No full textPolitical education has a major role in public awareness in having an active attitude towards the participatory democratic process, one of which is elections. Political education is carried out by looking at the typological portrait of Sidoarjo society based on the demography of the region divided into two, namely the type of traditional society and the type of semi-metropolis society. Political education was conducted in five sub-districts of Sidoarjo Regency, namely Jabon, Tanggulangin, Prambon, Tarik and Wonoayu. The implementation of political education to the people of Sidoarjo is done to shape the political personality of Sidoarjo citizens, especially the younger generation, so that it will not lead to apathy or blindness to political issues. In addition, the use of social media is a promising arena and land for conducting political education and political marketing, because it will be directly in contact with two voters who have a large percentage of gadget use

No full textThe purpose of this research is to answer the causes of the problems felt by Madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions that feel the sweetness of the challenges of education from time to time. Madrasahs have always been an Islamic educational institution that occupies a position that is not the main or domesticated in the world of national education. Always imaging Madrasah is an educational institution that is organized as it is, the important thing is that there is a Madrasah, there are teachers who teach in class and learning activities take place in accordance with policies regulated by National Education. Another crucial problem is the readiness of Madrasahs to face changes in the era of digital information technology, which is currently something that is symptomatic in all aspects of life. Madrasahs are Islamic educational institutions that are responsible for producing future generations for the Nation and State. The current situation must really be responded actively, positively by Madrasahs in order to be able to symbiosis with the challenges that occur. This type of research is literary research, which is reference-based research that provides scientific information about the existence of Madrasahs and their challenges in the present and future. No full textResearch shows that the management of natural tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency is running well, as the government has provided supporting facilities and infrastructure, but there are shortcomings, such as promotion which is still not very advanced because it still uses print media, road access to the location is not good and the budget is still limited. The PPM team of Physical Education Lecturers socialized the government of Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency to promote river water sports-based tourism through social media and conduct comparative studies to other tourist villages. The method used in community service program activities is based on the asset based approach (ABA). The activity stages include field observations, drafting material requirements and implementation, licensing, implementation of service, evaluation, up to the final report. Based on the results and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency has the potential to be developed as a village tourism based on river water sports. In this PPM Program, activities include determining appropriate strategies to improve the welfare of village communities through river water sports-based tourism, training and mentoring which contains the required materials including various types of river water sports, management, water sports facilities and infrastructure, prevention. and first aid for accidents, publicity and marketing using social media. Where the results of the training and mentoring can encourage participants to play a role together in the future in managing village tourism based on river water sports as a form of utilizing the natural wealth in the village

Full text linkLearning is an activity carried out by educators in a programmed manner which can create a process of interaction between students and other students, educators and students and students and learning resources. In this study, researchers used Probability Sampling with a simple random sampling type, which means it is the simplest sample determining technique with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques use pretest and posttest test methods. The type of design used is One Group Pretest – Posttest Design and uses a quantitative approach. The population used was 30 students in class IV at SD Negeri Candiharjo. In the N-Gain test, the average result from the pretest was 46.667, while the posttest mean was 81.967 with a total of N or samples of 30, 16 male students and 14 female students. Based on the test data for the validity of the question items, normal data was also obtained with a total of 0.158, then entered into the Eta Square Test formula to get a final calculation result of 0.875, which indicates an increase in the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media. It can be concluded that the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media at Candiharjo State Elementary School has a great influence on students' learning outcomes

Full text linkThis study aims to obtain a theoretical basis that can support solving the problem being studied on the effect of motivation and work stress on teacher performance. The theory obtainer is the first step so that researchers can better understand the problemed being researched correctly according to a scientific framework. The method used in this research is a literature review. Researchers select the feasibility of research articles based on the background of the article, research methods, discussed results, discussion and conclusions. In this study, the data source used is secondary data sources. An article search was carried out via the lens.org website to conduct a literature search with the keywords "motivation" "stress" and "teacher performance" in the range of 2020 to 2023. As a result, there were 61 article findings. Then the researcher used the keyword "work motivation" there were 10,386 articles. Then the keyword "work stress" has 2,498 articles. And the keyword "teacher performance" contains 5,206 articles. The next step, analyzing the Literature Review method on five articles that match the keywords. The results obtained, namely, the variables of motivation and stress have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance directly. This is based on previous research findings in several educational institutions in Indonesia. Teacher performance is influenced by motivation and work stress. Variables of motivation and work stress cannot act independently. Reviewing the research that has been done, the findings obtained regarding the description of the influence of motivation and work stress on teachers in Indonesia are considered not to be able to walk alone. Many other factors affect the level of teacher performance in educational institutions. The well executed financial management is not only managing financial income and daily needs, but it needs to be prepared for the future financial management if someday a person or individual needs more financial income. For example in the way to invest. Along with investment, an individual will get profits or benefits in the future. Analysis tool that is used in this research is questionnaire sheet that have already conveyed to 77 respondents and purposive sampling as the sampling approach. To examine the research hypothesis, the researcher use Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software, version 3.2.7. The output of this research is an article within index SINTA (Science and Technology Index) 3 (third rank) journal, national seminar article, and intellectual property rights. Technology readiness level which is tragetted in the research is 1 – 4. The urgency in this study is because of the tendency of each individual nowdays, moreover they who have a family, generally have a financial purpose in the future. No full textUpgrading Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a concept built to develop them, so that they can increase competitiveness. Upgrading MSMEs is an indicator of increased productivity so that they are able to develop better. Halal certification is one medium that can be implemented to advance to class. Lack of information about the important role in the halal certification application process means that MSMEs are not yet motivated to apply for halal certification. In fact, a halal certificate is needed to guarantee halal products consumed by Muslims. Apart from that, a halal certificate is also required as one of the legalities of products produced by MSMEs. Therefore, outreach is needed to help MSMEs apply for halal certification. This community service activity was carried out in Sidoarjo Regency. This activity was carried out in coordination with the Sidoarjo Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KADIN). Activities are carried out through 2 (two) methods, namely the coordination stage and the socialization stage
