ASPECTOS PSICOLÓGICOS RELEVANTES DA VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA
Get PDFO tema deste artigo se refere à violência Doméstica, com especial enfoque na violência psicológica, em criança/adolescente/adulto. A violência doméstica é um problema grave que atinge crianças, adolescentes, mulheres e idosos. Esta se desenvolve como um processo silencioso, que progride sem ser identificado, deixando marcas em todos os envolvidos. Pela sua característica, a violência psicológica no interior da família, geralmente, evolui e eclode na forma da violência física. O termo violência deriva do latim violentia, que significa caráter violento e bravio e do verbo violare que significa aplicação de força, vigor, contra coisa ou ente, transgredir. Assim, a violência difere-se da força, vez que esta designa firmeza de algo, enquanto que aquela se caracteriza por uma ação baseada na ira, na raiva. ABSTRACT The theme of this article refers to domestic violence, with special emphasis on psychological violence in child / adolescent / adult. Domestic violence is a serious problem that affects children, adolescents, women and elderly. This develops as a silent process that progresses without being identified, leaving marks on all involved. Because of its characteristics, psychological violence within the family, usually evolves and manifests itself in the form of physical violence. The term derives from the Latin violent violence, which means wild and violent nature and meaning of the verb violare force application, force, or being against something, transgress. TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO - MUTAÇÕES PARADIGMÁTICAS EM ORGANIZAÇÕES EDUCACIONAIS
Get PDFA educação no mundo de hoje tende a ser tecnológica e, conseqüentemente, exige entendimento e interpretação de tecnologias. Estas, por seu turno, em sendo complexas e práticas, estão a demandar do homem novos elementos constitutivos de formação, reflexão e compreensão do ambiente social em que se circunscreve. A escola não tem conseguido se alimentar de seu tempo, incorporar e responder às precisões de sua juventude e de sua sociedade. Tem-se a sensação de que a escola não sabe ser moderna, não vive em simultaneidade com tudo o que se movimenta em seu redor. A educação não pode fugir da fascinação tecnológica, porque é no âmago a mesma do conhecimento. Uma vez que nos espaços educacionais o conhecimento mais se desenvolveu, esperar-se-ia que o espaço mais propício ao desenvolvimento residisse na própria educação. O professor estará sendo desafiado na criatividade, para que possa postular alternativa concreta de uso da Tecnologia da Informação e da Comunicação. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - PARADIGMATIC CHANGES IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS ABSTRACT Education in today's world tends to be technological and, therefore, requires understanding and interpretation of technology. This, in turn, for being complex and practical, demand the man to be familiar with new elements of training, reflection and understanding of the social environment in which it circumscribes. The school has been unable to feed on their time, to incorporate and to respond to the details of their youth and their society. One gets the feeling that the school does not know how to be modern, does not live simultaneously with everything that moves around them. Education can not escape the fascination with technology, because it is, at bottom, the same knowledge. As it was in educational spaces that knowledge has most developed, one would expect education itself to be the most favoured space with technology. The teacher is being challenged in creativity, so he can posit a concrete alternative use of Information Technology and Communication. DESENVOLVIMENTO RURAL NO BRASIL. QUAIS SÃO AS AÇÕES E QUEM AS FORMULA? UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DAS REDES DO ESTADO E DOS MOVIMENTOS SOCIAIS
Get PDFO presente trabalho analisa os principais fatos e acontecimentos que marcam a trajetória desenvolvimentista do meio rural brasileiro, atentando para as redes formadas especialmente entre o Estado e os movimentos sociais. Visualizou-se que após longos anos de investimentos fartos e concentrados, ocorreu uma reestruturação da agricultura brasileira, onde alguns acontecimentos, sucedidos ao final do século XX, marcaram fortemente os novos rumos e focos de atuação e de intervenção das ações voltadas para o desenvolvimento rural brasileiro. Essa alteração só foi possível após uma reestruturação política e institucional no país, a qual garantiu e possibilitou uma participação mais ativa dos momentos sociais e sindicais, no processo de idealização, formulação e execução das políticas públicas voltadas para o desenvolvimento rural, em especial as voltadas para os pequenos e médios estabelecimentos rurais. Esses acontecimentos tornaram, ao final do século XX, os movimentos sociais protagonistas e não mais coadjuvante, no processo de formulação, idealização e execução das políticas publicas voltadas para a agricultura brasileira. AN ANALYSIS FROM THE NETWORKS, THE STATE AND SOCIAL MOVEMENTS ABSTRACT This paper reviews the key facts and events that mark the developmental trajectory of the Brazilian countryside, noting in particular the networks formed between the state and social movements. Envisioned that after long years of investment and concentrates fed, there was a restructuring of Brazilian agriculture, where some events, to succeed the late twentieth century, a strong mark on the new direction and focus of action and intervention actions to promote rural development Brazil. This change was possible only after a political and institutional restructuring in the country, which secured and allowed a more active participation of the moments of social and union in the process of idealization, formulation and implementation of public policies for rural development, particularly focused for small and medium farms. These events have, at the end of the twentieth century, social movements and no longer supporting players in the process of formulation, ideation and implementation of public policies aimed at the Brazilian agriculture. ESTRUTURAÇÃO DE SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO AMBIENTAL EM BACIAS HIDROGRAFICAS: ESTUDO DE CASO DA BACIA HIDROGRAFICA RIO DO PEIXE
Get PDFDevido à grande importância da preservação dos recursos naturais e principalmente dos recursos hídricos, desenvolveu-se uma Sistema de Informação Ambiental – SIA com o objetivo de auxiliar na gestão dos recursos hídricos na bacia hidrográfica Rio do Peixe. O Sistema de Informação (SI) é um dos Instrumentos propostos pela Política Nacional de Recursos Hídricos Lei Federal 9.433/97, e é justamente aquele que ressalta a importância da informação, que irá torna-se a base essencial para a correta aplicação de todos os demais instrumentos de gestão, pois uma decisão informada é uma decisão mais bem qualificada e com maior respaldo técnico. Para a estruturação desse SI foi necessário um inventário completo nas pesquisas realizadas na bacia hidrográfica Rio do Peixe, divulgadas através dos seminários técnicos científicos promovidos pelo Comitê Rio do Peixe. A gestão de bacias hidrográficas envolve uma grande quantidade de aspectos sociais e políticos, porém o principal objetivo da gestão é tomar decisões sobre o uso dos recursos hídricos de uma bacia e implementá-las com eficácia. A estruturação desse sistema, vinculado as atividades executivas dos projetos e programas estratégicos realizados pelo Comitê Rio do Peixe, possibilitará a realização do Plano de Bacia, principal instrumento de gestão de recursos hídricos. Dentre as sugestões para o melhor aproveitamento de valoroso levantamento destaca-se a necessidade de criar condições para a coleta informações e sua introdução no modelo e também a importância da efetiva participação popular para o sucesso do mesmo. ABSTRACT Due to the great importance of preserving natural resources and especially water resources, has developed an Environmental Information System - CIS in order to assist in the management of water resources in the Rio do Peixe basin. The System Information (SI) is one of the instruments proposed by the National Water Resources Federal Law 9.433/97, is precisely that which emphasizes the importance of information, which will become the essential basis for the correct application of all other management tools, for an informed decision is a decision better qualified and more technical support. For the structure of the (SI) took a complete inventory of the research conducted at the Rio do Peixe basin, disseminated through technical seminars sponsored by the Scientific Committee of Rio do Peixe. The watershed management involves a lot of social and political aspects, but the main goals of management is making decisions about the use of water resources in a basin and implement them effectively. The structure of this system, linked to the activities of executive strategic plans and programs undertaken by the Committee of Rio do Peixe, will enable the achievement of the Basin Plan, the main tool for management of water resources. Among the suggestions for better utilization of valuable survey highlights the need to create conditions for collecting information and its introduction into the model and also the importance of effective popular participation for success. Avaliação dos casos de acidentes de trabalho com perfuros cortantes na Secretária de Saúde do Municipio de Içara
Get PDFDentre os fatores de risco para a saúde do trabalhador, encontram-se os agentes químicos, físicos, ergonômicos, psicossociais e biológicos. Esse último é destaque neste trabalho. Foram avaliados acidentes de trabalho com perfuros cortantes na secretaria municipal de saúde de Içara no período entre 2007 e 2011. Sendo esta uma pesquisa quantitativa e retrospectiva, a coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de análise de 34 fichas de comunicação de acidentes de trabalho (CAT), todas preenchidas no setor de saúde do trabalhador. Os acidentes na sua maioria aconteceram com profissionais do sexo feminino, todos envolvendo partes dos membros superiores (dedos). O perfuro cortante mais comum nos acidentes são as agulhas. Partindo disso, elaboramos as recomendações de realização de palestras de prevenção de acidentes, melhoria da supervisão por meio de gerentes das unidades, diminuição da sobrecarga de trabalho dos funcionários, o que poderá acarretar na diminuição do número de acidentes de trabalho.Palavras-chave: Perfuro cortante, Acidentes de trabalho, Saúde, Profissionais deEnfermagem, Material biológico. Abstract Among the risk factors for occupational health, are the chemical, physical,ergonomic, psychosocial and biological. That last one risk is highlighted in this paper.In this work we assessed occupational accidents with sharp - cutting instruments inthe health department in Içara city, Santa Catarina, Brazil, between 2007 and 2011.Since this is a retrospective and quantitative research, data collection was performedby analysis of 34 forms of communication of occupational accidents, all filled in theworker´s health department. Most of accidents happened with female professionals,all of them involving parts of the upper limbs (fingers). The sharp – cuttinginstruments more commonly involved in these accidents are the needles.Considering these findings, we elaborate recommendations to perform lectures aboutaccidents prevention, improved supervision by health units managers, reducedburden on those employees, which potentially can bring a reduction in the number ofoccupational accidents.Key-words: sharp-cutting instruments, occupational accidents, health, nurseprofessionals, biological material
MARKETING PESSOAL E MOTIVAÇÃO APLICADO AO CENTRO DE ENSINO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS (CEJA) DE CAÇADOR
Get PDFEste artigo apresenta os resultados gerais de um estudo realizado e aplicado com 77 alunos de várias séries do Centro de Ensino de Jovens e Adultos – CEJA de Caçador. O mesmo foi desenvolvido visando: apresentar aos alunos o que é marketing pessoal com fundamentação em suas vidas tanto no campo profissional quanto pessoal; salientar a importância da segurança quanto à autoimagem perante a sociedade; ministrar dicas de marketing pessoal; motivar os alunos a planejar metas e seguir rumo ao sucesso e às conquistas profissionais. O CINEMA COMO FERRAMENTA NO ENSINO DA ARGUMENTAÇÃO
Get PDFA proposta deste estudo é apresentar uma prática metodológica desenvolvida nas disciplinas de Teoria do Direito e Linguagem e Redação Jurídica, utilizando o cinema como ferramenta para desenvolver o aprendizado da argumentação. Para tanto, utilizou-se a técnica do júri simulado, após a apresentação de um filme. A atividade envolveu duas turmas de acadêmicos ingressantes no curso de Direito. A pesquisa foi qualitativa, pois trabalha com valores, crenças, representações, hábitos, atitudes e opiniões que foram manifestadas antes, durante e após a realização da atividade. ABSTRACT The proposal of this study is to present a methodological practice developed in the disciplines of Theory of the Right and Language and Juridical Composition, using the movies as tool to develop the learning of the argument. For so much, the simulated jury's technique was used, after the presentation of a film. The activity involved two groups of academics ingressantes in the course of Right. The research was qualitative, because he/she works with values, faiths, representations, habits, attitudes and opinions that they were manifested before, during and after the accomplishment of the activity.
