OPTIMALISASI PRESTASI ATLET KICKBOXING MELALUI PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT: ANALISIS PROFIL KONDISI FISIK SEBAGAI LANDASAN
Kegiatan PPM oleh Tim Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Fakultas Keguruan Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya bersama kickboxing Kota Surabaya berhasil dilaksanakan. Acara dihadiri oleh 21 atlet dan 2 pelatih. Proses meliputi perencanaan, koordinasi dengan KONI, penyusunan tes fisik, simulasi tes, sosialisasi, dan pelaksanaan tes. Hasil tes memberikan dasar bagi program latihan atlet. Faktor seperti perencanaan latihan, nutrisi, dan istirahat menjadi fokus dalam meningkatkan performa. Kesimpulannya, program latihan yang terukur dan pemahaman akan pentingnya gaya hidup sehat dan imunitas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi atlet kickboxing
PSIKOEDUKASI PENINGKATAN SELF COMPASSION DALAM PEIRLAKU BERPACARAN PADA REMAJA
Psychoeducation is an educational method given to a group of teenagers with the aim of providing knowledge about the importance of self-compassion to reduce dating behavior in teenagers, especially junior high school students. Self-compassion appears to be a more positive variable in efforts to develop teenagers' self-concept. Through self-compassion, teenagers understand that they need to be kind to themselves (self-kindness) and think that the situation they are currently experiencing can also be experienced by other people (common humanity) and get full recognition when carrying out an action (mindfulness). The research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 108 students. Quantitative data was obtained by giving a pre-test and post-test, then data processing was carried out using the T Test. The results showed that there were significant changes between the dating behavior of students before and after being given self-compassion understanding psychoeducation where self-compassion psychoeducation had an effect on reducing dating behavior in student
Upaya Pencegahan Stunting Melalui Kegiatan Sosialisasi pada Ibu Hamil di Dusun Manduro Mojokerto
Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menyatakan bahwa stunting adalah suatu permasalahan gizi yang bisa membuat balita pendek atau tinggi badannya tidak sesuai dengan usia pada umumnya. Maka dari itu, ada upaya yang dilakukan oleh perwakilan KKN-P 46 yaitu kunjungan balita stunting untuk memberikan pendampingan langsung dan melakukan sosialisasi mengenai stunting untuk pencegahan dan penanganan apabila terjadi stunting. Pelaksaan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara luring dan terjun langsung ke lokasi yang terdampak stunting. Perwakilan KKN-P 46 melakukan kunjungan langsung dan mendampingi Ibu Bidan melakukan pemeriksaan pada balita yang terindikasi stunting pada tanggal 7 Februari 2024. Pada tanggal 20 Februari 2024, perwakilan KKN-P 46 melakukan sosialisasi pada ibu hamil guna mencegah terjadinya stunting pada bayi yang akan lahir. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengetahuan ibu bayi dalam merawat bayi di dalam kandungannya maupun bayinya yang telah lahir
EVALUATION OF SUPERVISION TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: EVALUASI KINERJA GURU SUPERVISI DI PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru agar dapat melakukan pengembangan diri sehingga menjadi lebih profesional dan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Islam dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan baik dalam perencanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran dan menyusun komponen penilaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pendekatan religius, memberikan teladan melalui kepala sekolah, penghargaan, dan penerapan teguran serta hukuman, dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. . Intercultural and interfaith: literature review on multicultural Islamic education in Indonesia. The attitude of openness and dialogue between religions and cultures is a good concept to realize multicultural-based Islamic Education. Using the Systematic Literature Review method with the help of Nvivo 12 Plus to conduct a meta-analysis and lens.org application, it was found that the implementation of multicultural-based Islamic religious education carried out in Indonesia was still at the level of government policies listed in the law as well as teacher explanations in the classroom. This concept has not been included in the teaching text of Islamic Religious Education at all levels of education
PUBLIC HEALTH EDUCATION THROUGH BLOOD PRESSURE, BLOOD SUGAR AND GOUT CHECKS IN PANGKEMIRI VILLAGE
General Background: Public health awareness, particularly in rural areas, is often limited, with people neglecting basic health monitoring. Specific Background: In Pangkemiri Village, health checks are rare, leading to undetected conditions related to blood pressure, blood sugar, and uric acid. Knowledge Gap: There is insufficient knowledge among the public regarding regular health checks and preventative care. Aims: This study aims to increase community awareness of health through free health checks and education organized by Real Work Lecture (KKN) students. Results: The activity involved blood pressure, blood sugar, and uric acid checks, as well as health education on maintaining normal levels. The high community participation demonstrated an increased understanding of health monitoring. Novelty: This initiative provided direct health services and consultations, empowering rural residents with critical information about their health status and prevention measures. Implications: The results indicate that continued health education and regular check-ups can lead to early detection of health conditions, fostering healthier lifestyles in the community. This program can serve as a model for future health-focused community service activities
PKM TRAINING ON CREATING DIGITAL BOOK MEDIA BASED ON THE HEYZINE PLATFORM FOR MUHAMMADIYAH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
Objective: This study aims to enhance the capabilities of elementary school teachers in creating innovative and interactive learning through a digital media training program using the Heyzine platform. Heyzine facilitates the creation of e-magazines and interactive media, addressing the growing demand for technological mastery in education. Method: The training involved demonstrations, hands-on practice, and group discussions to optimize participants' understanding. These methods were structured to accommodate varying levels of technological proficiency among teachers. Results: The training successfully enabled teachers to produce innovative learning materials, including thematic e-magazines, interactive videos, and digital quizzes. These materials significantly improved student engagement in learning. Additionally, participants reported increased technological competence and confidence in integrating digital media into their teaching practices. Novelty: This initiative highlights the practical application of Heyzine as a digital tool for education, bridging the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern technological demands. The study also identifies challenges, such as varying technology skills and limited access to devices, proposing sustainable solutions like follow-up training and continuous mentoring. The findings contribute to the discourse on achieving quality education aligned with national educational goals in the digital age
EDUCATION TRANSFORMATION: THE IMPACT OF TEACHER TRAINING IN IMPLEMENTING THE MERDEKA CURRICULUM IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH
The Merdeka Curriculum is an important milestone in the transformation of education in madrasah ibtidaiyah, encouraging the need to improve the quality of teachers through directed training. The background of the adoption of the Merdeka Curriculum lies in changing the learning paradigm towards an inclusive approach, integrating national values without setting aside the substance of religious education. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of teacher training on the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research method uses a literature study approach and analyzes various sources relevant to the context of teacher training and the adoption of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah. In this study, it is presented that teacher training has a significant impact. Teachers who receive directed training are able to better apply Merdeka Curriculum concepts, improve teaching quality, and create a more dynamic learning environment. The results show that teacher training directly contributes to improving their understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept, improving skills in designing lessons that are in line with the demands of the new curriculum, and having a positive impact on student achievement. Improved learning quality, collaboration between teachers, and readiness to deal with change are the visible results of investing in teacher training in the context of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This confirms that teacher training is not only a necessity, but also a necessity in realizing adaptive and inclusive education.
 
THE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION: IMPLEMENTATION, DEVELOPMENT, AND HUMAN RESOURCES
This article discusses the implementation of strategies and practices for the development of Human Resources (HR) in school environments with the objective of increasing the quality of education. Quality education requires competent, committed teachers and staff, and continuing education to develop themselves. This study focuses on the initiative of human resource development in schools to support the achievement of optimal quality education. This article discusses how to develop human resources (HR) to improve the quality of education in schools. The enhancement of the quality of education is based on research and is achieved through internal human resource development planning that is based on a variety of needs and a tiered cadre system.
This text reports on a qualitative research study that investigated various strategies implemented by schools for human resource (HR) development, including training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
The research findings indicate that the implementation of HR development in schools has a positive impact on the quality of education. The study found that participating teachers in the development program showed enhanced competence and motivation in teaching. Apart from that, coaching leadership among staff in schools has also contributed to an improved atmosphere and school culture.
In conclusion, this research serves to find that investing in human resource development in schools can be an effective strategy to increase the quality of education. The practical implications of this study can guide policy makers and education practitioners in designing and implementing sustainable HR development programs in school environments.
