Get PDFThe object of this paper is to discuss, in a broad way, the current dynamics of the agricultural frontier in Brazil, identifying the agents and processes behind its advance over the territory of the Legal Amazon in its recent history and describing its morphology. The agricultural frontier is a space of tensions and conflicts, where, on the one hand, there is the expansion of large-scale technified farming, agro-industrial networks, financial capital and forest destruction over the Cerrado and Amazonian biomes, and, on the other, the resistance of peasants, native people and traditional communities, who are fighting for their social, environmental and territorial rights.O objetivo do presente artigo é dissertar, de maneira ampla, sobre a dinâmica atual da fronteira agrícola no Brasil, identificando os agentes e os processos por trás de seu avanço sobre o território da Amazônia Legal em sua história recente e descrevendo sua morfologia. A fronteira agrícola é um espaço de tensões e conflitos, onde, de um lado, se verifica a expansão da grande lavoura tecnificada, das redes agroindustriais, do capital financeiro e da destruição florestal sobre os biomas do cerrado e amazônico, e, de outro, a resistência dos camponeses, dos povos originários e das comunidades tradicionais, que lutam pelos seus direitos sociais, ambientais e territoriais

Get PDFMathematics teaching represents a process of insertion and participation in the culture of written mathematics, with mastery and various social practices. In the early years of Elementary School, the teaching of Mathematics, mathematical concepts are described in textual form, involving mathematical and linguistic relationships. The interpretation of mathematical concepts requires fundamentals of literacy in the mother tongue and in the language of Mathematics. In this context of teaching Mathematics, reading and writing Mathematics encompasses formative processes of literacy and literacy in the mother tongue. The research has a qualitative, bibliographic-documentary approach, supported by theorists who debate the topic and covered by official documents (BNCC, PCN, OCDE/PISA). The results converge to further studies for teachers who teach Mathematics in the early years of elementary school so that they understand mathematical literacy as presented in the BNCC normative document, and how to teach students mathematical literacy.O ensino de matemática representa um processo de inserção e de participação na cultura da matemática escrita, com o domínio e com as diversas práticas sociais. Nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, o ensino de matemática, os conceitos matemáticos são descritos na forma textual, envolvendo relações matemáticas e linguísticas. A interpretação de conceitos matemáticos requer fundamentos de alfabetização na língua materna e na linguagem matemática. Nesse contexto de ensino de matemática, a leitura e a escrita matemática abrangem processos formativos de alfabetização e de letramento na língua materna. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, bibliográfica-documental, apoiada por teóricos que debatem o tema é abarcada pelos documentos oficiais (BNCC, PCN, OCDE/PISA). Os resultados convergem para aprofundamentos estudos para os professores que ensinam matemática nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental de forma que compreendam o letramento matemático como está apresentado no documento normativo da BNCC, e como letrar o estudante matematicamente

A participação de mulheres na ciência e tecnologia é estudada por inúmeros autores com o propósito de discutir a situação das mulheres na ciência. Diante disso esta pesquisa tem por objetivo apresentar apontamentos e reflexões para igualdade de sexos na ciência e tecnologia, bem como instigar uma ruptura na segregação cultural cientifica. Também pretendeu-se realizar uma pesquisa na plataforma Lattes CNPq, afim de trazer a luz dados estatísticos de currículos dos sexos masculino e feminino no Brasil, partindo dos níveis (categorias) de Mestrado e Doutorado, além de dados estatísticos da distribuição feminina nas grandes áreas do conhecimento científico. Sendo assim, propor novas formas de inclusão nas grandes áreas do conhecimento que o sexo feminino possui menor número de currículos, da mesma maneira para o sexo masculino nas grandes áreas em que pouco participa, seja uma das soluções em prol de desestimular a segregação de sexos e alcançar equidade, equilíbrio e harmonia na ciência e em todas as esferas da sociedade.
ABSTRACT
The participation of women in science and technology is studied by countless authors to discuss the situation of women in science. Therefore, this research aims at presenting notes and reflections for gender equality in science and technology, as well as instigating a rupture in scientific cultural segregation. It was also intended to conduct a survey on the Lattes CNPq platform, in order to bring into light statistical data from male and female curricula in Brazil, starting from the Master and Doctorate levels (categories), in addition to statistical data on female distribution in large areas of scientific knowledge. Therefore, proposing new forms of inclusion in large areas of knowledge that females have a lower number of curricula, in the same way for males in large areas in which they have little participation, is one of the solutions in favor of discouraging the segregation of sexes, and achieving equity, balance, and harmony in science and in all spheres of society

Get PDFRESUMONo contexto político atual, a proliferação da desinformação na esfera digital se tornou essencial para o fortalecimento de governos autoritários, resultando em um processo de deslegitimação dos veículos de comunicação, tornando-os inimigos dos regimes em vigência. Tomando o caso brasileiro, este estudo investiga como Jair Bolsonaro utilizou o Twitter – sendo esta plataforma o principal palanque virtual do presidente – para desqualificar a imprensa e manter seus apoiadores. A partir do relatório Violência contra jornalistas e liberdade de imprensa no Brasil (2019), da Federação Nacional dos Jornalistas (FENAJ), foram avaliados, através de Análise do Discurso, os tweets de ataque à imprensa postados por Bolsonaro no primeiro ano de mandato, concluindo que o presidente fez uso desta estratégia buscando controlar o debate público, evitando, por muitas vezes, prestar contas à sociedade sobre o que as notícias informavam e, além disso, mudar a essência dos fatos através de uma cortina de fumaça, mobilizando os contextos dos acontecimentos a seu favor.

In the current political context, the proliferation of disinformation in the digital sphere has become essential In the current political context, the proliferation of misinformation in the digital sphere has become essential for the strengthening of authoritarian governments. This resulting in a process of delegitimizing the vehicles of communication, making them enemies of the political system. Considering the case of Brazil, this study investigates how Jair Bolsonaro used Twitter - this being the main platform of the president - to disqualify the press and keep his supporters. Based on the report Violência contra jornalistas e liberdade de imprensa no Brasil (2019) from the National Federation of Journalists (FENAJ, in Portuguese), the tweets of press attacks posted by Bolsonaro in his first year in office were assessed, using Discourse Analysis. A conclusion is that the president made use of this strategy seeking to control the public debate, avoiding being accountable to society about what the news reported and, in addition, changing the essence of the facts through a smokescreen, mobilizing contexts events in his favor

No Brasil, país que vivenciou diferentes períodos históricos, onde a democracia foi posta em xeque, e a precarização de instituições de ensino e de pesquisa influenciou no reconhecimento e desenvolvimento da ciência brasileira, é urgente discutir a democratização do conhecimento científico como medida necessária para o progresso e desenvolvimento do país e da ciência nacional. Nesse sentido, o movimento Acesso Aberto, que surge na América do Norte nos anos 2000, foi um marco norteador para que diversas nações voltassem seus olhares e esforços para a garantia do acesso à informação científica através de ferramentas, estratégias e políticas públicas. A partir do fim do século XX, o advento da internet impulsionou a produção e divulgação de informações científicas. Contudo, apesar de as possibilidades de difusão do conhecimento terem se ampliado, também ocorreu a mercantilização do mesmo. Será então aqui buscado abordar o Acesso Aberto como forma de combate à transformação da informação científica em mercadoria e como o Brasil se posiciona diante dessa perspectiva.
ABSTRACT
In Brazil, a country that has experienced different historical periods where democracy has been called into question and the precariousness of educational institutions and research influenced the recognition and development of Brazilian science, it is urgent to discuss the democratization of scientific knowledge as a necessary measure for progress and development of the country and national science. In this sense, the Open Access movement, which appeared in North America in the 2000s was a guiding milestone for several nations to turn their gaze and efforts towards ensuring access to scientific information scientific through tools, strategies and public policies. From the end of the 20th century, the advent of the Internet boosted the production and dissemination of scientific information. However, although the possibilities of dissemination of knowledge have expanded, also occurred the commodification of the same. It will then be sought here to address Open Access as a way to combat the transformation of scientific information into merchandise and how Brazil stands up to this perspective

Este estudo tem como objetivo conhecer as características e dificuldades no processo de aprendizagem da criança autista, bem como levantar as metodologias de ensino-aprendizagem facilitadoras voltadas para o contexto inclusivo educacional e/ou familiar. Pretende-se também compreender a importância da capacitação do professor em relação às diversas expressões do TEA e quanto a efetiva utilização dos recursos e ferramentas disponíveis. Trata-se de uma pesquisa teórica, tomando-se como base livros especializados, artigos científicos e outros materiais de nacionalidade brasileira e portuguesa, escritos em português e indexados em sites reconhecidamente científicos. Constatou-se que o conhecimento do TEA e de suas especificidades permite aproveitar as potencialidades de cada criança, estimulando o aprendizado, e que os modelos facilitadores podem ser utilizados como recurso na promoção do desenvolvimento global da criança. Assim, a aprendizagem é possível por meio da inclusão que traz vantagens para todas as crianças na medida em que as tornam mais sensíveis, respeitadoras, e aprendem a crescer, cooperando e respeitando as diferenças.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to make the characteristics and difficulties in the learning process of the autistic child known, as well as to raise the teaching-learning methodologies that are geared towards the inclusive educational and/or family context. This study also intends to understand the importance of teacher training concerning the various expressions of ASD and the effective use of tools and resources available. This a theoretical research study, based on specialized books, scientific articles, and other materials of Brazilian and Portuguese nationality, written in Portuguese, and indexed on recognized scientific sites. This study found that the knowledge of ASD and its specificities allows you to take advantage of each child\u27s potential, stimulating the child’s learning and that the intervention models can be used as a facilitating resource in promoting the child\u27s global development. Thus, learning is possible through inclusion, which brings benefits to all children as it makes them more sensitive, respectful towards others, cooperative, and respectful of differences

Aplicação do gerenciamento de projetos na execução de pesquisa de benchmarking: Project management application in benchmarking research execution
Get PDFRESUMOEste artigo é fruto do exercício de aplicação do conteúdo teórico-conceitual de gerenciamento de projetos, curso de pós-graduação e da experiência profissional. Apresenta as boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos na empresa Oi, que realizou uma pesquisa de benchmarking no âmbito corporativo. Discute os conceitos de gerenciamento de projetos e seus enfoques, bem como a profissionalização das relações entre as partes interessadas na operacionalização deste projeto. Além disso, cria um ambiente propício para superação dos obstáculos à gestão do conhecimento nas organizações. Desta forma, os obstáculos ao compartilhamento da informação e do conhecimento puderam ser superados, com base na aplicação da literatura pertinente ao tema. Complementando, através da implementação do modelo de gerenciamento de projetos, o estudo verificou que o processo de coleta, análise e o compartilhamento da informação e do conhecimento pós-divulgação do benchmarking tornou-se eficiente e ágil. O tratamento da pesquisa como um projeto trouxe como resultado para a empresa o aumento da produtividade, ou seja, a otimização da capacidade produtiva, aumentando o ritmo e a qualidade do trabalho das pessoas por meio da especialização. Ainda como estratégia de ação, permitiu sensibilizar as partes interessadas para aspectos da qualidade do produto final, ou seja, contribuiu para fazer o certo já na primeira vez, evitando o retrabalho das áreas envolvidas, consequentemente a improdutividade.

ABSTRACTThis article is the result of the exercise of applying the theoretical-conceptual content of project management, postgraduate courses, and professional experience. It presents good project management practices at Oi, which has conducted a benchmarking survey at the corporate level.It discusses the concepts of project management and its approaches, as well as the professionalization of the relations between the interested parties in the operationalization of this project. In addition, it creates a favorable environment for overcoming obstacles to knowledge management in organizations. In this way, the obstacles to sharing information and knowledge could be overcome, based on the application of the literature relevant to the theme. Complementing, through the implementation of the project management model, the study found that the process of collecting, analyzing, and sharing information and knowledge after benchmarking has become efficient and agile. The treatment of research as a project has resulted in increased productivity for the company, that is, the optimization of productive capacity, increasing the pace and quality of people\u27s work through specialization. Still, as an action strategy, it allowed the interested parties to be made aware of aspects of the quality of the final product, that is, it contributed in doing the right thing at the first time, avoiding the involved areas rework, and consequently the unproductiveness.

Rorschach para deficientes visuais: apresentação de instruções e pranchas adaptadas: Rorschach for the visually impaired: presentation of instructions and adapted cards

A avaliação psicológica (AP) é a área da psicologia que concentra o maior interesse para utilização dos instrumentos psicológicos, dentre eles, o Rorschach. No entanto, uma das principais condições do indivíduo que a ele se submete é ter capacidade visual. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste artigo foi divulgar a possiblidade de adaptação do Rorschach para deficientes visuais com perda completa da visão. Portanto, apresentou-se a adaptação da etapa ‘instruções’ e das pranchas de Rorschach, através de materiais com textura. Como resultado, foi obtido as dez pranchas de Rorschach com os mesmos contornos das manchas originais, e tonalidades semelhantes às das manchas cromáticas. Como uma tentativa pioneira de adaptação do Rorschach à deficiência visual, este trabalho está em consonância ao movimento de expansão da área de AP no Brasil. E, estando ainda em fase inicial, apresenta algumas limitações, como ainda não ter sido testado no público-alvo.
ABSTRACT:
Psychological evaluation (PE) is the area of psychology that concentrates the greatest interest for the use of psychological instruments, among them Rorschach. However, one of the main conditions of the individual who undergoes it is to have the visual ability. In this sense, the objective of this article was to divulge the possibility of adapting the Rorschach for the visually impaired with full vision loss. Therefore, the adaptation of the \u27instructions\u27 step, and the Rorschach cards through textured materials was presented. As a result, the ten Rorschach cards with the same contours of the original stains were obtained, and shades similar to those of the chromatic stains. As a pioneering attempt to adapt Rorschach to visual impairment, this work is in line with the expansion movement of the PE area in Brazil. And, being still in its initial phase, it presents some limitations, as it has not yet been tested in the target audience
