    Peningkatan Produktivitas Usaha Kelompok Industri Pengrajin Panci Atau Dandan Khas Lombok

    Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kelompok pengrajin panci khas Lombok "Beriuk Maju" di Desa Aik Berik, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif meliputi desain produk, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan perencanaan bisnis, dengan durasi total 24 jam selama 4 hari, diikuti oleh 12 anggota kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknis produksi, manajemen keuangan, inovasi produk, serta kemampuan pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital. Anggota juga berhasil menyusun rencana bisnis untuk pengembangan usaha jangka panjang. Kesimpulan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok mitra, menghasilkan peningkatan kualitas produk dan daya saing di pasar. Rekomendasi mencakup pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan usaha dan memperluas dampak positif bagi masyarakat desa. Increasing the Productivity of the Industrial Group of Lombok's Typical Pot or Dandan Craftsmen This community service program aims to enhance the productivity of the "Beriuk Maju" Lombok traditional pot craftsmen group in Aik Berik Village, Central Lombok Regency. The participatory training method included product design, business management, digital marketing, and business planning, conducted over a total of 24 hours in 4 days, involving 12 group members. Results showed significant improvements in technical production skills, financial management, product innovation, and digital marketing capabilities. Participants successfully developed business plans for long-term enterprise growth. In conclusion, the program effectively enhanced the capacity of the partner group, leading to improved product quality and market competitiveness. Recommendations include ongoing mentorship to ensure sustainability and broaden the positive impact on the village community

    Pengelolaan Plastik (Paving Block Limbah Plastik) sebagai Upaya Daur Ulang Plastik di Kecamatan Marisa

    Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan limbah plastik di Kecamatan Marisa, Kabupaten Pohuwato, yang hanya 37,23% dari 21.888,32 ton limbah tahunan dapat dikelola secara efisien. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah mengolah limbah plastik menjadi produk paving block bernama Palastik, melalui metode daur ulang yang melibatkan pencacahan plastik dan penggunaan alat press homemade. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi tentang dampak lingkungan limbah plastik, pelatihan teknis pembuatan Palastik, dan pendampingan intensif penggunaan mesin pencacah plastik serta alat press. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis mitra TPST Himalaya, yang kini mampu memproduksi paving block berkualitas secara lebih efisien. Evaluasi juga menunjukkan bahwa produk Palastik memiliki kekuatan lebih baik dibandingkan paving block konvensional, serta menawarkan peluang pasar baru. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah memperluas penggunaan mesin pencacah dan alat press untuk meningkatkan skala produksi, serta meningkatkan promosi produk daur ulang guna mendukung ekonomi sirkular dan pengurangan limbah plastik di Kabupaten Pohuwato. Assistance In Planning The E-Saving Application For Ampenan Sub-District This study aims to address the plastic waste management issue in Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency, where only 37.23% of the annual 21,888.32 tons of waste is effectively managed. The proposed solution involves recycling plastic waste into a product called Palastik (plastic waste paving blocks), using a plastic shredding machine and homemade press tools. The methodology includes environmental impact education, technical training for Palastik production, and intensive mentoring on machine and tool operation. The results showed significant improvement in the technical skills of the TPST Himalaya partners, who are now capable of producing high-quality paving blocks more efficiently. Evaluation revealed that Palastik products are stronger than conventional paving blocks and offer new market opportunities. The study recommends expanding the use of shredders and press tools to scale up production, and increasing product promotion to support circular economy initiatives and plastic waste reduction in Pohuwato Regency

    Hipertensi dalam Kehamilan dan Risiko Stunting Intervensi Sosialisasi Kesehatan untuk Mencegah Stunting di Masa Depan

    Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai hubungan antara hipertensi pada kehamilan dan risiko stunting melalui intervensi edukasi kesehatan. Dengan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimen, program ini melibatkan evaluasi pre-test dan post-test dengan 30 wanita dewasa di Desa Serang Mekar, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung. Partisipan dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan persetujuan dan kondisi kesehatan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, dengan pemahaman mengenai kaitan hipertensi dan stunting naik dari 43,3% pada pre-test menjadi 100% pada post-test. Pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah sesi edukasi juga menunjukkan perbaikan, yang mengindikasikan dampak positif program edukasi terhadap kesadaran dan praktik kesehatan. Pengabdian ini merekomendasikan edukasi kesehatan berkelanjutan yang fokus pada pengelolaan hipertensi selama kehamilan, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Inisiatif berbasis komunitas dengan melibatkan kader kesehatan lokal dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan program dan membantu menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Indonesia. Hypertension in Pregnancy and the Risk of Stunting: Health Education Intervention to Prevent Future Stunting This community service aimed to raise awareness about the link between hypertension in pregnancy and the risk of stunting through health education interventions. Using a quasi-experimental approach, the program involved pre-test and post-test evaluations with 30 adult women in Desa Serang Mekar, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung. Participants were purposively selected based on consent and health status.Results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, with recognition of the link between hypertension and stunting rising from 43.3% in the pre-test to 100% in the post-test. Blood pressure measurements before and after the sessions also improved, indicating a positive impact of the education program on health awareness and practices. This community service recommends ongoing health education focused on managing hypertension during pregnancy, particularly in rural areas.     Meningkatkan Akses Pelayanan Kesehatan Lansia: Evaluasi Efektivitas Program Pembekalan Kader Posyandu Larasati dalam Deteksi Dini Nyeri Sendi

    Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembekalan kader Posyandu Lansia "Larasati" dalam meningkatkan deteksi dini nyeri sendi dan akses layanan kesehatan pada lansia. Program ini melibatkan 12 kader Posyandu dan 51 lansia sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan kader, dari skor rata-rata 5,2 menjadi 8,5 setelah pembekalan. Keterampilan kader dalam skrining nyeri sendi meningkat, terlihat dari kenaikan persentase kader yang mampu melakukan skrining dengan benar, dari 33% menjadi 83%. Kesadaran lansia juga meningkat, dari 20% menjadi 65%, diikuti peningkatan kunjungan ke Posyandu sebesar 40% dan rujukan ke fasilitas kesehatan sebesar 30%. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif meningkatkan deteksi dini dan akses layanan kesehatan. Rekomendasi meliputi pelatihan lanjutan untuk kader serta penguatan kolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan.   Improving Access to Elderly Health Services: Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Larasati Posyandu Cadre Training Program in Early Detection of Joint Pain The purpose of this initiative is to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Larasati" elderly Posyandu cadre training program in improving early detection of joint pain and access to healthcare services for the elderly. The program involved 12 Posyandu cadres and 51 elderly individuals as research subjects. A quasi-experimental design with control and experimental groups was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and observations. Results showed a significant increase in cadre knowledge, with average scores rising from 5.2 to 8.5 after training. Cadre skills in joint pain screening also improved, as indicated by an increase in the percentage of cadres performing accurate screenings from 33% to 83%. Elderly awareness increased from 20% to 65%, accompanied by a 40% rise in visits to Posyandu and a 30% increase in referrals to higher-level healthcare facilities. In conclusion, this program effectively improved early detection and access to healthcare services. Recommendations include advanced training for cadres and strengthening collaboration with healthcare professional

    Stunting memiliki dampak besar pada perkembangan anak, sehingga upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangannya dapat dilakukan dengan memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui konsumsi makanan bergizi. Di Desa Lok Baintan, pencegahan stunting dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat untuk mendeteksi stunting dan menanganinya dengan membudidayakan tanaman sayuran dan buah di pekarangan rumah, baik dengan cara konvensional maupun non-konvensional. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya asupan gizi dan cara mendapatkannya melalui keterampilan memanfaatkan lahan rumah untuk menanam tanaman pangan sehat, yang diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan model PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) untuk merancang dan memetakan kebutuhan kegiatan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, digunakan model service-learning yang melibatkan mahasiswa dari berbagai disiplin ilmu untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada kader Posyandu, PKK, dan ibu-ibu di desa. Program ini berlangsung selama tiga bulan dengan enam sesi yang mencakup penyuluhan tentang anemia dan stunting, pelatihan pengukuran stunting, serta praktik budidaya tanaman di pekarangan rumah. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test, serta observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman lebih dari 80%, dan model service-learning efektif meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa. Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pencegahan stunting melalui ketahanan pangan lokal. Community Empowerment for Cultivated Vegetable and Fruit Plants to control stunting in Lok Baintan Stunting has a significant impact on child development, and preventive and mitigation efforts can be made through family food security by consuming nutritious food. In Lok Baintan Village, stunting prevention is carried out by educating and training community members to detect and manage stunting through the cultivation of vegetables and fruits in home gardens, using both conventional and non-conventional methods. The aim of this activity is to raise awareness about the importance of nutrition and how to obtain it by utilizing home garden land to grow healthy food crops, which is expected to influence families' nutritional behavior. This community service program begins with a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model to design and map activities based on the needs of the target community. The program is implemented using a service-learning model, involving students from various disciplines to educate and train Posyandu (community health center) cadres, PKK (women's empowerment) members, and mothers in the village. The program lasts for three months and includes six sessions: two on anemia and stunting awareness, two on stunting measurement training, one on the benefits of plants, and one on practical training for cultivating vegetables/fruits in home gardens. The success of the program is assessed using pre-test and post-test evaluations, as well as participant engagement observation. The results show a more than 80% increase in understanding, and the service-learning model was effective in improving students' cognitive skills and communication abilities. This program successfully raised community awareness in Lok Baintan Village about stunting prevention through local food-based food security, resulting in a positive impact on family food security and health independence in the village

    Bangun Harja Village in East Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, possesses significant natural potential for development into a tourism destination, particularly as an agrotourism park. Despite its substantial potential, the Bangun Harja Agrotourism Park has not attracted substantial attention from tourists due to inadequate infrastructure, limited human resources, lack of innovation and creativity among managers, and absence of promotion through social media. This community service program aims to increase the popularity and number of visits to the Bangun Harja Agrotourism Park by utilizing social media platforms as the main promotional tool. The program involves students from IAIN Palangka Raya, village officials, and community leaders, and employs the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method to leverage the village’s assets effectively. The key activities include creating and promoting attractive spots within the park, enhancing infrastructure, and conducting social media marketing campaigns.     Sustainable Development Goals prepared by the United Nations in order to improve the welfare of people throughout the world. Of the seventeen priority programs, one of them is related to anti-poverty, anti-hunger targets and the availability of healthy and adequate sanitation. These three programs are often identified with the problem of stunting. In 2022, there will be at least 16 regencies/cities in East Java Province that will be priority areas for working on stunting and one of them is Malang Regency. Therefore, this community service aims to contribute to efforts to deal with stunting through strengthening collaboration between actors. This service partner is the Population Control and Family Planning Service the leading sector for handling stunting in Malang Regency. This community service method consists of four stages, starting from observation and documentation, followed by FGD and workshop activities, monitoring and evaluation and termination. The result of this community service is to contribute to strengthening collaboration instruments for stunting prevention in Malang Regency through the formation of cross-sectoral teams to empowering local communities

    Pemanfaatan Fitur Facebook Marketplace Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Pemasaran Produk UMKM Donat Kentang di Desa Jatisela

    Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Desa Jatisela dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, khususnya melalui media sosial Facebook dengan memanfaatkan fitur Facebook Marketplace, sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset dan laba penjualan produk. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 10 orang ibu rumah tangga dan remaja putri yang aktif sebagai produsen donat kentang di UMKM "Donat Kentang Enak Murah." Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi persiapan dan sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan Facebook Marketplace, pendampingan dalam pembuatan akun media sosial dan praktek penggunaan Facebook Marketplace, serta evaluasi kegiatan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan media sosial Facebook, terutama fitur Facebook Marketplace, meningkat secara signifikan. Dari hasil post-test, 90% peserta memahami manfaat dan cara penggunaan fitur ini. Penjualan donat kentang melalui Facebook Marketplace meningkat rata-rata 250-300% dalam satu kali produksi harian, dengan peningkatan omset dari Rp. 350.000 menjadi Rp. 950.000. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan Facebook Marketplace terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM. Rekomendasi untuk ke depan adalah mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan serta memperluas cakupan pelatihan kepada UMKM lain. Utilization of Facebook Marketplace Features in Efforts to Increase Marketing of Potato Donut MSME Products in Jatisela Village  The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players in Jatisela Village in implementing appropriate marketing strategies, especially through Facebook social media by utilizing the Facebook Marketplace feature, so as to increase turnover and profit from product sales. This activity involved 10 housewives and young women who were active as potato donut producers in the MSME "Delicious Cheap Potato Donuts." Methods for implementing this activity include preparation and socialization, training in using Facebook Marketplace, assistance in creating social media accounts and practicing using Facebook Marketplace, as well as evaluating activities through pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity showed that participants' knowledge and skills in using Facebook social media, especially the Facebook Marketplace feature, increased significantly. From the post-test results, 90% of participants understood the benefits and how to use this feature. Sales of potato donuts via Facebook Marketplace increased by an average of 250-300% in one daily production, with an increase in turnover from Rp. 350,000 to Rp. 950,000. In conclusion, the use of Facebook Marketplace has proven to be effective in increasing sales of MSME products. Recommendations for the future are to maintain and improve the quality of training and expand the scope of training to other MSMEs.

    Penyuluhan dan Mentoring Rencana Bisnis BMK bagi UMKM di Desa Grajagan dan Bangsring

    Bisnis model kanvas (BMK) adalah sebuah metode alternatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan perencanaan bisnis strategis dan pengambilan keputusan strategis yang perlu dilaksanakan agar suatu usaha dapat terus berkembang. Sayangnya, pelaku UMKM di Desa Grajagan dan Bangsring belum mengenal bisnis model kanvas untuk usaha mereka. hal ini disebabkan mereka hanya mengandalkan pengetahuan umum maupun pengetahuan turun-temurun dari orang tua dan sanak kerabat dalam menjalankan usahanya padahal persaingan dalam bisnis umkm saat ini semakin ketat sehingga diperlukan perencanaan bisnis yang baik. Mitra kegiatan penyuluhan dan mentoring rencana bisnis BMK ini adalah 30 pelaku UMKM di Desa Grajagan dan Bangsir dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM mengenai rencana bisnis BMK. Kegiatan ini juga membantu ke 30 pelaku UMKM tersebut untuk mengenali potensi dan tantangan bisnis yang mereka hadapi. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan dan mentoring.  Berdasarkan hasil pre tes dan post tes saat penyuluhan 90% peserta mampu memahami rencana bisnis BMK. Perbandingan tingkat pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan meningkat dari rerata nilai 33,16 menjadi 90. Selain itu, selama mentoring 80% peserta puas dengan kegiatan mentoring. Dengan hasil ini para pelaku umkm direkomendasikan untuk mengimplementasikan rencana bisnis BMK untuk pengembangan usahanya yang berkelanjutan. Counseling and Mentoring on Rencana bisnis BMK for UMKM in Grajagan and Bangsring Villages The Bisnis Model Kanvas (BMK) is an alternative method used to obtain strategic rencana bisnisning and make strategic decisions that need to be implemented so that a business can continue to grow. Unfortunately, MSMEs in Grajagan and Bangsring Villages are not yet familiar with the canvas business model for their businesses. This is because they only rely on general knowledge and knowledge passed down from parents and relatives to run their business, even though competition in the MSME business is currently getting tougher, so good rencana bisnisning is needed. The partners for this BMK rencana bisnis outreach and mentoring activity are 30 MSME players in Grajagan and Bangsir Villages with the aim of increasing the literacy and ability of MSME players regarding BMK rencana bisniss. This activity also helped the 30 MSMEs to recognize the business potential and challenges they faced. The methods used are counseling and mentoring.  Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test during the counseling, 90% of participants were able to understand BMK's rencana bisnis. The comparison of participants' level of understanding before and after the activity increased from a mean value of 33.16 to 90. In addition, during mentoring 80% of participants were satisfied with the mentoring activity. With these results, MSME players are recommended to implement the BMK rencana bisnis for sustainable business development

    Pemanfaatan Fitur Wabot Sebagai Respon Atas Kebutuhan Konsumen Secara Online Pada KWT Nine Seru Di Desa Lantan

    Wabot atau WhatsApp Chatbot merupakan salah satu fitur yang dikembangkan oleh aplikasi WhatsApp, khususnya WhatsApp Business. Munculnya aplikasi dan fitur-fitur tersebut disebabkan oleh perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin massiv dan menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengguna. Pelaku usaha mikro kecil yang terletak di pelosok daerah membutuhkan bantuan untuk beradaptasi dengan teknologi, salah satunya adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani Nine Seru yang ada di Desa Lantan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Kelompok tersebut telah berdiri cukup lama, namun belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menjawab kebutuhan konsumen secara online. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman KWT Nine Seru tentang Wabot dan cara untuk mengaktifkan, serta menggunakanya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa tedapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta kegiatan tentang Wabot dan cara untuk mengaktifkannya. Hal ini dibuktikan dari jawaban 71% peserta kegiatan yang setuju bahwa Wabot bermanfaat untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen melalui respon cepat dan otomatis. Sebagai luaran pengabdian, KWT Nine Seru telah memiliki aplikasi Whatsapp Business yang dapat digunakan untuk menjual dan mempromosikan produknya. Utilisation of the Wabot Feature As A Response To Consumer Needs Online At KWT Nine Seru In Lantan Village Wabot, or WhatsApp Chatbot, is one of the features developed by the WhatsApp application, especially WhatsApp Business. The emergence of these applications and features is due to the development of digital technology, which is increasingly massive and adapts to user needs. Micro and small businesses located in remote areas need help adapting to technology, one of which is the Nine Seru Women Farmers Group in Lantan Village, Central Lombok Regency. The group has been established for a long time, but has not been able to utilise technology to answer consumer needs online. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to increase KWT Nine Seru's understanding of Wabot and how to activate and use it. The service implementation method is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The results of the service showed that there was an increase in the participants' understanding of Wabot and how to activate it. This is evidenced by the answers of 71% of activity participants who agree that Wabot is useful for building consumer trust through fast and automatic responses. As an output of the service, KWT Nine Seru has a WhatsApp Business application that can be used to sell and promote its products.
