TECNOLOGIA DE ANÁLISE DE IMAGENS APLICADA À GESTÃO DE RESÍDUOS DE CONSTRUÇÃO E DEMOLIÇÃO: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOGRÁFICA: IMAGE ANALYSIS TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE: A BIBLIOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS
Get PDFA construção civil é um importante setor da economia brasileira. Ao passo que este setor cresce, surgem também problemas relacionados aos seus processos que ainda são considerados carentes de inovação. Diante disso, tecnologias que promovam a eficiência de seus processos são elementos imprescindíveis na busca por ações mais sustentáveis. Assim, este artigo busca fazer um levantamento do uso de tecnologia de análise de imagens na gestão de resíduos de construção e demolição. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica a fim de se identificarem as principais aplicações da referida tecnologia, bem como avaliar a importância da técnica na gestão de resíduos. Os resultados mostram a aplicação desta técnica na caracterização morfológica de partículas, na quantificação da geração de RCD, em avaliação de fraturas e fissuras de estruturas, onde foram empregados agregados reciclados e também na separação automática de resíduos. Ressalta-se como grandes vantagens da técnica, a sua ação não invasiva, evitando contato humano com materiais com possível contaminação; maior agilidade nos processos de separação; resultados consideráveis na quantificação da geração de resíduos e possibilidade de substituição de testes de laboratório, no caso da avaliação de fraturas e fissuras. Além disso, cabem desenvolvimentos da técnica de forma a torná-la mais viável economicamente.

ABSTRACT
Civil construction is an important sector of the Brazilian economy. As this sector grows, there are also problems related to its routine processes that are still lacking in innovation. Therefore, technologies that promote the efficiency of processes are essential elements in searching for more sustainable actions. Thus, this paper seeks to survey the use of image analysis technology to manage construction and demolition waste. Therefore, a bibliographical investigation identified the referred technology's leading applications and evaluated the importance of the technique in waste management. Image analysis can characterize the morphology of the particles. It can also quantify the generation of CDW in the evaluation of fractures and cracks of structures when using recycled aggregates. It can also help in the automatic separation of residues. One of the technique's advantages is the non-invasive feature, avoiding human contact with materials with possible contamination. It has better agility in the separation processes and allows reliable results in the quantification of waste generation. Finally, it can replace some standard laboratory tests in evaluating fractures and cracks. In addition, technical developments lack in order to make it more economically viable.

PERCEPÇÃO DOS EFEITOS DA AURICULOTERAPIA COMO ALTERNATIVA DE TRATAMENTO NA DOR OCUPACIONAL
Get PDFThe aim of this study was to verify the effects of auriculotherapy (auricular acupuncture) on occupational pain in a higher education institution in western Santa Catarina. The research was carried out in a qualitative and quantitative way, using a questionnaire for pain assessment and a visual analogue scale, applied before and after treatment intervention. After the initial evaluation, four sessions of application of auriculotherapy technique using radionic crystals were carried out at specific points in the ear, with an interval of seven days between each session. It was possible to verify in the analyzed group (18 employees), aged between 18 and 40 years of both sexes, the places most affected by occupational pain in relation to the work sectors, all of which had more than one affected region. The main regions affected were upper limbs, cervical, lumbar and dorsal regions. Before the sessions, the employees presented pain with an average pain intensity of 6.2 and after the last application they reported an average pain intensity of 1.3. Considering the values related to pain, it was possible to verify a considerable decrease in occupational musculoskeletal pain after treatment with auriculotherapy. It was possible to conclude that the application of auriculotherapy sessions caused a significant improvement in pain in occupational musculoskeletal disorders.O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar os efeitos da auriculoterapia (acupuntura auricular) na dor ocupacional em uma instituição de ensino superior do oeste catarinense. A pesquisa foi realizada de forma qualitativa e quantitativa, sendo utilizado o questionário para avaliação da dor e escala visual analógica, aplicados pré e pós-intervenção do tratamento. Após a avaliação inicial foram realizadas quatro sessões de aplicação da técnica de auriculoterapia com cristais radiônicos em pontos específicos no pavilhão auricular, com intervalo de sete dias entre cada sessão. Foi possível verificar no grupo analisado (18 funcionários), da faixa etária entre 18 e 40 anos, de ambos os sexos, os locais mais afetados pela dor ocupacional em relação aos setores de trabalho, sendo que todos apresentaram mais de uma região acometida. As principais regiões acometidas foram membros superiores, regiões cervical, lombar e dorsal. Antes das sessões, os funcionários apresentaram quadro álgico com média de intensidade de dor 6,2 e após a última aplicação referiram intensidade média de dor de 1,3. Considerando os valores referidos ao quadro álgico, foi possível verificar uma diminuição considerável das dores osteomusculares ocupacionais após o tratamento com auriculoterapia. Foi possível concluir que a aplicação de sessões de auriculoterapia causou uma melhora significativa na dor nas disfunções osteomusculares ocupacionai
USO E CONHECIMENTO DO PLANO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE RESIDUOS PELOS CIRURGIÕES-DENTISTAS DAS REDES PÚBLICA E PRIVADA
Get PDFThe use of the waste management plan has been mandatory since 2004 and must be adopted in all establishments that produce waste, since improper disposal can be a potential risk to public health and the environment. The objective of this research was to evaluate the use and knowledge of the health services waste management plan by dentists who work in the public and private networks. The study was developed with professional dental surgeons from the public and private networks working in the two municipalities of Santa Catarina. Forty-eight dentists were investigated who had a register regulated by health surveillance. Data collection was carried out through the application of an online questionnaire that contained questions regarding the use, in their work environment, of the health service waste management plan and also about the knowledge of the plan by dentists. Data collection was carried out between December 2020 and March 2021. In general, it was observed that most dental surgeons use the waste management plan (83,33%), however, a good part (47,92%) are unaware of the plan, mainly professionals from the public network and those who work in both the public and private sectors. Therefore, it is clear that despite the mandatory use of the plan for 17 years, many professionals are still unaware of it and some still do not use it, a fact that can contribute to the process of human and environmental contamination.O uso do plano de gerenciamento de resíduos é obrigatório desde 2004 devendo ser adotado em todos os estabelecimentos que produzem resíduos, uma vez que, o descarte inadequado pode se configurar em potencial risco à saúde pública e ao meio ambiente. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi avaliar o uso e o conhecimento do plano de gerenciamento de resíduos de serviços de saúde pelos cirurgiões-dentistas que atuam nas redes pública e privada. O estudo foi desenvolvido com profissionais cirurgiões-dentistas das redes pública e privada atuantes em dois municípios catarinenses. Foram investigados 48 cirurgiões dentistas que possuíam cadastro regulamentado pela vigilância sanitária. A coleta de dados foi feita por intermédio da aplicação de um questionário online que continha perguntas referente ao uso, no seu ambiente de trabalho, do plano de gerenciamento de resíduos de serviços de saúde e também sobre o conhecimento do plano pelos cirurgiões dentistas. A coleta de dados foi realizada entre os meses de dezembro de 2020 a março de 2021. De modo geral observou-se que a maioria dos cirurgiões dentistas utilizam o plano de gerenciamento de resíduos (83,33%), entretanto, uma boa parte (47,92%) desconhecem o plano, principalmente os profissionais da rede pública e os que atuam em ambos os setores, público e privado. Portanto, é notório que apesar da obrigatoriedade do uso do plano há 17 anos, ainda muitos profissionais o desconhecem e alguns ainda não o utilizam, fato que pode contribuir com o processo de contaminação humana e ambiental
RECURSOS PEDAGÓGICOS COMO APOIO DOCENTE: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA NO CURSO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO: PEDAGOGICAL RESOURCES AS A TEACHER SUPPORT: A REPORT OF EXPERIENCE IN THE COURSE OF ADMINISTRATION
Get PDFA mudança no perfil dos estudantes ingressantes e dos egressos do ensino superior exige dos docentes a adoção de um novo perfil e a utilização de novas práticas. Com base neste contexto, este trabalho de caráter descritivo tem por objetivo fazer um relato de experiência sobre a prática docente, por meio da apresentação de quatro recursos pedagógicos utilizados na disciplina de Ensino-Aprendizagem em Administração, no Programa de Pós-graduação em Administração da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande Sul (UFRGS). São estas as ferramentas: Kahoot!, EAD Builder, Mindmeister e CANVA. Pretende-se por meio deste contribuir para novas pesquisas sobre metodologias de ensino e recursos pedagógicos.

ABSTRACT
Changes in the profile of incoming students and higher education graduates requires that teachers adopt a new profile and use new practices. Based on this context, this descriptive work aims to make an experience report about the teaching practice, through the presentation of four pedagogical resources used in the discipline of Teaching-Learning in Administration, in the Graduate Program in Administration of Federal University of Rio Grande Sul (UFRGS). They are the tools: Kahoot!, EAD Builder, Mindmeister and CANVA. It intends to contribute to new research on teaching methodologies and pedagogical resources.

PERCURSO DE UMA PESQUISA NA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS: RODA DE CONVERSA COM ESTUDANTES: RESEARCH COURSE IN YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATION: CONVERSATION WITH STUDENTS
Get PDFEste estudo investigou as concepções de educação dos estudantes do Centro de Educação de Jovens e Adultos, a partir de suas trajetórias de vida. A modalidade de pesquisa adotada foi a pesquisa-ação. Foram realizados três encontros com os estudantes de um Centro de Educação de Jovens e Adultos – CEJA, da cidade de Joinville – SC, utilizando-se de rodas de conversas. Os dados coletados foram transcritos, categorizados e analisados sob o viés da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados foram discutidos a partir das seguintes temáticas: Educação: oportunidade ou direito?; Ruptura e retorno escolar: obstáculos enfrentados nesse processo; A mulher na educação de jovens e adultos; Vínculos, relações e troca de experiências no CEJA. Verificou-se que as trajetórias de vida incidem sobre as concepções de educação dos estudantes, assim como, o percurso escolar constitui tais trajetórias.

ABSTRACT
This study investigated the conceptions of education of the students of the Center of Education of Youths and Adults, from their life trajectories. The type of research adopted was intervention research. Three meetings were held with the students of a Youth and Adult Education Center - JSCA, in the city of Joinville - SC, using talk wheels. The data collected were transcribed, categorized and analyzed under the content analysis bias. The results were discussed from the following themes: Education: opportunity or right? Rupture and school return: obstacles faced in this process; The woman in the education of young people and adults; Links, relations and exchange of experiences in the JSCA. It has been verified that the life trajectories affect the conceptions of education of the students, as well as, the school course constitutes such trajectories.

JUVENTUDE, EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E INTERIORIZAÇÃO: DESAFIOS E POSSIBILIDADES: YOUTH, PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND INTERIORIZATION: CHALLENGES AND POSSIBILITIES
Get PDFO artigo apresenta uma revisão de literatura que tem como objetivo analisar a contribuição da interiorização dos Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia (IFs) no processo de emancipação dos jovens residentes no interior do país. Trata-se de uma pesquisa básica, classificada como sendo de natureza bibliográfica, de caráter descritivo e qualitativo. Foi constituída à luz de estudos em autores como Abramo (2005), Charlot (2000), Moura (2018), Pacheco (2020), Rocha (2019), Santos (2018) e Vygotsky (1996), entre outros. Como resultados, constata-se que o processo de interiorização da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica trouxe esperança para os jovens do interior, progressos tecnológicos, científicos, culturais e sociais nas regiões nas quais os campi foram instalados. Os jovens filhos de trabalhadores passaram a ter direito a uma educação profissional pública em que se prioriza o desenvolvimento do ser humano integralmente, em todas as dimensões.

ABSTRACT
The article presents a literature review that aims to analyze the contribution of the interiorization of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology (IFs) in the process of emancipation of young people residing in the interior of the country. This is a basic research, classified as being of a bibliographic nature, of a descriptive and qualitative nature. It was constituted in the light of studies by authors such as Abramo (2005), Charlot (2000), Moura (2018), Pacheco (2020), Rocha (2019), Santos (2018) and Vygotsky (1996), among others. As a result, it appears that the process of internalization of Vocational and Technological Education brought hope to young people from the countryside, technological, scientific, cultural and social progress in the regions where the campuses were installed. The young children of workers started to have the right to a public professional education in which the integral development of the human being is prioritized, in all dimensions.

DIDÁTICA – ABORDAGEM INTRODUTÁRIA: TEACHING – INTRODUCTORY FOCUS
Get PDFA Didática consiste na disciplina que estuda a técnica do ensino em todos os seus aspectos práticos e operacionais, com o objetivo de estimular, dirigir e encaminhar, o processo da aprendizagem para proporcionar ao educando uma formação adequada. Estudar didática não significa apenas acumular informações técnicas acerca do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, mas significa desenvolver a capacidade de questionamento e de experimentação com relação a tais informações. Os métodos de ensino são propostos, classificados e descritos pela disciplina de Metodologia, porém, cabe a didática realizar o julgamento ou a crítica destes métodos. Um método de ensino consiste na organização racional e prática dos recursos e procedimentos do educador, no intento de conduzir a aprendizagem dos alunos aos resultados previstos no sistema educacional. Também o planejamento e a avaliação constituem elementos da didática, sendo que ambos são indispensáveis para que se obtenha resultados bem-sucedidos no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. O planejamento possibilita a definição dos resultados que se pretende alcançar, juntamente com a definição dos recursos materiais e humanos, dos procedimentos, estratégias e técnicas que devem ser usados para alcançar os objetivos. Já a avaliação do processo educativo e do educando permite identificar se a educação está atingindo os resultados propostos. Destarte, é por meio dos procedimentos de didática que os educandos são estimulados, dirigidos e encaminhados, de modo eficiente, eficaz e efetivo no decurso da aprendizagem.

ABSTRACT
Teaching is the discipline that studies the technical education in all its aspects, in order to stimulate, direct and forward the process of learning to provide adequate training to the student. Studying Teaching not just accumulate technical information about the process of teaching and learning, but it means developing the ability to question and experiment with respect to such information. The teaching methods are proposed, classified and described by the discipline of methodology, however, it is the Teaching the one which performs the trial or criticism of these methods. A teaching method is the rational organization and practice of teacher resources and procedures, in an attempt to drive student learning outcomes set out in the educational system. Also planning and evaluation are key elements of teaching, both of which are essential to obtain successful results in the teaching-learning process. The planning enables the definition of results to be achieved, together with the definition of material and human resources, procedures, strategies and techniques that should be used to achieve the goals. The evaluation of the educational process and allows the student to identify if education is reaching the proposed results. Thus, it is through the procedures of teaching that students are encouraged, directed and routed efficiently and effectively in the course of learning.

No full textO presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar as implicações da Lei 13.431 de 2017 que estabelece algumas garantias de direitos da criança e do adolescente, vítima ou testemunha de violência e altera o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, Lei nº 8.069, de 13 de julho de 1990. O problema de pesquisa exposto consiste em analisar a técnica do depoimento pessoal, método alternativo de inquirição de vítimas de abuso sexual, cumprindo a função para a qual foi criado, ou seja, evitar a revitimização de crianças e adolescentes vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar. Para atingir os propósitos do estudo, inicialmente, na primeira seção, foi feita uma abordagem geral dos direitos das crianças e dos adolescentes e as principais legislações para sua proteção. Em seguida, na segunda seção trata de uma abordagem sobre os tipos de violência e na última seção faz uma pesquisa acerca do estudo específico da escuta especializada e do depoimento especial, trazendo as principais mudanças da legislação nesse sentido e analisando os possíveis benefícios desses instrumentos para as vítimas de abuso sexual. Como resultado deste trabalho foi possível verificar que a criação dos novos mecanismos de oitiva tem por objetivo central proteger os infantojuvenil se evitar uma possível revitimização através da aplicação da escuta especializada e do depoimento especial.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the implications of Law 13.431 of 2017, which establishes certain guarantees of the rights of children and adolescents, victims or witnesses of violence and amends the Statute of Children and Adolescents, Law 8.069, of July 13.1990. The research problem exposed consists in analyzing the technique of personal testimony, an alternative method of interrogating victims of sexual abuse, fulfilling the function for which it was created, that is, avoiding the re-victimization of children and adolescents victims of intrafamily sexual abuse. To achieve the purposes of the study, initially, in the first section, a general approach was made on the rights of children and adolescents and the main legislation for their protection. Then, in the second section it deals with an approach on the types of violence and in the last section it does a research about the specific study of specialized listening and the special testimony, bringing the main changes of the legislation in this sense and analyzing the possible benefits of these instruments for victims of sexual abuse. As a result of this work, it was possible to verify that the creation of the new hearing mechanisms has the central objective of protecting children and youths and avoiding a possible revictimization through the application of specialized listening and special testimony.

No full textA História do Direito consiste na disciplina responsável pelo estudo das fontes externas do Direito, ou seja, como ele nasce, evolui e se transforma para finalmente chegar ao presente. Atualmente, examinar e problematizar as relações entre História e Direito reveste-se da maior importância, especialmente quando se tem em conta a percepção da normatividade extraída de um determinado contexto histórico definido como experiência pretérita que conscientiza e liberta o presente. O início da história do direito remonta à época em que os homens passaram a viver em grupos organizados, dando origem à formação de comunidades, sendo que a partir daí sentiram eles a necessidade de disciplinar a sua própria conduta, traçando normas de respeito aos direitos de cada um. O estudo da História do Direito resulta na utilidade jurídica para a compreensão da origem do ordenamento jurídico e sua ligação com os institutos do passado, no qual o direito atual tem sua origem. É praticamente impossível desvincular o estudo do direito de suas origens, pois a compreensão completa de uma legislação exige o conhecimento da história de sua formação.

ABSTRACT
History of Law consists in the discipline responsible of the study of the extenal sources of Law, that is, the way it is born, evolutes and transforms until it finally gets to present days. Nowadays, examining and problematizing the relations between History and Law gets coated by a relevant importance, specially when one takes into account the perception of normativity extracted from a certain historical context defined as past experience which gives conciousness to the present and sets it free. The beginning of history of law goes back to the time when men started to live freely in organized groups, giving origin to the formation of communities, being that from that moment on they felt the need to discipline their own way of being, giving rules of respect to each one’s rights. The study of History Law results in the juridical utility for the comprehension of the origin of juridical ordination and its link with the institutes of the past, in which the current law has its origin. It is practically impossible to separate the study of law from its origins, for the complete comprehension of lawmaking demands the knowledge of the history of its formation.
