Full text linkResearch in Social Sciences in general, and in Sport in particular, has traditionally been marked by the influence of mechanistic and Cartesian conceptions. In the middle of the century, and under the influence of the systemic postulates of Bertalanffy in general, and Seirul-lo in particular, research has taken a turn towards the analysis of the whole, where the focus is on the way in which the elements interact, rather than on the elements themselves. This article analyses these scientific traditions up to the current state of the art, where analysis from a systemic perspective has made its way and left behind analytical and Cartesian conceptions in research.La investigación en Ciencias Sociales en general, y en el Deporte en particular, ha estado tradicionalmente marcado por la influencia de concepcionesmecanicistas y cartesianas. A mediados de siglo, y bajo la influencia de los postulados sistémicos de Bertalanffy en general, y Seirul-lo en particular, la investigación ha dado un giro hacia el análisis de la totalidad, en donde el protagonismo recae en la forma de interactuación de los elementos, más que en los elementos mismos. En este artículo se hace un análisis de estas tradiciones científicas hasta llegar al estado actual de la cuestión, en donde el análisis desde la perspectiva sistémica se ha abierto paso y dejado atrás las concepciones analíticas y cartesianas en investigación

Full text linkThis paper offers a study of a section of Gregory of Nazianzus’ Or. 7, Funeral oration for his brother Caesarius. In particular, the paper analyzes a διήγημα that Gregory composed to narrate an encounter between his brother and the pagan emperor Julian. Gregory resorted to the oratorical and rhetorical elements involved in this encounter to highlight the pious ethos of Caesarius as opposed to the anti-Christian behaviour displayed by Julian. The aim of this analysis is to underline the interpretative possibilities that a rhetorical and literary examination of Gregory’s epitaph provides for a better understanding of the religious history of the 4th century AD.Este trabajo presenta un estudio de una sección de la Or. 7 de Gregorio de Nacianzo, Oración fúnebre por su hermano Cesario. Se trata en concreto de un análisis de un διήγημα del que Gregorio se sirvió para relatar un encuentro que mantuvo su hermano con el emperador pagano Juliano. Gregorio se aprovechó de los componentes oratorios y retóricos de dicho encuentro para subrayar el ethos piadoso de Cesario frente a los signos anti-cristianos manifestados por Juliano. Con este análisis, se persigue poner de manifiesto las posibilidades interpretativas que un examen retórico-literario de un epitafio como el compuesto por Gregorio aporta para tener un mejor conocimiento de la historia religiosa del siglo IV d.C
Gregorio de Nisa y la hermenéutica akoloutheica
Full text linkFrancis in Veritatis Gaudium has highlighted the need to renew the theological work in the universities and ecclesial faculties, inviting in a special way to develop an authentic evangelical hermeneutic that is not focused only on rational syntheses, but rather in a spiritual atmosphere of search in which rise a living and transformative encounter with the Word. In this article, it is intended to show some of the contributions of Gregory of Nyssa’s theological work in De Vita Moysis and In Canticum Canticorum that can enrich a renewed evangelical hermeneutic in line with the call of Pope Francis, so that the Word of God continues finding hearts ready to be inhabited and transformed by it. With this in mind, the following will be presented: 1) Gregory’s theological work as an ascending itinerary of cooperation with Grace, 2) the akoloutheic hermeneutic in Gregory of Nyssa, and 3) the Marian disposition to allow oneself to be inhabited by the Word as a condition of possibility for an authentic evangelical hermeneutic.En la constitución apostólica Veritatis Gaudium se ha resaltado la necesidad de renovar el quehacer teológico en las universidades y facultades eclesiásticas, invitando de manera especial a desarrollar una auténtica hermenéutica evangélica que no esté centrada solo en síntesis racionales, sino más bien en una atmósfera espiritual de búsqueda en la que florezca un encuentro vivo y transformativo con la Palabra. En la presente exposición se desea mostrar algunos de los aportes del quehacer teológico de Gregorio de Nisa en De Vita Moysis e In Canticum Canticorum que puedan enriquecer una renovada hermenéutica evangélica según el espíritu de Veritatis Gaudium, de manera que la Palabra de Dios siga encontrando corazones dispuestos a dejarse habitar y transformar por ella. Con este objetivo se presentará: 1) el quehacer teológico en Gregorio como un itinerario ascensional de cooperación con la Gracia, 2) la hermenéutica akoloutheica en Gregorio de Nisa y 3) la disposición mariana a dejarse habitar por la Palabra como condición de posibilidad para una auténtica hermeneútica evangélica

Full text linkWe first study the editions, translations, and commentaries of the Bible published during the 16th century, both from the original languages into Latin and the revised Vulgate editions in both the Catholic and Protestant scopes. We focus on the Bible commentaries by the French Hebraist, not a translator, Francisco Vatablo, a Catholic and professor of Hebrew at the Royal College of France for a decade and a half (1530-1547). These commentaries take into account the original Hebrew language as well as the commentaries of medieval Hebrew exegetes. Edited and adapted by R. Stephano (first Catholic and later Protestant) they appear in the three editions (1545, 1567-57, and 1584, Salamanca) of the so-called Vatablo Bible, central to the academic work of our three Salamancan Hebraists (Grajal, Cantalapiedra, and Fray Luis de León) and in their inquisitorial process.Estudiamos en primer lugar las ediciones, traducciones y comentarios de la Biblia publicados durante el siglo XVI, bien sea de las lenguas originales al latín así como las ediciones revisadas de la Vulgata en el ámbito católico y en el protestante. Nos detenemos en los comentarios a la Biblia del hebraísta francés, no traductor, Francisco Vatablo, católico y profesor de Hebreo en el Colegio Real de Francia durante década y media (1530-1547). Estos comentarios tienen en cuenta la lengua hebrea original así como los comentarios de los exegetas hebreos medievales. Editados y amañados por R. Stephano, primero católico y después protestante, aparecerán en las tres ediciones (1545, 1567-57, y 1584, Salamanca) de la llamada Biblia de Vatablo, central en la tarea académica de nuestros tres hebraístas salmantinos (Grajal, Cantalapiedra y fray Luis de León) y en su proceso inquisitorial
