Full text linkMedicine improvements have allowed the increase in life expectancy, especially in serious diseases such as cancer, whose incidence has raised globally. On the other hand, the reduction in mortality is achieved several times with unnecessary and futile procedures. As cancer is a disease with a high risk of mortality, discussions on withholding treatment, palliative care and terminal illness are also necessary. The objective of this paper is to establish a dialogue between oncology and criminal law, in order to verify the limits of decent treatment and the legal and criminal consequences of withholding palliative care.A evolução da medicina tem propiciado o aumento da expectativa de vida, principalmente em doenças graves como o câncer, cuja incidência tem aumentado globalmente. Por outro lado, viu-se que a redução da mortalidade era conquistada, por vezes, à custa de procedimentos desnecessários e fúteis. Dado que o câncer é doença com alto risco de mortalidade, as discussões sobre interrupção de tratamento, cuidados paliativos e terminalidade fazem-se também necessárias. O objetivo deste trabalho é estabelecer um diálogo entre a oncologia e o direito penal, com o intuito de verificar os limites de um tratamento digno e as repercussões jurídico-penais da paralisação dos cuidados paliativos no paciente oncológico

Theenvironmental impacts from the implementation of wind farms are eminent and certainly cause environmental imbalance. On reducing the environmental impact this work presents a study in clean energy production with reference to the Wind Farm Gargaú in the state of Rio de Janeiro, from a review of the main concepts and applicability of wind energy and the evaluation of environmental impact due.Fontes renováveis de energia são apresentadas como principal alternativa para atender as demandas da sociedade comrelação à qualidade e segurança do atendimento da demanda de eletricidade com redução dos danos ambientais decorrentes do consumo de energia limpa. Os impactos ambientais provenientes a implantação de parques eólicos são eminentes e certamente apresentam desequilíbrio ambiental. Sobre a redução dos impactos ambientais este trabalho visa um estudo na produção de energia limpa usando como referência o Parque Eólico de Gargaú no estado do Rio de Janeiro, a partir de uma revisão dos principais conceitos e aplicabilidade da energia eólica e da avaliação dos impactos ambientais decorrentes

Thus, the objective of this article is to analyse the standard establishing the EIRELI through a case study where you apply the Hermeneutics in the verification of the impediment of their institution for purposes other than business.A empresa individual de responsabilidade limitada – EIRELI foi normatizada pela Lei no 12.441/11 com o objetivo de mitigar a constituição das “sociedades faz de conta”. Entretanto, o texto legal em vigor alijou alguns dos pontos deliberados nos debates atinentes ao Projeto de Lei no 4.605/09 que lhe deu origem, dando azo ao questionamento acerca da obrigatoriedade da EIRELI ser constituída apenas para fins empresariais, problema que exige considerar que outras normas positivadas velem-se da expressão “empresa” ignorando os fundamentos da Teoria da Empresa ou mesmo os perfis da empresa de Alberto Asquini que orientam os estudos sobre o tema ante ao fato de que a legislação pátria não define a empresa. O olhar como operador teórico-clínico nos atendimentos online em psicanálise: The gaze as a theoretical and clinical operator in online psychoanalysis
No full textThis article examines the function of the gaze in psychoanalysis and its manifestations in online clinical practice. Drawing on Freud and Lacan, we revisit its role in subjective constitution, the fantasmatic scene, and its superegoic unfoldings, situating it as the scopic drive object. We then propose a reading of the gaze in the Real, Symbolic, and Imaginary (RSI) dimensions, taking the pictorial frame, as developed by Lacan in Seminar XI, as a theoretical-clinical operator. This perspective allows us to discuss the specificity of the gaze in screen-mediated clinical work, particularly regarding transference, the body, and the difference between camera-off and analytic couch.Este artigo examina a função do olhar na psicanálise e suas incidências na clínica online. A partir de Freud e Lacan, retomamos seu papel na constituição subjetiva, na cena fantasmática e em seus desdobramentos superegoicos, situando-o como objeto pulsional da escopia. Propomos uma leitura do olhar nas dimensões real, simbólica e imaginária (RSI), tomando o quadro pictórico, conforme Lacan no Seminário 11, como operador teórico-clínico. Essa perspectiva permite discutir a especificidade do olhar na clínica mediada por telas, no manejo da transferência, na relação com o corpo e na diferença entre desligar a câmera e o uso do divã
Acadianos: entre chegada, ocupação e diáspora no Canadá Atlântico dos séculos XVII e XVIII: Acadians: their arrival, occupation and diaspora in the Atlantic Canada between 17th and 18th centuries
Full text linkThe purpose of this paper is to discuss the trajectory of the Acadians and the historical and political dynamics of this people in the Atlantic Canada between 17th and 18th centuries. Founded in 1604-1605 on the East Coast of that country, Acadia has developed a project of occupation, integration and population of what is today the Canadian Maritime Provinces on the Atlantic Coast. Those Provinces are today Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edwars Island; they were and still are the historical environment of the Acadian civilization. Having built a strategic alliance with the Mi’kmaq people (a Canadian First Nation), Acadians have prospered and flourished in relative autonomy until 1713. Between 1755 and 1762 they were systematically expelled from Acadia by the British Empire. The present work seeks to identify the main aspects of the domestic and international dynamics that led to the Acadian diaspora, a fundamental historical issue of this unique community that still today recognizes itself as a group endowed with cultural autonomy and collective identity.O presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir a trajetória do povo acadiano e suas dinâmicas históricas e políticas no Canadá Atlântico entre os séculos XVII e XVIII. Fundada entre 1604 e 1605 na costa leste do Canadá, a Acádia desenvolveu-se como um projeto de ocupação, integração e povoamento do que hoje são as Províncias Marítimas (Les Maritimes) que beiram o Oceano Atlântico. Tais províncias são hoje a Nova Escócia, o Novo Brunswick e a Ilha do Príncipe Eduardo foram, no passado, o ambiente natural de desenvolvimento da civilização acadiana. Construindo uma estratégica aliança com os Mi’kmaq, povo autóctone do Canadá, os acadianos prosperaram com relativa autonomia local até 1713, tendo sido expulsos da Acádia entre 1755 e 1762. Este artigo busca compreender as dinâmicas políticas domésticas e internacionais que produziram a diáspora acadiana, marco histórico fundamental para esse povo, que ainda hoje se reconhece como uma comunidade singular, dotada de autonomia cultural e identidade coletiva

Full text linkIt discusses the Political-pedagogic project under a perspective of strategic management, resuming work concepts and possibilities inherent in the proposal document and reinforcing the pedagogical assumptions present in educational management. It puts the PPP in the center of the discussion between administration and educational management. Methodologically, the construction is made by bringing three conceptual strands (APPLE, 2002; GANDIN and GANDIN, 2001; LIMA, 2012) that contribute to the discussion under different perspectives. It concludes pointing out the need to advance the planning process in order to enhance the educational perspective against the premises of the business logic.O presente trabalho aborda o Projeto político-pedagógico sob uma perspectiva de gestão estratégica, retomando conceitos e possibilidades de trabalho inerentes à proposta do documento e reforçando as premissas pedagógicas presentes na gestão educacional. Coloca-se o PPP no centro da discussão entre administração e gestão educacional. Metodologicamente, a construção é feita pela aproximação entre três vertentes conceituais (APPLE, 2002; GANDIN e GANDIN, 2001; LIMA, 2012) que contribuem para a discussão sob diferentes perspectivas. Concluímos apontando a necessidade de avanço no processo de planejamento a fim de reforçar a perspectiva educacional frente às premissas da lógica empresarial

In Vila Velha city, in the state of Espirito Santo, a software house develops products under the software factory philosophy, in a lean line, just-in-time perspective with effective quality. The software factory philosophy is a model of production and an alternative to developing software producQtsuinevtarilosuas lvar scales. The production line of software products that adopts the concept of manufacturing factory muestssfoellcowonthteúdo? standards and software engineering parameters, based on ISO/IEC 12.207 and ISO/IEC 9.126.1. All parameters ware based on the ISOs show total concern with the aspects of software quality. This aims at making a fuzzy evaluation of the quality of software products developed by the software factory philosophy, through the opinions of fifteen specialists in software and systems engineering.A demanda por produtos de software tem aumentado significativamente em todo o mundo, trazendo novos desafios à engenharia de software. Essa realidade não é diferente no Brasil. Na cidade de Vila Velha, no Estado do Espírito Santo, certa softhouse desenvolve produtos de software sob a filosofia de fábrica de software, numa linha enxuta, em perspectiva just-in-time, com a efetiva qualidade. A filosofia de fábrica de software é um modelo de produção e uma alternativa para desenvolvimento de produtos de software em diversas escalas. A linha de produção de produtos de software que adota o conceito de fábrica de manufatura deve seguir as normas e parâmetros da engenharia de software, com vistas a ISO/IEC 12.207 e a ISO/IEC 9.126.1. Full text linkContemporary society, the inheritor of the modern project of happiness, perfection and success, places the subject in a set of deadlocks due to massive appeals linked to those ideals turned into values. Such internalized and socially shared ideals can foster great suffering through the experiences of shame and humiliation that emerge as a result of the feeling of inadequacy.In this set, the creation of secrecy ends up becoming a defensive resource against such experiences. Based on the film Blue Jasmine by Woody Allen (2013), this article seeks to discuss the difficulties of subjective construction in contemporaneity based on the feelings of shame and humiliation, and its implications on the constitution of secrecy.A sociedade contemporânea, herdeira do projeto moderno de felicidade, perfeição e sucesso, coloca o sujeito em um conjunto de impasses devido aos maciços apelos ligados a esses ideais transformados em valores. Os ideais, internalizados e compartilhados socialmente, podem favorecer grande sofrimento, balizado pelas experiências de vergonha e humilhação que emergem como testemunhas do sentimento de inadequação. Nesse cenário, a criação de segredos acaba por se figurar como recurso defensivo frente a essas experiências.
