Following multi month, the distinction between blood glucose was huge in Psychoneurobics and gatherings and among Psychoneurobics and control gatherings. Be that as it may, this distinction was not altogether between and control gathering. Number of tablet between the three gatherings was not huge following multi month (p>0.05). In 3 bunches a huge distinction was seen in Fast Blood glucose on bases rehashed estimation test. (p<0.05)Conclusion: According to the discoveries, multi month of Practice (Psychoneurobics - ) was successful in diminishing blood glucose levels and in analyze among Psychoneurobics and , Psychoneurobics Practice is increasingly viable in decreasing blood glucose levels
A STUDY TO ASSESS AND CORRELATE THE EXISTENCE OF GOLDEN PROPORTION BETWEEN FACE AND TEETH
There is a universal standard for facial beauty regardless of race, age, sex, and other variables. Regardless of how attractive the teeth appear in isolation if spatially they don\u27t corelate to the rest of the facial structures, then the overall impression will not be aesthetic3. Our intent in this study is to use a universal standard for facial beauty which will significantly help us in rehabilitating facial disharmonies and abnormalities and also help us as a guideline in variety prosthetic restoration. A total of 214 students from SDM college of dental science, Dharwad between the age of 18-25 years with maxillary incisors and canine presenting with anatomic integrity and faces with no facial deformity, participated in the study. Frontal photograph of the face under uniform and standard is to be set up. Digital management of the photograph was undertaken using Adobe Photoshop cs. Out of 214 photographs, beautiful/attractive faces were selected with vas (visual analog scale).30 dental professionals participated in the study. Out of 214 photographs, 30 photographs were selected for attractive faces. Facial proportion and dental proportion with certain measurements were measured individually and statistical analysis was performed on the data to look for correlation. Within the limitations of the study, we concluded that: 83% of the sample size showed the presence of golden proportion existing in the teeth, only 40% of the sample size showed the presence of golden proportion in the face, only 33% of the sample showed golden proportion both in face and teet
MAGNITUDE AND ASSOCIATED FACTORS FOR INSTITUTIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE AMONG WOMEN WHO GAVE BIRTH IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS IN AYSSAITA DISTRICT, NORTH EAST ETHIOPIA: A COMMUNITY BASED CROSS SECTIONAL STUDY-2015
Background: Proper medical attention and hygienic conditions during delivery can reduce the risk of Complications and infections that can cause the death or serious illness of the mother and/or the newborn baby. Institutional delivery by skilled attendants is very important to reduce maternal and infant mortality; however, there is a paucity of data on the magnitude and associated factors especially in the agro-pastoral communities.
Objective: To assess the magnitude and associated factors for institutional delivery service among women of reproductive age who gave birth in the last 12 months preceding the survey in Ayssaita district.
Methods: A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted from April 27- 09 March 2015. Data were collected from a sample of 580 women in the district using structured questionnaire. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were conducted and Odds ratio with 95% CI was estimated to identify predictors of institutional delivery care utilization. Statistical level of significance was declared at p < 0.05.
Results: The study revealed that 36.1% of deliveries were assisted by a skilled health professional at a health institution. Four hundred ninety-six (86.4%) of women attended at least one antenatal care visit during last pregnancy. Among women who attended ANC, more than half (74.6%) of the women made their first visit during second and third trimester of pregnancy and 49.9% had less than four antenatal visits. Women’s educational level (AOR=2.46, 95%CI=1.39,4.34,AOR=2,88,95%CI=1.43,5.81)and husbands educational status(AOR=0.39,95%CI=0.19,0.79), marital status (AOR=3.97,95%CI=1.07,14.70),and frequency of ANC visit (AOR=3.23, 95%CI=1.02,10.27) were positively associated with institutional delivery care utilization.
Conclusions: The utilization of institutional delivery care services is inadequate in the study area. Improving the status of women by expanding educational opportunities, strengthening health extension workers to create community awareness of the program with the focus on obstetric danger signs of pregnancy and place of delivery are warranted
MAGNITUDE AND ASSOCIATED FACTORS OF ABORTION AMONG REGULAR FEMALE STUDENTS OF SAMARA UNIVERSITY, AFAR, ETHIOPIA, 2016
Background: Abortion is one of the leading causes of maternal deaths in Ethiopia. University youths are disproportionately affected by the consequences of unsafe abortion. It is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality and morbidity in the world. Hundreds of thousands of students become pregnant without intention, and many of them decide to end the pregnancies into abortion. University students are more susceptible to risky sexual exposures and unwanted pregnancies; therefore the objective of this study was, to assess the magnitude and factors associated with abortion among Samara University students.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among Samara University students by using self-administered questionnaire. Multi-stage cluster sampling was employed to select a total of 509 female students.
Results: very worrying magnitude of abortion was relieved. The rate of abortion was found to be 88 per 1000 students, making fourfold of the national rate of abortion for Ethiopia (23/1000 women aged 15–44). Virtually all of the abortions were induced and only 50% were reported to be safe. Alcohol use, Participation in Youth Friendly Services, having multiple sexual partners and using emergency contraceptive were found to be statistically significant. Alcohol use was found to have statistically significant association with Abortion; those students who ever had alcohol have 5.5 times more likelihood of having Abortion than their counterparts 95% CI (1.9 – 16.02). Similarly, student who did not participate in Youth-friendly services were more likely to have abortion compared to students who participate in youth-friendly services 95% CI 0.19 [0.01, 0.33]
Conclusions: The rate of abortion among Samara University Students was higher as compared to all Abortion study rates elsewhere. It amounted four times as high as the rate for the general population in Ethiopia. Even higher rates of abortion might be detected by use of more robust methods. Moreover, alarmingly higher proportions of abortions (77.8%) were performed or initiated under unsafe circumstances. It is imperative that improved sexual reproductive health education; with focus on safe and legal abortion services should be rendered and wider availability of Youth Friendly Services where young men and women congregate
A SURVEY OF KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS REGARDING ANTIBIOTICS USE AND RESISTANCE AMONG NEPALESE PATIENTS
Introduction: Antimicrobial resistance is an under-appreciated threat to public health in nations around the globe. The unchecked usage of antibiotics in dentistry can also contribute to emerging antibiotic resistance. With the current rampant usage of antibiotics in the global scenario, it is important to know about the knowledge and awareness of patients regarding various aspects of antibiotics. However, relatively few works have been published on the effect of knowledge of antibiotics on its use, even lesser in context to Nepalese dental patients. This study aims to assess the knowledge about antibiotic treatment and awareness of antibiotic resistance among dental patients.
Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out during world antibiotic awareness week from November 13-19, 2017 in dental patients visiting Kantipur Dental College Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal. We explained the aim of the study. Patients seeking dental services who were willing to participate signed an informed written consent were enrolled in the study. Pretested questionnaires were distributed among patients attending dental OPD. The responses in the questionnaire were used to assess the knowledge about various aspects of antibiotic treatment and antibiotic resistance in dental patients. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.
Results: In this study, 136 patients responded out of 203 (with a response rate of 66.7%) that were valid for analysis. The knowledge about antibiotics use was found significantly low based on their actual practice though they had followed doctors and medical professional’s instructions. Our study showed that patient’s knowledge of antibiotics had a positive association with their attitude and had a negative association on awareness of the importance of the public education about antimicrobial resistance.
Conclusion: The dental patients did not have adequate knowledge of antibiotic treatment, use, and resistance. To prevent antibiotic resistance, more efforts should be made to educate the general public regarding the appropriate dispensing of antibiotics

The rational usage of drug was assessed based on proper indication, drug selection, goal and administration.
Conclusion: To conclude with, corticosteroids are effective drugs in an array of treatment of diseases involving careful consideration of factors such as potency, formulation, responsiveness and cost. Measures for prevention and early recognition of drug induced effects are important for better patient outcome
STUDY ON THE HEALING PYRAMID ENERGY DISCLOSURE MOVEMENT
Equipped with the information in regards to the properties and characteristics of pyramid energy outflows, we can heal and secure the earth. It creates the impression that life itself, has an unrevealed (to date) energy field that bolsters its very own reality and which is exuded specifically from the earth – and afterward bridled through extraordinary pyramid structures. Radiation can rapidly be decreased, ozone gaps, quit for the day, and serious climate diminished or even killed, water decontaminated, crops enhanced, ailment and sickness significantly decreased, structures made far more grounded and more secure and even wrongdoing, psychological warfare and dysfunctional behaviors enormously lessened – if not wiped out altogether. Every one of these things we consider to be isolated issues, well past the limit of one individual to oversee, would now be able to be viewed as a piece of the universal Whole

INCIDENCE OF CONGENITAL APLASIA AND HYPOPLASIA OF FRONTAL PARANASAL AIR SINUS AMONGEST THE POPULATION OF WESTERN UP REGION
Introduction: The frontal air sinuses are a pair of air containing hollow spaces situated within the frontal bone measuring 28 mm (L), 24mm (W), 20mm (AP) on an average as quoted by Grey’s anatomy. The size and anatomic relations of the sinus depend upon the extent of pneumatization of the frontal bone. A considerable reduction or total absence of pneumatization results in hypoplasia/ aplasia of the frontal sinus.
Aim: To investigate the prevalence of aplasia/ hypoplasia of the frontal sinus in a population of western UP because the frontal sinus is very vulnerable during surgical procedures of the skull due to its close relationship with orbit and anterior skull base.
Material and Methods: The study was carried on randomly selected PA cephalograms of 150 adult humans, attending the radiology dept. of SMH GZB some private hospitals situated in Ghaziabad. The frontal sinuses on both sides were studied for their presence or absence in the xray.
Results: 44 out of 150 cases showed aplasia/ hypoplasia of frontal sinus on x-ray; with cases of only aplasia in 31.81% cases; only hypoplasia in 50% cases and cases of one side aplasia with other sided hypoplasia in 18.18% of cases.
Discussion: The entity “APLASIA OF FRONTAL PARANASAL AIR SINUS†has been found as early as 1943. It is found to be in a very high percentage in all Eskimos.Genetic factor and cold climate are said to be closely associated with this conditions besides primary congenital anomalies and secondary pathological conditions.Variations in the anatomy of frontal sinuses are critical 1. for neurosurgeons while performing pterional or supraorbital craniotomy to avoid risks of intraoperative &postoperative complications and improve success of post-operative management strategies 2. For morphological and forensic investigations
A RARE CASE STUDY OF MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA OF SUBMANDIBULAR GLAND
Lymphomas are neoplastic diseases of lymph nodes. Lymphoma of the salivary gland is rare accounting for less than 5% of lymphomas overall. Primary malignant lymphomas in the salivary glands are relatively rare. Clinical presentation is not characteristic and the disease is often overlooked resulting in diagnosis and treatment delays
