Objective: This study addresses Goal 2 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030, emphasizing food security and safety by enhancing integrated agricultural information and awareness among Aisyiyah female activists, particularly women farmers and MSME drivers. The focus is on improving knowledge regarding food safety in the Free Nutritious Food (MBG) program targeting Indonesian youth. Method: A hybrid approach, combining online and offline activities, was employed. The program included two main interventions: online assistance on halal and healthy food quality assurance, and offline training on formulating hydroponic nutrient solutions and tea compost bag techniques. Results: The program successfully raised awareness about the prevalence of food poisoning—nearly 20%—in the MBG program and addressed the low horticultural production in NTT due to the high cost and health risks of chemical hydroponic nutrients. Participants, particularly from Aisyiyah leadership in Oebobo, Kupang, showed improved knowledge and skills in producing safe and independent hydroponic nutrients. Novelty: The integration of halal food quality training with sustainable urban farming practices through customized hydroponic nutrient formulation represents an innovative community empowerment model that strengthens food security and public health resilience among women-led groups in Eastern Indonesia

Objective: This study aims to revitalize public spaces and strengthen early childhood education through a visual communication approach in Kalisampurno Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The activity focused on utilizing Kalisampurno Dam Park as a multifunctional public space that can accommodate social interaction, education, and strengthen the village's visual identity. Method: The community-based participatory approach was used, with an implementation strategy in the form of project-based learning. This activity involved 39 Communication Science students from Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo who were divided into three divisions: quote boards, education, and games. The data collection process was carried out through participatory observation, informal interviews, and visual documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Results: The results of the program showed that the revitalization of public spaces through aesthetic elements (quote boards, garden decorations, welcoming monuments) successfully strengthened the park's image as an educational and tourist destination. The "Learning While Playing" program also succeeded in involving local PAUD institutions in culturally based outdoor educational activities. These findings indicate that locally based visual communication can be an effective tool in supporting character education and cultural preservation. Novelty: This program's novelty lies in the integration of public art, early childhood education, and cross-community collaboration in a single model of sustainable service

Objective: This study aims to review various efforts in developing anticancer therapies based on medicinal plants and synthetic compounds, particularly for breast cancer, which has high prevalence and mortality rates. Method: Data were collected through a literature review of scientific journals published between 2010 and 2020. The study analyzed the potential of various medicinal plants and bioactive compounds using both experimental and computational approaches.  Results: The review revealed that medicinal plants such as soursop leaves, galangal, moringa leaves, Kasumba Turate flowers, and red dragon fruit peels exhibit significant anticancer potential. Their activities include cytotoxicity, proliferation inhibition, and apoptosis induction in T47D and MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Additionally, an in silico approach was employed to evaluate bioactive compounds like galangin and quercetin, which demonstrated potential interactions with specific molecular targets such as HER-2 and SIRT1. Novelty: This study highlights the importance of exploring both natural and synthetic anticancer compounds to develop more effective and safer therapies. The integration of in silico analysis provides a deeper understanding of molecular interactions, supporting the advancement of targeted breast cancer treatments

INVESTIGATION OF THE COMBUSTION CHARACTERISTICS OF RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM WITH ADDED NATURAL FILLER POWDER

Objective: This study aims to investigate the combustion characteristics of rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) composites with the addition of natural filler powder, specifically perlite stone powder, to evaluate its effect on fire resistance. Method: RPUF composites were prepared with varying weight percentages of perlite stone powder (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 25%, and 35% w/w) with particle sizes ≤ 125 μm. Combustion performance was assessed by measuring the average burning time (ATB) and the percentage of time burning under controlled conditions. Results: The results revealed that the average burning time significantly decreased as the perlite filler content increased. While the composite without filler (0%) exhibited the highest ATB, a notable reduction in combustion duration was observed with increasing filler content, reaching approximately 20 seconds at 35% perlite. This indicates an inverse relationship between filler content and combustion duration, suggesting improved fire resistance with higher filler concentrations. Novelty: This study provides new insights into the fire-retardant potential of natural fillers like perlite stone powder in RPUF composites, highlighting their effectiveness in enhancing thermal stability and reducing flammability, which has promising implications for safer material applications in construction and insulation industries

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of gamal (Gliricidia sepium) leaf silage on the growth performance of local male goats. The research focused on key growth parameters, including daily feed consumption, daily body weight gain (PBBH), feed conversion, and feed efficiency. Method: The experiment was conducted using a randomized block design (RAK) with four treatments and four replications. The treatments included (P0) control with elephant grass without gamal leaves, (P1) 20% gamal leaf silage and 80% elephant grass, (P2) 50% gamal leaf silage and 50% elephant grass, and (P3) 100% gamal leaf silage. The goats were monitored over four weeks to assess their growth response to different feeding compositions. Results:  The findings revealed a significant effect of gamal leaf silage on the growth performance of local male goats. The inclusion of gamal leaf silage improved daily body weight gain, feed conversion, and feed efficiency. Higher proportions of gamal leaf silage in the diet resulted in better growth performance compared to the control group. Novelty: This study highlights the potential of gamal leaf silage as an alternative, cost-effective feed source for ruminants. The results contribute to the understanding of utilizing non-conventional feed ingredients to reduce feed costs while maintaining livestock productivity
