INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF WIRING HARNESS PRODUCTION USING THE RANGKED POSITIONAL WEIGHT AND LARGEST CANDIDATE RULE METHODS
Get PDFIn the wiring harness door production activities, the problem that occurs is the lack of achievement of the production target of 6.19% or 6.15 units in January 2023. This is caused by differences in production output at each work station or track which are not balanced resulting in an accumulation of work in progress. In making line balancing, working time measurements are carried out in each wiring harness production operation on the man power production line by using a stopwatch. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal wiring harness production line and increase the efficiency of wiring harness production according to the company's target line efficiency. The methods used in solving this problem are the ranked positional weight method and the largest candidate rule method. From the results of the line balancing analysis using the ranked positional weight method and the largest candidate rule method, an efficiency value of 96.33% is obtained, the resulting output is 144.5 wiring haness units with 12 work stations. These results are better than before using both method

Get PDFGeneral Background: Split duct air conditioners are prone to leaks, often resulting from corrosion in water catchment systems, which can lead to significant operational hazards such as electrical fires. Specific Background: Given the prevalence of these issues, there is an urgent need for effective monitoring solutions to maintain optimal air conditioner performance and prevent leaks. Knowledge Gap: Current monitoring systems lack integration with real-time data reporting mechanisms that can alert users promptly to potential issues. Aims: This research aims to develop a monitoring device utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266, water level sensors, and Google Sheets to enable real-time monitoring and management of water levels in split duct air conditioners. Results: The device successfully operates by turning on the fan when water levels are below 2 cm and activating the pump when levels exceed this threshold. The data is continuously sent to Google Sheets, allowing for easy monitoring and management. Novelty: This study presents a novel approach to air conditioner leak monitoring by integrating IoT technology, offering an efficient and user-friendly solution for residents. Implications: The developed monitoring tool significantly enhances the ability to detect and manage potential leaks in real time, thereby improving safety and operational efficiency. Future research should focus on enhancing sensor accuracy through specialized equipment and exploring alternative IoT platforms for improved data visualization, thereby providing users with an even more effective monitoring experience

The research results state that qualifications, recruitment strategies, staff orientation, salary policies, employee regulations, coaching and development, employee evaluation, employee careers and ranks, and welfare are just some of the tasks that make up human resource management in Islamic schools. As well as employee coaching and development is carried out to improve Islamic understanding, personality, pedagogical, professional and social competencies. And employee performance evaluation is carried out based on individual achievements and participation in Islamic school activities so that each educator or teacher can develop and increase the potential of human resources in Islamic school institutions

No full textThe purpose of this training is to achieve the following objectives; 1) Share information on government literacy initiatives. 2) Assist teachers in finding affordable and reliable sources for textbooks through literacycloud.org. 3) Support teachers in conducting research that can be published in journals. 4) Fulfilling the community service obligation of an institution. This training took place at TK ABA 3 Randegan in Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. It involved 18 teachers and the principal. The training used methods of lecture, question and answer, practicum, discussion using applications and online article searches. The trainees used their cell phones and leptops. The team responsible for implementing the program determined that the digital literacy training went according to plan and achieved its goal of improving participants' digital literacy skills

Knowledge Gap: Despite its availability, there is insufficient data on the fruit's nutrient composition and its role in enhancing immunity among adolescents. Aims: This study aims to analyze the nutritional content of Kalimantan Lai Fruit and evaluate its impact on the immune health of adolescents in coastal communities. Results: Through systematic sampling and laboratory analysis, findings revealed that Lai Fruit is rich in essential nutrients, including high levels of protein, healthy fats, vitamin C, and iron. These nutrients are crucial for promoting health and enhancing the immune system. Novelty: This research not only provides a comprehensive analysis of the nutritional profile of Lai Fruit but also includes an extension program that successfully increased knowledge among children about immunity and healthy lifestyles. Islam as a comprehensive religion has built character values in terms of Islamic financial literacy. Imam Al-Ghazali, as one of the figures in Islamic education, expressed thoughts about the content of Islamic financial literacy in his works. This article aims to examine Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the concept of Islamic financial literacy education including material content and educational methods. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study. The results of the research show that the content of Imam Al-Ghazali's Islamic financial literacy education emphasizes the formation of character who obeys the commands of Allah SWT through controlling one's desires. This character includes awareness of the purpose of Allah SWT in providing wealth for humans, paying attention to the principle of halal wealth, using wealth according to needs, not just lustful desires, and spending wealth simply. Islamic financial literacy can be instilled in students through the ibroh method or learning from past experience, example, storytelling and habituation.

Methods: The study examines the fundamental mechanisms of graphene-based pressure sensors, including piezoresistive, capacitive, and field-effect transistor (FET) mechanisms. A comparative analysis of conventional materials such as piezoelectric, metallic, silicon, and polymer-based materials is conducted to highlight their strengths and limitations. The integration of nanomaterials, particularly graphene, into sensor designs is reviewed, emphasizing their contributions to enhanced sensor performance.
