Get PDFapplication/pdfAIGC 技术在国际中文教育中的应用已展现出显著的优势和潜力，教育与技术融合呈现出个性化学习路径、互动式语言训练、沉浸式文化体验、即时反馈与自动化评估、促进智能教学资源建设的模式创新特点。然而智能技术在教学中的应用面临着技术层面、教学实践和伦理困境等方面的风险与挑战。基于这些问题，我们提出与之相对应的解决方案。未来国际中文教育的发展将持续借助新一代人工智能技术，寻求新的机遇与突破，不断推动教育质量的全面提升。随着全球化的深入，中文作为当今世界最重要的语言之一，其国际地位日益突出，越来越多的国家在教育体系中引入中文课程，以满足社会对中文人才的需要。为了应对日益增长的中文学习者的需求以及新一轮科技革命的到来，国际中文教育迎来数字化转型的重要时期。习近平总书记高度重视信息化建设和数字经济、数字中国建设发展，多次强调数字化、网络化、智能化在中国特色社会主义现代化建设中的重要意义。 年 月 日，国务院发布《关于全面加强新时代语言文字工作的意见》，其中提到大力推动语言文字与人工智能、大数据、云计算等信息技术的深度融合，进一步提升中文的国际地位和影响力，加强国际中文教育和服务。这些都为国际中文教育发展指明了数智赋能的前进方向。journal articl
放課後児童クラブ運営指針の改正案の論点とポイント
Get PDFapplication/pdfこども家庭庁こども家庭審議会こどもの居場所部会（以下、「居場所部会」という。）において、「放課後児童クラブ運営指針」の改正案が公開された。その間、居場所部会内に設置された「児童厚生施設及び放課後児童クラブに関する専門委員会」（以下「専門委員会」という。）では、居場所部会にて公開された改正案の素案について議論されている。なお、専門委員会は、第1 回（2024 年3 月8 日）、第2 回（2024 年5 月29 日）、第3 回（2024 年8 月2 日）の全3 回が開催された。今後は、2024（令和6）年度末をめどに放課後児童クラブ運営指針の改正版が公開される予定で、現行の運営指針と同様に局長通知での発出が予定されている。本論文では、改正案のポイントについて、①「こどもの居場所づくりに関する指針」を踏まえた改正、②「こども・若者の性被害防止のための緊急対策パッケージ」を踏まえた改正、③「児童福祉施設の設備及び運営に関する基準」の改正を踏まえた改正、④厚生労働省社会保障審議会児童部会「放課後児童対策に関する専門委員会」報告書を踏まえた改正、⑤近年の放課後児童クラブを取り巻く動向を踏まえた改正、の各論点を踏まえたうえで整理し考察した。journal articl
Verb Type Selection and the Role of the Emphatic “Do” in Movie Dialogue
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis study examines the usage of the emphatic “do” in film dialogue. The author reviews the characteristics of the basic uses of the emphatic “do”: emphasis of sentence and verb phrases, co-occurrence with intensifying adverbs, and the presentation of positive contents. I find that some intensifying adverbs have high co-occurrence, and the verb types chosen by the emphatic “do” tend to vary according to the tense and co-occurring adverbs. Additionally, based on the data from the Movie Corpus, I argue that “really did VERB” not only emphasizes the sentence meaning but also shapes the speech act.journal articl
The Problem of Social Disparity in University Admissions and Arguments about Its Correction in South Korea
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper aims at providing an overview of the current state of educational disparities caused by socioeconomic stratification and the policies implemented to address them, giving attention to the issue of social disparity in university admissions in South Korea. Since the late 1990s, social class disparities have widened and inequality in education has become more apparent. Underpinning this issue are unique South Korean factors, such as intense education fever and Confucian values, which have heightened expectations and fixation on university admissions. Toachieve a fair admissions system, the government introduced the "Plan for Enhancing Fairness in University Admissions" in 2019. This plan included measures such as reducing the scope of documentation, implementing blind assessments, curbing or abolishing the "Special Talent Selection" that favored certain groups, and expanding " Equitable Opportunity Selection" to ensure admission opportunities for disadvantaged groups. These policies reflect approaches characterized by both "rectifying disparities" and "providing advantages." However, concerns remain about potential challenges, such as reverse discrimination, declining educational quality, and hindrance to fostering diverse talents. These measures related to university admissions have been implemented from the perspective of addressing broader social issues, demonstrating that they are not merely educational policies but hold significant and far-reaching social implications.journal articl
