    This research was conducted because the need for an increasingly stringent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the industrial world. With the existence of SOPs in the world of education industry, of course, they have to match the needs according to existing standards. SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo formed a Team of Rules (Tatib) which implemented SOPs in accordance with Industrial World standards. Handling related to Tatib is still done manually using a book. Of course, with manual recording, efficiency in processing time and reporting is constrained if needed in a short time. The recording process begins with the admin entering the master data required by the information system, then the teacher enters the recording of student violations. The final process for the Counseling Guidance (BK) team can see the number of range points that have been stored and will then make reports outside the information system. That way the process makes the work of the BK team more accurate and faste

    An important supporting tool to support AKM is the QR Code (Quick Response Code). QR Code is much more practical and has many advantages over barcodes. This study aims to develop a QR Code supporting tool and determine the feasibility of a QR Code supporting tool as a Google Spreadsheet-Based AKM Supporting Application in Yapenas Gempol Vocational School. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D), the R&D method used is the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations). The research subject is the teacher or the AKM examination committee. The research instrument used was interviews to determine the feasibility of the supporting tools that had been developed. These supporting tools will be validated by 2 validators, namely media experts and content experts. Supporting tools have been validated by media experts and content experts with a percentage of media experts which include media expert validation indicators with navigation indicators of 93%, writing (text) 95%, display 89%, and media presentation 92%. For content expert validation with a display indicator of 91%, and content of 93%. The results of the trial results were obtained from the media display aspect, and the media effectiveness aspect obtained an average of 92% with very high eligibility criteria so that it can be concluded that the supporting tools for supporting AKM can be used to process AKM activities in the next school year and can be used for other assessment activities

    EFFECT OF FISH PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE ON GROWTH, YIELD AND STORABILITY OF SOME FEMALE CUCUMBER HYBRIDS (Cucumis Sativus L) GROWN IN PLASTIC HOUSE IN BASRA

    General Background: Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is a widely cultivated vegetable, valued for its nutritional and economic significance. Specific Background: The application of biostimulants, such as fish protein hydrolysate, has gained attention for enhancing plant growth and yield. However, the impact of varying concentrations of fish protein hydrolysate on different cucumber hybrids remains underexplored. Knowledge Gap: Despite existing research on biostimulants, the specific effects of fish protein hydrolysate on hybrid cucumber performance, particularly in unheated plastic houses, are inadequately documented. Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different concentrations of fish protein hydrolysate on the growth and yield of three cucumber hybrids ("Super Faris," "Ballistic," and "Darina") during the winter agricultural season of 2023/2024. Results: Conducted in a randomized complete block design with six factorial treatments and three replicates, the results indicated that the "Darina" hybrid significantly outperformed the other hybrids in key growth parameters, including plant height, stem diameter, leaf count, fruit number, fruit weight, individual plant yield, total yield, and total dissolved solids. Additionally, concentrations of fish protein hydrolysate at 2 and 4 ml L-1 demonstrated significant benefits over control treatments for most vegetative and yield indicators, although no effect on vitamin C content was observed. Novelty: This study provides new insights into the synergistic effects of hybrid selection and biostimulant application in cucumber cultivation. Implications: The findings suggest that the strategic application of fish protein hydrolysate can enhance cucumber production, highlighting its potential as a sustainable agricultural practice to improve crop yield and quality

    DESIGN OF A LIGHTNING STRIKE COUNTER TOOL IN THE MOJOSARI ULP DISTRIBUTION NETWORK BASED ON IOT

    General Background: Electrical distribution systems frequently face disruptions, particularly in tropical climates like Indonesia, where lightning strikes are prevalent due to high humidity. Specific Background: These disruptions necessitate effective monitoring tools to manage lightning impacts on power distribution networks. Knowledge Gap: Despite existing solutions, there is a lack of real-time monitoring systems tailored for the specific conditions of Indonesian distribution networks. Aims: This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) based lightning monitoring device that leverages ACS712, DHT11, and LDR sensors, facilitating real-time data acquisition and notifications. Results: The system achieved sensor accuracies of 95.2% for the ACS712, 98.5% for the DHT11, and a satisfactory performance from the LDR sensor. The processed data is displayed on a 16x2 LCD and sent as notifications via Telegram. The device also includes a buzzer for immediate alerts during lightning strikes and features buttons for data logging and resets. Novelty: The research presents a novel application of IoT technology to create a user-friendly monitoring solution for lightning strikes, specifically designed for the 20KV distribution networks in the ULP Mojosari work area. Implications: By enabling timely notifications and efficient localization of lightning-related disruptions, this tool significantly enhances the operational response of field officers, improving the resilience of power distribution systems during adverse weather conditions. However, it is essential to note that the device requires an internet connection for Telegram notifications, and the ACS712 sensor has a maximum current reading limit of 30 amperes

    ANALYSIS OF SPARE PART INVENTORY CONTROL USING ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) AND CONTINUOUS REVIEW METHODS

    General Background: In the concrete manufacturing industry, the reliance on machines for production activities necessitates a robust spare parts inventory management system to ensure operational continuity. Specific Background: However, fluctuating demand for spare parts often leads to overstock or stockout situations, significantly impacting inventory costs and cash flow. Knowledge Gap: Existing studies primarily focus on static inventory management approaches, neglecting the dynamic nature of spare parts demand in manufacturing environments. Aims: This research aims to optimize total inventory costs while determining efficient order and reorder point quantities by integrating the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with continuous review techniques. Results: The findings reveal an optimal order quantity of 131 units and a reorder point of 18 units, resulting in a total inventory cost of IDR 2,414,609,989—an efficiency improvement of IDR 293,152,400, equivalent to an 11% cost saving compared to previous inventory management practices. Novelty: This study innovatively employs a probabilistic approach to account for demand variability, enhancing the accuracy of inventory control measures. Implications: The outcomes suggest that implementing the proposed inventory management strategy can mitigate the risks of overstocking and stockouts, ultimately fostering improved financial performance in the company. Furthermore, the research highlights the necessity for regular inventory reviews and suggests future studies to develop more dynamic inventory control models that incorporate price fluctuations for spare parts, thereby addressing potential risks associated with cost variability

To achieve this goal, this study used a library research method by studying and analyzing various scientific articles, especially those related to TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers using the Canva application. All cited scientific articles were retrieved from Mendeley and Google Scholar. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang disajikan. Hasil dari 15 tinjauan artikel menekankan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang aman dan menyenangkan berdampak pada peningkatan etos kerja Gukar. Selanjutnya, dari 15 artikel yang diperiksa, penulis menghubungkannya dengan fakta tentang analisis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan.     Stunting is a serious problem that can affect children's growth and development and have an impact on the development of human resources (HR) in the future. This study aims to increase community understanding of stunting through socialisation and distribution of UHT milk in Tamiajeng Village. The activities were carried out by KKN-P Group 36 Year 2024 by involving Posyandu Cadres, Village Midwives, and other Health Officers. The methods used include observation, making work programs, and permission from related parties, with activities that include face-to-face socialisation of stunting, as well as assistance in Posyandu activities. The results of the activity show that parents who have toddlers understand the impact of stunting on children. So this activity is expected to provide effective education to parents, help reduce the risk of stunting, and build a healthier generation in Tamiajeng Village

    One of the activities that is a superior program in the Enlightenment Real Work Lecture (KKN-P) is optimizing the tourism potential of Rabbit Park in Dawuhansengon Village, Pasuruan Regency. The main problems faced are the lack of care for rabbit parks and lack of accessibility, so many people do not know about their existence. This research was conducted using the community service method through the Enlightenment Real Work Lecture (KKN-P) program conducted by students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The methods used include group debriefing, field surveys, preparation of work programs, and implementation of work programs. Actions taken include cleaning the park, making fences, signposts, road signs and repainting. The results of this program show that the improvements made by KKN-P students have had a positive impact on the condition of Rabbit Park and increased public interest in visiting the place. The village and local government need to provide support in optimizing the tourism sector in Dawuhansengon Village by improving access and marketing of Rabbit Park as well as organizing various tourism events that can attract tourist interest.     This community service activity aims to assist students in developing and making simple educational science products based on an analysis of needs and the availability of resources in the surrounding environment. This PkM activity is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Several methods are used to carry out activities, including observation, discussion, FGD, experimental, and presentation methods. This PkM activity was carried out in the Smart Room at Catholic University. This activity is carried out once a week, every Saturday from February 17 to March 16, 2024. 2 students assist. Participants in this activity were 20 (20) students from the physics education study program. The implementation of the mentoring activities went smoothly; activity participants gave positive responses regarding the implementation of the mentoring activities that had been carried out. This PkM activity can increase activity participants' knowledge, insight, and skills in developing simple educational science products that utilize various natural resources in the surrounding environment
