    Transforming Mustahik Partners to Muzakki Strategy: Case Study on BAZNAS Microfinance Desa, Sawojajar, Malang City

    BAZNAS Microfinance Desa is a microfinance service that has an important role in facilitating access to capital, providing business assistance, and facilitation to micro-business actors. This study aims to find out the strategy implemented by BAZNAS Microfinance Desa in transforming Mustahik Partners to Muzakki in Sawojajar Malang. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was obtained from the results of interviews. While secondary data is in the form of observation, and documentation. This documentation is in the form of evidence of records or historical reports that have been compiled in archives, journals, and literature relating to the data of mustahik partners who become muzakki after receiving capital assistance at the BAZNAS Microfinance Desa. This study uses data validity techniques using a triangulation model. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the strategy of BAZNAS Microfinance Desa at Sawojajar Malang is to increase the status of mustahik to become muzakki. In an effort to be able to improve and change the status of partners who initially had to change to muzakki, they had to implement several strategies including planning a partner feasibility study, conducting outreach, forming groups, looking at the feasibility study of partners who had just joined BAZNAS Microfinance Desa, and finally completing a capital financing assessment. business and distribution of funds. This research contributes to finding out the alternative strategy to transform mustahik become muzakki by enhancing their income of business

    Islamic Boarding School as an Ecosystem for Religious Moderation Education in The Madura Society

    This research is directed at discussing the emerging religious education ecosystem in Madurese society. Throughout its journey, Islamic boarding schools have become an integral part of Madurese society, encompassing social, cultural, religious, political, and economic aspects. To assemble all the codified data necessary to communicate the primary objective of this research, interviews, observations, and documentation were utilized as data collection sources. Subsequently, the study analysis was formulated descriptively, employing a cultural anthropological approach. Through comprehensive analysis in research, it was revealed that the religious moderation education system in Madurese society occurs on the basis of cultural openness. The openness in Islamic boarding school life is fostered by the social, cultural, and political aspects that evolve and establish a tradition. The togetherness of life in Islamic boarding schools serves as the main benchmark for embracing the presence of others as fellow brothers, comprising social, cultural, and political dimensions

    Overcoming Insecurity among Generation Z in the Perspective of Tafsir Al-Munir

    Generation Z is the cohort of individuals born between 1996 and 2010. The group is prone to feelings of inferiority and insecurity. Insecurity is defined as a state of feeling inferior and insecure about oneself. Those who experience feelings of insecurity typically experience feelings of fear, embarrassment, or a lack of confidence. Such feelings can have a detrimental impact on social wellbeing and have an impact on a person's psychology. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that contribute to the insecurity experienced by Gen Z and to propose solutions based on the insights of Sheikh Wahbah al-Zuhayli in Tafsir Al-Munir. This research employs a qualitative approach, involving a comprehensive review of relevant literature, including books, scientific journals, academic research, and Tafsir Al-Munir. This study concludes that there are several factors that can trigger a person to feel insecure, including physical, economic, and achievement factors. The findings of this study are anticipated to assist Generation Z in overcoming insecurity in accordance with the perspective of Tafsir Al-Munir, thereby motivating them to maintain a positive self-image and a grateful attitude

    This paper aims to analyse the design of the Quran memorising program used in Al-Azhar 48 Islamic Junior High School (SMP) in Samarinda. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses data triangulation as a form of synchronisation. The results of this study can be concluded that the tahfidz programme design used is: a) The planning stage which includes determining the person in charge, determining the objectives, determining the time allocation and schedule. b) The implementation stage consists of diagnostic assessment, halaqoh formation, memorising, memorising murajaah and tahsin matriculation. c) The evaluation stage is evaluation through a religious monitoring book, internal evaluation and at the end an external evaluation is carried out

    Needs Analysis of the Scientific Article Writing Module as a Support for Accelerating Student Scientific Publications. This research aims to describe the results of the analysis of the need for a scientific article writing module to support the acceleration of student scientific publications. The research approach used in this research is research and development. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, field notes and interviews. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive analysis through data presentation and data verification or conclusions. This technique is used to determine the requirements for the module for writing scientific articles. The teaching materials needed by lecturers are in the form of books or modules which contain a writing framework, introduction, theoretical basis, methods, analysis, results and a bibliography. Meanwhile, students need a module for writing scientific articles which includes several components, namely (1) introduction, (2) literature review, (3) methods or ways of writing scientific papers, (4) results and findings, (5) discussion, (6) ) conclusion, and (7) references. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi hasil analisis kebutuhan modul menulis artikel ilmiah sebagai penunjang akselerasi publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran angket, catatan lapangan, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui pemaparan data dan verifikasi atau simpulan data.Teknik ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan modul menulis artikel ilmiah. Bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan dosen yaitu berupa buku atau modul yang di dalamnya berisikan kerangka menulis, pendahuluan, landasan teori, metode, analisis, hasil sampai dengan daftar pustaka. Sementara mahasiswa membutuhkan modul menulis artikel ilmiah yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa komponen, yaitu (1) pendahuluan, (2) tinjauan pustaka, (3) metode atau cara penulisan karya ilmiah, (4) hasil dan temuan, (5) pembahasan, (6) kesimpulan, dan (7) referensi

    Intervening Role of Brand Image in Purchasing Decisions: Path Analysis

    This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and e-wom on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetic products on gen z in Blitar city, as well as the intervening influence of brand image between digital marketing and e-wom on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetic products on gen z. The novelty of this research lies in the research location, namely in Blitar city. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires measured on a 5-point Likert scale to 250 Gen Z in Blitar City who purchased halal cosmetic products at least twice in the last 6 months. The collected research data were subjected to research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that digital marketing and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, e-wom has no impact on buying decisions, and brand image can intervene in the influence between digital marketing and e-wom on purchasing decisions. The results of this study contribute as evaluation material for companies to pay more attention to e-wom by improving sales services, collaborating with content creators in reviewing products, building online communities, and holding events that can provoke consumers to share their best experiences in using products to increase the number and quality of reviews related to halal cosmetics both on social media and shopping platforms so that potential consumers feel they are taking the right steps by making a purchase.

    Prospects for the Development of Halal Culinary MSMEs in Encouraging Sustainable Business

    Sustainable business refers to business practices that pay attention to social and environmental impacts in addition to financial returns. This research was conducted in Depok, West Java, as a satellite city of Jakarta, with a focus on halal culinary development. The factors studied include Halal Certification, Halal Practice Compliance, Green Marketing, and Performance of Halal Culinary MSMEs. Halal Culinary MSMEs ensure that all processes and ingredients comply with Islamic sharia principles, important for consumer confidence and improving the performance of the halal industry. The research objective is to measure the performance of Culinary MSMEs through halal certification, halal practice compliance, and green marketing. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a questionnaire to MSME players in Depok and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that halal certification and green marketing have a positive and significant effect on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Depok, while compliance with halal practices has a positive but insignificant effect. Recommendations include improving halal certification access and processes, education on halal practice compliance, and effective green marketing strategies to support sustainable halal culinary development

    This research focuses on the social competencies possessed by UPI Social Sciences Education students and to discover the condition and development of social communication skills after participating in the MSIB program. Research data was obtained using questionnaires, interviews and documentation methods. The research was carried out at the Faculty of Social Sciences Education, Social Sciences Education Study Program at the Indonesian University of Education, with informants from the UPI MSIB Coordinator and UPI Social Sciences Education Students who had participated in the MSIB program. The results of the research show that there are developments and benefits felt by UPI Social Sciences Education students in improving communication skills which is the main requirement in social interaction to establish relationships with other fellow students and has a good impact in developing student competencies in communication, technology and social skills. while participating in the MSIB program. So, students feel a positive impact after participating in the program. Students feel more confident and disciplined in managing time for themselves than before joining the MSIB program. Although in implementation, students must be ready to adapt to several technical changes in the Independent Campus program policy process determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture

    The Impact of Electronic Customer Relationship Management and Quality Moderated by Sharia Compliance on Loyalty

    In the rapidly digitizing landscape of Islamic banking, innovation is imperative for competitiveness and delivering top-tier services to customers. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) emerges as a key solution, streamlining interactions between banks and customers in the digital realm. This study delves into how E-CRM and Service Quality affect Customer Loyalty within Islamic banks, with a focus on Shariah Compliance as a moderating factor. The aim is to decipher how the Islamic banking sector can cultivate and enhance customer relationships in the digital age. Employing a quantitative approach, the research collects survey data from 212 Islamic bank customers through random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), executed using IBM AMOS V.22 software, scrutinizes the collected data. Findings indicate a significant, positive contribution of E-CRM to Customer Loyalty. Interestingly, Service Quality doesn't wield a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, suggesting the presence of other influential factors in the Islamic banking arena. Notably, Shariah Compliance emerges as an important moderating element, bolstering the connection between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty, though it doesn't moderate the impact of E-CRM on Customer Loyalty

    Stock Price Valuation in Making Investment Decisions (Study on Stocks Listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange Jakarta Islamic Index 70 Period 2020 – 2022)

    This study aims to examine the difference in stock valuation using the DDM and DCF methods for investment decision making in companies listed on the JII 70 for the period 2020 - 2022. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach that originates from the annual reports of companies listed on JII 70 for the period 2020 - 2022 The sampling technique used purposive sampling with several predetermined criteria, in order to obtain 24 samples of companies with a period of 3 years to 72 samples. The data analysis technique uses the Dividend Discount Model and Discounted Cash Flow methods and then conducts a t-test. The results of this study indicate that if the share price is calculated using the Dividend Discount Model, the majority are undervalued. Meanwhile, the majority of stock prices calculated using the Discounted Cash Flow method are in overvalued condition. There is no difference in the Dividend Discount Model and Discouted Cash Flow methods, so the investors should not hesitate to choose between the two models
