REIMAGINING BUSINESS ETHICS THROUGH CHIARA LUBICH’S ECONOMY OF COMMUNION: A PHILOSOPHICAL AND SPIRITUAL INQUIRY
Objective: The twenty-first century global economy is marked by ethical turbulence, characterized by corruption, inequality, labor exploitation, and environmental degradation. Mainstream capitalist paradigms, shaped by utilitarian rationality and the Protestant ethic, have prioritized profit and efficiency over human dignity and social cohesion, contributing to systemic moral and social disintegration. This study critically examines the Economy of Communion (EoC), a values-based economic model inspired by Chiara Lubich and developed within the Focolare Movement, which integrates deontological ethics, Thomistic virtue, and mystical spirituality into business practice. Method: Employing a conceptual and qualitative methodology, the research synthesizes philosophical, theological, and empirical literature to analyze the historical origins, ethical principles, and operational dynamics of the EoC. Results: Findings indicate that its core pillars gratuitousness, reciprocity, and social responsibility enable enterprises to align profitability with human flourishing, community solidarity, and long-term sustainability. Empirical evidence demonstrates that EoC enterprises achieve robust financial performance while fostering social cohesion and participatory governance. Novelty: The study concludes that the EoC offers a practical and replicable framework for reimagining business as a moral vocation, illustrating that ethics and profitability are mutually reinforcing rather than mutually exclusive. Adoption of EoC principles provides a strategic and ethical imperative for sustainable, human-centered, and socially responsible business practices in contemporary economies
TRANSPORT ANALYSIS OF NEON–COPPER PLASMA: POWER, ELASTIC/INELASTIC LOSSES, ENERGY CHARACTERISTICS AND TOTAL IONIZATION FREQUENCY
Objective: This study introduces a model and examines the transport parameters of a neon–copper plasma mixture, emphasising energy and power characteristics, along with the effects of both elastic and inelastic power losses. Method: The researchers utilise theoretical and computational methodologies, predominantly employing the Boltzmann equation to examine the distribution of electrons and ions within the plasma, and the equation is solved using numerical methods, which give a detailed look at how collisions affect power losses and help us better understand how energy moves through the plasma. Results: The study examines two principal factors: the diminished electric field (E/N), which varies from 1 to 20 Td, and the influence of fluctuating copper concentrations, ranging from 0.001 to 0.5 mol, on electron-related metrics, including power, elastic and inelastic power losses, and energy distribution, the analysis gives useful information about how these parameters change when the electric field and copper concentration change, and the results also show how elastic and inelastic processes work together and how they affect the plasma's power use and energy properties. Novelty: This study is pertinent to numerous applications, encompassing nanomaterial synthesis, metal surface treatment, plasma discharge technologies, light and laser generation, gas processing and pollutant elimination, and the advancement of sophisticated plasma-based electronic devices, providing a clear picture of how to predict and improve plasma performance in mixed-gas environments by accounting for the effects of electric fields and changing gas concentrations

RELIGION NARRATIVE IN THE FILM "HATI SUHITA"
Objective: This study examines the representation of religious narratives in the film Hati Suhita. The research aims to analyze how religious values are conveyed through cinematic elements, including dialogue, scenes, and visual aspects such as setting, symbols, and costumes. Method: A qualitative approach was employed using Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis. This method enables an in-depth examination of how religious narratives are structured and communicated within the film. The study focuses on three core aspects of Islamic teachings: Aqidah (faith), Syariah (Islamic law), and Akhlak (morality). Results: The findings indicate that religious narratives are presented through key Islamic teachings. Aqidah is depicted by emphasizing faith in the Almighty and the concept of divine destiny. Syariah is conveyed through dialogues and expressions that illustrate religious practices and their proper implementation within an Islamic framework. Akhlak is integrated holistically, incorporating both religious doctrine and universal humanistic values, which shape the overall moral message of Hati Suhita. Novelty: This study highlights the multifaceted representation of Islamic teachings in contemporary Indonesian cinema. By analyzing Hati Suhita through the lens of Critical Discourse Analysis, the research provides fresh insights into how religious values are interwoven into film narratives, not only as theological constructs but also as cultural and social influences within a modern cinematic context
