    ANGKA KEJADIAN PENYAKIT ARTERI PERIFER PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS DI PUSKESMAS SITOPENG, CIREBON

    Latar Belakang : Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 (DM Tipe 2) adalah salah satu faktor risiko yang berperan dalam perkembangan terjadinya penyakit arteri perifer (PAP). Penilaian ABI dilakukan untuk deteksi dini PAP sehingga dapat memperlambat progresivitas penyakit dan komplikasi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui angka kejadian PAP pada pasien DM Tipe 2 di Puskesmas Sitopeng Cirebon. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang. Besar sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling berjumlah sebanyak 45 orang dalam rentang usia 41-70 tahun. Analisis univariat untuk menilai distribusi frekuensi dan %. Analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan chi-square untuk menilai hubungan antarvariabel dinyatakan dalam nilai p. Hasil : Terdapat 55,6% subjek teridentifikasi PAP. Studi ini menunjukkan PAP berhubungan bermakna dengan status kontrol DM (p=0,000) dan hipertensi (p=0,006). Tidak didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara status merokok, obesitas, dan penyakit ginjal kronik dengan PAP. Kesimpulan : Lebih dari setengah pasien dengan DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Sitopeng mengalami PAP. Faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan PAP pada studi ini adalah status kontrol DM dan hipertensi. ABSTRACT Background : Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is one of macrovascular complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The early identification of PAD by measuring ABI delay the disease and complication progression. Aim : To estimate the proportion of PAD among T2DM patients in Puskesmas Sitopeng, Cirebon. Method : A cross-sectional study was conducted among patients with T2DM in Puskesmas Sitopeng, Cirebon. The 45 subjects were recruited using a consecutive sampling technique aged ranging from 41 until 70 years old. Univariate analysis was measured to evaluate the distribution of subject’s characteristics stated by n and %. Bivariate analysis using chi-square was performed to evaluate the association between variables, stated by p value. Results : The proportion of PAD in this study 55,6%. This study showed that PAD had significant association with control status (p=0,000) and hypertension (p=0,006). In this study, smoking status, obesity and chronic kidney disease were not associated with PAD. Conclusion : More than half of patients with T2DM in Puskesmas Sitopeng had PAD.     HEALTHCARE COMMUNICATION OF 3D VISUAL TEETH OF PLAWANGAN SITE’S EARLY HUMAN SKULL

    Communication is part of the development of information technology for cultural health. The development of communication, such as visual communication with digitization, has rapidly discovered health issues from the history of humankind. Digitizing archaeological remains in 3 dimensions is a new technology, one of which is the model of an early human skull at the Plawangan Site. The 3-dimensional shape of the early human skull model at the Plawangan site shows pathological articulations in minor shapes, especially on the teeth, which can explain health status information. This study aims to describe the communication that can be conveyed through visual communication of the dental health status of early humans at the Plawangan Site. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a constructivist paradigm and a 3-dimensional observational data collection technique using early human teeth at the Plawangan Site. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and macroscopic analysis. From the teeth of early humans from the Plawangan Site, it can be shown that communication phenomena about maritime and agricultural activities impact dental health and are indications of dental disease. The need for survival, processed food, and limited assistive devices caused tooth decay, and molluscs and rice also indicated dietary patterns that affected the dental health of early humans at the Plawangan Site during their lifetime.  Keywords: Early human teeth, Pathology, Plawangan Site, 3D visual communication, dental healt

    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI DI SMA

    This is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the material price index and inflation. This is due to a lack of understanding of the material and the limitations of the learning media used for the learning delivery process. So this development research aims to find out how Android-based interactive media can improve student learning outcomes. This R&D research uses the thiagarajan model known as 4D namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this research were students of class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 15 Surabaya, which consisted of 34 students. Android-based interactive media obtained a material validity feasibility value of 97% and media experts 95%, namely with a very feasible interpretation. Meanwhile, the students\u27 responses obtained a score of 96% with a very proper interpretation. In measuring the increase in learning outcomes carried out by the N-Gain test which obtained a result of 0.69 which is included in the medium category. Therefore it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. This increase occurred because the presentation of media designs that were developed was attractive and fun, supplemented by animated video illustrations of material, supplemented by learning evaluations with multilevel methods, ease of operation and flexible use of media, and media designed interactively to increase student motivation in obtaining better learning outcomes. better. So the conclusion that is obtained is that Android-based interactive media is recommended for use in the learning process and is able to improve student learning outcomes

    This research is motivated by Indonesia\u27s low Global Entrepreneurship Index, which ranked 90th out of 137 countries worldwide in 2018. The study aims to investigate the influence of Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control on entrepreneurial intention. The research employs a survey research method, with the population and sample being students of the Economics Education program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesia University of Education. The data analysis technique utilized is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship and Subjective Norms positively influence Entrepreneurial Intention; (2) Perceived Behavioral Control does not affect Entrepreneurial Intention; (3) Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control collectively have a positive impact on Entrepreneurial Intention

    This qualitative research uses an ethnographic approach by utilizing the researcher as the main instrument. Researchers play an active role in data collection, data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained an analysis of the manufacturing process and product results regarding the shape of the food, it is known that the traditional Malay coastal food of Mandailing Natal has geometric shapes in the form of flat shapes and space shapes. There are three geometric shapes found, namely tubes, rhombuses/parallelograms, and circles. and the concept of comparison (ratio) can be seen from the comparison of the production results of various forms of Alu Padeh and PanyaramPenelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dengan memanfaatkan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama. Peneliti berperan aktif dalam pengumpulan data,teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil analisis proses pembuatan serta hasil produk terhadap bentuk dari makanan tersebut , diketahui bahwai makanan tradisional melayu pesisir mandailing natal memiliki bentuk bentuk geomoetri berupa bangun datar dan bangun Ruang Ada tiga bentuk geometri yang ditemukan, yaitu tabung, belah ketupat/jajar genjang, dan lingkaran dan konsep perbandingan (rasio) terlihat dari perbandingan hasil produksi berbagai bentuk Alu Padeh dan Panyaram tersebut

    This research aims to see the differences in the numeracy literacy abilities of students taught using the Problem Based Learning learning model in class XI MIA 2 and Project Based Learning in class XI MIA 2 in Linear Program material. This research uses an experimental method with a post-test two experimental group design with a population of 5 classes XI MIA totaling 179 students and a sample of 2 classes namely XI MIA 1 totaling 36 students and indicator of numeracy literacy ability. The research results showed that there was no significant difference between classes XI MIA 1 and XI MIA 2 regarding students\u27 numeracy literacy abilities in Linear Program material.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada kelas XI MIA 2 dan Project Based Learning pada kelas XI MIA 2 pada materi Program Linear. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan The post-test two experimental group design dengan populasi 5 kelas XI MIA berjumlah 179 siswa dan sampel 2 kelas yaitu XI MIA 1 berjumlah 36 siswa dan XI MIA 2 berjumlah 35 siswa dengan instrumen penelitian berupa 2 soal essay mencakup indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi. Didapatkan hasil penelitian tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas XI MIA 1 dan XI MIA 2 terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa pada materi Program Linea

Berbagai cara dan upaya dilakukan guru untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Hasil belajar matematika merupakan salah satu indikator yang menentukan kualitas pendidikan matematika. Kebiasaan peserta didik dalam berpikir (Habits of Mind) merupakan kumpulan kecerdasan yang terdiri dari kecerdasan sikap, kecerdasan keterampilan, kecerdasan pengetahuan yang diterapkan dalam menyelesaikan sebuah permasalahan. Kepercayaan diri merupakan keyakinan seseorang terhadap dirinya dan kemampuannya untuk sukses. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang sesuai dengan tujuan peneliti yaitu Ex post facto.     Aktivitas pemecahan masalah sangat jarang disentuh guru dalam proses pembelajaran matematika di kelas. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kemampuan penalaran guru sekolah dasar yang masih rendah terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Keadaan ini akhirnya berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan penalaran siswa yang dapat diketahui salah satunya melalui hasil PISA. Maka dari itu para guru sekolah dasar perlu dibekali untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran melalui pendekatan problem solving berbasis open ended. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pre-test and post-test group design. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 29 guru sekolah dasar yang ada di kabupaten Bireuen yang dipilih secara acak berasal dari 10 sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan kemampuan penalaran guru sekolah dasar antara sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan problem solving berbasis open ended. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan problem solving berbasis open ended dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis guru sekolah dasar

    VIDEO BLOGGING: A PEDAGOGICAL MEDIA TO IMPROVE SPEAKING SKILL

    Technology is considered as a learning assistant that can be used to improve speaking skills. In this paper, the researcher tried to enhance students’ speaking skills using English video blogging. The purposes of this research were to know how students’ perception of the use of English video blogging in speaking skills and to what extent video blogging improves students’ speaking skills. This study was done in one High school at Tangerang- Banten with 25 students in Grade XI. This study is a qualitative design with descriptive analysis in interpreting data, in data collection, the researcher used an observation (participatory observation) and depth interview with the participants. The result shows that students’ perceptions of the use of English video blogging to improve speaking skills are good and successful, and it can be seen about 80 % of the participant are having a good improvement in speaking ability. And the rest of them still feel lack confidence and fluency in speaking. Finally, the use of video blogging in classroom activities gives a good impact on students’ speaking skills

    Integration of technology has penetrated into various fields, including education. With its constant development, technology is always evolving, offering a wide range of applications and sophistication. Accessible to everyone, including teachers, technology raises the question of its acceptance in learning. The goal of this study was to investigate the acceptance of technology in English learning, specifically focusing on the use of Schoology as a platform. Furthermore, it aimed to identify the challenges encountered when integrating it into English learning. The study involved twenty teachers who used Schoology as a supporting medium in the learning process and was conducted through polls and questionnaires. Through this study, the authors aimed to enhance English learning by exploring how technology, specifically Schoology, could be integrated into it. The results provided valuable insights into the acceptance of Schoology among teachers and the challenges faced when integrating it into English learning
