Behavioral and Emotional Responding to Punishment in ADHD: Is Increased Emotionality Related to Altered Behavioral Responding?
This dataset contains the raw and transformed data of an experimental study investigating the behavioral and emotional responding to punishment and reward in children with and without ADHD. In this study, children completed a behavioral allocation task in which they chose between playing two simultaneously available games. Reward was arranged symmetrically across the games, responses on one game were punished four times as often as responses on the other game. Children's behavioral allocation to both games, their median response times after the different outcomes (reward, punishment or non-consequential) and positive and negative emotional responses during task completion were assessed. The dataset contains demographic information of the participants, as well as behavioral and emotional outcome measures
Replication Data for: The overestimated capability of fluid shear to induce secondary nucleation
This repository contains [i] all images used to determine the onset of nucleation (data points plotted in the linked paper), [ii] all files (e.g. 3D models) required for reconstruction of the custom-built experimental setup, and [iii] all purposely written coding to operate this experimental setup. The aim of providing this data is to give more insight into the applied experimental procedures, one of the key messages of the linked paper.
(!) Because of the large size of the data repository (27GB), it cannot be downloaded as a single zip file. Multiple zip files are provided, each being a subpart of the full database. To structurally represent the datasets, a folder-in-folder structure is applied, which is preserved in the zip files (click on a specific zip file to download and/or see a preview of the folder structure).
→ To ease assessment of the obtained datasets, another zip file named ‘_SummaryData.zip’ is provided and contains copies of the data overview files from each experiment
SIESTA sleep intervention for adolescents with ADHD
This dataset contains the non-imputed data of a randomized controlled trial of a newly developed sleep intervention named SIESTA for adolescents with ADHD. SIESTA next to treatment as usual is compared to treatment as usual only. The dataset contains demographic info of the participants, pre-test, post-test and follow-up measures
Doctoral dissertations with research topics on female authorship by female doctoral students at German universities in Germanistik and Anglistik, 1909-1933
This dataset offers a preliminary overview of doctoral dissertations on female authorship as research topic by female doctoral students in Germanistik and Anglistik at German universities from the period 1909 to 1933. It contains names of doctoral students, titles of dissertations and university affiliation of the students. This data is retrieved from: Boedeker, Elisabeth. 25 Jahre Frauenstudium in Deutschland. Vol. 2. 4 vols. Hannover: Verlagsdruckerei C. Trute, 1939
Pharmacokinetics of Edoxaban in Geriatric Patients with Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial fibrillation affects nearly half of geriatric inpatients, with edoxaban frequently used for stroke prevention. However, geriatric patients are underrepresented in drug trials with edoxaban. The limited data and high pharmacokinetic variability result in using this high-risk medication without a full understanding of its exposure in this population.
This dataset aims to characterize the dose–exposure relationship and predict the sufficiency of current fixed-dose guideline for geriatric patients. We conducted a single-center prospective PK study in geriatric inpatients who prescribed with routine edoxaban. Seventeen frail geriatric patients (median age 87 years, IQR 83–90) receiving routine edoxaban contributed a total of 85 steady-state PK samples
Replication Data for: Revisiting Oblivious Top-k Selection with Applications to Secure k-NN Classification
The code implements a homomorphic Top-k selection algorithm and an application to secure k-nearest neighbors classification. More specifically, our method applies a new truncation technique to Batcher's odd-even sorting algorithm. All of this is done in an oblivious manner, because the underlying data is encrypted. Our experimental results show a speedup of up to 47 times (not accounting for difference in CPU) compared to a previous secure k-nearest neighbors classifier
Replication Data for "Nanostructuring Copper Thin Film Electrodes towards CO2 Electroreduction to C2+ Products"
Research data of manuscript "Nanostructuring Copper Thin Film Electrodes towards CO2 Electroreduction to C2+ Products"
Data is organised in subfolders: Anodization data, CO2RR electrochemical data, EIS, SEM, STEM, XAS, XPS, and XRD. The data is linked to the figures in the manuscript and its corresponding supporting informatio
Replication Data for: Automated quantification of lung pathology on micro-CT in diverse disease models using deep learning
This dataset contains test data associated with the publication "Automated quantification of lung pathology on micro-CT in diverse disease models using deep learning". It includes three different datasets of micro-CT scans derived from preclinical experiments involving a COVID mouse model (COVID), bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis mouse model (BLEO), and a monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension rat model (RAT). Manual lung segmentation masks are provided for all micro-CT scans
Replication Data for: Walking Towards Psychosocial Well-being? Unveiling Psychosocial Impacts of a Group-Based Walking Program With and Without Cognitive Enrichment in Older Adults – A Mixed-Methods Randomized Controlled Trial
Replication data for the paper "Walking Towards Psychosocial Well-being? Unveiling Psychosocial Impacts of a Group-Based Walking Program With and Without Cognitive Enrichment in Older Adults – A Mixed-Methods Randomized Controlled Trial". This contains a dataset in csv format with the data on depression, positive well-being, social support and loneliness; and a dataset in sav format (SPSS) with data on self-perceived effects. Furthermore, an R script is included which was used for the linear mixed models
3D Massive MIMO Air-to-ground UAV CSI dataset in campus environment
A dataset of GPS position labeled channel state information of a UAV communicating with a 64 antenna Massive MIMO base station on the ground is presented.
The base station is located in a parking lot of a campus environment, located 17 m away from the 25 m-tall building and 12 m from the 25 m-high tree line. At the time of the measurements, it was a sunny and clear day. The UAV is computer-controlled, following preset paths using GPS waypoints, with fixed heading aligned to the base station polarization. Each trajectory follows a block wave scanning pattern in either a horizontal (H) or vertical (V) plane. Vegetation losses were too strong to obtain measurement points behind the tree line. As such, propagation conditions are predominantly LOS
