BaliSpirit Festival as a Regenerative Event Transformation Model: The Tri Hita Karana Framework in Support of Sustainable Spiritual Tourism
The global tourism sector is undergoing a transition toward Regenerative Tourism (RT). RT emphasizes active ecosystem restoration and community empowerment, surpassing the objectives of passive sustainability. In Bali, this transition appears in the Trilogy of Serenity, Spirituality, and Sustainability. This study examines the BaliSpirit Festival (BSF) as a case study that operationalizes the local Tri Hita Karana (THK) philosophy. This philosophy integrates spiritual (Parhyangan), social (Pawongan), and environmental (Palemahan) harmony as its foundation. The study uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative methodology to evaluate BSF\u27s practices in advancing Sustainable Spiritual Tourism (SST). Results show BSF has established a culturally grounded regenerative event model. Palemahan is implemented through rigorous closed-loop waste management and long-term restoration initiatives such as Bali ReGreen. These initiatives contribute to soil health improvement. Pawongan is reinforced through social equity and institutional legitimacy. A measurable social legacy is achieved via the Karma Outreach program, which supports multicultural health and education. THK provides a framework for authentic cultural sustainability Key Performance Indicators. This framework helps transform conventional Sustainable Event Management (SEM) into a regenerative model in which spiritual ethics (Parhyangan) underpin environmental stewardship. The BSF model serves as a pilot for Southeast Asian destinations to incorporate local values and achieve holistic sustainability. This model enhances the reputation of high-value, low-impact destinations

\u3ci\u3ePROJECT HOURGLASS\u3c/i\u3e DAN REPRESENTASI MULTIDIMENSIONAL PERBATASAN ISRAEL-MESIR
The Israel–Egypt border functions not merely as a geographic demarcation, but as a social, political, and cultural space imbued with symbolic meaning. Since its establishment in 1906 up to the construction of Project Hourglass in 2010, this border has shifted from a colonial administrative line to a fragile symbol of peace and a site of global securitization. This study employs a qualitative approach based on literature review and representational analysis, drawing on Stuart Hall’s representation theory as well as David Newman and Anssi Paasi’s concepts of borders in area studies. The findings reveal that the Israel-Egypt border is represented through four main dimensions: security, economy, politics-diplomacy, and humanitarianism. Project Hourglass materializes these representations, reflecting the tension between safeguarding national security and reinforcing separation. This analysis concludes that the Israel-Egypt border is not merely a geographic fact, but a multidimensional socio-political construct produced through media discourse, political narratives, and public perception, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of how border representations shape regional dynamics and influence international relations
Impact of Social Media Use on Public Behavior Regarding COVID-19 Vaccination Refusal
This study explores the impact of social media use on the behavior related to the refusal of the COVID-19 vaccination. Social media has been one of the most widely used sources of information during the COVID-19 pandemic. It provides easy access to a wide range of content, including information about the COVID-19 vaccination campaign carried out by the Indonesian government. However, content shared via social media is vulnerable to disinformation, fake news, and hoaxes. The use of social media during the pandemic has had a significant impact on people\u27s attitudes toward vaccination, with vaccine hesitancy often stemming from multiple factors. This study aims to measure the impact of social media usage on behavior related to COVID-19 vaccination refusal. The research is grounded in the Uses and Gratification Theory (UGT) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and employs a quantitative-explanatory research method. Data were collected via a survey of 196 respondents from generation X and Y, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). Among the respondents—62% females and 38% males—the majority reported receiving an invitation from the Ministry of Health to participate in the vaccination program. The findings reveal a significant and nuanced distinction among the variables of information seeking and status seeking. Notably, purpose-driven or interactive social media activities were not significant predictors of vaccine refusal. In contrast, social media use for entertainment purposes emerged as a strong and statistically significant predictor of vaccine refusal behavior. This key finding suggests that passive consumption of entertainment-oriented content—such as memes, viral videos, or influencer narratives—may influence vaccine attitudes more powerfully than overtly persuasive or informative content. It appears that such content can bypass the critical scrutiny applied during active information-seeking behavior, thereby making entertainment-based media a potent vector for misinformation and vaccine hesitancy. The implication of this study reveals that the “entertainment” motive is the only significant predictor of the refusal of the COVID-19 vaccination, indicating that purely informational or data-heavy campaigns are ineffective against entertainment-driven misinformation. Therefore, public health communication should evolve toward emotionally engaging, narrative-based, and entertainment-oriented strategies, leveraging influencers, storytelling, and positive framing to foster hope, responsibility, and pro-vaccine behavior
DISPARITAS PENGENAAN SANKSI DENDA OLEH KOMISI PENGAWAS PERSAINGAN USAHA ATAS KETERLAMBATAN NOTIFIKASI PENGAMBILALIHAN SAHAM
This research discusses the disparity in the imposition of administrative sanctions in cases of late notification of share acquisitions within the framework of Competition Law in Indonesia. However, in practice, disparities in the imposition of sanctions between cases are frequently encountered, caused by the absence of clear provisions detailing the calculation of administrative sanctions for business actors who are late in submitting notifications. In several cases, it was found that business actors with longer delays were subjected to lighter fines compared to those with shorter delays, thereby creating disparities in the imposition of sanctions. The purpose of this research is to examine the regulation of notification obligations and administrative sanctions in cases of late notification of share acquisitions, as well as to analyze the considerations of the Commission Council in KPPU Decision No. 07/KPPU-M/2024, KPPU Decision No. 10/KPPU-M/2024, and KPPU Decision No. 12/KPPU-M/2022 regarding the differences in administrative sanctions imposed. In addition, this study also describes the regulation of fines for cases of delayed notification of share acquisitions in South Korea. The results of this research indicate that disparities in the imposition of administrative sanctions may occur, among others, due to factors considered to be mitigating or aggravating circumstances according to the Commission Council’s considerations. The research method used is doctrinal and complemented by interviews with resource persons as supporting reference materials
Dampak Tradisi Pemberian Nasi Papahan Terhadap Kesehatan Bayi Usia 6-24 Bulan: Literature Review

The Effect of Calisthenics Training on Estimated VO₂max Values in College Students
Cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂max) among university students is worryingly low, with more than 50% of students categorized as unfit (\u3c41.7 mL/kg/min). This study was conducted to determine the effect of calisthenic training on estimated VO₂max values using a quasi-experimental study design on 21 male students of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia from August to October 2024. Subjects were divided into 2 groups: the intervention group (n=10) and the control group (n=11). The intervention group performed treatment in the form of calisthenics exercise for 40 minutes, and the control group received running exercise treatment for 20 minutes, with both exercises done twice a week for 4 consecutive weeks. Body weight, height, body mass index, estimated VO₂max values, body fat percentage, muscle mass, academic stress levels, sleep quality and macronutrient intake data were measured pre-and-post training and were analyzed using independent and dependent t-tests. The results showed a significant (p\u3c0.05) difference in change on the average estimated VO₂max values between the intervention group (3.5 mL/kg/min) and the control group (11.4 mL/kg/min). It can be concluded that the changes in estimated VO₂max values were likely more effective in the running group compared to the calisthenics group
