情報組織化に基づくユーザビリティ評価支援システム

パッシブ型RFIDを用いた子供の安全支援システムの構築
application/pdf本研究では、パッシブ型のRFID技術を用い、子供の安全を支援するシステムを構築した。現在実用化されているRFID技術を用いた子供の安全支援システムの多くはアクティブ型のRFIDタグを使用したものである。しかし、この方式では、タグが常に電波を発信しているため、電池の寿命による信頼性の問題や盗聴などの危険性が問題視されている。また、これらの欠点を補うパッシブ型のタグを使用した例では、子供自身がアンテナにタグをかざすことによって認識させる能動型のものが多く、かざし忘れによる信頼性の低下が予想される。 そこで本システムでは、電池の消耗の問題や盗聴の危険性の少ないパッシブ型のタグを使用し、さらに、タグ所有者が能動的な行動をせずにタグを認識することができる受動型システムを構築した。conference pape
Mechanical Properties of Composite Materials with High Strength Steel(780N/mm2)and CFRP Plate
application/pdfThe new high-strength steel (tensile strength is 780N/mm2) for steel buildings was developed by a Japanese company. The stronger the steel material becomes, the lighter form of steel structure can be made. Essentially steel structure has the problem of lack of stiffness in entire structure. The weak point of high-strength steel may be overcome in the near future because stronger steel is being developed. To solve the difficulty, we propose the high-strength steel composite member with high-stiffness materials in this study. High-stiffness carbon-fiber-reinforced-plastic (CFRP) plate has 296kN/mm2 in its Young's Modulus which is greater than steel one. Although we reported the effectiveness of the normal steel composite member with CFRP plate, there is no data of composite member in combination with high-strength steel and CFRP plate such as structural performance, bond strength, etc. In this paper, we report the data from elementary tests such as tensile tests, bending tests, bond strength tests on composite members to show the possibility of the composite member made of CFRP plate and high-strength steel.departmental bulletin pape
An Optimal Train Scheduling by Using Simulated Annealing

When the train schedule falls into disorder, it is necessary to meet the train service arrangement. The problem of the train rescheduling is a class of complex optimization problem, which includes discrete and continuous variables. In this paper, we proposed an effective method for solving the train rescheduling problem using the simulated annealing approach. The proposed approach is applied to a simple test system. Resisting Mechanism of Exposed Column-Base under Bending Moment and Axial Force

Restoring force characteristics of the column base are observed to be slip-type due to a gap between a nut of the anchor bolt and the base plate, caused by the plastic elongation of the anchor bolt. Strength and restoring force characteristics of the column base very under the influence of an axial force. The central part of Hiroshima city is overcrowded. The mountains are been developed,new residential areas increase. Over 300000 commuters go to center from these arrears every day. This holds true of Kobe area in the north of Hiroshima-shi. There are many new houses,and a lot of trucks usually pass along the national road R54. For this reasons,Kobe area is chronic is congested. The Effect of Temperature on the Expansions of Concrete Caused by Alkali-Aggregate Reaction
application/pdfIn this paper,the effect of environmental temperature on alkali-aggregate silica reaction (ASR) of the concrete using reactive coarse aggregate is described. The sodium hydroxide NaOH of 8.16kg/? is added to the concrete in order to accelerate ASR. The expansions caused by ASR of the concrete are measured at environmental temperature of 80℃ hot water,60℃ and 40℃ underwater and fog room,and 20℃ underwater for 180 days. And,ASR repression effects by lithium nitrite under different temperatures are also examined. As a result of this study,in case of concrete exposed in water at 80℃,the expansion of concrete caused by ASR occurred at earliest time,and reaction velocity was highest,too,but the quantity of expansion in the long term was smaller than that in case of concrete in water or fog room at 60℃ and 40℃. In case of concrete exposed in water at 20℃,the expansion of concrete did not occur. 競争環境下での発電機起動停止計画に関する研究
application/pdf諸外国における電力市場自由化の動き,電力料金値下げに対する強い要望,また競争原理の導入による市場活性化に伴い,2000年に電気事業法の改正が行われ「電力小売の部分自由化」が認められた。この電力の小売自由化によって,新規業者が発電した電気を消費者に届けることができるようになった。既存の電力会社としては電力需要が逼迫している場合に電力のピークカットが期待できるが,自社の収入が減るデメリットがあった。また,各電気事業会社は発電のためのコストを低減して消費者に電気を供給するという目的で運用しており,その対策の一つに発電機の運転状態を決定する発電機起動停止計画問題がある。conference pape
Shaking Table Tests for Earthquake Response Characteristics of Steel Braced Structure
application/pdfStatic experiments on steel frames with non-compression braces have been carried out. The brace is employed as an earthquake resisting element, and therefore the function of the non-compression brace must be efficient in dynamic loading tests. Shaking table tests on the steel frame with the non-compression braces were conducted to clarify the function of the braces. The following conclusions were drawn from the experimental results. 1) In the case of steel framed structure with conrentional braces, the braces buckled. And the response magnification factor of acceleration after brace buckling was twice higher than befor buckling. 2) In the case of steel framed structure with non-compression braces, the braces did not buckle.
