Gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel as second-line chemotherapy following FOLFIRINOX in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer : A single-institution, retrospective analysis
Get PDF香川大学Kagawa University博士（医学）Introduction: Patients with advanced pancreatic cancer have a poor prognosis. FOLFIRINOX (FFX) and gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel (GnP) have been established as first-line treatment, but they have not been confirmed as second-line treatment after FFX. The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of GnP as second-line therapy after FFX in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer.Methods: Twenty-five patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer were enrolled. The patients were treated with GnP after FFX between September 2015 and September 2019. Tumor response, progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and incidence of adverse events were evaluated.Results: The response rate, disease control rate, median PFS, and median OS were 12%, 96%, 5.3 months, and 15.6 months, respectively. The common grade 3 or 4 adverse events were neutropenia (76%) and anemia (16%).Conclusions: GnP after FOLFIRINOX is expected to be one of the second-line recommendations for patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer.doctoral thesi

Get PDF障害の重度化・重複化、多様化が著しい肢体不自由児・者のうち、日常より介助を必要とする者（以下、要介助者）の進路選択には制限が生じる傾向にある。この背景を探るため、肢体不自由児を教育する特別支援学校高等部（以下、肢体不自由校）卒業生206名（内、要介助者67名）の進路実績を確認した。要介助者は、社会福祉施設等での就労支援や生産活動（以下、福祉的就労）と進学が多く、公的機関・企業等での勤務や自営（以下、一般就労）では、従事業種の偏りが確認された。肢体不自由児・者は介助の有無が進路選択の障壁といえる。合理的配慮の促進や障害福祉サービスの拡充とともに、自己の障害理解に係る指導方法の構築が望まれる。departmental bulletin pape
