１．目的 
新学習指導要領では家庭との連携により教育効
果を向上させることが示されているが、知的障害
のある児童生徒の家庭学習は家族への負担が大き
いことも指摘されている。児童生徒の実態に合っ
たアプリと使用しやすいコンテンツがあれば、学
校での教育活動と連動した家庭学習が促進され、
教育効果を高めることが可能になるのではないか
と考える。また新型コロナウイルス感染防止のた
め、休校中の小・中・高等学校では、コンテンツ
の作成や配信など取組みが始まっている。特別支
援学校においても休校を想定し、学習機会の保障
のため、家庭でできる学習方法の検討が求められ
ている。知的障害のある児童生徒に対応するコン
テンツの作成は急務である。附属特別支援学校に
おける知的障害のある児童生徒が活用しうるE-lea
rningの教材コンテンツ（以下、コンテンツ）を作
成し、その有効性と作成及び活用上の課題を検証
する。 
２．方法 
（１）児童生徒の実態に応じたコンテンツのニーズ
調査 
①調査対象：附属特別支援学校の保護者、児童生
徒、教員に回答を依頼した。 
②調査時期：2020 年 6 月から 7 月であった。
③調査方法：口頭での聞取り、アンケート調査を
実施した。 
（２）コンテンツ（動画）の作成
ニーズ調査の結果を踏まえて、動画を作成した。

①作成期間：2020 年 10 月から 11 月末であった。
②作成方法：附属特別支援学校で教育実習を行っ
た学生に、児童生徒の実態を踏まえ、合理的配慮を
取り入れた動画を作成するよう依頼した。
③コンテンツ作成の方針：ニーズ調査の結果を踏
まえ、教科等を合わせた指導のうち、「日常生活の
指導」、「生活単元学習」で活用可能なコンテンツ
を作成することとした。「日常生活の指導」関連で
は「歯磨き」、室内でできる「ストレッチ」、生活
単元学習関連では「ダンス」、小学部児童も楽しめ
る「音楽」を取り上げた。
（３）作成したコンテンツの評価及び課題に関する
調査 
①調査対象：附属特別支援学校の教員 27 名に回
答を依頼した。 
②調査時期：2021 年 7 月末から 8 月中旬であっ
た。 
③調査方法：Google フォームを用いた Web アン
ケートを実施した。
④得点化・分析方法：動画コンテンツの評価につ
いては「とても当てはまる」を７点、「全く当ては
まらない」を０点とする７件法で実施した。18 項
目の質問について、各項目の総点数を回答人数で除
し、平均点を算出した。併せて、自由記述による回
答を得た。
コンテンツ作成過程・活用に当たっての課題につ
いては、５つの質問について当てはまる項目を選択
（複数選択可）することに加え、自由記述による回
答を得た。
３．結果および考察 
（１）ニーズ調査
コンテンツ（動画）とアプリのそれぞれについて、
希望があった内容を示した。カッコ内の数字は回答
した人数である。

（２）コンテンツ（動画）作成
ニーズ調査の結果を踏まえ、以下の動画を作成し
た。
・歯磨き 2 本
・ストレッチ 2 本
・ダンス 1 本
・音楽 1 本
各動画の作成上の留意点は、以下の通りであった。 
＜歯磨き①イラストバージョン＞ 4 分 3 秒 
・歯ブラシを当てる箇所と当て方がわかるようにイ
ラストを並べた。
・音声での解説を小学部児童も読めるよう、平仮名
表記した。
・1 か所を磨く時間の目安がわかるよう、デジタル
タイマーを表示した。
＜歯磨き②実写バージョン＞ 3 分 30 秒 
・磨く箇所や歯ブラシの動かし方がわかるよう、模
型を用いた。
・磨く箇所の説明の漢字のルビを振った。
＜ストレッチ①＞ 9 分 36 秒
・正面と側面からの画像を同時に見られるようにし
た。
・ことばでの説明に加え、内容を文字で簡潔に示し
た。
・1 つのストレッチを行う時間がわかるよう、タイ
マーを同時に提示した。
＜ストレッチ②＞ 6 分 22 秒 
・ことばでの説明に加え、字幕を入れた。
＜ダンス＞ 2 分 35 秒
・ゆったりした動きを取り入れた。
・曲の繰り返し部分は同じ動作にし、障がいの重い
児童生徒も覚えやすいようにした。
・解説動画も作成し、ポイントがわかるようにした。
ポイントは 3 つに絞り込んだ。（3 分 26 秒） 
・ポイントとなるところに字幕を入れた。
＜音楽：ドレミの歌＞ 2 分 58 秒
・音の高さを体感的に理解できるよう、動作を付け
た。
・歌詞を字幕で示した。
・歌詞に出てくる言葉をイメージできるよう、イラ
ストを付けた。
・音階の〇に音階の言葉と関連する色を塗った。
（３）評価
①コンテンツ（動画）の評価
教員 14 名から回答を得た。回収率は 51.9％であ
った。見やすさに関する評価点を図 1 に、聞きやす
さに関する評価点を図 2 に、使用効果に関する評価
点を図 3 に示した。

聞きやすさに関する項目と、使用効果に関する項
目は、概ね高い評価を得た。使用効果については、
児童生徒が興味をもつかどうか、動画の長さ、目的
に合った内容が盛り込まれているかといった項目の
評価が特に高かった。
一方で、見やすさに関する項目は評価が分かれた。
スライドの色遣い、字幕の書体・文字色・位置につ
いては評価が高かったものの、教材の見やすさ、人
物の服装については評価が低く、特に服装について
は得点１も複数見られた。自由記述においても「手
元が見えない」「ポイントとなる部分が見えていな
い」「左右が逆」「情報量が多く、どこを見ていい
か分かりにくい」「不要な情報を消しておくと良い」
「注目したい部分を意識できる背景に（指導者の服
装も教材の一つ）」といった回答が得られた。以上
の結果から、動画で取り上げた内容については一定
の評価を得られたと見なすことができる。これは、
ニーズ調査を踏まえて目的を設定し内容を選定した
こと、加えて動画を作成した学生が教育実習を経験
していたために、児童生徒の興味・関心や実態を考
慮した内容を選定できたことが影響していると考え
られる。また、BGM の音量やスライドの色遣い、字
幕といった動画作成に必要な技術面についても高い
評価を得られている。しかし、動画の背景、登場人
物の服装、教材の提示方法といった「見せ方」に関
する項目については評価が低く、課題が多く見られ
る結果となった。児童生徒の視点からはどのように
見えているのか、必要な情報を目立たせるためにど
のような配慮が必要かといった点を意識することで、
より教育効果の高いコンテンツを作成することがで
きると考える。
②コンテンツ作成及び活用に向けた課題
教員 14 名から回答を得た。回収率は 51.9％であ
った。
コンテンツ作成過程での課題については、画面の
構成（85.7％：12 名）、児童生徒目線での撮影方法

（71.4％：10 名）、動画処理の方法（PC57.1％8 名：
タブレット 50％7 名）といった項目を選択した教員
が多かった。コンテンツ関連で受けてみたい研修内
容についても、字幕や BGM の付け方（57.1％：8 名）、
動画作成の基本（50％：7 名）といった項目が主に
選択された。一方で、「児童生徒のニーズがわかり
にくい」「興味・関心に応じた題材の活かし方がわ
からない」といった項目を選択した教員は少なかっ
た。これらの結果から、コンテンツに対するニーズ
や児童生徒の興味・関心については把握できている
ものの、コンテンツ作成に関する具体的な技術に不
安を感じている教員が多い傾向が伺える。
コンテンツの活用上の課題については、家庭学習
での活用方法を 78.6％、11 名の教員が選択してい
た。自由記述においても「家庭でも、学校と同じも
のが使えるとよい」「端末を使用する場合のルール
について学ぶ機会が必要」との意見が見られた。
コンテンツに対する考えについては、「児童生徒
の実態に合ったコンテンツがあったら使いたい
（78.6％：11 名）」「ライブラリーがあると良い
（64.3％：9 名）」「児童生徒の実態に合った使いや
すいアプリを知りたい（64.3％：9 名）」といった項
目が多く選択されていた。自由記述においても「必
要なものがすぐあると使いやすい」という意見が見
られた。さらに、「作り方を覚えて、自分で作って
みたい（50％：7 名）」という項目も半数の教員か
ら選択され、自由記述においても「作り方を覚えて
自分でやれることを増やしたい」という意見が見ら
れた。これらのことから、既にあるコンテンツを活
用することに加え、自分でコンテンツを作成し、児
童生徒の実態に合った教材を活用したいという希望
が伺える。
４．まとめ 
 本研究においては、生徒・保護者・教員のニーズ
を調査し、それに応じた動画コンテンツを作成して、
実際に活用した上での評価を実施した。また、併せ
てコンテンツ作成及び活用に向けた課題に関する調
査も行った。 
ニーズ調査を踏まえ、実際に教育実習で児童生徒
と接した学生がコンテンツを作成することで、児童
生徒の実態や興味・関心に応じた教材を作成するこ
とができた。使用効果に関する教員の評価の高さか
ら、本研究で作成したコンテンツの有効性が示され
たと考えられる。 
 学生が作成するコンテンツでは、技術面は高い評
価を得られたが、「見せ方」に関して課題が残った。
一方、教員の意識調査からは、具体的な技術につい
て不安が伺える。本研究を通して、効果的なコンテ
ンツを作成するためには、①ニーズの把握 ②児童
生徒の実態の把握 ③児童生徒の興味・関心に応じ
た内容設定 ④コンテンツ作成に関する具体的な技
術 ⑤「見せ方」の工夫 が必要であることが明ら
かとなった。教員がコンテンツを作成するに当たっ
ては、①②③⑤については大きな問題がないと考え
られる。そのため、④の具体的な技術に関する研修
の機会を設定し教員の不安を解消することで、より
児童生徒の実態に即した有効性の高いコンテンツの
作成が可能となるのではないだろうか。 
 今後の課題としては、家庭学習での活用方法の工
夫が挙げられる。学習機会の保障という観点からも、
端末の活用やコンテンツの利用を通した家庭との連
携の在り方については、より詳細な検討が必要とさ
れると考える。

Dissertation Summary 
 Ur1 (Undulate rachis-1) is an incompletely dominant gene on chromosome 6 in rice, 
being characterized by undulation of primary and secondary rachis branches (Nagao et 
al., 1958). In addition, primary branches of panicles in the Ur1/Ur1 genotype are more 
open at maturity than the ordinary (Murai et al., 2002). Ur1 increases number of 
secondly branches per single primary branch, number of spikelets per single secondly 
branch and number of primary branches per panicle, but decreases number of spikelets 
directly set on the upper part of each primary branch (Murai and Iizawa, 1994; Murai et 
al., 2014). As the result, the Ur1/Ur1 and Ur1/+ genotypes have more spikelets per 
panicle than the +/+ genotype. Ur1 involves little effects on producing panicles per hill. 
Accordingly, Ur1 enlarges sink size. However, Ur1 decreases ripened-grain percentage 
and 1000-grain weight. Murai et al., (2005 b) reported that Ur1/Ur1 significantly 
increased yield on several genetic backgrounds with early to late maturities in southern 
Japan, because of no or little decreases in panicle number per hill, although significant 
decreases in ripened-grain percentage was noticed on some of the genetic backgrounds 
(Murai et al.,2005 b). Murai et al., (2005 a) reported that one of the recombinant inbred 
lines originating from the F1 between ‘Nishihikari’ and an isogenic line of Taichung 65 
carrying both Ur1 and sd1-d (dee-geo woo-gen dwarf), viz. Murai 79 possessed 
extremely lateness and a higher yielding ability than ordinary Japanese japonica 
varieties.  
    Murai 79 denoted by “79”, and three other Ur1-carrying japonica inbred lines were 
developed from the same F1 hybrid mentioned above which possess various heading 
times from extremely late to middle in southern Japan. In addition, an early-heading 
Ur1-carrying inbred-line “J3” was developed from the F1 hybrid of ‘Koshihikari’ × 79 by 
pedigree method.  
  “79” is one of the recombinant inbred lines (RILs) developed from the F1 between 
‘Nishihikari’ and an isogenic line of Taichung 65 carrying both Ur1 and sd1-d 
(dee-geo-woo-gen dwarf). 79 can be regarded as extremely late in heading time, which 
was later in 80%-heading by 16.5 days in average than a check variety Hinohikari in 
（様式５）(Style5)

the six experimental years (Table 12, and data in 2004, 2005 and 2011). In the present 
study, the generations of 79 were F14 and later. 
     “53” (Malangen et al., 2013) and “47” are two other well-ripened RILs carrying Ur1, 
which were intermediate in 80%-heading between Koshihikari and Hinohikari (Table 12 
and Table 14), and can be regarded as the middle and rather early, and the just middle, 
respectively, in heading in Kochi prefecture. The generation of 47 was F13 in 2010 and 
2011. Generations of 53 in the three experimental years were F13 or later. 
     “7E” is a sister line of 79 originating from another F3 plant from the same F2 plant 
as that of 79. From the F3 generation, selections for earliness, low amylose content, 
higher panicle weight per plant (yield) and better appearance of brown rice were 
performed on the basis of plant and/or progeny line. 7E was 9 days later in 80% 
heading than Hinohikari, and 5 days earlier than 79 in 2010 (Table 12 and Table 14). 
Accordingly, it can be regarded as the late heading in Kochi prefecture as well as 
southern Japan. The generation of 7E was F11 in 2010. 
    “J3” is an early-heading Ur1-carrying line developed from the F1 hybrid of 
Koshihikari × 79 by pedigree method. J3 was almost the same as Koshihikari in 
80%-heading date (Table 12 and Table 14). Its generations used were F9 and F10.  
    Five and eight of all lines-varieties were grown using various fertilizer levels in a 
paddy field at Kochi University in two years, and eight of them at one fertilizer level in 
another year, and yield and its related traits were measured. 
   ‘Hinohikari’ (abbreviated as “Hi”) is a representative variety for normal season 
cropping in southern Japan, possessing high eating-quality, low amylose content, and a 
rather long culm (Yagi et al., 1990; The Miyazaki Breeding Group, 2005). Its maturity is 
classified as the middle in Kyushu District, and as the middle and rather late in Kochi 
prefecture (Agricultural Production Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and 
Fisheries, Japan, 1997; Table 12). 
    ‘Koshihikari’ (“Kos”) is a representative high eating-quality variety in Japan, but is 
long-culmed and readily lodged (Agricultural Production Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture, 
Forestry and Fisheries, Japan, 1997). It is cultivated almost over Japan except the 
northern part of Northeast Japan, Hokkaido prefecture and Okinawa prefecture, and 
occupied 33.9% of the total rice area of Japan in 2019 (Rice Stable Supply Support 
Organization, 2020). Its maturity is classified as the early and rather late in Kochi 
prefecture (Agricultural Production Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and 
Fisheries, Japan, 1997; Table 12) 
     ‘Nishihikari’ (“Ni”) is a short-culmed variety possessing the highest lodging 
resistance in Kyushu District (Nishiyama, 1982; Agricultural Production Bureau, Ministry 
of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Japan; 1997). Its maturity is classified as the 
middle and rather late in Kyushu District, and as late in Kochi prefecture (ditto; Table 
12). Its eating quality is the middle and rather high (Nishiyama, 1982).  
        ‘Nipponbare’ (“Nip”) had been the first leading variety from 1970 to 1978 in 
Japan (The Committee for Researching Rice Distribution, 1991). At present, its 
cultivated area is restrictive, due to its eating quality lower than that of Kos (Yamamoto

and Ogawa, 1992). Its maturity is classified as the middle and rather early in 
Tokushima prefecture, a neighboring prefecture of Kochi prefecture (Agricultural 
Production Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Japan; 1997; Table 
12). 
 
     Results of the yield test at the three fertilizer levels (N16, N8 and N4: 16, 8 
and 4 g/m2 in the total amount of nitrogen applied) in 2003 are described below. 
Regarding yield (brown rice grains with the thickness above 1.7 mm, g/m2), the 
lines-varieties were in the order Ta  79 (673) > 53 (612) > Ni (554) > Hi (451) at N16 
(“>” indicates statistically significant difference at the 5% level); 79 (626) > 53 (549) > 
Ni (478) > Hi (379) at N8; 79 (553) > 53 (481) > Ni (442) > Hi (326) at N4, in which 
Ta was not grown at N8 and N4. As for spikelet number per panicle, the five

lines-varieties were in the order Ta (203.6) > 53 (107.4) >79 (103.8) > Hi (83.6) ≥ Ni 
(80.6) at N16, where “≥” indicates that the former is higher than the latter but being 
not significant statistically. 53 and 79 were higher than Ni and Hi, which was principally 
due to the effect of Ur1. Similar results for the four lines-varieties except Ta were 
obtained in N8 and N4. Positive response to fertilizer level was noticed in each of 53, Ni 
and Hi, whereas significant differences were not noticed among the three fertilizer levels 
in 79. Regarding panicle number per m2, Ta was noticeably lower than the other four 
lines-varieties at N16. The percentages of 53, 79 and Ni to Hi were between 97% of 53 
at N16 and 111% of Ni at N4, suggesting that the varietal differences among the four 
varieties-lines in this trait were lower than those in spikelet number per panicle. Positive 
fertilizer response was noticed in each of the four lines-varieties. In 1000-grain weight, 
Ni was highest among the five lines-varieties at N16. Differences among the other four 
lines-variety were not significant or significant but low. Differences among the three 
fertilizer levels in each of 53 and 79 were not significant, and those were not significant 
or significant but low in each of Ni and Hi. Regarding ripened-grain percentage, the 
lines-varieties were in the order Ni ≥ 79 ≥ 53 > Ta > Hi at N16: significant differences 
were not noticed among the former three variety-lines, and Hi was the lowest. Similarly, 
significant differences were not noticed among Ni, 79 and 53, and Hi was the lowest at 
each of N8 and N4. Differences among the three fertilizer levels were not significant or 
significant but low in each of the four lines-varieties. As for fertilized-spikelet percentage, 
Hi was the lowest, and the other four lines-varieties were not significantly different from 
each other at N16. In each of the four lines-varieties, significant differences were not 
noticed among the three fertilizer levels. In percentage of ripened grains to fertilized 
spikelets, 53, Ni and 79 were significantly higher than Ta and Hi. Significant differences 
among the three fertilizer levels were not noticed in each of the three lines-variety 
except Hi. Regarding spikelet number per m2 as well as sink size, the five lines-varieties 
were in the order Ta > 79 > 53 > Ni ≥ Hi. Ta was the highest; and 79 and 53 were 
higher than Ni and Hi in each of N8 and N4. Positive fertilizer response was noticed in 
each of four lines-varieties in each of the two traits. 
Results of the yield test at the two fertilizer levels (N21 and N12) in 2005 are 
described below. Regarding yield (g/m2), the five lines-varieties were in the order Ta 
(843) > 79 (728) ≥ 53 (723) ≥ Ni (695) > Hi (558) at N21; and Ta (767) > 79 (662) > 
53 (626) > Ni (572) > Hi (507) at N12. Ta was the highest, followed by 79 and 53. The 
highest increase from N12 to N21 was 123 g/m2 in Ni, while increases were 51 to 97 
g/m2 in the other four lines-varieties, suggesting the high fertilizer responsiveness of Ni. 
Spikelet number per panicle was in the order Ta (159.6) > 79 (132.7) > 53 (116.0) > 
Hi (94.5) ≥ Ni (90.5) at N21; and Ta (145.1) > 79 (123.8) > 53 (111.2) > Hi (92.1) > 
Ni (85.2) at N12. Ta and the two Ur1-carrying lines were higher than the two varieties. 
Positive fertilizer responses were noticed in the lines-varieties; particularly, those were

statistically significant in 79 and Ta in this trait. Panicle number per m2 was in the order 
Ni ≥ Hi ≥ 53 ≥ 79 > Ta (Ni > 53, and Hi > 79) at N21, and Ni≥ Hi ≥ 79 ≥ 53 > Ta (Ni 
> 79, and Hi >53) at N12. Ta was the lowest at N21 and N12, while the percentages of 
the other three lines-variety to Hi were between 92% of 53 at N12 to 104% of Ni at 
N21, suggesting that the varietal differences among the four varieties-lines except Ta in 
this trait were lower than those in spikelet number per panicle. Significant positive 
fertilizer response was noticed in each of the four lines-varieties except Ta. The 
1000-grain weight was in the order Ni > Ta > 53 > Hi > 79 at N21. The lines-varieties 
were in a similar order at N12. Significant fertilizer responses were not noticed in the 
five lines-varieties. The ripened grain percentage was in the order Ta (89.9) ≥ 53 (88.9) 
> Ni (85.5) ≥ 79 (84.9) > Hi (81.3) at N12. In this trait, significant decreases from N12 
to N21 were noticed in 53 and 79; no significant fertilizer responses in both Ta and Hi; 
however, significant increase in Ni. As the result, Hi at both N12 and N21, and 79 at 
N21 were low in this trait; because both fertilized-spikelet percentages and percentages 
of ripened grains to fertilized spikelets were low in the three cases of the two lines. The 
order in spikelet number per m2 was 79 > Ta > 53 > Hi ≥ Ni at N21. The lines-varieties 
were in a similar order N12. Sink size was in the order Ta > 79 > 53 > Ni > Hi at N21. 
The lines-varieties were in a similar order N12. Significant positive fertilizer response 
was noticed in each of the five lines-varieties in the two traits. Correlation coefficient 
between yield and spikelet number per m2, and that between yield and sink size are 
0.815 and 0.956 respectively, and are significant at the 1% level, indicating that 
correlation with yield was higher in the later trait than in the former trait.  
In 2010, the five Ur1-carrying lines had yields significantly higher than those of the 
three varieties examined, which corresponded to 130 to 136% of that of Hi. J3 was 
38% higher than Kos in this trait. The order in the three varieties was Ni > Hi ≥ Kos. 
Correlation coefficient between this trait and total brown-rice yield was significant at the 
1% level (0.999). In spikelet number per panicle, the five Ur1-carrying lines were 
significantly higher than the three varieties; they were 121 to 130% of that of Hi, and 
J3 was 24% higher than Kos. The order in the three varieties was Hi ≥ Kos > Ni. 
Correlation coefficient between this trait and yield was significant at the 5% level 
(0.887). In panicle number per m2, the lines-varieties were in the order Ni (330) ≥ 47 
(329) ≥ J3 (316) ≥ 7E (311) ≥ 79 (309) ≥ Hi (308) > 53 (279) ≥ Kos (267). The five 
Ur1-carrying lines were not significantly different with the three varieties in this trait, 
according to t-test. The 1000-grain weight was in the order Ni ≥ 7E ≥ Kos > 79 ≥ 53 ≥ 
Hi ≥ J3 ≥ 47 (53 > J3, and Hi > 47). The lines-varieties can be classified into two 
groups: the three varieties-line with 1000-grain weights higher than 21.4 g and the five 
lines-variety with 1000-grain weights lower than 21.3 g. 7E belongs to the former group, 
suggesting that Ur1-carrying varieties with higher single-grain weights can be 
developed. Ripened-grain percentage was in the order J3 ≥ 53 ≥ Kos ≥ Ni ≥ 79 ≥ 47 ≥

7E ≥ Hi (53 > 79, and Ni > 47). Hi, 7E and 47 were the lowest, resulting from both 
their lower fertilized-spikelet percentages (90.4 to 92.5%) and their lower percentages 
of ripened grains to fertilized spikelets (91.0 to 94.2%). On the other hand, J3, 53 and 
Kos had ripened-grain percentages higher than 90.0%, resulting from both their higher 
fertilized-spikelet percentages (94.6 to 96.2%) and their higher percentages of ripened 
grains to fertilized spikelets (95.2 to 97.5%). However, correlation coefficient between 
this trait and yield is low (0.112). Spikelet number per m2 was in the order 47 > 79 ≥ 
J3 ≥ 7E ≥ 53 > Hi ≥ Ni > Kos. Sink size was in the order 7E ≥ 47  ≥ 79 ≥ J3 ≥ 53 > 
Ni ≥ Hi ≥ Kos (79 > 53, and Ni > Kos). The five Ur1-carrying lines were 18 to 39% and 
19 to 34%, respectively, higher than Hi in the former and latter traits. Kos was the 
lowest in the two traits. Correlation coefficient between yield and spikelet number per 
m2, and that between yield and sink size are 0.929 and 0.958, respectively, and are 
significant at the 1% level. 
In order to evaluate the eating quality of the five Ur1-carrying lines, sensory 
eating-quality tests for cooked rice were performed for the five lines and the two check 
varieties Hi and Kos, which involved the six test items, viz. taste, stickiness, hardness, 
flavor, external appearance and overall evaluation. According to Kurasawa et al. (1972), 
Inatsu (1988), Azuma et al. (1994), Okadome et al. (1999), and Cui et al. (2000), 
amylose content was positively correlated with hardness, but was negatively correlated 
with stickiness and overall evaluation in sensory eating-quality tests, in which various 
Japanese varieties were used; protein content was positively correlated with hardness, 
but was negatively correlated with stickiness and overall evaluation. However, the 
correlations, mentioned above, seem to have not been high. Azuma et al. (1994) 
reported low and non-significant correlations between amylose content and overall 
evaluation in the varieties possessing various eating qualities. Hence, factors other than 
amylose content and protein content may affect eating quality. We measured the 
contents of these substances in milled rice of the five Ur1-carrying lines, and Hinohikari 
and three other varieties. 
     TOYO RICE CORPORATION devised and manufactures an apparatus (containing 
some versions) which indicates a degree of rice taste named “Mido” by measuring the 
thickness of the water retention membrane on the surface of partially cooked rice 
(personal communication from the above corporation). According to Azuma et al. 
(1994) and Sato et al. (2003), mido values were positively correlated with overall 
evaluation of sensory eating-quality test among Japanese varieties. 
    According to sensory eating-quality test, 79 was less sticky and higher in hardness 
than Hi, which may be due to its high amylose content in milled rice. Its overall 
evaluation and taste were not significantly different from those of Hi. 79 had higher 
values of mido, which may cause its high eating-quality despite its high amylose 
content. Additionally, 79 has an advantage to lessen the high-temperature damage for 
brown-rice appearance, because the temperatures during its maturing were lower than

those of middle heading Hi in the experimental years. Late-heading and middle-heading 
lines, 7E and 47 were not significantly different from Hi regarding overall evaluation, 
taste, stickiness, hardness and flavor in 2010. J3 was not significantly different from 
either Hi or Kos in overall evaluation and taste, and was lower in hardness than Kos. 
Regarding amylose content, J3, Hi and Kos were similar to one another, while 47 was 
lower than Hi. On the other hand, 53 was lower than Hi in overall evaluation and flavor.  
    Mido values of the five lines-varieties were in the order Kos > 79 ≥ Hi > 53 > Ni in 
2004, and four were in the order Hi > Ni > 79 > 53 in 2005; and Hi ≥ 79 in 2018. 
    79 was higher in amylose content by 2.3 to 6.2% than Hi in the three experimental 
years. In each of 79 and Hi, the amylose content in 2010 was higher than those in 
2009 and 2018, although the order between 79 and Hi was constant in the three 
experimental years. Six and eight of all of the five Ur1-carrying lines and four ordinary 
varieties were in the order 79 ≥ Ni ≥ Nip > Hi ≥ Kos > J3 (79 > Nip) in 2009, and were 
in the order 79 > 7E ≥ 53 ≥ Ni > J3 > Kos ≥ Hi > 47 (7E > Ni) in 2010, respectively. 
    Regarding protein content, six and eight, all of the nine lines-varieties were in the 
order J3 > Kos ≥ Nip = Ni ≥ 79 = Hi in 2009, and Ni > J3 ≥ 79 = 47 = Kos > 7E ≥ 53 
≥ Hi (7E > Hi) in 2010, respectively. 
    Consequently, 79, 7E, 47 and J3 with various maturities from extremely late, late, 
middle and early, respectively, could be candidates for high-yielding and high 
eating-quality varieties and/or mid-mother lines to develop new varieties.

学位論文要旨 
 
 実臨床の場で心肺運動負荷試験（cardiopulmonary exercise testing、CPX）は心不全患者の
運動耐容能を評価する手法として広く用いられている。CPX から求められる最高酸素摂取量（peak 
oxygen uptake, peak VO2）は最大運動時における運動耐容能の客観的指標であり、心不全患者の
予後予測因子である。特に peak VO2 14 mL/kg/min 未満の心不全患者は心臓移植や左室補助人工
心臓などの高度な介入を必要とすることが多く、peak VO2 14 mL/kg/min 未満は心臓移植基準の 1
つに含まれている。ただし、実際は運動負荷量が不十分な為に peak VO2を正確に測定できない症
例が存在する。従って、運動不耐性のある重症心不全患者においても peak VO2を推定できる別の
指標を特定することは臨床上有益である。近年、心臓移植や心臓死と右室機能障害の関連が報
告されている。Motoki らは、死亡率、心臓移植および心不全入院のイベントを認めた心不全患
者では心エコー図法で求めた三尖弁輪収縮速度（right ventricular systolic velocity、RV s’ 
velocity）や右室ストレインのような右室収縮機能指標が低下していることを報告した。また、
Guazzi らは心エコー図法で求めた三尖弁輪収縮期移動距離（tricuspid annular plane systolic 
excursion、TAPSE）と推定肺動脈収縮期圧（pulmonary artery systolic pressure、PASP）の
比は右室収縮性と右室－肺動脈カップリングを評価する指標であることを報告した。CPX の代
わりとして、運動負荷心エコー図検査（exercise stress echocardiography、ESE）は運動耐容
能を評価することができるが、最大運動負荷量まで運動強度を加えることは運動不耐性の心不
全患者にとっては困難である。そこで、我々は低負荷 ESE を用いて心不全患者の運動耐容能を 
推定できると仮説を立て、peak VO2と低負荷 ESE 時の右室収縮予備能の関連を評価し、心不全
患者における運動不耐性（peak VO2 14 mL/kg/min 未満）に対する低負荷運動時の右室収縮予備
能の影響を検証した。 
  この研究は愛媛大学医学部附属病院で行われた前向き単施設横断研究であり、愛媛大学医
学部附属病院の倫理委員会によって承認されている。 
 2018 年 5 月から 2020 年 1 月の間に愛媛大学医学部附属病院に心不全で入院し、CPX と ESE
を施行し得た連続 67 例を対象とした。CPX は、エルゴメーター装置を用いて座位による直線的
漸増負荷法で行った。CPX 中に測定された酸素摂取量の最大値を peak VO2と定義し、peak VO2 14

mL/kg/min 未満を運動耐容能低下群（26 例）、14 mL/kg/min 以上を運動耐容能保持群（41 例）
に分けて比較した。 
ESE は、エルゴメーターを用いて半仰臥位-左側臥位による多段階負荷法（3 分間毎に 25W ずつ
増加）で行った。本研究において低運動負荷量を初回負荷量である 25W と定義した。運動負荷時
の RV s’ velocity、TAPSE、右室ストレインの増加量を右室収縮予備能の指標と定義し、さらに
と PASP と右室収縮能の指標（RV s’ velocity または TAPSE）の関係から右室－肺動脈カップリ
ングを評価した。 
  全症例において有害事象の出現なく低負荷 ESE を完遂できた。運動耐容能保持群と比較し
て運動耐容能低下群では安静時の TAPSE や右室ストレイン、低負荷時の RV s’ velocity、TAPSE、
右室ストレインは有意に低下していた。低負荷時の RV s’ velocity の変化量は peak VO2と最
も強い相関を認めた（r = 0.787; P < 0.001）。運動耐容能低下群を予測する ROC 曲線解析で
低負荷時の RVC s’ velocity の変化量の曲線下面積は 0.95 であり、カットオフ値を 0.68 cm/s
とすると感度 92.3%、特異度 85.4%、正確度 89.6%と予測精度が最も高かった。運動耐容能低
下群では安静時から低負荷時の PASP の上昇は大で、同時に RV s’ velocity または TAPSE の変
化は乏しかった。すなわち運動耐容能低下群では右室－肺動脈アンカップリングを認めた。 
  以上の結果から低負荷 ESE 中の RV s’ velocity の変化量は、peak VO2と有意に相関し心
不全患者の運動耐容能を規定する強力な予測因子であった。高リスク心不全患者を特定するた
めに後負荷の増加に対する右室収縮予備能を評価することは臨床的に有用であることが示唆さ

(Dissertation Title)   Synthesis of Functional Azacoronenes and Investigation of Their Fundamental 
Properties 
 ベンゼンに対してピロールを６つ縮環したヘキサピロロヘキサアザコロネン
（HPHAC）は、含窒素多環芳香族炭化水素（PAH）の一つであり、ベンゼンのみ
で構成されたヘキサベンゾコロネン（HBC）と類似した構造体である。HPHACは、
HBCと異なり、多段階の酸化還元特性、酸化状態での近赤外吸収特性、ジカチオン
状態での環状共役に基づくグローバル芳香属性を示すことが報告されている。これ
らの特性から有機半導体や機能性色素として応用が期待できる。しかしながら、２
００７年にHPHACの単離と基礎物性が報告されて以降、依然として研究例は限られ
ている。そのため、構造－物性相関の知見が乏しく、またこれまでのHPHACはその
類縁体も含めて、分子間相互作用に基づくπ電子機能の調査が未開拓であった。  
このような背景のもと、著者は「機能性アザコロネン類の合成と基礎物性調査」
を博士後期課程における研究課題と定め、以下に示す研究内容を行った。まず初め
に周辺部にπ拡張されたHPHAC誘導体を合成し、その構造－物性相関を明らかにし
た。周辺部へπ拡張することによって曲面構造が構築でき、中性及び酸化状態でπ
拡張していないHPHACに比べて有意な長波長化が観測された。また、曲面構造を反
映したフラーレン（C60）との会合挙動を明らかにした。曲面構造が柔軟に構築でき
ることから、今後更なるπ拡張も可能であることが予測される。  
次に著者は、分子間相互作用の誘発を目的としたHPHACの合成に挑戦した。具体
的には3,4-ジエチルピロールの代わりに無置換ピロールを１つ、２つ導入した
HPHAC誘導体とその酸化種を合成し、単結晶X線構造解析によって中性種はJ会合型
のスリップしたカラムナー構造を、ラジカルカチオン種は二分子間でπ-π相互作用
したπダイマーを形成することを明らかにした。πダイマー形成能を種々の測定を
用いて調査した。また酸化剤の等量を制御することで2種類の混合原子価錯体を得る
ことに成功した。  
無置換ピロールを用いたHPHAC類縁体の合成法を確立したため、デカエチル
HPHACを用いてHPHAC骨格の反応性を調査した。亜硝酸銀と亜硝酸アミルを用い
ることで、それぞれモノニトロ、ジニトロ置換されたHPHACの合成に成功した。
DFT計算によって得られた分子軌道図と吸収スペクトルから分子内電荷移動（ICT）
性が示唆された。吸収スペクトルでは近赤外領域にまで吸収を示し、ジニトロ体は
非常にブロードした吸収帯を持つことから、溶液・固体状態で黒色を示した。また、
電子吸引性基を導入したにもかかわらず、化学酸化でジカチオン種を容易に合成す
ることができた。次にグローバル芳香属性を調査したところ、ニトロ基による環状
共役の阻害によって芳香属性が減少することが示唆された。  
一方で著者はピロールの代わりに1つアズレンを導入したアズレン縮環アザコロ
ネンを合成し、その基礎物性を明らかにした。アズレンの5員環部分はピロールの炭
素類縁体として扱うことができ、HPHACと類似した酸化還元特性およびグローバル
芳香属性を示すことを明らかにした。その際にHPHACとは異なり、カチオンがアザ
コロネン骨格だけではなく、アズレンの７員環部分にまで非局在化することによっ
て高酸化状態の低電位シフトが電気化学測定で観測された。さらなるアズレンの導
入によって、化学酸化でラジカルトリカチオン種やテトラカチオン種まで単離する
ことができ、その基礎物性を評価することで有機電池などへの応用が期待できる。  
以上、本論文では周辺部に対してπ拡張や官能基を導入することでHPHACの電子
状態に変化を与え、周辺部の立体効果を制御することでπ電子が関与した分子間相
互作用を誘発させることに成功した。また、ピロールの代わりにアズレンを導入し
たアザコロネン類の基礎物性を明らかにした。これらを通してアザコロン類の新た
な機能性を見出した。
