Das reflexões filosóficas às concepções atuais: um percurso histórico acerca da construção do conhecimento sobre língua: From philosophical reflections to current conceptions: a historical route about the construction of knowledge about language
Get PDFThis research has as main objective to historiograph the main reflections about language, from a logical-philosophical basis, entered, after the study of language through a grammatical bias. Therefore, it was necessary to use theorists such as Vieira (2015; 2016); Neves (2002); Leite (2007); Mattos and Silva (2016); Borges Neto (2009b; 2016); Angels (2016); Faraco (2008); Cavaliere (2002; 2014), among others. After the discussions, it was found that, throughout the historical course on language, it is observed that before the grammar genre language was understood as an expression of thought, as well as feelings, being investigated, therefore, through such perspective.Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal historiografar as principais reflexões acerca da linguagem, desde uma base lógico-filosófica, adentrado, posteriormente ao estudo da linguagem por um viés gramatical. Para tanto, fez-se necessário à utilização de teóricos como Vieira (2015; 2016); Neves (2002); Leite (2007); Mattos e Silva (2016); Borges Neto (2009b; 2016); Anjos (2016); Faraco (2008); Cavaliere (2002; 2014), dentre outros. O assédio moral como mecanismo de violação ao meio ambiente do trabalho e a dignidade da pessoa humana: Moral harassment as a mechanism of violation of the work environment and the dignity of the human person
Get PDFThe practice of bullying in the work environment occurs since the beginning of relationships of this nature, resulting in harmful factors to the worker and, therefore, violation of the constitutional guarantee of the dignity of the human person, in addition to rights inherent to the labor relationship. It is a series of harmful conducts to the work environment, subjecting the employee, without justification, to harmful actions, with interference in psychological and physical factors resulting from manifestations in this sense practiced in the work context, giving rise, in certain cases, to the request of dismissal. As it is a practice that is harmful to the individual and contrary to basic corollaries of current legislation, notably the aforementioned dignity of the human person, it is possible to claim the worker\u27s indemnity liability in these cases, in the civil sphere, whose legal provision is in line with the categorical imperative of Kant related to the formula of humanity as an end in itself, integrating legislation to this understanding, classifying the individual as a subject and object of rights. However, there is no legal provision to date that allows criminal liability for this practice.A prática de assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho ocorre desde os primórdios das relações desta natureza, resultando em fatores nocivos ao trabalhador, como a violação da garantia constitucional da dignidade da pessoa humana, além de infringir direitos inerentes à relação laborativa. Trata-se de uma série de condutas deletérias ao ambiente de trabalho, submetendo o funcionário, sem justificativa, a ações danosas, com interferência em fatores psicológicos e físicos decorrentes de manifestações neste sentido praticadas no contexto laborativo, ensejando, em determinados casos, o pedido de demissão. Por se tratar de prática nociva ao indivíduo e contrária a corolários basilares da legislação vigente, notadamente a referida dignidade da pessoa humana, é possível pleitear a responsabilização indenizatória do trabalhador nestes casos, em âmbito cível, cuja previsão legal se mostra consonante com o imperativo categórico de Kant relacionado à fórmula da humanidade como um fim em si mesmo, integrando a legislação a este entendimento, classificando o indivíduo como sujeito e objeto de direitos. Contudo, não há até o momento previsão legal que possibilite a responsabilização criminal em razão da referida prática

"So what?".Marcados por uma forte recessão econômica em um contexto ainda pandêmico, expressa-se uma profunda desigualdade social existente no país, que tem explicitado um conjunto de diferentes tecnologias de poder que já se encontravam em exercício no Brasil e que foi fortemente autorizado pelo discurso sádico do presidente Jair Messias Bolsonaro, que também segue evidenciando deslocamentos no modo como a biopolítica, neoliberalismo e necropolítica se articulam entre nós. It intends to reflect on the educational contributions present in the work Bantu Philosophy. We are experiencing a recurring educational crisis that requires a remedy based on Tempels\u27 contributions. Contaminação de efluentes por amoxilina: consequências ambientais e métodos eficazes de remoção: Contamination of effluents with amoxicillin: environmental consequences and effective methods of removal
Get PDFFor consecutive decades, there has been an intensification of pollution generated by human activities. Effluents are discharged every day, if not untreated, then partially treated into receiving water bodies, causing serious damage to the environment. Among these pollutants, pharmaceuticals raise great concern since they can be resistant even to conventional effluent treatment processes, highlighting the problem of inadequate treatment for these substances.
This bibliographic study surveyed 38 articles, which underwent rigorous selection, leaving only 12 works that met the prerequisites established for this research. The objective was to review the literature and analyze the effluent treatment methods used for the removal and degradation of the beta-lactam group antibiotic, amoxicillin.
Most of the selected studies conducted their analyses on artificially contaminated effluents, using techniques such as adsorption, advanced oxidative processes (AOPs), constructed wetlands, bioreactors with submerged membranes, activated carbon filters, and hydrolysis. It is important to note that each article employed very specific techniques, which explains the differing results found even in similar methods.
The analysis showed that among the methods observed, only the traditional oxidation process with Fenton reagent and the alkaline hydrolysis removal method, with a pH of 12.5 over 60 minutes, achieved complete removal (100%) of the antibiotic.
At the other end, it was observed that the antibiotic removal technique via constructed wetlands reached a minimum removal rate of 15%, and the AOP with natural photolysis over 360 minutes achieved a removal of 24%.
These findings highlight the importance of combining sewage treatment methods to achieve greater purity of the effluent released into the environment.Por décadas consecutivas, tem-se observado uma intensificação na poluição gerada pelas atividades humanas. Todos os dias são lançados efluentes, se não in natura, parcialmente tratados nos corpos hídricos receptores, causando sérios danos ao meio ambiente. Dentre esses poluentes, os fármacos despertam grande preocupação, pois podem ser resistentes inclusive aos processos convencionais de tratamento de efluentes, o que evidencia a problemática da falta de tratamento adequado para esses compostos.
Este trabalho bibliográfico realizou um levantamento de 38 artigos, os quais passaram por uma rigorosa seleção, restando apenas 12 trabalhos que se enquadraram nos pré-requisitos estabelecidos para a realização deste estudo. O objetivo foi analisar a literatura e avaliar os métodos de tratamento de efluentes utilizados para remoção e degradação do antibiótico do grupo β-lactâmicos, amoxicilina.
Grande parte dos estudos selecionados desenvolveu suas análises em efluentes contaminados artificialmente, utilizando técnicas como adsorção, processos oxidativos avançados (POAs), wetlands construídos, biorreator com membranas submersas, filtro de carvão ativado e hidrólise. É importante ressaltar que cada artigo operou com técnicas bastante particulares, o que explica os diferentes resultados encontrados em métodos semelhantes.
A análise demonstrou que, dentre os métodos observados, apenas o processo tradicional de oxidação com reagente Fenton e o método de remoção por hidrólise alcalina, com pH de 12,5 em 60 minutos, atingiram a excelência de 100% na remoção do antibiótico.
No outro extremo, observou-se que a técnica de remoção por meio de wetlands construídos atingiu a remoção mínima de 15%, e o POA com fotólise natural, em tempo de 360 minutos, apresentou remoção de 24%.
Os números encontrados apontam para a importância de combinar os métodos de tratamento de esgoto para alcançar uma maior pureza do efluente lançado no ambiente

Get PDFThis article will deal with concepts of Family, School Evasion and Active School Search which have been problematized for years. So this is not a new issue. For this purpose, a systemic literature review (RBS) was used in order to identify the materials produced on this topic. The articles were taken from the database of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), Google Scholar, Virtual Health Library, Fundação Abrinq, Scientific Eletronix Library Online (Scielo) Brazil. It appears that there are many children and adolescents who were out of school, even with the existence of the Active School Search and among other existing tools. In this way, the union of school-family and public policies, without a shadow of a doubt, removes children and adolescents from personal and social risks, in addition to guaranteeing the right to education.Este artigo versará acerca dos conceitos de Família, Evasão Escolar e Busca Ativa Escolar os quais são problematizados há anos. Portanto, não se trata de um assunto inédito. Utilizou-se, para tanto, a revisão bibliográfica sistêmica (RBS), de maneira a identificar os materiais produzidos sobre estes temas. Os artigos foram retirados no banco de dados da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes), Google Acadêmico, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Fundação Abrinq, Scientific Eletronix Libray Online (Scielo) Brasil. Verifica-se que há muitas crianças e adolescentes fora da escola, mesmo com a existência da Busca Ativa Escolar e dentre outras ferramentas existentes. Dessa forma, a união da escola-família e políticas públicas, sem sombras de dúvidas, afastam crianças e adolescentes dos riscos pessoais e sociais, além de garantir o direito à educação
Análise do discurso como ferramenta metodológica nas pesquisas em ciências humanas, sociais e aplicadas: contribuições de Charaudeau e Fairclough: Discourse analysis as a methodological tool in research in human, social and applied sciences: contributions of Charaudeau and Fairclough
Get PDFThis article presents the Discourse Analysis as a possibility of use for the achievement of research in the areas covered by the Human, Social and Applied Sciences in the form of a methodological resource. Seeking to break with the reductionist perspective of certain approaches existing in the academy, Discourse Analysis allows us to extract a significant amount of concepts, ideologies and social practices commonly found in objects and research subjects existing in the Human, Social and Applied Sciences, not contemplated by others. perspectives of analysis, mainly through positivist molds. It starts with Charaudeau and Fairclough\u27s definitions about the understanding of discourse as a mode of action that, due to its dialectical relationship with the social structure, allows us to investigate discursive practices as material forms of ideology. This methodology contributes to the way in which official documents, legal norms, written and spoken speeches can be analyzed, showing that it is not just about neutral and impartial guidelines, but they articulate interests, design policies, produce social interventions and consensus. It is concluded that more important than making it possible to elucidate the conceptual or analytical richness of these areas, this preservation should not be confused with permissiveness, transforming the academic-scientific works of the Humanities, Applied Social Sciences into a den of arbitrariness only to agree with a prior thinking about the topic investigated by the scientist.O presente artigo apresenta a Análise do Discurso como possibilidade de utilização para a consecução de pesquisas nas áreas abarcadas pelas Ciências Humanas, Sociais e Aplicadas na forma de recurso metodológico. Procurando romper com a ótica reducionista de determinadas abordagens existentes na academia, a Análise do Discurso permite extrair uma quantidade significativa de conceitos, de ideologias e de práticas sociais comumente encontradas nos objetos e sujeitos de pesquisa existentes nas Ciências Humanas, Sociais e Aplicadas, não contemplados por outras óticas de análise, principalmente pelos moldes positivistas. Parte-se das definições de Charaudeau e Fairclough sobre o entendimento do discurso como modo de ação que, por sua relação dialética com a estrutura social, permite investigar as práticas discursivas como formas materiais de ideologia. Tal metodologia contribui na forma como podem ser analisados documentos oficiais, normatizações de âmbito jurídico, discursos escritos e falados, mostrando que não se trata apenas de diretrizes neutras e imparciais, mas articulam interesses, projetam políticas, produzem intervenções sociais e consensos. Conclui-se que, mais importante do que possibilitar elucidar a riqueza conceitual ou analítica destas áreas, essa preservação não deve ser confundida com permissividade, transformando os trabalhos acadêmico-científicos das Ciências Humanas, Sociais Aplicadas em um antro de arbitrariedade apenas para concordar com um pensamento prévio acerca da temática investigada por parte do cientista
