Genetic Variability of Monkeypox Virus and Its Implications for Human Disease
The genomic sequencing of Monkeypox virus (MPXV) isolates has offered crucial insights into the virus's genetic variability and population biology. This review provides a concise summary of the current state of MPXV genetics and phylogenetics, with a particular emphasis on the potential of a broader dataset to improve molecular diagnostic methods and inform the development of antiviral medicines and diagnostic tests. The virus's evolutionary biology, particularly its interactions with natural reservoir hosts, can be better understood through the investigation of genetic data, precise outbreak identification, and improved surveillance. The genetic diversity among genotypes of monkeypox, a rare zoonotic infection with clinical manifestations similar to smallpox, significantly influences the severity of the disease and its transmission. The objective of this investigation is to enhance the genetic information on MPXV, evaluate the correlation between genotypic variations and disease outcomes, and investigate the manner in which these distinctions influence the pathogenesis of monkeypox. It is emphasized in the research that a multidisciplinary approach is crucial for the advancement of vaccine development, drug discovery, and the comprehension of virus-host interactions. The results underscore the necessity of ongoing genetic and serological surveillance to mitigate the obstacles presented by monkeypox and enhance public health responses
EFFECTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS
Objective: This study examines human resource (HR) management strategies within Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) in Indonesia to address challenges posed by modernization and globalization while maintaining their role as vital centers of Islamic education. Method: Employing a literature review approach, the study analyzes the concept, planning, and application of HR management grounded in Islamic values. Results: The findings reveal that effective HR management in Pesantren includes comprehensive recruitment planning, continuous professional development for educators and administrative staff, systematic performance evaluation, and fostering a supportive organizational culture rooted in Islamic principles. These strategies collectively enhance the performance of all stakeholders, including students, while ensuring alignment with the institution’s educational and spiritual goals. Novelty: This research underscores the integration of Islamic values into HR management as a distinctive and adaptive framework, enabling Pesantren to not only sustain their educational relevance but also compete effectively in the modern era, thereby addressing the needs of future generations
PENGARUH WING TIP SUDU ROTOR BLADE TERHADAP UNJUK KERJA WIND TURBIN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BLADE NACA 0021
The use of energy in Indonesia currently has a growing need for energy, this will have an impact on the condition of the energy crisis, dependence on fossil fuels has a very serious threat, therefore there must be alternative energy as a substitute or as a saver of fuel reserves. Currently available fossils such as wind energy, water energy, and solar energy are very abundant in Indonesia. This study aims to develop wind power plants as a source of alternative energy to produce electrical energy, namely wind turbines. A wind turbine is a tool that functions to convert wind power into mechanical power in the form of a shaft rotation, then this shaft rotation is utilized for power generation. This tool is used to meet energy needs and is also used for alternative energy as an effort to save and reduce dependence on fossil energy. In this problem, the author will develop a tool for the influence of the wing tip of the rotor blade on the performance of the wind turbine. The purpose of this research is to calculate how much influence the wing tip has on the performance of the wind turbine on the electric current produced by the wind turbine. By adding variations to the wing tip using NACA 0021. The data obtained in this study are current (A), voltage (V), turbine power (watts), from the results of the research data it was found that the performance of the wind turbine using NACA0021 was the most optimal using a wing tip. at an angle of 15〗^0 in layer 2 with a voltage value of 12.5 (V), current 2(A), turbine power of 25.35 (watts), and efficiency of 0.844
PRODUCT QUALITY ANALYSIS USING SIX SIGMA METHOD AND FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS (FMEA) IN FURNITURE PRODUCTS
PT KKA is an export-oriented rattan furniture industry. In production, product defects often occur due to many factors that have not found a solution to fix them. Based on the results of observations in May, there were 487 units produced with 63 units or 13% returned, June 513 units produced with 57 units or 11% returned, and in July 445 units with 72 units returned. or 16%. This means that for 3 months the value of the reject percentage has increased by 3%. The application of the Six Sigma method is expected to identify and minimize the root causes of defects. FMEA is used to identify potential failures and the effects of failure on a process. The results of the Six Sigma test obtained a DMPO value of 27,590.8. The biggest percentage of defects are loose defects of 39%, and 22% color defects. The results of the FMEA analysis for loose defects have the highest RPN value of 294, this is due to the use of nail guns that are not appropriate and the checking method is only visual, suggestions for improvement are given, namely providing supervision and improving technical checking by moving one by one the joints and selecting materials which exists
EXTRACURRICULAR ABACUS TO IMPROVE THE COGNITIVE ARITHMETIC SKILLS OF CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS
Objective: This study evaluates the impact of the abacus extracurricular program on the cognitive development of children aged 5–6 years, focusing on arithmetic skills such as logical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Methods: A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving observations, interviews with educators, and documentation analysis at RA Depag 1 Mojokerto. Data were collected from 16 students actively participating in abacus extracurricular activities. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing reduction, presentation, and verification to draw conclusions. Results: Findings indicate that abacus activities foster improved arithmetic ability through visual and interactive learning. Children demonstrated increased concentration, memory retention, and fine motor skills via bead manipulation. The weekly group-based learning sessions encouraged collaborative problem-solving and formula memorization within time constraints, effectively stimulating cognitive and motor skill development. Moreover, the integration of abacus learning into extracurricular activities was met with enthusiasm and improved educational outcomes. Novelty: This study highlights the significance of the abacus as a traditional yet effective tool for early cognitive development, emphasizing its dual role in enhancing logical reasoning and fine motor skills. The tailored approach for early learners, focusing on visual and tactile methods, distinguishes this program from conventional math teaching practices

MOTORCYCLE SAFETY PARKING SYSTEM AT HOME WITH ARDUINO-BASED BLUETOOTH APPLICATION
The community feels that security at this time is not conducive, a lot of theft, robbery and robbery of motorbikes, and resulting in material losses for certain people is considered large. The increasing needs of the community in using safety devices on motorbikes, this has led to the creation of safety devices on motorbikes. This security system uses two microcontrollers that are interconnected by using Bluetooth. Bluetooth will detect a connection between the motorcycle and the house, this connection will continuously issue a signal and disconnected if the motorcycle and the house are not connected. Then the disconnection will be used as input data by the microcontroller and processed, so as to make the alarm sound and the electric motorcycle dies. Then there is a notification via SMS to the owner according to the time period that has been set in the program which is five seconds
THE ROLE OF MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION IN IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS AND EMPLOYEES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
