Get PDFapplication/pdf小学校低学年生にとって、「小売値」が「仕入値」より高いということは自明なことではない。大学生はさすがに「小売値」が「仕入値」より高いことはわかっているだろう。しかし、大学生において「仕入値より売値は高い」ことはわかっていても、「一体どの程度“利益”が上乗せされているか」はわかっているのだろうか。ただ漠然と「仕入れ値より売値は高い」ということはわかっていたとしても、それが“定性”的であるならば、「利益を生み出す経済活動」を十分に理解できているとは言えないのではないだろうか。
問題は『利益の上乗せ』のみの理解に留まるのではない。近代資本主義社会において「お店屋さん」であっても大企業であっても、「利益を得ることを目的として経済活動を行う組織」であることには違いはない。経済活動としての「利益の上乗せ」を単にイメージとして理解するのではなく、それを定量的に理解することから始まり、近代資本主義の在り様を理解するところまで行かなければならないと考える。
そのような問題意識に則り、本研究では、大学生を対象に＜1．原価（仕入れ値，原材料費）と売値との差 2．商品の価格決定要素 3．「需要の価格弾力性」を利用した企業の活動 4．企業自体の活動目的＞を調査し、現代資本主義経済の基本ルールとしての「利益の追求」をベースに様々な経済活動を理解できるような教授方略の開発を目指した。
結果、第2 実験では、ルール等を提示・教授する方略を取った第1 実験では改善できなかった学生の経済活動に対する誤認知（企業性善説；社会倫理観に拘泥した経済活動認知）を改善することができた。もちろん、第2 実験では、事例の複数化も行ったし、「納得・満足度」ルールという新たなルールも登場させた。その意味では、「学習者の誤った知識を適切に位置付ける」方略のみがこの認識の改善に効果を持ったとは言い難い。複合的に効果を持ったとも言える。しかし、本研究の目的は、「大学生が、現代資本主義経済の基本ルールとしての『利益の追求』をベースに様々な経済活動を理解できるようになる」ことである。その立場で言えば、第2 実験でその目的は一定以上果たされたと考えている。journal articl

Japanese Language Training for Foreign Faculty : Report on Needs Analysis and Implementation
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis study addresses the language-related difficulties experienced by foreign faculty members working at Japanese universities and their need for Japanese-language training. In order to develop a Japanese-language training curriculum, we conducted a needs analysis based on interview data from prospective course participants. Results of the needs analysis indicated that two goals should be prioritised for the training course: the ability to participate in discussions in meetings among faculty members, and the ability to communicate in interactions with administrative staff. Based on these findings, original materials were created for the training course. The materials centered on cases for analysis and discussion, a list of terms and expressions commonly used in meetings, and scenarios for internal communication. After the training sessions, participants reported generally positive evaluations: their understanding of meetings had improved, and their confidence in speaking Japanese had increased. However, they also suggested some points for improvements in the course, including the need for more formal practice. In addition, it was confirmed that it is necessary to develop teaching materials and a curriculum to focus more directly on interaction with university administrative staff.journal articl
A study on grammatical differences in translation of Vol.4 of Beonyeoksohak and Vol.3 of Sohakeonhae
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate what are the grammatical differences of Vol.4 of Beonyeoksohak (1518) and Vol.3 of Sohakeonhae(1588) into Korean, especially by comparing the same part of these two literatures in which the same Chinese words and phrases are used to express the same meaning. The translations of the Chinese words or phrases in the original text are compared from the perspectives of grammtical differences, after broken into detailed categories such as difference in grammatical cases for nouns requiring certain cases and their different endings, and difference in negation. When we look at the difference between the two literature, we can notify that the grammatical difference can show huge changes in the texts. These differences are thought to arise from the following two: the differences in the writing of the original Chinese words and phrases with Korean endings(gu-gyeol) and the differences in the translator's translation methodology.journal articl
