カウンセリングの中断を予測する要因に関する研究―クライエントを対象として ―
Get PDFカウンセリングの中断に至るリスク要因を明らかにするため，1 年以内にカウンセリングを終結した人を対象に，インターネット調査（デモグラフィック調査票，終結・中断の様態，作業同盟測定尺度，カウンセリングへの志向性尺度）を行った。502 名の回答を対象にロジスティック回帰分析により中断の予測を試みた。その結果，面接回数 3 回以下の中断の場合は予測式が成立しなかったが，4 回以上の中断の場合は，最終面接時の作業同盟第 2 因子（方法に関する合意）と無断欠席の有無が有意な予測変数となった。加えて，カウンセラーが問題解決を重視し，3 回目面接時点の作業同盟第 2・第 3 因子（目標と方法に対する確信）の値が高いほど，最終面接時の作業同盟第 2 因子の値も高まり，3 回目時点の作業同盟第 3 因子の値が高ければ，無断欠席が減少することも示された。中断を防ぐには，カウンセラーの問題解決重視と，面接早期における作業同盟の構築が有益と言える。
We conducted an internet survey to identify variables that would significantly predict clients’ premature termination from counseling/psychotherapy. Former clients who had terminated counseling within the past year received via internet a package of questionnaires including measures of demographics, processes leading to termination/dropout, working alliance, and counseling preferences. Logistic regression analyses failed to yield significant results for premature termination on or before the third session; for dropouts on or after the fourth session, clients’ “no shows” and the second factor（Agreement on Tasks）of the working alliance at the final session were significant predictors. Further, counselors’ emphasis on problem solving, as well as scores of the second and third（Confidence in Goals and Tasks）factors of the working alliance at the third session, were positively associated with the second factor of the working alliance at the final session. Clients were less likely to miss appointments without notice as scores of the third factor of the working alliance increased. Results suggest counselors emphasize problem-solving and develop the working alliance early in order to prevent premature termination.Article【原著／Original Articles】departmental bulletin pape
自閉症特性と自殺関連行動の関連におけるエフォートフル・コントロールの媒介効果
Get PDF自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）特性が自殺リスクを増大させるメカニズムの一部を明らかにするために，ASD 特性と自殺関連行動の関連性におけるエフォートフル・コントロールの媒介効果を検討した。日本全国から比例抽出された 5,000 名の若者に対し，インターネットを介した質問紙調査を実施した。相関分析，階層的重回帰分析の結果，ASD 特性の高さは自殺関連行動の高さと関連があることが示された。エフォートフル・コントロールの下位尺度である注意制御およびアクティベーション制御の低さは，自殺関連行動の高さと関連があることが示されたが，インヒビションとの関連は示されなかった。媒介分析では，注意制御とアクティベーション制御が ASD特性と自殺関連行動の関連を部分的に媒介することが確認された。以上の結果から，ASD 特性が自殺リスクを増大させる上で注意制御およびアクティベーション制御が重要な媒介要因となることを指摘した。
To examine the mediating factors through which autistic spectrum disorder（ASD）traits increase suicide risk, we examined the mediating effect of effortful control on the relationship between ASD traits and suicide-related behaviors. We conducted an internet-based questionnaire survey of 5,000 proportionally sampled adolescents from across Japan. Correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that high levels of ASD traits were associated with high levels of suicide-related behaviors. Low levels of the effortful control subscales, namely attentional control and activation control, were associated with high levels of suicide-related behaviors, but there was no association with inhibitory control. The mediation analysis confirmed that attentional control and activation control partially mediated the relationship between ASD traits and suicide-related behaviors. Based on these results, we suggested that attention control and activation control are important mediating factors in the increased risk of suicide due to ASD traits.Article【原著／Original Articles】departmental bulletin pape
