    THE IMMUNOLOGICAL ROLE OF ANTI-H. PYLORI ANTIBODIES LEVEL, INF-Γ, AND TNF-Α IN A NUMBER OF PATIENTS WITH A TUMOR IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IN BABYLON GOVERNORATE

    General Background: Helicobacter pylori is a well-known bacterium responsible for chronic infections, significantly contributing to gastric and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue cancers, as well as peptic ulcer disease.  Specific Background: The link between H. pylori infection and gastrointestinal (GIT) tumors remains under-explored, particularly concerning immunological parameters.  Knowledge Gap: The role of immune markers, such as anti-H. pylori IgG antibodies, TNF-α, and IFN-γ, in distinguishing between malignant and benign GIT tumors is unclear.  Aims: This study aimed to assess the relationship between H. pylori infection and immunological factors in patients with malignant and benign GIT tumors, as well as controls, using serum levels of Anti-H. pylori IgG, TNF-α, and IFN-γ.  Results: The study included 100 serum samples from patients with malignant (n=40) and benign (n=35) GIT tumors, irritable bowel disease (IBD) controls (n=15), and healthy controls (n=10). The results revealed significantly elevated levels of anti-H. pylori IgG in patients with malignant tumors compared to those with benign tumors, IBD controls, and healthy controls. Male patients had higher anti-H. pylori IgG levels than females. Elevated levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ were also observed in patients with malignant tumors, correlating with higher anti-H. pylori IgG levels.  Novelty: This study highlights the association between elevated H. pylori IgG antibodies and increased TNF-α and IFN-γ levels in malignant GIT tumors, particularly in males, suggesting H. pylori's role in cancer progression.  Implications: The findings suggest that early detection of elevated anti-H. pylori IgG and inflammatory cytokines could improve the diagnosis and management of GIT malignancies, especially in male populations. Further research on a larger cohort is recommended to explore the mechanisms driving this relationship

    ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING ADOLESCENT SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN SIDOARJO: A HOLISTIC APPROACH

    Adolescent sexual behavior is a significant concern in efforts to maintain reproductive and mental health among adolescents in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing adolescent sexual behavior in Sidoarjo Regency. Using a holistic approach, this research examines the impact of various internal factors such as reproductive health knowledge and self-control, as well as external factors such as peer influence, family, and social media exposure. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 300 adolescents from several high schools in Sidoarjo. The results indicate that peer influence and social media exposure significantly contribute to adolescent sexual behavior, followed by low reproductive health knowledge. Based on these findings, an integrated intervention program involving the active role of families, schools, and media is needed to improve adolescents’ understanding and self-control

    Objective: The integration of religious moderation into the Qur'an Hadith curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah faces several obstacles, such as teachers' limited understanding and skills in effectively teaching moderation values. Often, teaching still focuses on memorization and a literal understanding of the texts, failing to connect these teachings with the broader context of moderation. This study aims to describe and analyze the concepts, methods, and approaches used in integrating religious moderation into the Qur'an Hadith curriculum at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level. Method: This research utilizes library research as its approach. The data sources for this study include scientific journal articles and research reports relevant to religious moderation and Islamic religious education. By reviewing these materials, the study seeks to identify best practices and frameworks for incorporating moderation into the curriculums.  Results:  The study found that the integration of religious moderation in the Qur'an and Hadith curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah focuses on fostering a balanced and tolerant understanding that respects diversity. The core concept is wasatiyah (balance), which aims to prevent extremism in religious practices. The methods employed include contextual learning, discussions, role-play, and problem-based learning, which link moderation teachings to students' everyday lives and enhance their understanding through experiential learning.  Novelty: The research applies an integrative and holistic approach to teaching religious moderation, addressing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of learning. This approach ensures that students not only understand the concept of moderation but also apply it in their attitudes and behaviors

    Introduction:  jelly candy is a soft-textured candy that is generally given to children with the aim of optimal growth and development with calcium. Hydroxyapatite content in the preparation of jelly candy can be achieved by using the addition of ingredients containing calcium that come from nature, one of which is by using yellowfin tuna fish bone meal as the main ingredient to increase the calcium content in  jelly candy. The aim of the research was to find out that hydroxyapatite from yellowfin tuna bones (Thunnus albacares) can be formulated in the form of jelly candy to determine the hydroxyapatite of yellowfin tuna bones (Thunnus albacares) contains calcium. The research method uses laboratory experimental research. The treatment in this research is a dosage formulation of jelly candy from the bones of yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares). The results showed that the higher the concentration of yellowfin tuna bone meal (Thunnus albacares) the higher the calcium levels. The conclusion of this research is that hydroxyapatite of yellowfin tuna bones (Thunnus albacares) can be formulated into dosage forms jelly candy. Yellowfin tuna bone hydroxyapatite (Thunnus albacares) contains calcium and the highest calcium content is in F3 (7%) with a value of 39.3%

    Background: Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is widely utilized in electronic devices due to its piezoelectric properties, which can be enhanced through the incorporation of barium titanate (BT). However, the impact of various fabrication methods on the crystallinity and beta-phase content of PVDF/BT nanocomposites remains underexplored. Specific Background: Different manufacturing techniques, including 3D printing, electrospinning, solvent casting, and compression molding, influence the structural and functional properties of PVDF/BT composites. The crystallinity and beta-phase content of PVDF are critical for optimizing the dielectric and piezoelectric performance of these materials. Knowledge Gap: There is a lack of comprehensive studies comparing the effects of these fabrication techniques on the crystallinity and beta-phase enhancement of PVDF/BT composites, particularly concerning their dielectric, piezoelectric, and mechanical properties. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the impact of integrating BT into PVDF using various fabrication methods on the crystallinity and beta-phase formation. The goal was to determine how these modifications influence the material’s structural characteristics and, consequently, its electronic properties. Results: X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses revealed that 3D printing and electrospinning methods significantly enhanced the beta-phase content and crystallinity of PVDF/BT composites compared to solvent casting and compression molding. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) confirmed improved morphological features in the PVDF matrix with these techniques. Novelty: This study provides new insights into how different fabrication methods can optimize the crystallinity and beta-phase of PVDF/BT nanocomposites, which are crucial for enhancing piezoelectric performance. Implications: The findings suggest that 3D printing and electrospinning are superior to traditional methods for fabricating PVDF/BT composites with enhanced piezoelectric properties. These results can guide the development of more efficient electronic devices by selecting appropriate fabrication techniques to achieve desired material properties

Starr Panel Industry, a company in the refrigeration sector, focuses on high-quality sandwich panels but experiences frequent defects in its production processes. Specific Background: Despite prioritizing premium raw materials, the company faces recurring product failures, particularly in the finishing phase, which affect production flow and on-time delivery. Knowledge Gap: Current quality assurance measures at PT. Starr Panel Industry lack a systematic approach to identifying and prioritizing the root causes of defects, hindering the development of targeted improvement strategies. Aims: This study aims to identify, analyze, and address potential failure modes and their root causes within the production processes, employing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Results: The findings reveal that the finishing process has the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 112, primarily due to insufficient adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by the workforce. Novelty: The integration of FMEA and FTA provides a comprehensive failure analysis model, with FMEA ranking failure risks and FTA tracing them to foundational causes, offering a new dual-method approach to improve operational standards effectively. Implications: Implementing the proposed FMEA-FTA framework can significantly reduce product defects, improve quality consistency, and minimize delivery disruptions, especially in the critical finishing stage. Emphasizing SOP compliance across divisions, particularly in finishing, can lead to sustained quality improvements and enhanced operational efficiency in sandwich panel production

    General Background: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital to economic development, yet many face challenges in expanding their market reach. Specific Background: The Puli Cracker MSME, owned by Mrs. Makilah, exemplifies this challenge, as it primarily relies on local orders without strategies for broader market expansion. Knowledge Gap: A lack of business development skills, particularly in product packaging, branding, and certification, hinders the potential growth of many small businesses like Mrs. Makilah's. Aims: This community service project aims to assist the Puli Cracker MSME in creating packaging stickers, improving product packaging, and obtaining halal certification to enable market expansion beyond the local community. Results: Through interviews and observations, the project identified key areas for improvement, including product labeling, packaging redesign, and halal certification registration. The implementation stages included creating packaging stickers, repackaging the crackers, and fulfilling halal certification requirements, all of which positively impacted the business. Novelty: The project introduced a structured, step-by-step approach to MSME development, combining product enhancement with halal certification, which is often overlooked in small-scale enterprises. Implications: The improvements in packaging and branding, along with the halal certification, are expected to significantly enhance the marketability and credibility of Mrs. Makilah’s Puli Cracker, allowing it to reach a wider market. These interventions provide a replicable model for other MSMEs aiming to grow sustainably and expand their market share

Aims: This community service project aims to enhance the financial management and digital marketing capabilities of Razz Food Supplier Partner MSMEs through the adoption of digital tools for bookkeeping and online marketing platforms. Results: The implementation of computerized financial systems significantly improved partners' financial reporting accuracy, minimized the mixing of personal and business funds, and enabled more precise profit calculations. Additionally, the use of digital marketing platforms expanded the market reach of MSMEs, enhancing their visibility and customer engagement. Novelty: This research uniquely integrates digital financial systems and marketing strategies tailored specifically to MSMEs in the food sector, providing practical solutions for overcoming the challenges of low digital literacy.     The EFFECT OF EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN THE ERA OF DISRUPTION

    This study aims to explore the role of supervision in improving the quality of education in the era of technological disruption. A mixed approach is used by combining qualitative and quantitative elements to gain a comprehensive understanding. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with supervisors, principals, and teachers, as well as surveys of teachers in several educational institutions. Qualitative data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach, while quantitative data was analyzed using statistical techniques such as t-test and ANOVA. The results of the study show that effective educational supervision contributes significantly to improving teacher competence, integrating technology in learning, and improving student learning outcomes. Good interaction between supervisors, teachers, and school management is key to creating a conducive and innovative learning environment. The implication of this research is the importance of developing adaptive and innovative supervision strategies to support educational institutions in facing technological changes and improving the quality of education in a sustainable manner.
