Há a falta de conhecimento suficiente sobre alfabetização cartográfica por parcela considerável de professores nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Sendo assim, surge a seguinte indagação: Como ocorre a formação inicial dos futuros docentes de pedagogia, que atuarão nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental? Diante disso, essa pesquisa propõe analisar mediante levantamento bibliográfico como acontece essa formação inicial de futuros professores de pedagogia referente ao posterior ensino da alfabetização cartográfica. O presente estudo pretende contribuir na divulgação das pesquisas sobre essa temática, auxiliar na produção de novas investigações sobre o assunto e na formulação de estratégias de intervenção para a modificação de problemas presentes na realidade, conforme análises fundamentadas em autores que se filiam e/ou aproximam do materialismo histórico dialético. Conclui-se que a falta de conhecimento dos professores sobre alfabetização cartográfica pode ser considerada devido à formação inicial deficitária e a sua insuficiência de ensino. Além da fragmentação dos currículos nessa formação, a falta de compreensão sistemática do todo, que trará prejuízos futuramente na aprendizagem dos alunos em sala de aula.
ABSTRACT
There is a lack of sufficient knowledge about cartographic literacy by a considerable proportion of teachers in the early years of primary school. Therefore, the following question arises: How does the initial training of future teachers of pedagogy take place, who will work in the initial years of primary schools? In view of this, this research proposes to analyze, by means of a bibliographical survey, how this initial formation of future teachers of pedagogy takes place with regard to the subsequent teaching of cartographic literacy. The present study intends to contribute to the dissemination of research on this subject, to help in the production of new research on the subject, and in the formulation of intervention strategies for the modification of problems present in reality. According to analyses based on authors who adhere to and/or approach dialectical historical materialism. It is concluded that the lack of knowledge of teachers about cartographic literacy can be considered due to poor initial training and insufficient teaching. In addition to the fragmentation of curricula in this training, the lack of systematic understanding of the whole, which will bring losses in the future in the learning of students in the classroom

Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a situação política brasileira entre os anos de 1963 e 1964 a partir das falas de um legislador gaúcho, Moab Caldas. Trata-se de uma narrativa construída a partir dos discursos, mas embasada por reflexões de historiadores especialistas no regime militar, ou seja, não há uma análise semiológica. Tendo em vista que ainda há uma série de documentos referentes ao regime militar que ainda não estão acessíveis, procura-se apontar para a possibilidade da utilização de discursos parlamentares como fonte de pesquisa viável. A conjugação das falas com os estudos históricos possibilita analisar não somente as manobras políticas nacionais, mas também as internacionais, cujos interesses no país naquele período não podem ser menosprezados. No período que antecede o golpe são abordados temas como as revoluções e golpes militares ocorridos no continente, bem como o crescimento e organização da classe trabalhadora e do campesinato. Pode-se perceber nos discursos do parlamentar as estratégias usadas pela elite orgânica a fim de barrar os avanços sociais, criando um clima de tensão e medo e, usando também a força do aparato policial para conter potenciais “inimigos”. Já no período subsequente ao golpe são abordados temas como os expurgos de políticos e funcionários públicos, como a crescente perseguição e violência.
ABSTRACT
This article aims to analyze the Brazilian political situation between the years 1963 and 1964 based on the speeches of a gaucho legislator, Moab Caldas. It is a narrative constructed from the speeches but based on reflections by historians specialized in the military regime, that is, there is no semiologic analysis. Bearing in mind that there are still a series of documents related to the military regime that are not yet accessible, we seek to point to the possibility of using parliamentary speeches as a viable research source. The combination of speeches and historical studies makes it possible to analyze not only national political maneuvers, but also international ones, whose interests in the country at that time cannot be underestimated. In the period leading up to the coup d\u27état, topics such as the revolutions and military coups that took place on the continent were discussed, as well as the growth and organization of the working class and the peasantry. One can perceive in the speeches of the parliamentarian the strategies used by the organic elite to stop social advances, creating a climate of tension and fear, and also using the force of the police apparatus to contain potential "enemies". In the period following the coup d\u27état, topics such as the purging of politicians and civil servants, increasing persecution and violence are addressed

Temos o costume de avançar sobre as diversidades e saberes em rasgos desesperançados quando os apresentamos os intelectuais e em rasgos turísticos quando os fazem os poderes. Os intelectuais não costumam acreditar nas estatísticas estatais, não estamos para acreditar nisso, seus sofismas e distratores não lhes permitem confrontar esses campos tão frágeis como as diversidades e saberes populares. Aos intelectuais não se presta atenção porque não fazem parte de um poder do momento ou porque são julgados como pessimistas desleixados. No meio, num lugar do nada aparecem os prejudicados. Os sofridos, as classes sociais esquecidas, abandonadas ou bem porque não são incluídas em todos os campos vitais da sua existência (Arendt, 1996) ou talvez porque são incluídas de maneira parcial e suas expressões de diversidade passam a ser desconhecidas ou limitadas, os saberes cotidianos não se parecem aos científicos nem aos educativos; O que estamos deixando de saber por esquecer das nossas comunidades de base? Isto saberemos quando leiamos as diversidades não como algo exótico senão como um rasgo fundamental para relacionarmos e para agir na vida em todas suas formas.
ABSTRACT
We tend to advance on the diversities and knowledge hopelessly when we present the intellectuals and in touristic features when the powers do. We intellectuals do not usually believe in state statistics, we are not here to believe them, their sophistry and distractions do not allow them to confront these fields as weak as diversities and popular knowledge. Intellectuals are not paid attention because they are not part of the power of the day or because they are judged as pessimistic sloppy. In the middle, instead of nothing, there are the injured, the suffering, the forgotten social classes, abandoned or because they are not included in all the vital fields of their existence (Arendt, 1996) or perhaps because they are included partially and their expressions of diversity become unknown or limited; everyday knowledge does not resemble scientific or educational. What are we ceasing to know by forgetting our grassroots communities? We will know this when we read diversity not as something exotic but as a fundamental feature to relate to and to act in life in all its forms

Da construção da Sagrada Família, idealizada como instrumento de reenquadramento religioso e político até sua transformação em memória social e de identidade, são os temas em discussão propostos neste trabalho, delimitando-se pelos contextos em que a mais importante obra do destacado arquiteto da Renaixença catalã, Antoni Gaudí, está inserida. Através do debate com os conceitos patrimoniais, apresenta-se a história que remete à expansão urbana de Barcelona, com a Eixample, e o que era originariamente o Templo Expiatório da Sagrada Família, acabaria por se transformar em uma Basílica, consagrada por um Papa. A qualidade desse trabalho arquitetônico tornou inevitável seu reconhecimento pela UNESCO como Patrimônio da Humanidade, que viria a seguir, proporcionando a leitura clara da importância de seu papel dentro da Catalunha e do mundo.
ABSTRACT
From the construction of the Holy Family, idealized as an instrument of religious and political reframing to its transformation into social memory and identity, the topics under discussion are proposed in this work, delimiting themselves by the contexts in which the most important work of the outstanding Catalan Renaixença architect, Antoni Gaudí, is inserted. Through the debate with heritage concepts, the story that refers to the urban expansion of Barcelona, with the Eixample, is presented, and what was originally The Atoning Temple of the Holy Family, would eventually turn into a Basilica, consecrated by a Pope. The quality of this architectural work made its recognition by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site inevitable, which would follow, providing a clear reading of the importance of its role within Catalonia and the world
Mapping the desirable management engineer\u27s competencies: Mapeamento das competências desejáveis aos engenheiros de gestão

Objetivo: Há uma demanda no desenvimento da qualidade da formação dos engenheiros. Contudo, surge uma questão: quais são as competências desejáveis aos engenheiros de gestão? Este artigo apresenta as competências recomendadas aos engenheiros de produção. Medodologia: O método utilizado envolveu uma revisão sistematizada de 42 artigos indexados nas bases Scopus e WOS em busca de competências do engenheiro de gestão. As competências encontradas na literatura foram então comparadas com aquelas listadas por associações de engenharia. Resultados: Foi encontrato um conjunto de 29 competências recomendadas aos engenheiros de gestão nos artigos analisados. Somente 23 competências são mencionadas em associações de engenharia, tais como: ABET, IEA, NAE e NBA. Também foi possível observar uma ênfase nas habilidades comportamentais. Originalidade: Esse artigo preenhe uma lacuna no tema, já que não foi encontrado na literatura um trabalho que compare as competências encontradas na literatura com aquelas listadas por associações de engenharia. Implicações para teoria e prática: Os resultados podem ser valiosos para pesquisadores em educação na engenharia e profissionais que atuam no ensino superior como suporte para trabalhos no desenvolvimento da carreira dos estudantes de engenharia de gestão.
ABSTRACT
Paper aims: There is a demand for quality development in forming engineers. However, a question is still alive: what are the competences cited as desirable for management engineers? This article presents the competencies for management engineers. Research Method: The method used was a systematic review covering 42 articles published in journals indexed in Scopus and WOS looking for management engineering competencies. The competencies mapped in the literature were then compared with those listed by engineering associations. Main Findings: It was found a set of 29 competencies mentioned in the articles analyzed as desirable ones for management engineers. Only 23 are also mentioned by professional associations that defines engineering competences, alike: ABET, IEA, NAE and NBA. It is also possible to observe an emphasis on awareness skills. Originality: This article covers a gap in the subject, once it was not found in the literature a previous work that compare the competencies mapped in the literature with those listed by engineering associations. Implications for theory and practice: The results should be worthy for both: engineering education researches and higher education professionals as support for their work in developing the professional career of management engineering students

O presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo as questões de gênero no universo dos DJs. Será buscado analisar as condições de trabalho de mulheres DJs e os preconceitos aos quais estão expostas no exercício de sua profissão. Por conseguinte, a exposta pesquisa terá como recorte temporal e geográfico o cenário musical brasileiro a partir dos anos 2000. A abertura desse ramo às mulheres ainda é pequena, pois esta é uma profissão em que a maior parte dos profissionais são homens, relegando, assim, a presença feminina. Este trabalho busca analisar como as mulheres que escolhem seguir em suas carreiras como DJs sofrem com a maciça discriminação de gênero e lidam com o assédio sexual em seus ambientes de trabalho. Também será buscado compreender que a construção dos estereótipos de gênero são produtos sociais e não meras características biológicas. Essas produções da cultura e da sociedade estão enraizadas na sociedade brasileira, extremamente machista e de valores tradicionalistas e patriarcais. É a essa sociedade que as mulheres DJs desafiam quando peitam esse mercado de trabalho em busca da realização profissional.
ABSTRACT
This work has gender issues in the universe of DJs as its object of study. It will be sought to analyze the working conditions of DJ women and the prejudgment that they are exposed to in the exercise of their profession. The research will have as a temporal and geographical scene the Brazilian music scenario from the 2000s onwards. The opening of this field to women is still small and that is a profession in which most professionals are men, relegating the female presence. This work seeks to analyze how women choose to pursue their careers as DJs, suffer from massive gender discrimination, and deal with sexual harassment in their work environments. It will also be looking for understanding that the construction of gender stereotypes are social products and not merely biological characteristics. These productions of culture and society are rooted in Brazilian society, which is extremely sexist and based on traditional and patriarchal values. That is the society that women DJs challenges when they face that market looking for professional achievement
