Productivity improvement in packaging process throught weight position ranking method in PT.XYZ
Get PDFXYZ is a food processing company. One of the snacks made is biscuits. The observation process was carried out at PT. XYZ in the biscuit production packaging process. The problem that arises in the packaging process is lead time. This observation aims to make the path more effective in an effort to increase productivity in the packaging process. Track balance is an effort to minimize imbalance between machine to machine or person to person to get the same time at each station. In this observation, the Ranked Position Weihgt (RPW) method was used to determine the workload allocation for each operator. The data analyzed is lead time which is processed to determine the results of track efficiency, balance delay at each work station. This method prioritizes the longest work element time and will be prioritized first to be placed in another work station that represents the lowest work element. Analysis results using the Ranked Position Weight Method with line efficiency 5.52%, Balance Delay 7.71%, Idle time 4.6%.
Literature review Factors Influencing Preconception Screening in Indonesia.
Get PDFTo obtain good preconception health, preconception screening is needed for women of childbearing age and couples of childbearing age. Preconception screening is beneficial and has a positive effect on the health preparation of the mother and the prospective child so that later the pregnancy can run well and healthily. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence preconception screening. The research method used was a literature review with a Narrative Review design. The results based on 3 studies showed that education and knowledge factors are quite strong factors and have a positive variable direction that influences preconception screening. Age, attitude, husband's support, health worker information and culture are other influencing factors. The conclusion of the factors influencing preconception screening is that education, knowledge, age, attitude, husband's support, health worker information and culture are factors that influence preconception screening

The informant determination technique used was purposive sampling, consisting of the Head of KUA, staff and the bride and groom. Data collection techniques used by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. AUTOMATIC COOKER HOOD MONITORING SYSTEM BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS
Get PDFAcute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) poses a significant health risk, particularly for housewives frequently exposed to kitchen smoke, which contains harmful pollutants like carbon monoxide, potentially leading to serious conditions such as cancer and pneumonia. To address this issue, the development of an effective smoke removal system is crucial. This research employs a Research and Development methodology to design and test an automatic cooker hood that utilizes the MQ-7 sensor for smoke detection, controlling a 12V DC fan through a relay to operate at three adjustable speeds: low, medium, and high, based on real-time smoke intensity. The Aims of this study are to create a monitoring tool that efficiently removes kitchen smoke and provides immediate feedback on air quality. Results indicate that the system functions optimally, with the fan speed successfully adjusting according to detected smoke levels and displaying data on a 16x2 I2C LCD as well as through the Blynk application, offering clear visualization of air quality metrics. This research introduces a Novelty in integrating IoT technology for real-time air quality monitoring in kitchens, enhancing user awareness and intervention capabilities. However, fluctuations in smoke readings from the MQ-7 sensor present a Knowledge Gap, highlighting inconsistencies that affect PPM accuracy. The Implications of this study suggest the potential for improved health outcomes through better indoor air quality management, while future research should explore sensor accuracy enhancements and optimal placement strategies to ensure more reliable measurements, thereby further advancing the effectiveness of the automatic cooker hood system
IMPLEMENTATION OF FUZZY INVENTORY METHOD AND ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK IN DETERMINING SAFETY INVENTORY OF BAG PRODUCTS
Get PDFGeneral Background: Effective inventory management is crucial for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to address fluctuating demand and avoid shortages, especially in sectors like handcrafted products. Specific Background: In the context of PTK MSMEs (Karangtanjung Bag Craftsmen) in Sidoarjo Regency, bag product sales often vary monthly, necessitating accurate demand forecasting and optimal inventory levels. Knowledge Gap: While previous studies have explored demand prediction and inventory management, few have integrated advanced methodologies like Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Fuzzy Inventory approaches to cater specifically to SMEs in the handicraft sector. Aims: This research aims to predict the sales demand for bag products and establish safety inventory levels using ANN and Fuzzy Inventory methods, ultimately to control demand and reduce inventory costs. Results: The study yielded a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 45.031 from the ANN analysis, indicating a good forecasting performance, while the Fuzzy Inventory method calculated a safety stock of 43,647 pieces for 2023. Novelty: The integration of ANN for demand forecasting and Fuzzy Inventory for safety stock determination offers a novel approach for SMEs, enabling them to respond proactively to market fluctuations. Implications: The findings provide a framework for MSMEs to enhance their inventory management practices, thus improving operational efficiency and reducing holding costs, which can significantly impact their sustainability and competitiveness in the market

Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran peran para ibu rumah tangga dalam remaja dan penyalagunaan zat adaptif diharapkan dapat meminimalkan luasnya peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi observasi lapangan, Menyusun rancangan kebutuhan untuk pelaksanaan, melaksanakan perijinan, pelaksanaan pengabdian, evaluasi dan Menyusun laporan akhir. Hasil kegiatan berupa seminar dan pelatihan terkait penyalahgunaan zat adiktif dan remaja yang diikuti masing – masing desa 50 Ibu-ibu PKK. Materi seminar berupa mengenal narkoba dan permasalahannya, Remaja sehat tanpa narkoba, peraturan perundangan terkait tindak pidana mengenai narkoba baik sebagai pemakai maupun sebagai pengedar.
