    A pile of garbage produced by an increase in the needs of the community and can pollute the environment. Lead (Pb) is a heavy metal that is toxic from the air, which can have harmful effects for health. Cadmium (cd) is one of the metal contained in cigarettes tobacco that has a high toxicity properties. Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd) can cause damage to the kidney system. Then the rest of the metabolism is excreted through the urine. This research is for to determine the level of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) and relation between Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd) in urine with the age of the janitor in the garbage dump. In this research, it uses the type of experimental research with 20 urine samples and conducted in March 2021 at the Laboratory of TLM Faculty of Health Sciences Muhhamdiyah Sidoarjo University and UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Data analysis methods use pearson correlation statistics. The results are measured using the AAS method for Timbal (Pb) below the limit 0.15 mg/L and Cadmium (Cd) below the limit 0.01 mg/L. The pearson correlation test of Timbal (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd )is sig. < 0.05, so Ha accepted and it  said  there was a relation between heavy metals in urine and age

    General background: UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a crucial role in the economic development of local communities, with packaging and labeling being key elements that can significantly influence consumer behavior and market expansion. Specific background: Many small businesses, such as UMKM Kerupuk Ibu Badroh in Putat Village, lack proper packaging and labeling, which hinders their competitiveness in the market. Knowledge gap: Despite the importance of these factors, there is limited research on how improving packaging and labeling can enhance the market presence of rural MSMEs. Aims: This study aims to increase the purchasing and selling power of UMKM Kerupuk Ibu Badroh by improving labeling and packaging elements through a qualitative, descriptive approach. Results: The implementation of modern and informative labels and functional packaging resulted in a significant increase in consumer confidence, product appeal, and sales. Novelty: This study highlights the transformative impact of packaging and labeling on the competitiveness of rural MSMEs, demonstrating how such improvements can lead to market expansion and enhanced product quality. Implications: The findings suggest that a strategic integration of modern packaging and labeling can strengthen MSME positions in the market, contributing to business sustainability and professionalization

    The impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era extends to all aspects of human life, including education.  Professional teachers play a crucial role in fostering effective learning and improving student outcomes. It is expected that teachers not only possess technological proficiency but also integrate it seamlessly into their daily teaching practices. Therefore, it is important to analyse how teachers' digital competence can overcome the challenges of era 4.0, as well as the role of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in improving their competence. This study employs a literature review to analyse teachers' digital competence in era 4.0 and the associated challenges, as well as to explain the role of TPACK in improving their digital competence.     Education is an important foundation of societal development and managing human resources (HR) is key to the success of educational institutions. This article explores the basic concepts of human resource management (HRM), the role of digital transformation and its relevance in the context of education. Digital transformation has changed the education paradigm, presenting new challenges and unlimited opportunities in HRM. However, in-depth understanding of the integration between HRM and digital transformation in educational contexts is limited. This article aims to investigate the role of digital transformation in educational HRM, outline the basic concepts of HRM, and highlight its relevance in the current educational setting. A desk research method was used to evaluate literature related to HRM, digital transformation, and education. An in-depth review was conducted to present a comprehensive overview of the topic. The concept of HRM in education involves recruitment, development, performance management, and technology integration in the education process. Digital transformation changes the way of interaction, staff development, performance management, and affects the educational paradigm. A good integration between the two creates an educational environment that is adaptive, oriented towards individual development, and responsive to change.     CHANGES IN LANGUAGE USE OF JAVANESE WEDDING IN PRESERVING KAWI LANGUAGE IN KENDAL, CENTRAL JAVA

    A qualitative research that explained the linguistic phenomena in Kendal Regency, Central Java. The data sources were divided into two: primary and secondary. The primary data resource was a video recording of Pambiwara speeches in Javanese weddings, while the secondary data was in the form of library documentation and Javanese wedding. The purposes of this research were: (1) to describe the changes in language use of Javanese wedding in preserving Kawi language in Kendal, Central Java, (2) to describe the facts of Kawi Language use in Javanese wedding by Pambiwara, and (3) to observe changes and modifications in the language use of Javanese wedding for the maintenance of the Kawi language of Pambiwara. The Pambiwara produced 2000-3000 vocabulary words. Based on the average number of words issued by the Pambiwara in a Javanese wedding ceremony, the percentage occurrences of the Kawi language vocabulary also varied. It could also be seen that there were changes and modifications of the order of Javanese marriages into a more concise and simpler order used by Pambiwara to use Prasaja Javanese which belonged to simple and easy to understand Javanese language.     Farming in cultivation always faces challenges, including land/land area, acquisition of superior seeds, fertilization, maintenance and labor. As a result of these uncertain risks, farmers are encouraged to always have high motivation, be creative and innovative, and dare to take risks by responding to existing opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to make maximum efforts in providing understanding to farmers to carry out sugarcane cultivation. Problems inevitably arise because they dare to take unnecessary risks, so it requires questions in dealing with the impact, so risk mitigation is needed to reduce risk. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the highest risk in the sugarcane planting process in increasing productivity. Data was collected by documentation through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used in this research is FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) based on ex ante, interactive and ex post strategies.     The fungus (Alternaria alternate ) was isolated from Abu Al-Khasib soil samples, and after obtaining pure isolates of the fungus, the fungus was grown with pieces of polymeric waste films of two types (PMMA & PS) and at different incubation periods (15 , 30, and 45 days ). General Background: The effectiveness of an organization in this sector is influenced by various factors, necessitating continuous improvement in innovation to foster growth and adaptability. Specific Background: Leadership plays a crucial role in guiding organizations toward achieving their vision and mission, especially in a landscape marked by financial constraints, resource shortages, and heightened competition. Knowledge Gap: Despite the recognized importance of entrepreneurial principles in enhancing innovative work behavior, there is limited empirical research focusing on their application within Indonesian hospitals. Aims: This study aims to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on fostering innovation in hospital settings, with a specific focus on its effects on organizational performance and adaptability. Results: Preliminary findings suggest that integrating entrepreneurial practices not only enhances innovative behaviors among healthcare professionals but also improves overall organizational effectiveness. Novelty: This research contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating how entrepreneurial leadership can serve as a catalyst for innovation in a challenging health care environment.     Objective: This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of a democratic principal's leadership style in enhancing teacher competence and performance at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian. Method: A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was applied. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and interviews to gather comprehensive insights into the leadership practices and their impact.  Results:  Findings revealed that the democratic leadership style of the principal significantly influenced teacher performance and competence improvement. The principal actively listened to complaints and suggestions from teachers, fostering open communication. Teachers were encouraged to participate in decision-making processes. Strategies implemented to enhance teacher competence included providing motivation, recognizing achievements through awards, conducting teacher training programs, and supporting teachers in pursuing higher education.  Novelty: This study highlights the pivotal role of a democratic leadership style in educational settings, specifically in enhancing teacher competence. The emphasis on participatory decision-making and tailored strategies for professional development offers a practical model for leadership in schools aiming for teacher empowerment and performance improvement

    Objective: This study aims to examine and analyze Ki Hajar Dewantara's perspective on culture-based education and its relevance in the context of Indonesia's current education system. Method: Using a qualitative approach and literature review, the study explores the core concepts developed by Ki Hajar Dewantara regarding culture-based education and investigates its application in contemporary education.  Results:  The findings reveal that Indonesia's current education system tends to prioritize academic achievements and globalization, often sidelining local cultural values. However, the principles of culture-based education as proposed by Ki Hajar Dewantara remain highly pertinent for shaping national character. Integrating cultural values into the curriculum serves not only as a means to preserve cultural diversity and heritage but also as a strategy to nurture a generation with a strong identity capable of thriving in a globalized era. Novelty: This study underscores the enduring relevance of Ki Hajar Dewantara's culture-based education in addressing modern educational challenges. By bridging cultural values and academic achievements, it presents a balanced approach to fostering intellectual intelligence alongside noble character and cultural identity preservation
