na teoretickou a analytickou část. V první části práce byla využita literatura a informace poskytnuté Úřadem práce, které napomohly teoretickému vymezení pojmů trh práce, nezaměstnanost a politika zaměstnanosti. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v České republice a Karlovarském kraji. Jsou zde analyzovány informace potřebné pro následující kapitolu, která se zabývá analýzou příčin a důsledků nezaměstnanosti. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje závěrečná kapitola, která obsahuje vlastní doporučení, jež by měla pomoci ovlivnit nezaměstnanost v Karlovarském kraji.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis deals with unemployment in the Karlovy Vary region. The main
objective of the paper is to identify the causes and consequences of unemployment in the region. The other objective is to determine the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic and the Karlovy Vary Region. This paper is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. In the first part of the paper, literature and information provided by the Department of Labor was used to help define theoretically the concepts of labor market, unemployment, and employment policy. The second part deals with the analysis of unemployment in the Czech Republic and the Karlovy Vary Region. We analyze the information needed for the next chapter, which deals with the analysis of the causes and consequences of unemployment. Following this chapter, the final chapter contains original recommendations to help influence unemployment in the Karlovy Vary Region

Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy, které se řadí pod toto téma, například úvěr, platební styk, pojistné produkty atd. V první polovině práce je také popsán způsob, jakým se Ministerstvo financí České republiky snaží zvýšit finanční gramotnost obyvatel ČR. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zkušenosti a znalosti respondentů v oblasti financí pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky provedeného dotazníkového šetření.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of financial literacy in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to evaluate the level of financial literacy. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to this topic, such as loans, payment transactions, insurance products, etc. The first half of the thesis also describes how the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic is attempting to increase financial literacy among the population. The practical part focuses on the experiences and knowledge of respondents in the field of finance through a questionnaire survey. No full textPředložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci daňových a účetních specifik vyplývajících ze zaměření činnosti zvoleného ekonomického subjektu - společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá stěžejními oblastmi, jako je podnikání, účetnictví a daňová problematika. V rámci jednotlivých kapitol je uvedena jejich regulace v České republice. Mimoto se autorka věnuje tématu malých a středních podniků a charakteristice zaměření zvolené společnosti - zednictví. V praktické části práce následuje představení vybraného podniku a navazující analýzy zpracování účetnictví a daní, na jejichž základě jsou účetní jednotce stanovena doporučení. Z šetření vyplývají návrhy na zlepšení stávajících účetních postupů a způsobu zpracování daní za účelem zvýšení likvidity podniku.ObhájenoThe presented bachelor thesis focuses on the identification of tax and accounting specifics resulting from the focus of the activity of selected economic entity - a private limited company. In its theoretical part, the thesis deals with key areas such as business, accounting and tax issues. Within the individual chapters, their regulation in the Czech Republic is presented. In addition, the author deals with the topic of small and medium-sized enterprises and the characteristics of the business activity of the chosen company - masonry. The practical part of the thesis contains the introduction of the selected company and the follow-up analysis of accounting and tax processing, on the basis of which recommendations are made to the accounting unit. Study shows suggestions for increasing the liquidity of the enterprise by optimizing the existing accounting procedures and tax processing

Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou digitalizace účetnictví, pojmy spojené s digitalizací a poté se věnuje přínosům a rizikům digitalizace. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na problematiku současné právní legislativy, v další části na popis charakteristiky a vývoje účetnictví, a v poslední části jsou představeny aktuální využívané technologie v účetnictví. V praktické části práce je proveden empirický výzkum zaměřený na využití digitalizace účetnictví. Cílem výzkumu je prozkoumat, jak jsou ve skutečnosti využívány digitální metody v účetnictví a jaký postoj mají k digitalizaci účetnictví samotné účetní. Výzkum bude proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis is focused on the digitization of accounting. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the use of digitalization in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the issues of current legislation, the next part describes the characteristics and development of accounting and the last part presents current technologies used in accounting. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem daně z příjmů fyzických osob, přesněji zdaňováním příjmů ze závislé a samostatné činnosti a daňovým zatížením fyzických osob v různých modelových situacích. Teoretická část je sestavena na základě literární rešerše platných daňových zákonů se stavem legislativy k 1.1. 2024. Tato část obsahuje shrnutí nejdůležitějších pojmů a informací týkajících se daňové problematiky a s následným konkrétnějším zaměřením na daň z příjmů fyzických osob. V praktické části jsou definováni poplatníci v několika modelových variantách, které jsou ovlivněny různými životními situacemi, ve kterých se mohou ocitnout. Poté jednotlivě dojde k výpočtu daňové povinnosti a celkového daňového zatížení u jednotlivých poplatníků v každé z variant. Na základě získaných výsledků je provedeno srovnání výsledků v jednotlivých variantách a následné celkové zhodnocení.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic of personal income tax, specifically the taxation of income from dependent and independent activities, and the tax burden on individuals in various model situations. The theoretical part is based on a literature review of current tax laws as of January 1, 2024. This section includes a summary of the most important concepts and information related to tax issues, with a more specific focus on personal income tax. In the practical part, taxpayers are defined in several model variants influenced by different life situations they may encounter. Subsequently, the tax liability and overall tax burden for individual taxpayers in each variant are calculated. Based on the obtained results, a comparison of the results in different variants is made, followed by an overall evaluation

No full textBakalářská práce se věnuje platebním kartám, jejich používání v České republice, jak se s nimi v současné době platí, jejich bezpečnosti a případným rizikům zneužití. Cílem této práce je identifikovat platební karty a zhodnotit jejich využití v České republice jako jednoho z nejpoužívanějších platebních prostředků. První část práce objasňuje historii platebních karet v České republice i v zahraničí a popisuje jednotlivé druhy platebních karet a jejich základní náležitosti. Další část charakterizuje současné placení platební kartou. Poslední kapitola líčí, jak bezpečně používat platební kartu při výběru hotovosti z bankomatu, při platbě kartou v kamenném obchodě nebo na internetu a také poukazuje na rizika, která souvisí se zneužitím nebo odcizením platební karty. Bakalářská práce si dává za cíl pomocí dotazníkového šetření vyhodnotit současný vývoj v oblasti používání platebních karet. Veškerá nashromážděna data z dotazníku jsou následně zpracována a zhodnocena v praktické části.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis is devoted to credit cards, their use in the Czech Republic, how they are currently used for payment, their security and possible risks of misuse. The aim of this thesis is to identify credit cards and evaluate their use in the Czech Republic as one of the most used means of payment. The first part of the thesis explains the history of credit cards in the Czech Republic and abroad and describes different types of credit cards and their basic features. The next part characterizes the current credit card payment. The last chapter describes how to use a credit card safely when withdrawing cash from an ATM, paying by card in a brick-and-mortar shop or on the internet and also points out the risks asssociated with misuse or theft of a credit card. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current developments in the use of credit cards by means of a questionnaire survey. Zařazuje Rút a Noemi mezi významné biblické ženské postavy, které vystupují v biblických příbězích a rodokmenech, ačkoli se vymykají dobovým konvencím a zvyklostem.ObhájenoThis work focuses on the main female characters in the biblical book of Ruth. It interprets the story of the book in the light of the historical and cultural conditions of the time. It examines the question of time of composition and authorship and other topics related to the book, such as the levirate law, the relationship of the chosen nation to foreigners, the holiday scrolls, and conversion to Judaism. It places Ruth and Naomi among the major biblical female figures who appear in biblical stories and genealogies, even though they defy contemporary conventions and practices
Husserl, Patočka and Historicity
No full textEdmund Husserl, zakladatel fenomenologie, ve svém pozdním období vyjádřil svou vlastní filosofii dějin. Učinil tak v knize Krize evropských věd a transcendentální fenomenologie. Zde pomoci historických analýz, především původu geometrie, popsal, jak funguje tradování a co jsou dějiny. Vytvořil také koncept teleologie evropských dějin, který odpovídá na otázku, jaký mají tyto dějiny smysl. Husserl si myslel, že dějiny mají svůj počátek v antickém Řecku, v jejich polis a filosofii. Evropa, a hlavně evropské vědy Husserlovy doby byly podle něj ve stavu krize, v krizi byla i celá společnost. Důležitou postavou původu krize je Galilei.
Jeho žákem a dědicem byl Jan Patočka, jehož filosofii dějin a nauku o třech pohybech, práce také probírá. Zde je primárním textem kniha Kacířské eseje o filosofii dějin.ObhájenoEdmund Husserl, the founder of phenomenology, expressed his own Philosophy of history in his late period. He did so in The Crisis of European Sciences and Transcendental Phenomenology. Here, using an historical analysis, especially of the origins of geometry, he explained how tradition works and what history is. He also created the concept of the teleology of European history, which answers the question of what the meaning of this history is. Husserl thought that history had its beginning in Ancient Greece, in their polis and philosophy. Europe, and especially European science, was in a state of crisis, according to Husserl, with the whole of society in crisis. Galilei is an important figure in the origins of the crisis.
