Inventory-III (EDI-DT)

Replication Data for: Impact of withholding early parenteral nutrition on 2-year mortality and functional outcome in critically ill adults.

    No full text
This dataset contains the results of the preplanned collection of self-reported functional outcome and the vital status of patients included in the EPaNIC RCT (Casaer MP ea. NEJM 2011). Functional status is based on the answers provided in the SF-36 survey and in case of missing answers imputed according to the SF-36 guidelines. The total scores for “physical functioning” “Physical Component Score” and “Mental Component Score” are provided. For “physical functioning” additionally a penalized variable, attributing the lowest score to non-survivors is included. Vital status at two years is obtained from the Belgian National Registry and for non-Belgian residents via phonecall. The purpose of the data set is to analyze the impact of early versus late parenteral nutrition on morbidity and mortality after two years in patients deemed at lower versus higher nutritional risk

Replication Data for: Transformation of glass fiber reinforced epoxy from waste printed circuit boards to adsorbents for effective CO2 storage in abandoned mines

    No full text
A data set including Ar and CO2 adsorption data and ICP-MS data for all samples in the paper "Transformation of glass fiber reinforced epoxy from waste printed circuit boards to adsorbents for effective CO2 storage in abandoned mines". The data can be used to recreate all of the plots used in the paper. The contained python code can be used to calculate isosteric heat of adsorption of CO2 for all samples and plot the data automatically
