 はじめに
Rey-Osterrieth 複雑図形（ROCF）は，脳損傷患者の
視空間知覚・構成機能と非言語性視覚記憶を測定するた
めに，スイスの Rey（１９４１）によって開発された。それ
を標準化検査として整備したのはベルギーの Osterrieth
（１９４４）である。以来５０年以上が経過したが，現在では
世界中で最も頻繁に使用される神経心理学テストの一つ
になっている（Lezak, Howieson, & Loring, ２００４；
Strauss, Sherman, & Spreen,２００６）。
この検査は，３４本の線分と内部に３つの点を持つ円か
ら成る無意味で複雑な図形（図１）を，被検者ペースで
模写させる模写課題と，それを一定の時間（最も一般的
なのは３分）が経過した後で想い出して描かせる再生テ
ストから構成される。
採点の方法は模写課題，再生テストとも１８の採点部位
について２点満点（正確な形で正確な位置に描かれてい
れば２点，正確な形で不正確な位置に描かれていれば１
点，不正確な形で正確な位置に描かれていれば１点，形
も位置も不正確でも描かれていると認められれば０．５点，
描かれていなければ０点）で評価する３６点法が一般的で
ある。
この１８の採点部位はあくまでも便宜的なもので，同じ
難易度が保障されているわけではないが，その中でどこ
が再生されやすく，また再生され難いかについての検討
は，あまり行われていない。
今回われわれは，これまでに健常大学生に実施してき
た ROCF のデータを再分析して，採点部位毎の難易度
を検討した。
 方 法
対象
われわれがこれまで，ROCF について大学生を対象に
行ってきた５つの研究（Yamashita，２００６；山下，２００７a；
２００７b；２００７c；八杉・山下，２００８）のデータの中から，
以下の３条件に合致する男女各３５名のデータを無作為に
抽出した。その条件とは，（１）通常の模写（後で再生
テストを行うという予告なし），と３分後の再生テスト
という実施手続きで ROCF を実施したもの，（２）HN
式利き手検査（八田・中塚，１９７５）で右利きと判定さ

れ，かつ右手で描かれたもの，（３）模写の得点が３６点
満点であったもの，である。
それらの研究では，すべて３６点法によって２名の評価
者によって独立して採点されているが，いずれの研究で
も十分な一致度が確認されたため，１名の採点がデータ
処理に使用されている。今回もそのデータをそのまま使
用した。
抽出された対象者の平均年齢は２０．８±１．５歳（女性
２０．８±１．５歳，男性２０．７±１．５歳）であった。t 検定を行
ったが有意差は認められなかった（t（６８）＜１）。
手続き
この７０名の３分後の再生の成績について，１８の採点部
位毎に平均得点と，得点分布を求めた。
 結 果
全７０名の平均再生得点は２７．２９±４．０７（女子２７．７６±
３．６９，男子２６．８１±４．２２）であった。男女間で t 検定を
行ったが，有意差は認められなかった（t（６８）＜１）。そ
こで以下の分析は全て男女込みで行った。
採点部位別の平均得点と標準偏差，および得点分布を
表１に示す。
 考 察
表１に示されているように，Rey-Osterrieth 複雑図形
の再生の難易度が採点部位によって異なることが確認さ
れた。
また，平均得点と得点分布を対照することで，エラー
のパターンについてもある程度分析が可能である。１８の
採点部位の中で最も再生が容易なのは２．の「大きい長
方形」であった。ここが２点満点でなかったのは２名の
みであり，いずれも長方形が正方形に変形していた。こ
の図形の全体像は２．の「大きい長方形」なしでは成立
しえず，満点でなかった被検者を含め全員が用紙の中央
部に四角形を描いていた。
また，１３．「２の右側に接した三角形」や，３．「２の
内部の対角線」，４．「２の内部の水平線」，５．「２の内
部の垂直線」等も再生が容易であり，それらがこの図形
の基本的な構造であると考えられる。
他に比べて，成績が極端に低かったのが１０．「２の内
部，９の下側の短い縦線」である。この部分に関しては
得点分布をみても，全く再生されないというエラーが多
い。それに対して同じ２．「大きい長方形」の内部の短
い一本の線でも，７．「６の上部の短い横線」の成績は
それ程極端ではない。
また，中心になる図形の周辺部の構造の中では，１．
「長方形の外側，左上の十字」，１７．「２の下方，５に接
する十字」の２つの十字形は，まったく再生されないと
いうエラーは比較的少ないが，不正確な再生が目立つ。
十字の先端が欠けていたり，十字そのものは描かれてい
ても接続の形や場所に関するエラーが非常に多い。

このような難易度の差が生じる理由については，今回
データのみで十分な検討を行うのは難しい。しかし，こ
れらの部位別の得点傾向は，脳損傷患者や発達障害児・
者の臨床データを解釈する上での重要に情報になると思
われる。

Abstract: Xfy is software for authoring compound XML documents in a WYSIWYG environment. It has exten-
sible architecture with plugin or XML Vocabulary Connection Descriptor (XVCD). In this research, an automatic
generation for mathematical web services clients with xfy will be considered. We will show it can be effectively
implemented by plugin and XVCD.
Key words: web service, computer algebra system, problem solving environments, xfy, XML.

Learning effect of neuron-type composite conducting polymer network

Neuron-like conducting polymers have been prepared electrochemically. They consist of two parts; disc(cell) 
and dendrite part. Those conducting polymer can be connected each other and thus the network of neuron-like 
conducting polymer is fabricated. If the conductivity of the path in the network can be controlled by the signal 
through the path and the connected part has non-linear character, the network works as neural network or neuron 
device. 
In this paper, the method that the signal changes the conductivity is considered. Two-step writing method has 
been investigated; writing and fixing. The uni-polar alternating signal is used as writing signal which is applied 
to the conducting polymer path/film under liquid-doped state. Dropping of poor solvent of ethanol is used as 
fixing process. As a single conducting polymer film (poly(3-alkylthiopene) was unstable on writing operation, a    
composite conducting polymer(poly(3-alkylthiopene) was used. The conductivity was still high under/in ethanol. 
Simple networks of H-type and Y-type conducting polymer have been investigated as simple memory device. 
Both network worked as memory, i.e. The conductivity at the path through which the writing/supervisor signal 
flowed is higher than the path with no signal. The results suggest that the neuron-like conducting polymer with 
multi-layer works as memory or neuron device.
