THE HABITUAL PATTERN OF MEMORIZING SHORT SURAHS FOR CHILDREN USING THE VERSE LINKING METHOD AT THE AGE OF 4-5 YEARS IN GROUP A AT RA AL QODIR
Get PDFObjective: This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Verse-Linking Method in habituating early childhood (ages 4-5) to memorize short Quranic verses at RA Al Qodir. The study explores the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of this method. Methods: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving 25 students at RA Al Qodir. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and the principal, and document analysis. The analysis process followed Miles and Huberman’s model, including data reduction, presentation, and interpretation. Results: The research identified three key stages in the memorization process: planning, implementation, and evaluation. During the planning stage, a specialized mentor guided the students, and during implementation, children engaged in a structured routine of reciting and memorizing short verses. The Verse-Linking Method proved effective in improving focus and concentration, although challenges such as inconsistent memorization times across children were noted. Evaluation involved individual assessments to confirm memorization proficiency. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in applying the Verse-Linking Method to early childhood Quranic education, highlighting its potential to enhance memorization efficiency while fostering a conducive learning environment. The stimulation of early childhood development at TK Bustanul Athfal Ketegan Sidoarjo is still relatively limited. The goal of this activity is to enhance the cognitive and motor skills of young children and improve the educators' skills at TK Bustanul Athfal Ketegan Sidoarjo by creating stimulation play media using recycled materials as a tool for early childhood learning. The method for this activity includes presentations and training for educators on how to create cognitive and motor development stimulation media for children using recycled materials, as well as engaging in role-playing activities to utilize these stimulation media. The benefits of this activity include expanding the variety of learning media and enhancing the knowledge and skills of educators at TK Bustanul Athfal Ketegan Sidoarjo in creating learning stimulation media for their students using recycled materials. No full text Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman dan persepsi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar mengenai konsep-konsep politik di lingkungan sekitar mereka, khususnya di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif di lingkungan sekolah, wawancara mendalam dengan 20 siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6, serta 5 guru dan 10 orang tua, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun memiliki pemahaman yang bervariasi tentang konsep-konsep politik, seperti pemilihan umum, pemerintahan, dan partai politik. Sebagian besar pengetahuan mereka diperoleh dari lingkungan keluarga, media massa, dan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, masih terdapat miskonsepsi dan kesalahpahaman dalam memaknai istilah-istilah politik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan politik pada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan dan sosialisasi yang lebih efektif. Diharapkan temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi perbaikan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan dan kebutuhan anak-anak
STUDY LITERATURE: BIOPSYCHOLOGICAL REVIEW IN IMPROVING CHILDREN'S CONCENTRATION
Get PDFConcentration is very important and needed for children in following the learning process. learning concentration can be seen from an increase in the presence of neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters function as chemical messengers that play an important role in information processing throughout the nervous system. The purpose of this research is to describe the Literature Study: A Biopsychological Review in Improving Children's Concentration. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the review of 25 (twenty-five) journals examined by the author, there are various effectiveness of neurotransmitter performance involved in various brain functions, such as sleep, mood, emotion, attention, and learning and memory. The conclusions of this study include: 1) Neurotransmitter metabolites include biogenic amines (catecholamines norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine and serotonin) and amino acids (glycine, glutamate, and γ-aminobutyric acid [GABA]), 2) Serotonin is useful for neurotransmitters and concentration, 3) Neurotransmitters including acetylcholine play an important role in the development of brain nerve structures and cells. Acetylcholine (ACh) is the first identified cholinergic neurotransmitter, and changes in its content can fully reflect the growth and development of the body as well as learning ability and memory, 4) Students who are able to concentrate during lessons will have higher memory and easily understand what is learned and 5) The researcher suggests that future studies examine the effect of one of the various types of neurotransmitters on children's concentration and motivation to learn

His analysis highlights rainwater as a resource that aligns with sustainable practices, such as reducing soil erosion, conserving water, and improving air quality. THE ROLE OF TEACHERS IN IMPROVING THE CONCENTRATION OF CHILDREN WITH ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) AGED 5-6 YEARS
Get PDFObjective: This study aims to explore the role of early childhood education teachers in supporting children with ADHD, particularly in the B1 kindergarten class at RA Depag 1 Mojokerto, and to assess how teachers can enhance the learning environment for children with attention difficulties. Methods: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using data collected through direct observations, interviews with teachers and the principal, and documentation. The research was conducted over four months, from February to May 2024, at RA Depag 1 Mojokerto. Data analysis followed the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, display, and verification. Results: The study found that children with ADHD in the classroom face challenges in maintaining focus, which affects both academic performance and classroom behavior. Teachers provide individualized support by using personal approach strategies and creating a conducive classroom environment. These strategies include placing ADHD children near the teacher's desk, reducing distractions, and offering direct support. The involvement of parents and school counselors also plays a crucial role in improving concentration. Novelty: This research emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach that involves teachers, parents, and professionals in managing ADHD in early childhood education. The study highlights the significance of tailored interventions, classroom environment adjustments, and collaborative efforts to support children with ADHD, contributing to more effective educational practices for children with special needs

The study focused on measuring the effectiveness of hand puppets in enhancing speaking skills. Results: The use of hand puppet media significantly increased children’s active participation in speaking, expanded their vocabulary, and boosted their self-confidence. Storytelling activities with hand puppets created a dynamic and engaging learning environment that supported language development. The lack of standardization in the management of zakat has resulted in inappropriate collection and distribution of zakat. Whether or not the zakat institution is optimal in carrying out its operational activities can be seen from the productivity of the zakat institution.
