KAJIAN TINJAUAN LITERATUR DALAM PENELITIAN SOSIAL
No full textLiterature review plays a crucial role in social research by providing a comprehensive understanding of previous studies, identifying knowledge gaps, and guiding further research. This study aims to conduct a literature review within the field of social research. The research methodology includes determining the scope, identifying data sources from Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and Google Scholar (GS), data collection through reading and creating a comparison matrix, data analysis, interpretation, and synthesis. Determining the scope of the literature review involves defining the research boundaries and specifying key concepts, themes, and timeframes to be included. The identification of data sources from Scopus, WoS, and GS ensures comprehensive coverage by accessing scholarly articles, journals, conference papers, and other publications in the social sciences. The data collection process involves reading and analyzing selected articles, and extracting key information such as research objectives, methodologies, theoretical frameworks, findings, and knowledge gaps. Data analysis involves examining the information collected from the comparison matrix, identifying significant trends, and establishing connections between different sources. Through thematic analysis, the data is categorized into relevant themes. Data interpretation involves critically analyzing the findings and discussing their implications within the research context. Finally, the data is synthesized by integrating key findings and providing a comprehensive overview of the existing literature on the chosen topic. In conclusion, a literature review in social research provides an in-depth understanding of recent developments, identifies knowledge gaps, and provides a solid theoretical foundation for further research.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan kajian tentang studi kajian literatur dalam bidang sosial. Metodologi penelitian mencakup penentuan ruang lingkup, identifikasi sumber data dari Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), dan Google Scholar (GS), pengumpulan data melalui membaca dan membuat matriks perbandingan, analisis data, serta interpretasi dan sintesis. Penentuan ruang lingkup tinjauan literatur melibatkan definisi batasan penelitian dan spesifikasi konsep-konsep kunci, tema-tema, dan rentang waktu yang akan dimasukkan. Identifikasi sumber data dari Scopus, WoS, dan GS memastikan cakupan literatur yang komprehensif dengan mengakses artikel ilmiah, jurnal, konferensi, dan publikasi lainnya di bidang ilmu sosial. Proses pengumpulan data melibatkan membaca dan menganalisis artikel-artikel yang telah dipilih. Informasi kunci seperti tujuan penelitian, metodologi, kerangka teoritis, temuan, dan celah pengetahuan akan diekstraksi. Analisis data melibatkan pemeriksaan informasi yang dikumpulkan dari matriks perbandingan, mengidentifikasi tren yang signifikan, dan menjalin hubungan antara sumber-sumber yang berbeda. Melalui analisis tematik, data dikategorikan menjadi tema-tema yang relevan. Interpretasi data melibatkan analisis kritis terhadap temuan dan pembahasan implikasinya dalam konteks topik penelitian. Terakhir, data disintesis dengan mengintegrasikan temuan kunci dan memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang literatur yang ada mengenai topik yang dipilih. Kesimpulannya, tinjauan literatur dalam penelitian sosial memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang perkembangan terkini, mengidentifikasi celah pengetahuan, dan menyediakan landasan teoretis yang kokoh untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

KOMUNIKASI POLITIK PADA POLITIK GLOBAL MELALUI PROPAGANDA PERANG DALAM VIDEO GAME COMMAND AND CONQUER: GENERAL
No full textPolitical communication has expanded into the virtual world through video games, as seen in Command & Conquer: Generals. This research uses online qualitative methods with a text analysis approach and semiotic theory to identify meaning in the game. The results of the study reveal the aim of the game to highlight the strength of the post-collapse of the Soviet Union, position the Islamic world as terrorists, and legitimize the US attack on Iraq. This game also utilizes the global scenario after the 9/11 WTC incident, showing the Arab region as a terrorist base for control of oil fields. Arms sales are also shown to be a source of profit, both to the GLA and to Middle Eastern countries involved in the conflict. The following research will focus on political communication models in the 2024 Republic of Indonesia presidential election and the development of political communication applications until 2026.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif online dengan pendekatan analisis teks dan teori semiotika untuk mengidentifikasi makna dalam permainan tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tujuan permainan untuk menyoroti kekuatan pasca-runtuhnya Uni Soviet, memosisikan dunia Islam sebagai teroris, dan melegitimasi serangan AS ke Irak. Game ini juga memanfaatkan skenario global pasca-Peristiwa WTC 9/11, menampilkan wilayah Arab sebagai markas teroris untuk penguasaan ladang minyak. Penjualan senjata juga diperlihatkan sebagai sumber keuntungan, baik kepada pihak GLA maupun negara-negara Timur Tengah yang terlibat konflik. Penelitian berikutnya akan memfokuskan pada model komunikasi politik dalam pemilihan presiden Republik Indonesia 2024 dan pengembangan aplikasi komunikasi politik hingga tahun 2026.

THE EFFECT OF INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT MOTIVATIONAL POSTS @RINTIKSEDU ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF HIS FOLLOWERS
No full textInstagram is one of the most popular social media platforms in Indonesia because internet users have reached 210 million people. This study refers to the Instagram account @rintiksedu which uploads a lot of motivational posts that can build the quality of life of followers through the posts uploaded. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the motivational posts on the Instagram account @rintiksedu are related to self-expression, self-expression, enhancement and cognitive motives as stated by Fradsen on the quality of life of followers. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive approach with a simple linear regression test data analysis technique, while the population in this study were followers of the Instagram account @rintiksedu. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling using the Slovin formula. Data collection is used by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are active followers of @rintiksedu. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between motivational posts on the Instagram account @rintiksedu related to self-expression, self-enhancement and cognitive motives on the quality of life of followers, with a fairly strong correlation coefficient

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company financial performance as proxied by Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin moderated by company size partially in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research population includes all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive and verification. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis model. The results of the study show that (1) Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets. (2) Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on Return On Equity. (3) Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin. (4) Company size weakens the effect of the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility on Return On Assets. (5) Company size weakens the effect of the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility on Return On Equity. (6) This is indicated by the p-value of Net Profit Margin

No full textThe implementation of occupational safety has the primary goal of improving and maintaining all workers\u27 physical, mental, and social welfare in all types of work, preventing health problems caused by work, and avoiding accidents during work. Cirebon is one area famous for its significant progress in industrial development, one of which is in the construction sector. These jobs have a high risk of work accidents during the construction process of construction projects because work safety standards are still inadequate. This is evidence of the lack of attention to the importance of occupational safety in construction work. In this study, a normative juridical approach method is used, namely literature law research, which is carried out by researching library materials or secondary data. Then, it continued with the collection of primary material data through direct interviews and observations as well as secondary materials obtained from literature studies in the form of law books, legal journals, and other literacy associated with the core of this research. The study results show that: (1) The form of legal protection in PT. Mega Raya Property uses a form of preventive legal protection because the company uses its policies in the employment agreement in the form of an oral agreement, so the form of legal protection for workers is not optimal because workers do not get their rights optimally and clearly if something happens. (2) The efforts to resolve work accident cases experienced by workers have been carried out based on the policy of PT. Mega Raya Property is per Government Regulation Number 82 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Work Accident Insurance and Death Insurance Programs, and the final results are determined based on mutual agreement

Determination of the sample used in this study as a representative form of the population using a purposive sampling technique. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive and verification analysis. The selected sample data in this study were then tested using a multiple linear regression analysis model.The results of the research that has been done inform that inventory has no effect on stock returns. investment opportunity set has a significant effect on stock returns.foreign exchange rates have no effect on stock returns inventory, investment opportunity set and foreign exchange rates simultaneously have no significant effect on stock returns. The result of testing the analysis of the coefficient of determination is that the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) This value informs that changes in inventory, investment opportunity sets and foreign exchange rates affect changes in stock returns by 13.80% influenced by other variables outside this study

Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. No full textPenelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul terintegrasi HOTS yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa kelas VII SMP Pahlawan Nasional. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa e-modul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil penelitian pada uji validitas e-modul masuk dalam kategori sangat valid dengan rata-rata 85,69%, hasil kepraktisan e-modul melalui angket respon guru dengan persentase 95% kategori sangat praktis, dan angket respon siswa dengan persentase 88,17% dengan kategori sangat praktis, hasil tes menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa, dengan hasil 0,9 adalah kategori efektif. Sehingga e-modul terintegrasi higher order thinking skills pada materi garis dan sudut untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan.
