Get PDFThis paper presents the significance of the publication of the Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia in the field of reflection on conjugal love: its difficulties, its pastoral accompaniment, its spirituality and especially what Chapter VIII means in terms of access to the sacraments for the divorced and civilly remarried. Throughout the work, the magisterial teaching of Pope Francis is presented and confronted with the questions raised by its critics in the theological, canonical and pastoral fields.En este trabajo se realiza una presentación de lo que significa la publicación de la Exhortación apostólica Amoris Laetitia en el campo de la reflexión sobre el amor conyugal: sus dificultades, su acompañamiento pastoral, la espiritualidad y sobre todo lo que significa el Capítulo VIII en cuanto al acceso a los sacramentos de los divorciados vueltos a casar civilmente. A lo largo del trabajo se expone la doctrina magisterial del papa Francisco confrontada a las cuestiones planteadas por sus críticos en el campo teológico, canónico y pastoral
Análisis de la Evolución y Presencia del Amor Romántico como Modelo Mental: Mitos, Sexo/Género y Homosexualidad
Get PDFRomantic love constitutes an idealized construction of love, connected through myths that tie ideas of "true love" with suffering and sacrifice in relationships, which ends up in the idealization of bondages between couples. Turning it into an amorous mental model of reference, which interferes and/or hinders the relational or sex-affective dynamics. This essay has as an objective the analysis of the presence of romantic love myths existent nowadays. A bibliographic review was made for studies published between years 2016 and 2022, selecting only those that quantitatively analyze myths about romantic love. Results show that there still exists an eminent amount of romantic love myths, especially around men with the ideas about jealousy. The study about the implication in same sex couples showed big limitations and insufficient studies to be able to subtract a conclusion. Such presence of romantic love myths makes up for the necessity of prevention and sensibilization programs about the consequences of this model in sex-affective relations, and also remarks the necessity of making studies for more heterogeneous groups which include different sexual orientations. El amor romántico constituye una construcción idealizada del amor, articulada en torno a unos mitos que asocian el amor “verdadero” al sufrimiento y al sacrificio e idealizan el vínculo de pareja. Convirtiéndolo en un modelo mental amoroso de referencia, que interfiere y/o dificulta las dinámicas relacionales o sexo-afectivas. De modo que, este trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis de la presencia de los mitos del amor romántico vigentes en la actualidad. Para ello, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de estudios publicados entre los años 2016 y 2022, seleccionando aquellos que analizan cuantitativamente los mitos románticos. Resultando que, continúa habiendo una presencia elevada de mitos, especialmente en hombres destacando entre ellos el mito de los celos. Con respecto al análisis de los mitos en la población homosexual se halló que los estudios son limitados o inexistentes. Por lo que, se concluye que ante tal elevada presencia es necesario llevar a cabo planes de prevención y sensibilización de las implicaciones de este modelo en las relaciones sexo-afectivas, además de, realizar estudios con poblaciones más heterogéneas que incluyan otras orientaciones sexuales
Importancia clínica de las quejas subjetivas de memoria en la detección precoz del deterioro cognitivo leve: el rol de la familia
Get PDFIntroduction: There is great clinical interest in optimizing the diagnostic process of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and the evaluation of subjective memory complaints (SMC) reported by the subject himself or his informants, which could be the tool to use for this purpose. Objectives: to determine the clinical importance of SMC in the early detection of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and to objectify the role of key informants in the evaluation of memory impairment. Method: Literature review and qualitative and quantitative analysis of the information collected. A total of 30 articles are included for its development. Results: On the six topics in which the collected information is organized, there is a discrepancy of results between the different investigations, although there seems to be evidence with sufficient solidity to make certain statements. Conclusions: The SMC are predictive of progress to MCI years before the start of the notable deficit in objective performance tests, so they are a good early indicator of deterioration. Although in the initial moments the complaints of cognitively healthy patients more accurately determine their performance in objective tests, a reduction in awareness of the deficit is common as it progresses, which makes the assessment provided by close informants essential. These reports are not without bias and more research is needed in this regard.Introducción: Existe gran interés clínico en la optimización del proceso diagnóstico del deterioro cognitivo leve (DCL) y la evaluación de las quejas subjetivas de memoria (SMC) reportada por el propio sujeto o sus informantes, que podría resultar la herramienta a utilizar para tal fin. Objetivos: determinar la importancia clínica de las SMC en la detección precoz del deterioro cognitivo leve (DCL) y objetivar el papel de los informantes clave en laevaluación del deterioro de la memoria. Método: Revisión bibliográfica y análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la información recogida. Un total de 30 artículos son incluidos para su desarrollo. Resultados: Sobre los seis tópicos en los que se organiza la información recopilada se encuentra discrepancia de resultados entre las distintas investigaciones, aunque parece existir evidencia con solidez suficiente para la realización de ciertas afirmaciones. Conclusiones: Las SMC son predictivas del progreso a DCL años antes del inicio del déficit destacable en pruebas objetivas de rendimiento, por lo que son un buen indicador temprano del deterioro. Aunque en los momentos iniciales las quejas de los pacientes cognitivamente sanos determinan con más precisión su desempeño en pruebas objetivas, es habitual una reducción de conciencia del déficit con el progreso del mismo, lo que hace imprescindible la valoración aportada por los informantes cercanos. Estos reportes no están carentes de sesgos y son necesarias más investigaciones al respecto

Gli horti Lucullani. Un errore politico?
Get PDFWhen the Roman general and politician L. Licinius Lucullus returned to Rome from the Third Mithridatic War (66 BC) he had to wait until 63 BC to be authorized to celebrate a triumph. He had to wait outside the pomerium, where a luxurious domus with no less luxurious gardens will be built. This act was interpreted in a negative way by his contemporaries since the message was conveyed through literary sources that Lucullus was, besides being the prototype of a philhellenic patrician, an extravagant character, dedicated only to enjoying gastronomy and the most luxurious pleasures. Therefore, the construction of the Horti Lucullani was, in our opinion, a political mistake.Quando il generale e politico romano Lucio Licinio Lucullo tornò a Roma durante la Terza Guerra Mitridatica (66 a.C.) dovetti aspettare fino al 63 a.C. per celebrare il trionfo, all\u27esterno del pomerium, dove sarebbe stata realizzata una lussuosa domus con giardini meno lussuosi. Questo atto venne interpretato negativamente dai suoi contemporanei e attraverso le fonti letterarie venne trasmessa la storia di quello che fu Lucullo, il prototipo del patrizio filellenico, un personaggio stravagante, dedito unicamente a godere della gastronomia e dei più grandi piaceri lussuosi. Pertanto la realizzazione dei Giardini Lucullani è stato, a nostro avviso, un errore politico.
 
La reforma procesal Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus : Aportaciones más relevantes y puesta en marcha de la misma
Get PDFThe publishing and implementation of the Motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominum Iesus, that describes the reform in the canonical process for the Declaration of the Nullity of marriage involves not only changes directly concerning the dynamic of the process, but also providing innovative elements related to the building of the case. This article is divided in three different parts: the first part exposes the background and context, in which the reform is framed, with specific references from Evangelii Gaudium, the Pontifical Commission for the reformation of the process and the Synod of Bishops, to conclude with the post-synodal Exhortation Amoris Laetitia. In the second part, I will focus in two of the aspects that have caught my attention: the called pre-trial phase and the brevior process, highlighting some aspects about praxis. Finally, I will present some considerations about the reception and problems concerning the implementation of the reform during the last few years since its implementation.La publicación y puesta en marcha del Motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus sobre la reforma del proceso canónico para las causas de nulidad del matrimonio ha supuesto no solo unos cambios que afectan directamente a la dinámica del proceso, sino que aporta elementos novedosos relacionados con la preparación de la causa. Este artículo presenta tres partes diferenciadas: en la primera se exponen los antecedentes y el contexto que encuadra la reforma, con las necesarias alusiones a la Evangelii gaudium, la Comisión pontificia de reforma de proceso y el Sínodo de Obispos para concluir con la exhortación postsinodal Amoris Laetitia; después me centraré en dos de las propuestas que más han llamado la atención: la denominada fase prejudicial y el Proceso brevior, destacando algunos aspectos de la praxis. Por último, haré unas consideraciones sobre la acogida y problemas para su puesta enmarcha en estos pocos años de funcionamiento de la reforma procesal.

This article aims to answer these and others questions. With a global perspective, the state of the protection of the sacramental seal is examined from both the canonical and civil sphere. It also reflects on the unease the confessional secrecy seems to have in relation to the policy of the protection of minors. ¿Cómo proteger y salvaguardar tanto el bienestar de los menores en la Iglesia como la santidad del sacramento de la confesión? ¿Cómo actuar en los casos de conflicto entre las legislaciones civiles y el derecho canónico ante el secreto de confesión cuando se trata de proteger a los menores? ¿Cuál es el límite del secreto de confesión? Este artículo pretende responder a estas y otras preguntas. Con una mirada global, se examina el estado de la protección del sigilo sacramental desde el ámbito canónico y civil.
