ADAPTATION STRATEGIES OF AR ROYYAN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN THE ERA OF TECHNOLOGICAL DISRUPTION
Objective: This study aims to analyze the adaptive strategies implemented by Pondok Pesantren Ar Royyan in utilizing digital technology, particularly through optimizing social media and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to support religious outreach, educational management, and fundraising activities. Method: A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed. Data collection involved interviews, direct observations, and digital documentation analysis on the pesantren's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Results: Findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Ar Royyan effectively leverages social media as a means of impactful communication and outreach. Facebook emerged as the dominant platform with 4,997 followers (59%), followed by Instagram (1,665 followers, 20%), YouTube (1,440 followers, 17%), and WhatsApp (329 followers, 4%). Additionally, AI technology has been integrated to enhance creative content creation, schedule posts, analyze audience preferences, and enable automated communication. Key initiatives include establishing a Vocational Training Center for digital competence development, training media staff at BBPVP Bandung, developing a web-based application for monitoring student progress, and conducting online parenting workshops via Zoom to engage with parents. Novelty: This study demonstrates that Islamic boarding schools can effectively adapt to technological disruption by wisely adopting digital tools, strengthening religious outreach, and fostering a sustainable digital ecosystem. The research offers a reference framework for other pesantren to integrate modern technology in delivering education rooted in Islamic values

This thesis discusses the Application of Demonstration Methods in Learning Maharah Kalam in the Darussalam School Lawang Malang. In learning Maharah kalam rarely used by the teacher when learning then learning is given classic and does not vary, many students do not know the benefits of maharah kalam and are not confident in speaking Arabic. With this the researchers implemented a new program, The Demonstration Method.This research methodology uses a qualitative approach. The research data collection was obtained by participatory observation techniques, interviews, and document studies. This article aims to find out how the cooperative learning method of the student team achievement division model is applied in Arabic language subjects and the effectiveness of the cooperative learning method of the student team achievement division model on the Arabic language learning outcomes of class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. This article uses classroom action research (PTK) carried out using qualitative and quantitative approaches. A qualitative approach was taken to analyze changes in students during the implementation of actions until changes occurred, namely by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. A quantitative approach was taken to determine the effectiveness of learning strategies on student learning outcomes. The population taken by the author was all students in class X of the Madrasah Aliyah Darul Fikri religious program (PK), totaling 18 students. The results of this research are the cooperative learning method using the Student Team Achievement Division model, which is carried out by dividing students with diverse Arabic language mastery into one group to help each other understand the learning material and after data processing it was found that the Cooperative Learning Method using the Student Team Achievement Division model was improving students' Arabic learning outcomes as evidenced by Increased percentage of student absorption rat

Employee performance is influenced by several factors, one of which is employee commitment. When someone joins an organization, it is required to have a commitment in him. Commitment can support an employee to become a good team member who is willing to help the company to achieve its goals. The purpose of the following research is to determine the effect of the quality of human resources and information technology on employee performance through employee commitment at PT. Central Motor Wheel Indonesia. This study used a questionnaire, and used SPSS 25 software to analyze the data. Respondents in this study were 100 production/operational employees of PT. Central Motor Wheel Indonesia-Pasuruan. Design and Build Features Chat on Renting Book Application Based Web Technology
This research is motivated by the development of innovation in the field of technology from time to time. The existence of a book rental application makes it easy for users to carry out book rental activities, users need communication so that rental activities can run well. Communication is needed to exchange messages between message senders and message recipients, chat features are needed in book rental applications. The addition of the chat feature to the book rental application is needed so that communication between tenants and landlords can be easily carried out and run well. By using the PHP programming language and mySql database to organize, store, and manage the data needed in application design, it is hoped that it can be developed by developers easily so that applications can run on mobile devices so that applications can be used on all devices. The Influence of Welding Technique With Variation of Current on Surface Defects and Penetration of ST40 Steel
One of the connection of one place starting from several materials or materials that are solid is one of the welding methods, as for the factors that can affect the quality of the weld results which include the process of tools and materials to be used, welding direction, welding electrode movement patterns, in order to use and select electrodes. In this study ST 40 steel plate, testing was carried out with 3 specimens using U and zigzag movement patterns and the direction of welding used back and forth. variations in electric current used are 40 A, 60 A, 80 A. This study has the aim of influencing welding techniques using current variations. The test results that the welding process using welding techniques consisting of movement patterns, welding direction and welding time does not affect the weld defects in the welding results. IMPLEMENTATION OF SIX SIGMA AND KAIZEN TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HEALTH PLASTER PRODUCTS IN THE COATING PROCESS
General Background: Product quality control is essential to ensure consistent quality from the beginning to the end of the production process. Specific Background: PT. FGH faces significant quality challenges, specifically during the health plaster coating stage, which has resulted in numerous product defects. Knowledge Gap: Although previous research has applied Six Sigma for quality improvement, detailed studies on health plaster manufacturing using combined Six Sigma and 5S Kaizen methodologies remain limited. Aims: This study aims to assess the product defect rate at PT. FGH using the Six Sigma methodology, measure defect levels via the sigma level through Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) conversion, and propose improvement strategies through 5S Kaizen. Results: Findings reveal a DPMO of 7,039.4959, with a sigma level of 3.96, indicating that while the process capability values for Cp and Cpk are 1.00, suggesting production aligns with specification limits, tighter monitoring is required. Notably, product defects are predominantly folding, perforated edges, and asymmetry, comprising 80% of defects and leading to financial losses of IDR 340,524,744 over a one-year period. Novelty: This study uniquely combines Six Sigma and 5S Kaizen in addressing specific defect types and sources, including mechanical and human factors, within the health plaster industry. Implications: By implementing targeted process improvements, this research contributes a practical framework for defect reduction and cost mitigation in production, supporting broader quality control efforts in similar manufacturing sectors
COMPARISON OF THE EFFECT OF SUXXX, V-POXXX FUEL AND THEIR MIXTURES ON R15 MOTORCYCLE ENGINE PERFORMENCE
General Background: With the increase in motorcycle usage worldwide, optimizing engine performance through fuel selection has become a focus, as fuel type significantly impacts torque, power, and specific fuel consumption. Specific Background: Public motorcycle transportation options include various fuel types, such as suxxx and v-poxxx, as well as blends with ethanol, which are commonly used for enhanced engine efficiency. Knowledge Gap: There is limited research directly comparing the performance impacts of suxxx, v-poxxx, and their mixtures, especially with ethanol, on motorcycles over a range of RPMs. Aims: This study aims to evaluate the differences in motorbike performance using pure suxxx, v-poxxx, a 50-50 blend of suxxx and v-poxxx, and an 85-15 blend of suxxx and ethanol by examining torque, power, and specific fuel consumption (SFC) on an R15 motorbike through dynotest trials. Results: Findings indicate that v-poxxx, with its higher octane level, provides superior torque, power, and SFC compared to suxxx and mixed fuels, especially at low and high RPMs. Meanwhile, the 85% suxxx and 15% ethanol blend achieves the best SFC but has slightly lower torque and power at specific RPMs compared to v-poxxx. Novelty: This study provides comparative insights into the effectiveness of mixed ethanol fuels in motorcycles, identifying performance variances across a range of RPMs, which is less explored in the context of motorcycle engines. Implications: The results suggest that high-octane fuels enhance engine performance, while ethanol mixtures could serve as efficient alternatives for fuel savings. These insights are valuable for consumers and manufacturers aiming to optimize fuel usage for different riding conditions
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUZZY TSUKAMOTO METHOD TO EARLY DETECTION TYPES OF GASTRIC DISEASES
Abstract: The stomach is a critical organ within the human digestive system, and gastric diseases represent significant health concerns often underestimated by the public. Factors such as poor dietary habits, stress, and bacterial infections contribute to these ailments, whose initial symptoms can easily be misinterpreted due to their similarity with other gastrointestinal disorders. The knowledge gap exists in the diagnostic challenges faced by both patients and healthcare professionals, necessitating the development of improved diagnostic tools. This study aims to enhance the diagnostic process for gastric diseases through the implementation of an expert system utilizing the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. By employing questionnaires and expert interviews to gather data on symptoms, we develop a comprehensive fuzzy inference system. Results indicate that the system accurately classifies stomach ailments based on user-reported symptoms, facilitating early diagnosis and treatment. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, which allows for nuanced symptom analysis and inference, providing a more accessible means for the general public to identify potential gastric diseases. Furthermore, the system design includes flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams to ensure a user-friendly interface. The implications of this study are significant, as it offers a robust tool for early detection of gastric diseases, thereby potentially improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs associated with late-stage interventions. This expert system not only assists in diagnosing gastric conditions but also serves as a valuable resource for enhancing the understanding of symptomology in gastroenterology
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT MUHAMMADIYAH 3 PANDAAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The purpose of this study was to determine the challenges faced in developing educational entrepreneurship at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and to find out the strategies used to align human resources (HR) with the vision and mission of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection interviews, observation. The research location is SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The results of the study stated that SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan took strategic steps in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 by developing entrepreneurship in the field of education, namely TPQ Madin, but challenges arose such as human resource management at TPQ Madin Al Jauharah which had not run in harmony with SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and the school responded by carrying out effective strategies. The positive impact is not only limited to TPQ Madin but also felt by the school, and the existence of TPQ Madin creates new jobs for the surrounding youth
