The Importance of “Rule” Learning in the Fostering “Non-cognitive Competence” in an infant\n－ shift from attitudeism to knowledgeism in early childhood education －
Get PDFapplication/pdf「非認知的能力」は近年、幼児教育のキイワードとなっている。その背景には、ペリー
就学前計画の追跡調査がある。「ペリー就学前計画」とは、1962 年から1967 年にアメリカ
のミシガン州で行われた就学前教育プログラムで、高品質の就学前教育を目的に3 歳～4
歳の子ども123 人を対象に実施されたものである。このプログラム経験者が追跡調査され、
①このプログラム経験者は高い年収や持ち家率等に有意な効果を示す、②受けていない子
どもたちとの“IQ”の差は10 歳以降見られない、という事実が得られている。成長に伴っ
て“IQ”に差がなくなるにもかかわらず「年収や生活の豊かさに優位差があった」という
ことは「IQ で計れない別の後天的な能力の影響があった」と考えたヘックマン
（Heckman,J.J.）らは、「IQ では計測できない能力」(「非認知能力」と呼称)が人生の成功
や豊かさに影響していると主張したのである。結果、幼児期は、「知識」の獲得を援助する
よりも「非認知的能力」の獲得を目指すべきだという論調が目立つことになっていく。し
かし、“IQ”という考え方は、「思考は内容と独立した一般性の高い形式的論理的操作によ
って行われる」という思考の領域一般性という考え方に依拠するものであり、「領域一般性」
という意味では、「非認知的能力」もその側面が見られる。本当に、“IQ”は、人の学習能
力を測っているものなのであろうか。個別の知識の習得こそが、その知識と関連した「非
認知的能力」の習得を支え、人の「発達」を促すのでないだろうか。
本論では、そのような見地から①「非認知的能力」は「（科学的）知識」によって生み出
されていること、②幼児教育における「科学的知識」形成の可能性、③「高いレベルの科
学」の実相、④エビデンス・ベースト・エデュケーションとは、という視点から幼児教育
の在り方を吟味し、その態度主義から知識主義への転換を考察したものである。journal articl
The effects of smelling of foods before eating carbohydrates on appetite and eating behaviors
Get PDFapplication/pdf匂いは食品の「おいしさ」に大きく影響するとともに、食欲の調節にも寄与している。本研究で
は、日常の食事において主食に先行して摂取する食品の匂い自体が食欲を調節し、炭水化物を中心
とする主食の摂食に影響するかどうかについて検討した。
空腹状態（食後4 時間以上）にある新潟県立大学の学生11 名を対象として、匂いなしの条件お
よび飲料（緑茶）、汁物（みそ汁）、副菜（野菜）の匂いについて4 日間試験を行った。試験前に空
腹感と食欲、1 分間の唾液分泌量、唾液アミラーゼ活性を測定した後、匂いなしの条件あるいは、
緑茶、みそ汁、野菜フレッシュジュースのいずれかの匂いを１分間嗅いだ後の条件で、それぞれに
ついて再度測定した。その後、白飯を自由摂取させ、摂食量と摂食時間、摂食速度を測定した。
その結果、野菜の匂いを先に嗅いだ場合では食欲が有意に低下するとともに、摂食時間が短縮し
た。一方、みそ汁の匂いを嗅いだ場合では唾液分泌量が有意に増加したことから、みそ汁の匂いは
条件反射により唾液の分泌を促進させることが確認された。一方、摂食量と摂食速度はいずれの条
件でも有意差がみられなかったことから、食前の匂いの影響は長時間持続せず、継続的に匂いを嗅
がない状態では摂食量自体に大きな影響を及ぼさない可能性が示された。また、各測定項目と匂い
の好き嫌いとの関連性をみた場合では、特に空腹感と食欲、唾液分泌量において、その食品そのも
のの匂いよりも、匂いの好き嫌いによる影響が大きいことが示唆された。
これらの結果から、野菜類の匂いは食欲抑制、みそ汁の匂いは食欲促進に働いており、食べ順ダ
イエットなどの食事順番の効果には、食品の匂いによる影響も一部寄与しているものと考えられる。journal articl

へと物質を取り込む機構である。低分子量G タンパク質Rab5 は、エンドサイトーシスに
重要な因子であり、GDP が結合した不活性型とGTP が結合した活性型が存在し、この活
性変化によって高度にエンドサイトーシスが制御されている。ファゴサイトーシスは、エ
ンドサイトーシスの一種であり、マクロファージなどにおいて、生体外から侵入した細菌
などの比較的大きな物質を取り込む機構である。筆者らは、ショウジョウバエの
Antennapedia のホメオドメインに由来する細胞膜透過性ペプチド（Penetratin）とcaveolin-1
のスキャフォールディングドメイン（SD ドメイン）を融合させた細胞膜透過性caveolin-1
SD ドメインペプチド（細胞膜透過性CSD ペプチド）が、Rab5 を活性化させファゴサイト
ーシスを促進することを明らかにした。本稿では、カベオラとcaveolin について概説した
後、細胞膜透過性CSD ペプチドによるファゴサイトーシス促進作用について紹介する。journal articl
A report on the practice of COIL-type education in the field of early childhood education
Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿の目的は、COIL 型教育の授業実践の報告、ならびにその具体的な実践に基づいて明
らかとなったCOIL 型教育の教育可能性について論じることにある。本稿の日米共同メン
バーは、2020 年、それぞれ自国で担当する「幼児教育」関連の授業の一部にCOIL を導入
する計画を行い、そして実際に授業を展開した。本稿では、COIL 型教育の特質とこれまで
の歴史を踏まえながら、今回われわれ共同メンバーが協働的に実施した授業の内容を３つ
の段階にわけて報告する。さらに、授業の結果として、学生にどのような学びがもたらさ
れたのかを、授業後に学生から提出された振り返りシートをもとに明らかにする。最後に、
授業実践から明らかとなったCOIL 型教育の教育可能性について論じる。journal articl
The issue of the support for students with disabilities in higher education in the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities: Focus on the intention expressed by disabled students themselves
Get PDFapplication/pdf障害者差別解消法が施行して3 年が経過したものの、高等教育機関における障害学生への対応が進んでいるとは言い難い現状がある。本論文では、障害学生の意思の表明を出発点として合理的配慮を提供するという考え方に一因があるのではないかと仮説を立てた。この仮説を立証するために、実際の障害学生の支援が、いつ、誰の申し出から開始されているのか整理を行い、障害学生の申し出から開始された事例を検証した。その結果、高等教育機関における障害学生自身が、入学当初から置かれている状況と自分の障害を重ね合わせて、必要な支援を申し出ることは難しいこと、その理由として高校までの環境の違いと経験の少なさを挙げた。また、障害学生からの意思の表明を起点とする合理的配慮の開始は、障害種別による格差を生みだし、障害者差別解消法が根幹に据える社会モデルの考え方と矛盾することを指摘した。結論では、障害学生が安心して大学生活を送るという到達点から見て必要と思われる支援を、学生の意見や経験、個々の障害の状況に基づいて決定するという合理的配慮を提案した。Although three years have passed since the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities came into effect, it is difficult to say that support for disabled students is advancing in higher education institution in the current situation. The hypothesis in this paper is that it might be due to the idea of providing reasonable accommodation based on the intentions expressed by disabled students themselves. To prove this hypothesis, when and based on whose request the actual support for them started were investigated and sorted out and the cases where it started based on the request from disabled students themselves were examined. As a result, it was found that it is difficult for disabled students in higher education institutions to request the necessary support in consideration of their disabilities and the situation that they have been in since the entrance into university. The differences in the environment from up to high school and the lack of experiences were cited as the eason. Also, it is pointed out that the fact that the reasonable accommodation is started based on the intention expressed by disabled students themselves creates disparities by the type of disability and it contradicts the social model concept which is the basis for the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities. In conclusion, we proposed the reasonable accommodation, in which the necessary support is decided based on the opinions and experiences of disabled students and the situation of individual disbilities from the viewpoint that they would be able to spend time at university at ease with such support.journal articl
