    No full text
Background: Epidemiological data on occupational hand eczema in Indonesia is still limited, partly because there are no valid and reliable instruments in the Indonesian language as a means of survey. This study aims to translate the Nordic Occupational Skin Questionnaire 2002 (NOSQ-2002) into the Indonesian language and assess the validity and reliability of the Indonesian NOSQ-2002 as an instrument for epidemiological surveys and screening of occupational hand eczema. Methods: The original English version of NOSQ-2002 was translated into the Indonesian language following the standard procedure of translation. The Indonesian NOSQ-2002 version, which had been collectively approved, was subsequently completed by a group of 194 textile employees from PT. Panca Persada Mulia-PANDATEX in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. Validity was assessed using Pearson correlation for each question with the total score. Reliability was evaluated using Cronbach\u27s alpha values. The sensitivity and specificity of the Indonesian NOSQ-2002 screening were determined by comparing results with those of examination by the examining physician as the gold standard. Results: Pearson correlation values for each question range from 0.252 to 0.905, all surpassing the r table value, indicating questions in NOSQ-2002 are valid. Reliability NOSQ-2002 rated good (reliable), with a Cronbach\u27s alpha of 0.933. The Indonesian NOSQ-2002 version demonstrates a sensitivity of 93.3% and specificity of 98.8% for screening occupational hand eczema. Conclusion: The Indonesian version of NOSQ-2002 is a valid and reliable instrument for use in epidemiological surveys and screening of occupational hand eczema

Patient safety incident reporting is a critical component of hospital quality systems. This study evaluated the implementation of a Quality Management Information System (QMIS) for incident reporting at Hospital X using the Structure–Process–Outcome (SPO) framework integrated with the HOT-Fit model. A mixed-methods case study was conducted, combining analysis of 774 incident reports submitted between March 2023 and December 2024 with in-depth interviews involving clinical staff, unit heads, and the Quality and Risk (QR) Manager. Findings revealed that while structural elements such as computing infrastructure and leadership support were in place, gaps remained in staff training, procedural awareness, and system usability. QMIS was actively used for reporting, but advanced features like root cause analysis (RCA) and dashboards were underutilized. Reporting performance was moderate, with 62.8% of reports submitted within 24 hours and a reporting rate of 22.03 per 1,000 patient days, below international benchmarks. Although some process improvements were implemented, feedback loops to frontline staff were limited. To enhance system effectiveness, technical improvements are recommended, including interface simplification, mobile access, data validation, and integration with hospital systems. Strengthening local support and fostering a learning-oriented safety culture is also essential to sustain engagement and improve patient safety outcomes

Urgensi Dokumen Persetujuan Pasangan Kawin Yang Dibuat Secara Bawah Tangan Sebelum Penandatanganan Akta Pendirian Commanditaire Vennootschap (Studi Kasus Di Kabupaten Bandung)

This thesis analyzes the legal provisions governing the mandatory existence of a document of consent from the spouses, made underhand before the signing of the deed of establishment of Commanditaire Vennootschap (hereinafter CV ), and the legal consequences if the deed of establishment of CV is signed without the consent of the spouses. This research method uses a doctrinal approach through a literature study and is analyzed qualitatively. Article 36 paragraph (1) stipulates that everything related to joint property that will be carried out legal action against it requires the consent of both parties. The legal agreements undertaken by a CV impose certain responsibilities on its allies. In the event that the obligations of the agreement cannot be fulfilled and the CV experiences a loss, the active allies in the CV are jointly and severally liable up to their personal assets. Consequently, the joint assets can be used as bankruptcy assets. This arrangement may contradict the ethical principles of justice for a spouse who was unaware of the CV\u27s establishment, yet is compelled to share in the financial obligations of the CV, which are derived from the joint assets of both parties. To mitigate potential disputes arising from the utilization of joint assets for debt repayment, both spouses must provide consent to ensure fairness and prevent undue financial burden

This paper analyzes the fulfillment of the elements of an unlawful act and the procedure for determining the auction limit value in the execution of collateral under the Mortgage Right in the three court decisions that serve as case studies. This study employs a doctrinal legal research method. In the execution of auctions over collateral under a Mortgage Right, it is required that the auction limit value be determined by the auction seller—the creditor as the holder of the Mortgage Right. In practice, auctions do not always attract bidders, necessitating re-auction with a reduced limit value. The significant reduction has led the debtor and/or property owner as the grantor of the Mortgage Right to filed unlawful act lawsuits. However, currently, there is no standard governing the reduction of auction limit values in re-auctions, leading to legal uncertainty, as reflected in two contradictory decisions: Verdict Number 1654 K/Pdt/2012, which held that the reduction constituted an unlawful act, and Verdict Number 2956 K/Pdt/2010, which held otherwise. To fill this legal void, Verdict Number 454/Pdt/2023/PT Sby explicitly refers to customary law regarding the standard reduction of auction limit values in re-auctions, aiming to provide legal protection for both parties

This study produced biodiesel from Malapari seed oil (Pongamia pinnata L.) by optimizing the esterification and transesterification processes. The objectives of this study were to determine the sulfuric acid (H2SO4) catalyst concentration in the esterification reaction that can reduc the free fatty acid (FFA) content of the seed oil to ≤2%, analyze the oil to methanol molar ratio (i.e.,1:6, 1:9, and 1:12) and KOH concentration (i.e.,2%, 4%, and 6%) that will produce the highest biodiesel yield, and evaluate the quality of the produced biodiesel according to the Indonesian National Standar (SNI) 04-7182-2015. The research was conducted from October to December 2023 at the Plant Physiology Laboratory and the Physical Chemistry Laboratory, FMIPA, UNUD. The research applied Completely randomized design. Quantitative biodiesel data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance. If significant differences (α \u3c 0.05) were detected, then the quantitative biodiesel data were further analyzed using Duncan\u27s Post Hoc Test. Results showed that an H2SO4 concentration of 7% reduced the FFA content to 1.915%. A molar ratio of 1:12 with a 2% KOH catalyst produced the highest biodiesel yield of 65.35%. The produced met the SNI for the saponification number (i.e., 52.82–133.69 mg-KOH/g), iodine number (i.e.,7.19–22.42 g_I2/100_g), and cetane number (i.e., 86.48–132.68). However, the water content (i.e., 0.721%–2.407%), viscosity (i.e., 1.73–6.18 mm²/s), acid number (i.e., 0.224–4.685 mg_KOH/g), density (i.e., 874–917 kg/m³), FFA content (i.e., 0.116 -% to 2.229%), and methyl ester content (48,13% to–132.12%_mass) partially did not meet the standards. This study highlights the potential of Malapari seed oil as a biodiesel feedstock, with further required needed to meet all quality standards

Ischemic stroke was one of the diseases that frequently occurred in geriatric patients, while hemorrhagic stroke had a higher prevalence. Geriatric patients who experienced a stroke were not exempt from drug-related problems (DRP) due to the complexity of treatment and comorbid factors they encountered. This study aimed to determine the correlation between DRP and the cost of care for ischemic stroke patients, particularly in the geriatric population. The study design was cross-sectional, with data collected retrospectively, and the sample comprised 53 geriatric stroke patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. DRP was assessed using the PCNE 6.2 criteria, and the cost data included expenses for medications, medical devices, laboratory tests, visit fees, accommodation, diagnostic electromedical procedures, radiology, nutrition, and insurance. The independent variable in this study was DRP, while the dependent variable was the cost of care. The analysis used in this study was Spearman\u27s correlation and was presented with a correlation coefficient (R). The results showed a significant correlation between DRP and care costs (p-value \u3c 0.05), with a correlation coefficient 0.501. The study concluded with the assertion that an increase in DRP is associated with elevated costs of care for geriatric ischemic stroke patients

Background. Primiparous mothers have a higher risk of experiencing difficulties in providing breast milk (ASI) due to lack of experience and preparation to become mothers. 90% of mothers in Indonesia have breastfed their children, but those who provide exclusively for 6 months are still low at 20%. One of the reasons for the failure of the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding is the low self-confidence or belief (Self Efficacy) of primiparous mothers in providing breast milk. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education about breastfeeding by implementing the emotional demonstration method developed by the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) to increase breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous mothers. Objective. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the emotional demonstration method in increasing breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSE) in primiparous mothers in Bengkulu City. Method. The research design used quasi-experimental design with two group pretest-posttest design. Data collection used questionnaire instruments. The number of primiparous mother samples was 33 people in the intervention group and 33 people in the control group. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine the differences before and after the intervention. Result. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in Breastfeeding Self Efficacy before and after being given the emotional demonstration method with a p-value = 0.007 (\u3c0.05). Conclusion. The emotional demonstration method has been proven to be effective in increasing Breastfeeding Self Efficacy in primiparous mothers
